Septic Technologies

I'm a realtor and I need to work with the best vendors possible to make my clients happy.  Top of my list is Septic Technologies!!  I had them do two different houses on the same day and both clients were very pleased with the workmanship and the pricing.  
When I called for an appointment, they were able to tell me the size of the tank and info about the system before they even came out which saved lots of headaches on my part!!

Called and spoke with them a few times. they mentioned they did our septic inspection before buying the house but didn't understand our system and referred me out. The first day we moved in the alarm was going off. Referred us out and then we had to pay someone else $500 because the sensor was wedged up that's it! I guess from them emptying it.. nothing else was wrong. But they didn't want to come back out to us. if they had, it would have saved me tons of phone calls and money. But I was pushed off on to other people.

Edited to add that they also suggested to call an electrician that was another $75

I should have written a review years ago when we started using these guys. Nevertheless, what a great group ... from the folks who schedule our appointment to the folks that show up to pump our above ground 300 gallon septic tank. We are full time RVers that over winter in AZ while tending to some seasonal business. We stay on some property in Waddell and have Septic Technologies pump our tank every 6-8wks. We have used them now roughly a dozen times and have found them to be super accommodating, professional, helpful and just about every other adjective you would use for a business you enjoy working with. Hard working and descent people are what gives me faith in our future and not to be over dramatic but these folks epitomize that statement.

Septic Technologies is the best septic company out there! Super friendly, knowledgeable, and friendly. They can be trusted with the small jobs and the big jobs. Definitely a go to company for all of your septic needs. Keep their number handy because when your septic system repair, they are the ones to fix it!

Wow these guys were great, I would give them 10 stars. Not only was their work great and clean, they advised me about a possible plant-root problem that may cause big problems in the future, so they are saving me big bucks for future repairs. Efren and Gilberto you guys are the academy award winners of the septic business. My neighbors have all asked me for their info.

Great company, good service, professional. Gilbert and Effren were prompt and efficient, friendly, and did a great job inspecting my septic tank. The work was done quickly without mess or hassle. The ladies I dealt with on the phone were wonderful. I would recommend using Septic Technologies for your septic needs. Their price was fair and they handled my transaction above my expectations.

Crew did an awesome job. Guys were very respectful and friendly. Office staff was very kind and as well. I literally called to schedule service and to my luck someone had canceled so they offered to come out the same day!! All my questions were answered and the amount  I paid was very reasonable. Had to service the septic tank this week. We used Septic Technologies.  Excellent service, quick response time and extremely knowledgeable.  They are reasonably priced and they suggested ways to make our system more efficient without upselling and dire warnings. I highly recommend Septic Technologies!  We needed help right away our septic was full and backed up!  They had their guys out to our house with in a few hours to save our day!  They were very professional and we appreciate the service they provided.

I called Septic Technologies to address issues we are having with our septic.  They were the 3rd company we had out in that last year.  They were the first company to actually address the issue properly, actually pumping out the solids and cleaning out the tank.  They also discovered a leak we had in the plumbing.  They were courteous, quick and service oriented!  I will definitely use them again and recommend!

You will be treated in an honest and forthright manner. This is a stand up business! I didn't know where to begin, in finding a company that I could trust. After some research online and several calls, I spoke with a young lady who was patient and explained the process in a clear and concise manner, I very impressed.

Of all the reviews I've ever done on Yelp, this is perhaps the most unorthodox of all.  People probably don't think of reviewing septic companies, however, when you need their services, it's good to know that you'll be treated fairly and with integrity! I want to say that if it were possible to give more than 5 stars here, I would.

The two techs that came to my residence were fantastic! Personable and knowledgeable.
For the work that was done, the prices were very reasonable as well.

I am so happy I found Septic Technologies. I was referred to them by quite a few people and they did not disappoint. Our septic over flowed and they were there within 2 hours from when I called. The technician was so friendly and knowledgeable. He took the time to explain everything to me and also maintenance going forward. The price was cheaper than anyone else I had found and the quality of work was great. I look forward to using them going forward on all of my septic needs.

They charge you $150 just to come out to your house for a 10min overview when you wouldn't be calling them unless you had a problem...

I did not have any obvious signs that I need a septic pump but just thought it was time for some preventive maintenance. I usually called a local Paradise Valley Septic Service but this time I thought I would try Septic Technologies upon recommendation from a friend.  Gina the lady on the phone was friendly and could not give me a price but said depending on what they found it could be $1000 but most likely not.  I realize now that I should have balked at that figure but since I usually paid under $200 I did not in my wildest dreams think the bill would be $987.50.  Gina explained that my system was the absolute dirtiest they had ever seen and it was full of solids and sludge.  She told me this was backfilling from the leeching system.  Although I have a 1250 gallon system they were able to extract 1750 gallons charging $450 per 1000 gallons amounting to $787.50.  Because my septic system was extra dirty I was charged another $100. I was also charged a man hour of $100 as they were only there an hour.  
The real kicker was when Gina explained the horror story of how the experienced septic team feared for their safety because there was so much pressure they thought it was going to blow.  Common sense tells me liquid does not compress and if the system were full it would be backing up in the house.  I also do not believe if I have a 1250 gallon tank they could pump out 1750 gallons. I took a couple of months to pay them and feel ripped off as a result.  During the hour the team decided my waste was not only dirty but dangerous and I should be charged for it. Talk about being full of it.

Great service, they know what they are doing. If you need a septic service use them. 20+ years experience. Fast efficient and nice guys.

This company is tops in my book and we will definitely use them again.  We had another company out a few years ago to fix issues with the septic system and we thought they had fixed them but then this year the system was backing up and causing issues again.  It is very hard to get companies that will come out to our house since we live outside of Wickenburg in the country.  We called Septic Technologies and the woman who answered the phone was very knowledgeable about septic systems, asked questions, answered questions, and set up the service call.  Kevin came out and worked all day on our system to get it working again.  We think the other company had not fixed it correctly because he had to pump it out, fix breaks in the pipes and fix the filter that had come loose.  He was extremely knowledgeable, answered all our questions, made the repairs that day to save us another service call charge, and was totally professional.  He was very reasonable on price.  We are extremely satisfied with the service we received and will recommend Septic Technologies to our neighbors who also have septic systems.  Honesty, great customer service, integrity, professionalism, reasonable pricing, and really nice people make Septic Technologies the best.
