I can't say enough good things about Titan. I've used them twice. The first time was when a home inspector said my house needed a new roof during the sale of my home. A roofing company came out and quoted about $7k. (Without ever going on the roof) I wanted a second opinion and Titan spent over an hour on my roof; diagrams and pictures and all sorts of things. They would have gotten my business just based on time actually spent inspecting the roof, but ended up telling me my roof was in great shape! Save me thousands and the sale of the home! I used them again when I bought another home that claimed to have a new roof. With their detailed inspection, we found several things that had been done incorrectly. Instead of trying to get the business themselves, the gentleman recommended I contact the company and check on the warranty so they could fix it at no cost. Amazing. Thanks Titan!

Brian responded very quickly to my inquiry​ and his bid was fair. I appreciated his honesty about not needing a new roof yet and just repairing the cracked and broken tiles. His crew was on time and very responsible and efficient. They were courteous​ and ​cleaned up after themselves nicely. I would imagine if when it does rain again and we have any issues where the leak originally was I could call Brian and he would make it right. We highly recommend VHB Roofing.

Oron and his crew completed a window replacement/stucco repair project on my home. They were subbed by Andersen. It took a few days because of the large amount of work that had to be done, and it came out great. Oron was attentive throughout the project to ensure my satisfaction, held to his schedule, and made sure it was done to his requirements.

C&R Roofing is the only Roofing company listed on our HOAs recommended list and I am glad I found this company.

First used Carl when I found a broken tile shortly after moving into the area.  He was also the company the former owner has long used for repairs and maintenance.

More recently, had a small leak on the inside, Carl came over and within 10 mins and a measuring tape: accurately and impressively pin pointed the cause of the leak which was hidden under the roof tiles.

Clearly has years of expert experience of roofs, the problems caused by the original construction and time.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans.  They took all of the trash and debris away with them.

I had Sky View install a PBR zincalum metal  roof on my house in Arcadia.  They did an excellent job, the workmanship was first class and they completed the project on time and left the space clean. I would highly recommend them.

My husband and I bought a house in Chandler Arizona in June 2018. A few months into our new home a microburst ripped our roof shingles off like they were a banana peel. We called our homeowners insurance and they gave us some money for the repairs. After some looking into different options we chose metal roofing. Not an easy choice given the price tag, but we wanted a maintenance free roof and that was what we were willing to shell out the big bucks for. Fast forward we have now had our roof for a whole year and we have found ourselves happy with the roof itself. One small problem is the soffit. My husband swears he asked Craig about it when he sat at our kitchen table with us looking over the pamphlet. My husband said without a doubt what we wanted was to have a maintenance free roof. However our soffits need to get painted every 10 years or so. We feel our sales guy did not comprehend what we meant when we asked for maintenance free. So last week I finally called the sales guy Craig Sorenson to tell him about our one irritation with this roof. He told me he would call me back and I still have not heard from him. So in closing I would like to say - my roof is fantastic, the installers worker very hard for weeks. However the sales guy Craig could have stepped up and listened better when we told him what we wanted, or when I reached out by sending photos of what I was talking about, as well as texted messages,  when I asked what could be done to make this a better experience for my husband and myself, the customers. We feel we are so close to giving this business 5 stars. If this company can come through I would love to change my review. For now, this accurately explains my feelings about our new metal roof from Vertex Roofing in Phoenix.

Sunland Development Corporation Roofing Division (owner Paul) is very professional, reliable, honest and great to work with. SDC did an outstanding job on my roof. I highly recommend SDC to family and friends! Paul also holds a general contractors licences so he is able to do more than a regular roofers licence can do if there are other unknown problems that occurs.

Ron arrived on time the day of the estimate. He answered all of my questions and assured me the company would work with the insurance company if there were any large discrepancies between the adjuster report and our roof replacement estimate. A week later, we called to give them the job, and the exec I talked to upgraded our shingle a no cost to us. The workers arrived two days later at six am, right on time. They worked almost eleven hours that day, and arrived promptly at six am the next day. The clean up was immaculate and the roof looks awesome. I would highly recommend them!

Wow...Phoenix Roofing and remodeling is the best! It was time for a new roof (25 years old) and we got quotes from three other companies. A co-worker recommended that we call Mike Vanvilet, and we're glad we did. Mike scheduled an appointment, and really took the time to explain the whole process, cost, timeline etc... The other quotes were in the same ballpark price wise, but non of the others companies took the time to explain the process, or even acted like they wanted our business. So we went with PRR. From the moment our supplies were delivered, to the end of the project, Mike and his team were professional, ON TIME EACH DAY, and kept our property clean of nails and old roofing materials. Everyday, my wife and I were (and our neighbors) so impressed with the work. Mike constantly took pictures of the work, so we always knew where the team was in the process. Someone else used the word dependable in their review. I couldn't agree more! These guys were on the ball everyday. The team completed our roof about a week and a half ago, and we can rest easy knowing the quality of work as we move into the summer and monsoon season. They did a great job on my parents roof.  Very reasonably priced and responsive.  We are very happy with Heritage Roofing.

I'm so glad they were able to give me my new roof before monsoon season! I had my free estimate, decided it was time to get my roof done, spoke to them about pricing and 8 days later my new roof was installed exactly how they promised with no issues, 8 DAYS later I had a new roof! They are very efficient, responsive and friendly-no complaints here, thanks guys!

Searching for a local roofing company to repair our roof, we hired Craven Construction to the job. Our reason for choosing Craven, was because Randy was very personable when providing an estimate, and he offered a fair price. His team got the job done quickly and professionally. We are satisfied with the work to date.  There was an issue with a driveway stain left by their trailer, and they came back out to do their best to clean it up. I recommend Craven Construction, and know they have had a few negative reviews. But they did a great job for our home.
