We had a small issue with our roof and had Titan come out and look at it. Johnny showed up on time and addressed our problem. He also took the time to educate us on the cause of the problem and what we needed to do to maintain a heathy roof. If you are looking for someone who is on time, knowledgeable and takes pride in what he does, this is the company to call. I know in the future we will be using Titan for all our roofing needs. VHB Roofing was terrific! Brian came out immediately to give us an estimate after inspecting our roof. The estimate was comprehensive and reasonable. Several estimates we received were done by satellite photos only. Brian found an area that needed immediate attention and had someone come out to do a temporary repair at no additional cost. The crew chief, Junior, kept us informed throughout repairs as to status. The crew was on time every day and worked longer due to pending storms. Cleanup was done daily before they left.
I would highly recommend VHB!

Oron and his crew completed a window replacement/stucco repair project on my home. They were subbed by Andersen. It took a few days because of the large amount of work that had to be done, and it came out great. Oron was attentive throughout the project to ensure my satisfaction, held to his schedule, and made sure it was done to his requirements.

First used Carl when I found a broken tile shortly after moving into the area.  He was also the company the former owner has long used for repairs and maintenance.

More recently, had a small leak on the inside, Carl came over and within 10 mins and a measuring tape: accurately and impressively pin pointed the cause of the leak which was hidden under the roof tiles.

Clearly has years of expert experience of roofs, the problems caused by the original construction and time.

Excellent Service from start to finish. We took bids from three roofing companies. When we contacted Jorge for an estimate, he was here right on time, was extremely knowledgeable about the project, and the price was right.
Jorge and his assistant were here on time, and worked at a steady clip until the job was done. Not only did hey do a great job with the roof, but they also cleaned EVERYTHING up behind themselves. Nothing was dumped into our personal cans.  They took all of the trash and debris away with them.
we highly recommend Jorge for his roofing skills and integrity as a business owner.  We will definitely call you for our next project.

My husband and I bought a house in Chandler Arizona in June 2018. A few months into our new home a microburst ripped our roof shingles off like they were a banana peel. We called our homeowners insurance and they gave us some money for the repairs. After some looking into different options we chose metal roofing. Not an easy choice given the price tag, but we wanted a maintenance free roof and that was what we were willing to shell out the big bucks for. Fast forward we have now had our roof for a whole year and we have found ourselves happy with the roof itself. One small problem is the soffit. My husband swears he asked Craig about it when he sat at our kitchen table with us looking over the pamphlet. My husband said without a doubt what we wanted was to have a maintenance free roof. However our soffits need to get painted every 10 years or so. We feel our sales guy did not comprehend what we meant when we asked for maintenance free. So last week I finally called the sales guy Craig Sorenson to tell him about our one irritation with this roof. He told me he would call me back and I still have not heard from him. So in closing I would like to say - my roof is fantastic, the installers worker very hard for weeks. However the sales guy Craig could have stepped up and listened better when we told him what we wanted, or when I reached out by sending photos of what I was talking about, as well as texted messages,  when I asked what could be done to make this a better experience for my husband and myself, the customers. We feel we are so close to giving this business 5 stars. If this company can come through I would love to change my review. For now, this accurately explains my feelings about our new metal roof from Vertex Roofing in Phoenix.

Paul and his team did a great job on the re roof of my home recently. They are a great group to work with. From post bid follow up to project completion. They were fair and honest. I would recommend them to anyone.

Ron arrived on time the day of the estimate. He answered all of my questions and assured me the company would work with the insurance company if there were any large discrepancies between the adjuster report and our roof replacement estimate. A week later, we called to give them the job, and the exec I talked to upgraded our shingle a no cost to us. The workers arrived two days later at six am, right on time. They worked almost eleven hours that day, and arrived promptly at six am the next day. The clean up was immaculate and the roof looks awesome. I would highly recommend them!

Awesome customer service and quality work.  Had my roof re-done and received excellent communication from start to after project ended.  Quality in work is thought out and par to roofing industry standards I studied in other states and codes.  What sets this company apart is that they want to share their knowledge and will stick around afterwards if you need them.  Mike took good care of me, treats customers like family.

There were several colors to choose from.  The crew were professional, on time, and did a fine job!

I'm so glad they were able to give me my new roof before monsoon season! I had my free estimate, decided it was time to get my roof done, spoke to them about pricing and 8 days later my new roof was installed exactly how they promised with no issues, 8 DAYS later I had a new roof! We hired Randy ( Craven Construction) to replace a foam roof on my building . We spend about $75k to get a new roof .
Randy left the roof exposed when we had a storm causing over $650k in damages . That was not a smart thing to do as a roofer. Roofers 101.
The rain washed a way the coating he applied to the roof .
My roof have been leaking every time we have a rain and it is worse than before . Randy send some kids to check it after weeks from us calling and text messaging him . Bad service .
Randy would never plam himself or admit that he made a mistake , He will plam everything else . I would not do business with him , bad service and more importantly bad Morales.
