Duck's Septic Pump & Install

Ducks is a very professional organization. From the owner to the office down to the techs in the field. There are no perfect companies especially with the variety of individuals working. Ducks impressed me when I expressed a concern about an item that I thought should have taken care of. I spoke to the owner and he had the situation corrected within 24 hours. THAT IS CUSTOMER SERVICE.

They are really good people to work with. They went above and beyond their usual scope of business to allow me to avoid a plumber. Even though we aren't exactly close to town, they made time to come out quickly. Would highly recommend.

Called these guys when I had to sell my house and get a mandatory septic inspection. From the start they were the best price and eager for my business. You wouldn't expect good customer service from a septic pumping company but here it was. As promised the guys on the crew called to say they were on the way and arrived on time. Ding dong the doorbell rang and here stood 2 clean dressed guys who explained the process, approx time it would take and answered all my questions. They had original map of the septic (County records) and made quick work of finding the buried caps and pumping out the tank. Best part my landscaping was restored as if they were never there. Go with these guys you won't be disappointed

I had a really great experience with the company. They made the whole process super easy and gave me tips & facts on how to save and take care of our septic tank. JR especially was very informative, professional, and respectful. Looking forward to using the company again.

Amazing company with unbelievable customer service. We had an issue on a Saturday morning and the owner of the company personally helped us out with a clog. He educated us on how our system works and what we can do to make sure we are keeping the system healthy (ultimately will save us a lot of money going forward!). Very knowledgeable and personable. I contacted Duck's Septic on Saturday because our toilets and tubs were backing up. I spoke with Ernie who was extremely accommodating and professional. He offered to come that very day but I decided to wait until Monday. Ernie Jr and Lupe' showed up as promised. They were quick and efficient and thoroughly explained the job at hand. Within about an hour the job was done and the holes that were dug were completely filled in and it looked as if no one had been here. I will gladly recommend Duck's Septic to anyone looking for a complete and thorough pumping and cleaning of their Septic System.

HORRIBLE SERVICE.

I found out they priced higher. Their work is not quality and they left a dirty mess. I haf Paradise Septic clean up and they were $400.00 less plus they were professional. Duck's Septic stinks

*updated review*   Terrible customer service from the office staff over a scheduling issue. I was ready to use another company when Ernie called and said he'd be right out. Ernie was professional and told us what the issue was with our septic tank and explained what we should and shouldn't do to keep it working smoothly.

On Saturday, July 20, 2019, in the middle of our searing Arizona summer heat, our plumbing began backing up.  It was chaos.  I was cleaning and mopping like mad using every rag-towel available.  My husband is currently disabled and was very frustrated that he couldn't help.  But, there we were.  We called everyone we could think including all the plumbers and septic service companies in the area and no one wanted to come out on the weekend.  

A friend of ours, a plumber, recommended Duck Septic Services.  We called, left a message and to our surprise got a text back right away.  As it turned out, the owners were on vacation and we felt horrible about disturbing them.  But, they were fine with it and called their brother, who works with them and asked him to respond.  He was good enough to do so.    

Jose was wonderful.  He responded quickly, got right to work and fixed the problem.  He answered all our questions and got everything under control right away.  He was pleasant, professional and a perfect gentleman.  He left the yard in good condition when he was finished too.  They were very affordable even with a very reasonable charge for a weekend response.  

We will be calling Duck Septic Services annually now just to be on the safe side although Jose assured us every other year would be fine too.  We highly recommend Duck Septic Services.  They got the job done perfectly, quickly and professionally.  And, we can't thank them enough for responding the way that they did.  For Septic maintenance or emergencies, these are the folks to call.  Just can't thank them enough.

Very pleased with the service provided. We called just as they were closing yesterday afternoon because our septic tank was full and over flowing. I was told someone would be out @ 8:00 this morning. Jason showed up  early (which I always appreciate)  did  a great job and was very professional.   Will definitely call them again.

We had our tank inspected and pumped 13 months ago by this company when we bought our house. Our septic was backing up last week so I tried to call them out to come pump and tell us what the problem was. We called on a Sunday because poop was backing up through our showers. I told them they had done the inspection and pumping 13 months prior. They agreed to come that day and then called back to say the pumper wanted to wait till the next day. The next day the pumper called and said you probably just need to pumped because it's full, if you call a plumber it's probably cheaper but I mean I can come if you need me to I basically felt dismissed by the whole thing like they didn't want to help or make money for the job. Obviously they didn't want to deal with it because they probably didn't do a good job the first time. I was told our tank shouldn't need to be pumped 13 months after the last pump and inspection. Don't bother with this company. Horrible customer service on top of poor quality work.

Fantastic service.  Thankful for their service on a weekend as this was very unexpected.  Tony was great with explainations and schooled us on better maintenance of septic systems.  He was very polite as was the person we scheduled with on the phone.

Horrible I would never recommend them. They came and pumped my septic and never checked for problem. In 3 weeks after they pumped I had problems with it full again. They would not come out and look at what was happening, they just wanted to come pump again and charge me again. It took several hours to find someone who would come out and check it septic to see what happened. The leachfield was never checked and it was the problem.  Duck septic should have checked this and know there was a problem that will cause me several thousand dollars that they should have found. They refused to come out, when I ask for help from them instead of coming out to check it they just called. Poor service, unconcerned for what you need.
