Jason responded right here in Yelp - I had never used the messages platform - so I was the slow guy.  Anyway, I do love when companies are this responsive.  Certainly helps get the job done faster.

After experiencing a sewer backup this morning, I called P&L Plumbing.  They responded immediately and were able to fix our problem.  They were very courteous and professional.  Both Kevin and Kyle were helpful in answering questions and were honest about possible future solutions to a root problem.  I will definitely be calling them again for any future plumbing issues!

We needed our grease trap pumped out, so we called several grease trap cleaning companies in our area for quotes. We wanted a company that had the best price and service in town, and Phoenix Grease Trap Services quoted us the best price over the phone. They scheduled us for the day and time we requested. They were punctual and were in and out without any issues. We will be using their company from now on.

I called Rooter Man late in the afternoon on a Friday because my sewage drain was clogged and backing up into various house drains.  I was promptly scheduled for a Saturday morning appointment.  Roy showed up right on time, even though it was pouring rain.  Once the rain let up, he used his snake to clear the drain, and then his camera to verify that everything looked clear.  This was a very stressful situation for us since we couldn't shower or use much water.  We were so grateful that we found Roy and Rooter Man.  I would not hesitate to call him again if we ever have a clogged drain of any kind.  Very honest, patient, and straightforward.  Great service!!!!

Frank, the owner, is very rude.  He did not behave in a professional manner at all.  I had some problems with the pump he installed and he got very defensive and acted as though it was my fault.  Instead of doing his job, he told ME to take the pump to the place where HE bought it.  (The amount I paid for the original job was very high, definitely not worth it!)

We had a sewer backup that ended up being a much larger issue, but the team was speedy to diagnose and fix a main line issue. Communication throughout the process was great and the job was closed out only after making sure everything was in order and working as it should. Daniel, Daniel and Fernando were great!

On time arrival and fixed quickly.  Made sure warranty covered it for me, as warranty was trying to say not covered. Then when I was billed incorrectly Ron looked it up and apologized and corrected it right away. Good job and very happy with this company

Growing up in an older neighborhood and then moving into one myself I had an idea the older plumbing might be an issue and from day one both bathroom showers wouldn't drain well. After about 4 months of dealing with a slow drain I started looking for a plumber that works the Arcadia neighborhood and found these guys from a Nextdoor.com recommendation. For $50 a drain they do fast work. So fast it almost seems unbelievable that they did anything but the last 3 weeks the drains have worked as though they were brand new.

The tech said he almost exclusively works our neighborhood and even was able to come out within 2 hours of my call (though he did say it's slow in the summer time, probably why). He even took the time to tell me what I can do to keep the drains running great and where I can go buy this enzyme stuff.

I hope I don't need to call them again anytime soon but I know for an easy $50 they will be back out quickly to fix it again.

Just moved to Scottsdale and needed to have our fire sprinkler system inspected and turned off while having a new furnace installed in the attic.  Scott came out right away, did the inspection and gave me training on our system that I did not have.  Highly recommended

Was at the house in 30 minutes. Unplugged the sewer line in 5 minutes. Plus explained to me how the septic tank works. I thought it needed to be pumped. But he showed me how to check it. Doesn't need to be pumped out for a number of years. I will definitely call them when it does.

In August 2022 I got a quote for $1800 to re-pipe a park model manufactured home. The work was to include re-piping to 2 new faucets, 5 new shut-off valves and a new 20 gallon water heater. I was to purchase the water heater and faucets. All other materials (about 40' of plastic pipe, valves  and connectors) were included in the bid.
Now, just over 2 months later when the unit is available to work on, Jeff says that he will not honor the $1800 bid because of pipe cost increases, he now needs $2700. $700 more for 40' of pipe? From one 16 year service veteran to other vets. There is no honor with Vet's Plumbing.

We had a plumbing emergency which required us to turn off water to the entire house- in the middle of laundry. I called Goettl. They were professional, courteous and got a technician to my house within 3 hours- on a Saturday. The repair was completed. We were completely satisfied. We will be repeat customers. Thank you. Jesse, the owner of Miranda came out to give me a quote on running two gas lines, one for the range and one for the dryer.  After spending over an hour crawling through our attic, investigating this project, he changed the parameters that I agreed with and he gave us a quote of $2,000 with a start time on the following Monday at 8am.  He called me at 9:33am Monday and it went to voicemail as I was on a conference call.  In the next moment I received a text from him that he increased his price to $3,100.  Needless to say, I had to part ways with him as no one can work with a business owner that changes their price after agreeing on a fixed price, the exact job parameters and the start time he and his worker would be here to start work.  Don't waste your time with this guy.
