Best Septic Tank Pumping in Phoenix, AZ

I've called this company a couple of times for help with a leak in a sprinkler line , moving an irrigation box and a backyard sprinkler system that quit working. They have been terrific. They were able to come out in a timely basis, took care of the issues the first time, reasonably priced and are good at educating you on things you can do yourself as you want. They were gray the first time and I've been really happy since then. I'll continue to use them. Definitely a five star rating

Dave at Affordable Plumbing knows plumbing. He offered great advice and answered all our questions. They removed an old reverse osmosis system, 3 old sink drains then installed quarter turn valves. After we had new counter tops installed they came back and installed a new garage disposal, 3 new sink faucets and drains. They look amazing! They paid attention to details, were neat and didn't make a mess. Affordable Plumbing is reasonably priced and very easy to work with. We will definitely use them again on our master bathroom renovation project. Highly recommend them!

Mike came to install a tankless water heater in March. Did a fantastic job. However in June we found out the hard way that the unit was not ventilated properly. I called at 11 PM and got Erin. She  was very helpful and had Mike connect with me immediately. Mike came out and reworked the ventilation as well as had Mike M come out and tweak the unit itself so it burned more efficiently.

Great response time to a last minute needed repair!  Showed up on time, did the job quick -- even had to run out to a couple stores for the right hose.  Great price too!

We are remodeling our two guest bathrooms. Yesterday Dax and his colleague installed a new tub and shower valve in the downstairs guest bathroom. They were friendly, professional and respectful. They also worked quickly and even though it took longer than expected (no fault of theirs, the shower kit I purchased didn't contain a necessary piece that they had to run to the supply store to buy) they stayed until the job was fully complete.

Disclaimer: we are are still in the midst of the remodel so I haven't actually used the tub/shower yet. I'll update this review once we do and once the upstairs bathroom is complete as well.

Absolutely the worst plumbing company I have ever had. Not only did it take the technician 4 hours to undo a clogged line, but he apparently left the entire mess of sewage and backup on my roof!! I only found out because now that it is raining, it is sloshing down my roof into my backyard. Very rude and unapproachable technician as well. Absolutely horrible

Gave him a call and he was able to take a look at our kitchen sink that afternoon. He was very professional, polite, and knowledgable. Took care of the clogged sink quickly, considering the plumbing is 60 years old and was extremely clogged. Now it works like new.

Dave is easy to work with, honest, and very helpful. The next time I need any backflow preventer valve work on the west or north side, I'll be calling him again.

Had Doug fix a septic system that was improperly installed and couldn't be serviced. He replaced the vault risers, repaired discharge pipe plumbing, repaired flush line end caps and repaired inlet pipe to tank. He had a helper with him. They arrived a little late and worked the full day. All looks better and seems OK after 1 week. I'll need to rake everything smooth as they did some backhoe work. The only negative was that they left all the trash for me to figure out what to do with. 2 very heavy concrete covers and three old plastic vault risers. No idea what / how I'm going to dispose. At the end, I asked him about them and he said I could plant flowers in them or use them to hold up a deck umbrella. Hmmmm. Nice excuse. ha ha. Next time, I'll make sure that trash disposal is part of the deal. I would use him again, including haul off of the trash.

HIRING A MELVIN IS A BETTER CHOICE!
  In the summer of 2014, one of my AC units started blowing hot air on a Sunday morning. That afternoon, I called Parker & Sons, thinking I'd be paying extra for a Sunday service call. I was told they don't charge extra for Sundays. The guy came out and replaced the capacitor and charged me $265. I was OK with that. That price was actually 10% less than it should have been because I got a discount for signing up for their monthly plan.
  They started auto-withdrawing $17.10 per month for the plan, which included 2 maintenance checks per year, one in the Fall to check the heater and one in the Spring to check the AC, in addition to the 10% discount on repairs. Last Fall, they did the heater check and that went fine. Early this past Summer I scheduled my Summer AC check. The guy came out and when he was almost done, he told me my fan motor on one of my units was about to go out and asked me if I wanted him to give me a quote. I said that would be fine. He went out to his van and while he was there I started researching replacing a fan motor in an AC unit. I found a YouTube video showing how it's done. Pretty simple and the replacement motor costs about $150. He gave me 2 quotes, the cheapest being $675 INCLUDING MY 10% DISCOUNT! I don't mind a business making a reasonable profit but that was outrageous! I told him I am a big believer in If it ain't broke, don't fix it. If I could get another month or two out of the old motor that would be good. He assured me it would not last more than a few more weeks. I said I'd take my chances (that was about 3 months ago--it's still going).
  I decided they were scamming me and I called to cancel my service agreement. I was told they would refund 2 months worth of charges plus cancel my auto-withdrawal. One week later they took another $17.10 out of my account. I called that day and they told me the refund had been issued but they had failed to cancel my account. They told me the account was now cancelled and the current charge would drop off in a few days. That did happen but the refund was $14.20. I called again to find out why it wasn't $34.20 and was told there was a $20 cancellation fee. No one had ever told me that before. I told them I was going to give them plenty of negative word of mouth advertising. AND SO IT BEGINS...

Terrible terrible terrible customer service. They came out to do a septic certification at our house three weeks ago. Part of that process involved digging up the front yard. The guy says I'm all done and the yard was still all torn up. I said what about the yard and he said he needed to get a cap for the inspection pipe and he would be back in a couple days. That's was three weeks ago. We have called at least four times and each time he tells us he will be out in the morning and then never shows. Meanwhile our yard is a mess and a safety hazard with no cones or anything. Find somebody else for your septic needs.

Felt extremely ripped off. Paid almost $500.00 and my drain still doesn't work. We definitely misunderstood pricing structure we expected 300.00 and paid almost 500.00. I would get my pricing in writing with these people and also some kind of guarantee. Won't call agian and won't refer any one.

Don't bother calling them because they won't bother coming. We had a major water leak in the cement slab under our house. Called them at 7:30 on Monday morning. He said he couldn't come until Tuesday afternoon.
By 3:00 he didn't come or call us. My husband called and asked if he was still coming. He said yes-he was having trouble with his truck.
He never came and never called.
At 5:00 we called another plumber and they came by 8:00 the next morning.
