Their crew did a great job and the roof looks better then the original.
Hopefully no more leaks.
Clean up was well taken care of.

Immediate response for a quote to fix roof leak. Courtney very knowledgeable and professional. Thaddeus and Derrick were right on time on the day scheduled. Worked non stop and did a great job. Cost was less than half of some other bids. Very satisfied.

Excellent service, from the original estimate discussions all the way through to the completion of the installation process. Justin, David, Cortney and team were great to work with. My project was pretty complex, replacing the entire 20+ year old asphalt sheet roof with a new foam system on a ~4000 square foot two-level house, upgrading skylights, and removing / replacing rooftop AC units and swamp coolers. They handled everything smoothly with good attention to detail, making sure I was well informed at every step. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of roofing services.

Found ER Efficient Roofing through a newspaper advertisement.I had already gotten several estimates on replacing 100+broken Spanish Clay Tiles for my roof & wasn't feeling any of the companies. Other roofers were definitely overcharging me & even suggesting I get a new roof. EER was my last estimate. I called them & they got back to me quickly & scheduled me for an appt literally the next day.Justin, the big boss, showed up on time, big simile & great energy.I felt like the roof & I were in good hands.He fully examined the roof said it looked good & no need to replace the roof at this time, just the broken tiles :) He emailed me a quote that was fair & scheduled me for the following week. Well....they had a cancellation so they were able to replace the tile earlier than scheduled.Joey, Sean & David showed up 30 minutes after I received an ETA call.They were professional, courteous, explained everything to me, remembered to ask me move my car out of the garage, got all the work done the same day & MOST important cleaned up so good it looked like they had never been there.They did a FIRST CLASS job...EXCELLENT!!! Not only will I refer them to others but when it's my time for a new roof,I'm definitely calling them up to put the new roof on. Terrible roofing company. Drove a screw through a wire and left 1/3 of our home without  electricity for 3-days. Terrible carpentry work. Dropped debris on our carport gates and damaged them
Was suppose to paint wood and never returned only excuses. Been waiting over a month. Jason's word means absolutely nothing. Stay far away from this company !

Justin returned and put two coats of elastomeric on the roof.  
There has been only light rain since then,  but it didn't leak.  
We hope that it doesn't leak again during the monsoon season.   If it makes it through that, we will be very happy.
Justin did the right thing by standing behind his warranty.

Horrible service.   Had my home roof done 5 months ago.  I am still picking up roofing debris from my yard and driveway.   This is after having to replace 2 car tires from roofing nails. Now my shingles are buckling. Also, the drain off for my a/c was left in the back yard and never reattached.   This again after Randy had said he was sending people to reattach it.  They did come back and put my dish satellite back on after leaving it laying on the roof.
I was told by Randy I would receive an emailed receipt and 10 year warranty.  As of today's date, I haven't.
If you use this company, know a lot about roofing.   You will have to check everything.

We had our roof completely reroofed with this company. We are completely satisfied. They replaced some damaged wood without charge. They replaced custom made sky lights that were leaking. We got so many compliments from the neighbors. They did return to address a leak issue no charge that showed up months after the job was done. I'm still not sure if it was a result of the reroof or from the heating and A/C work we had done about that time. I would recommend them to anyone considering a reroof.

This company is an absolute horror story. After hail damage several years ago, they contacted us about repairing several commercial foam roofs. They came to repair a commercial foam roof as part of several roof repairs, and by the time they were finished we had leaks all over the place. The Supervisor supposedly was out sick (and instead of waiting they decided to come anyway) and the crew appeared to be a bunch of unsupervised day laborers who knew little about what they were doing. My partner had to run around pointing out problems the whole way. After the first so called fix, we were getting ready to pay them the insurance money, and thank god it rained really hard - as the roof leaked like a sieve (where no damage had been prior). We demanded they come fix it. After fixing it, again we were getting ready to pay them (a sizable sum) and it poured down rain again; the problems were just as bad as the first time. We were just lucky to have gotten 2 really good rains before paying them. Ultimately, we also discovered there was no warranty. Avoid this company like the plague. They are scammers who jump on hail storm damaged areas and appear to let other sub contractors use their license to boot.

Justin did a great job. Very happy with our new roof at a fair price.

So many issues! Came for estimate (liked Randy) but never sent a written quote as promised. I called later, they didn't have the record and needed to come back again to remeasure. Casie made it sound like they we're (for you Casie ; )) going to possibly raise the rate. I explained if she thought of doing so to not come and waist my time a 2nd time. She agreed to resend Randy to take a look anyway. Finally got that written quote which was lacking 50% of what was promised verbally and the price was higher compare to what Randy gave me. So I requested to have the written quote to be fixed. Casie replied: After a brief meeting with upper management, it was decided that we do not have the resources to work with you at this time.  We hope you find another licensed contractor to take care of your roof issues.  We appreciate the opportunity and wish you the best. I just had to reply: We're the questions too tough?!? Casie went on with correcting my grammar by answering:I think you mean were. But no, the questions are not too tough.  We just prefer not to work with you.  Good luck.

Briefly, they are not efficient, are not professional or considerate at all! Randy was but the management of this company isn't worth anything. Randy said he was going to call me back on this final issue and never did.
