I can't say enough good things about Titan. I've used them twice. The first time was when a home inspector said my house needed a new roof during the sale of my home. A roofing company came out and quoted about $7k. (Without ever going on the roof) I wanted a second opinion and Titan spent over an hour on my roof; diagrams and pictures and all sorts of things. They would have gotten my business just based on time actually spent inspecting the roof, but ended up telling me my roof was in great shape! Save me thousands and the sale of the home! I used them again when I bought another home that claimed to have a new roof. With their detailed inspection, we found several things that had been done incorrectly. Instead of trying to get the business themselves, the gentleman recommended I contact the company and check on the warranty so they could fix it at no cost. Amazing. Thanks Titan!

Outstanding.  From the initial quotation through completion of the re-papering of our tile roof and resurfacing of a flat roof over our patio, VHB was top notch.  Brian was easy to work with and his crew was efficient, clean, polite, etc. despite working the absolute hottest week of the year (118 one day).  They completed the job on time and the final bill was exactly the same as the estimate.  I'd recommend them to anyone in the Valley who has needed roof work.

I found Carl from C and R roofing from one of those websites that you put in a request for contractors and they contact you. He was one of several to come, meet with me and make a bid. I chose to work with him and his company because of what I could tell was his honesty, integrity, sense of humor and work ethic. And of course his price was totally reasonable.

I needed a completely new roof over my 1600 sq ft home. He helped me choose an appropriate color for my less traditional home color (see pic). His crew worked quickly, cleanly, efficiently and the roof is beautiful.

A few years later my neighbors needed a new roof. I recommend they used C&R. They did and they, too, had a positive experience. While their roof was being completed I got a knock on my door. It was Carl. He wanted to check on 'his' roof. Could he hop up there real quick and walk around to make sure it was still perfect?

When he came down he was disappointed in me. Ha. I had let a tree grow too close to the edge of the roof and it was starting to push at the shingles. He let me know to trim and stay on top of that tree or it would really ruin his hard work . That, folks, is ownership. Ownership and pride in your work. It says a everything about him.  I removed the tree.

A few years later I called them back out for a patch as I replaced an old air conditioner on the roof and there were old shingles and exposed wood. He came right out.  He fixed my issues and showed me some issues with the AC tie down.

Carl is the real deal. He is a man with integrity. He is honest, reliable, he believes in the craft he is doing and backs up his work.  He checked on it for Pete's sake and scolded me (jokingly, but really, he was right) for what could have been future repair work for him.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans.  They took all of the trash and debris away with them.
we highly recommend Jorge for his roofing skills and integrity as a business owner.  We will definitely call you for our next project.

I hired Skyview Roofing LLC of Glendale, AZ, they did a 5 star excellent job on my roofing, I had 3 other local companies give me outrageous quotes until I ran into a friend who got in touch with the owner Ricky who came out the next day and gave me a very fair price on my entire roof.

Canyon State Roofing & Consulting did a wonderful job from start to finish!  We submitted a online request for information and almost immediately got a response from Robyn.  They made the entire process easy and stress free.  They always responded quickly, were on time for their appointments, everything was explained clearly and all of our questions were answered.  I was really impressed with the quality of work and timeliness of the repair.  I would absolutely recommend Canyon State Roofing!

My husband and I bought a house in Chandler Arizona in June 2018. A few months into our new home a microburst ripped our roof shingles off like they were a banana peel. We called our homeowners insurance and they gave us some money for the repairs. After some looking into different options we chose metal roofing. Not an easy choice given the price tag, but we wanted a maintenance free roof and that was what we were willing to shell out the big bucks for. Fast forward we have now had our roof for a whole year and we have found ourselves happy with the roof itself. One small problem is the soffit. My husband swears he asked Craig about it when he sat at our kitchen table with us looking over the pamphlet. My husband said without a doubt what we wanted was to have a maintenance free roof. However our soffits need to get painted every 10 years or so. We feel our sales guy did not comprehend what we meant when we asked for maintenance free. So last week I finally called the sales guy Craig Sorenson to tell him about our one irritation with this roof. He told me he would call me back and I still have not heard from him. So in closing I would like to say - my roof is fantastic, the installers worker very hard for weeks. However the sales guy Craig could have stepped up and listened better when we told him what we wanted, or when I reached out by sending photos of what I was talking about, as well as texted messages,  when I asked what could be done to make this a better experience for my husband and myself, the customers. We feel we are so close to giving this business 5 stars. If this company can come through I would love to change my review. For now, this accurately explains my feelings about our new metal roof from Vertex Roofing in Phoenix.

Sunland Development Corporation Roofing Division (owner Paul) is very professional, reliable, honest and great to work with. SDC did an outstanding job on my roof. I highly recommend SDC to family and friends! Paul also holds a general contractors licences so he is able to do more than a regular roofers licence can do if there are other unknown problems that occurs.

I ended up working with Leal Roofing on accident. I had contacted another roofer via Yelp and it sent my message to a few companies. It's always a good idea to get multiple quotes so went ahead and provided my phone number to be contacted for an estimate. The scheduler called me a day or 2 later to set an appointment and said Francisco would come out to take a look.
Francisco was absolutely a pleasure to work with! He was EARLY for our estimate appointment, when does that ever happen? Everyone these days always keeps you waiting. He got right to work checking out where our roof was leaking and also did a once over of the rest of the roof. I heard him walking around checking things out even no where near the leak too. He quickly found the source of our leak, and remnants of a rat nest and an attic vent that the builder didn't have vented correctly. He gave a fair price for the repair and squeezed us in the next day to repair it before rain was forecasted! He showed me the before and after photos to show evidence that it was my roof and not someone else's by pointing out my hot tub, pool etc. I am adding him into my contacts in case we have any other needs in the future. Leal Roofing is absolutely the best.

We recently used Capstone Roofing to repair a leak at the recommendation of some friends.  Very friendly on the phone, estimator was on time, very courteous and knowledgeable. Explained everything in great detail what they would need to do to repair the roof.  Got our estimate a day or so later.  We had gotten a few other estimates.  They were not the cheapest, but were also not the most expensive.  I had a few questions about the estimate and spoke to one of their customer service rep's one time and the project mgr assigned our job another.  Each time, very informative, courteous.  

Project Mgr showed up the day prior to the job to get a good review of the house, the job and to ensure they would have the equipment necessary to complete the job.  He fully explained what they would be doing and how long it would take to complete the job. Crew showed up on time, Took about 10 hours to complete the whole job. Couldn't believe they got it all done.  Once done, clean up was great. You'd never know they were even there.  

I highly recommend Capstone Roofing.  Wonderful company and very obviously full of dedicated professionals who take their work seriously!

I'm not the type of person to give out 5 stars as I'm always thinking things can be learned from other jobs etc. However I'm very happy with what Heritage Roofing did on my homes needs of a new roof from seasonal monsoon storms and the great hail we are blessed to getting, the shingles were definitely damaged which I was shown at the very beginning when the owner of Heritage, Steve I think was his name, anyways he asked if I wanted to see what all damage there was. He was totally right about most of the shingles were almost without any covering.

Upon me calling to get a quote, Steve was prompt even with me being way out here in Cordes Lakes. Spent all the time needed with answering my stupid questions etc so I wasn't rushed to get the quote and him leave right away. I really appreciate that as it shows he's really sincere and genuine. His crew showed up on time every day and never slacked off. They worked nonstop. Steve did show up a couple of times making sure that things were going ok and if I had any new questions. I wasn't expecting him to show up as I had no appt scheduled but rather he just did drop in's on his own accord. Again living in Cordes it's normally to far out of they're way to do such a thing.

Now if I was to give any suggestions to Steve I think that beings so far out that he'd have his crew out here in a shorter working days. If I recall correctly, his crew worked about 4 or 5 hours each day but did get a lot done during this timeframe. I totally understand about going to Church and personally I think it's great. So I give a pass on that for short working hours on that day.

All in all, I'd not hesitate on him and his crew working on my families homes and trust me I'm very picky on that. That's just a testament on his quality of workmen's ship and ensuring things were done right. He came in under his estimate so he was honest about the charges. Nice since many contractors never come in under estimate but rather they find something needing to be done thus increasing their price.

Should Steve or his crew read this, I thank you again for the great work and the starting the job within a few days of my quote.

I'm so glad they were able to give me my new roof before monsoon season! I had my free estimate, decided it was time to get my roof done, spoke to them about pricing and 8 days later my new roof was installed exactly how they promised with no issues, 8 DAYS later I had a new roof! They are very efficient, responsive and friendly-no complaints here, thanks guys!

I needed my shingle roof replaced due to hail and wind damage plus it was 22 years old.  The inspector/adjustor from my insurance company came out and did a detailed written evaluation so I had a good idea what I needed before asking roofing companies for estimates.  I requested estimates from 3 companies including Craven and two others which were  large companies recommended by Rosie on the House.  The other two companies provided such poor service initially that I decided not to follow through with them.  

I had called Craven because a woman in my neighborhood had them replace her roof last year and she was very satisfied with them.  Randy came out 3 days later and showed up on time as scheduled.  They thought they would be able to schedule the work within 3 weeks but as it turned out they had one crew who had completed another job early and said that if I wished, they could start on my roof in two days.  The crew that came out was knowledgable and experienced.  

The only variable on the estimate was for underlayment which they can't see until they strip the old roof off but they did say that if plywood was damaged it would cost $70 additional for each sheet that needed to be replaced.  As it turned out only one had water damage so that was in line with what my insurance adjustor had told me.  They used quality materials (Owens Corning) and the job was done on time at the cost they had quoted.  Overall, they did a great job and I would recommend them.
