We had Nate and his crew out to redo the sprinkler system in our front yard. Right from the get go I was very pleased with their service. Nate met me on his day off to give me a quote and scheduled to get the work done right away. His worker Jose showed up on time and was very professional. Nate even stopped by himself to check on the job half way through. Jose discovered another issue that had not been discussed. I had them out the very next morning to get it fixed. I highly recommend hem and will use Nate for all my sprinkler needs!

These guys are awesome. They did several plumbing updates and changes during the complicated and full remodel of my home. Water heater, toilets, kitchen and master bath are just some. Reasonable prices and a professional attitude always plus a great sense of humor always. Dave and Mitch did a great job and I highly recommend them to anyone.

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

We added a bathroom and needed new plumbing installed. Joe responded to our call and came on time to give an estimate. The price was reasonable and he started the job as promised.

He and his crew were professional (e.g. they always made sure to clean up before they left for the day) and clearly knowledgeable (e.g. he helped design the new plumbing layout around the engineered trusses). Everything is working great and we have no complaints.

Summary: Diggers Plumbing is a reliable professional company. We would definitely contact him again for all future plumbing needs, and would be happy to recommend him to our family/friends too.

These guys are great! They were at my house within a couple hours, Shane dove right in and fixed my sewer problem at a reasonable cost. They gave me some great tips on how to keep it running smooth. I would highly recommend this company.I will definitely use them again.

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever had. Not only did it take the technician 4 hours to undo a clogged line, but he apparently left the entire mess of sewage and backup on my roof!! I only found out because now that it is raining, it is sloshing down my roof into my backyard. Very rude and unapproachable technician as well. Absolutely horrible

First let me tell you my father was a general contractor so I can be and will be more critical about service people than most.  I've watched the work be done.  I've seen the people who took pride in what they did and how they worked.  As my Dad's one man clean up crew, I didn't appreciate a slob to clean up after either!  (This gentleman certainly wasn't that.)

Now, my evaluation of Freddy from Fox plumbing.  I had him do work on a Friend'ss rental.  He received almost perfect fives from all the people from yelp who reviewed him.  They said the kinds of things I would want to hear if I was doing the work myself.  Still, my contact with him first was over the phone and I wasn't going to be there when he was doing the work, so i was concerned.  As it turned out, I was able to meet Freddy and watch him work a few minutes but didn't expect to.  He's polite, can explain what he's doing in terms you can understand, and works clean.  That's a nice combination in a service individual.

Freddy was able to do all I asked him to do, plus he picked up on some issues that would be problems in the future.  I don't know about you but I would rather spend a little money now than bigger money later.  That's what a true professional does for you!

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

really had a bad experience with their honesty and overcharges and not doing their work properly by code!!!. they take total advantage of women!! the owner would not respond.....i ended  up calling the registrar of contractors!! they are too expensive and don't do what they say they will do...only when forced to, thru the registrar!!

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

I am sure they are great for emergency dispatch.  But if not, they charge $49 to come out and provide a quote.  I had specific needs due to a remodel and had pictures.  I am not going to potential waste $49 just to find out what they are going to charge to do the remodel work.

I was referred to them by one of their previous customers who lives in Prescott. I called them asking for advice, and they stated they would be in the area the following week so they could swing by to take a look at the issue I was having. Turned out I had an issue with a cracked main and they identified where the cracks were, along with giving me several options for repair. They were prompt and identified the issues quicker than I would have thought possible and even let me see where the crack was through their eye in the pipe system. I have dealt with several valley plumbers and wish they were as up front as Rowdy is!
