Williams irrigation came out next day to repair my leaking drip that was originating from under my pavers. They fixed the leak, installed a conduit (that my paver contractor should have done) so I can easily pull the flexible pipe from under pavers in the event I have issues in the future. Fair price. They cleaned up the dirt and gravel nicely. Great Job!

Excellent service!  They replaced my water heater.  They came on time, did a great job with the installation, and cleaned up. Good pricing on the unit and install.

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

I had a water leak with my pipes for my water heater. I called Cobra and Josh was very friendly and gave me an exact time he would come by, same day for the service. I called another place before and had no return call. He was prompt and extremely helpful in every way. He took care of the leak and suggested other items to maintain my water heater which he took care of as well. Josh was polite and professional.  Cobra Plumbing is great.

Freddy came over to my house within a few hours of my call and fixed the problem quite fast.  From previous experience with other plumbers, I believe the price was reasonable.  He had to dig right down into the roots of a Saguaro cactus to get to the pipe then he ran to the store to get the exact part needed.  I would recommend him for any pvc pipe issues.  He went the extra mile to wash down the work area afterwards so you didn't hardly know he had been there.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

Renewed our three-year maintenance agreement with Parker & Sons as they did provide good customer service in the past.  It appears that things have changed due the worse because service technician was scheduled to be at our home first appointment (8 am) and no show.  Called us at about 9:30 am saying he was running late.  Found out that we were, in fact, his first appointment but who knows where he was before finally arriving at noon.  Parker Dispatch had no idea where our technician was and said I should I ask him myself.  Not a good answer!   Next renewal we will change providers cuz Parker & Sons no longer provides any customer service.

Honest pricing and a hard worker. Not only were these guys willing to work on a Sunday but they were able unclog our piping where another ''top rated big company'' failed twice.  They had a camera, which they used to show me the condition of my current plumbing before proceeding with the recommended repairs. I appreciate the honesty, fair pricing, and quality service. Our septic was serviced and the area was left level and cleaned. Would highly recommend.

We called on a Saturday at 2pm and they were able to give us same-day service.  Isaac showed up on time with a great attitude.  He immediately went to work and fixed both sinks and cleaned up after himself when he was done.  Fast, professional and friendly service.  Price was right too.  5-Star service!

Finding a plumber in Cordes Lakes isnt always quick or easy. I highly recommend Rowdy Rooter out of Humboldt. Professional, quick and honest communication. Father and son local business .. good guys for sure!
