We have had Steve do two roofs for us on two different houses.  He is very knowledgable and his crew knows what they are doing.  They were competitively priced, and ee were very happy with the job they did both times.
We recently had a small problem with our wood shake roof, and even though we were just outside of the warranty time period, Steve fixed it at no charge.  He also went over the whole roof, inspecting and cleaning it at no charge.  
Steve has a lot of integrity and experience.  You can't ask for more than that.

Over the years I have had many contractors do work for me and my business, some were very good others should never had been in the trade. Recently I was in the need of a new roof on my home so I asked for recommendations and Freddy's Roofing was one of them.  He came out gave me an estimate of the work along with some suggestions, not pushing just letting me know what options I had.  When I decided the work had to be done I called Freddy's Roofing  the process was started, a time table was given to me and the final cost was also put in writing.   Freddy and his crew are OUTSTANDING they did the work on time and the quality is unmatched.  There are many people that practice a trade but few are of the quality and craftsmanship of Freddy and his crew.  From arriving on time to the final clean up which was perfect and pleased my wife they went about their business in a professional and courteous manner.  I highly recommend Freddy's Roofing LLC and his crew of craftsmen.

Aceves construction and design not only helped us in finishing up a wonderful kitchen remodel but also helped us decide and give us valuable information and options on what design to do in our kitchen and bathroom. His commitment and willingness to come at all hours of the day and after work was very helpful in us deciding on the final outcome of our kitchen and bathroom. Marvin's crew was not only polite but also conscious of us living next to a construction site to which they tried to keep clean as much as possible. Not only are we happy but we have recommended his to all of our friends and family.

Located off of Yelp! Called for clay tile inspection and repair after a moderate leak was found from the recent storms.  Very nice guy, answered the phone, professional and honest. Said his schedule is heavily booked out at this time and if I wanted the job done expeditiously he wouldn't be able to help. Even though I didn't get to experience his work, I experienced his superior customer service and I appreciate his care and honesty as a homeowner.

Rick is as honest they come.  I asked him to quote a repair to a foam roof (put on just two years ago) on our small commercial property.  The last roofing contractor currently has five complaints with the licensing board, lawsuits piling up, and a revoked license (for shoddy work).  They're now out of business.

Rick was able to come out the same day, find our leak, and patch it gratis.  He really felt for our situation.  There are scumbag contractors out there only looking to make a buck.  Rick is not one of those guys.  He wants to provide value for his work.  He wants to know that the customer got everything they paid for and then some.  He even sent me pictures of his repair job without me asking him to.  I insisted on paying him but he insisted this one is on him.  You can tell a lot about his character in that act.  He took the time to drive to our property, climb up onto the roof, find the leak, climb down to get tools and materials, climb back up to repair shoddy work done by another contractor, and then tell us it's on him.  All I can say to that is, WOW!  Rick is definitely the roofing contractor we'll be calling for all of our future needs!

Outstanding group of professionals, can't say enough-highly recommend.  Had our old flat roof re foamed.  Excellent work, I have the best flat roof in the valley!  price was very fair, had various small requests (more foam around certain access areas) and it was done without any nickel and diming!  Excellent communication throughout the whole project, and they do care about doing a great job...shout-out to Mikey!

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

If you're looking for someone trustworthy who has a crew that does quality work and won't overcharge you, Roger is great.

I had two other companies come by to give me a quote.  One came over and then never sent a quote back.  The other tried to convince me that half my roof needed to be replaced!  

As a single, full-time working mom that goes to school part-time, the whole idea of a roof repair was stressful and terrifying before Roger came over.  I'm so glad my friend recommended him!

From the owner, Michael Scheffe to Allan and his crew every interaction with this company was wonderful.  Allan is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable, he explained everything that was going to be done in detail and easy to understand.  
They left our property as it was when they arrived.  They were very efficient and we were very happy that the job was done in one day.  I am fully confident that my roof will now last another 25 years as promised!

I am a baby boomer and have owned a few businesses in my time.  I know from experience that the way a company operates behind the scenes can have a huge impact on the experience a customer has with that company.  When Exterior Plus came to fix my roof, I had an opportunity to chat with them a bit.  They told me that Exterior Plus is family owned and operated and any outside employees they hire are adopted as family.  And they all have a lot of fun with each other.  That company atmosphere was abundantly apparent when they worked at my house.  They were genuinely concerned about my roofing issues (storm damage) and worked quickly to resolve them before the next storm hit.  It is an understatement to say It was a pleasure working with them!.

I never take time to write reviews but the service I received from Truebuilt deserves one! I recently replaced my Mexican clay tile roof with concrete tile and Truebuilt was one of 6 roofers I contacted for an estimate. Weston (owner) came by and did the estimate himself and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and the level of detail in his estimate, which I received the next day. In comparing estimates, Truebuilt provided the most value despite being the second lowest bid. I recieved 2 layers of tu-43 underlayment (most estimates included only one layer), and my choice of top-grade Eagle/Boral tile all at a cost that was several thousands below the other competitors. To top things off, Weston even offered to re-roof my storage shed at no additional charge! His crews were extremely professional and cleaned up everyday to make sure my family did not get hurt from any debris or nails. They started on time- finished on time and on budget! Best of all, I liked that they didn't require any payment until the job was done to my level of satisfaction. Roof work can be expensive- do yourself a favor and get an estimate from Truebuilt as part of your process. You'll be glad you read this review!

Anthony called within 15 minutes of our request for help when a wind gust blew tiles off our roof. He came, called our insurance company with us, submitted a quote, removed tiles for new underlayment and replaced tiles. Very professional, kept in contact and was a pleasure to work with! We highly recommend Armored Roofing!!!

After trying to coordinate a roof repair with my HOAs preferred vendor who took a week to call me back and then said their first available date to do inspection was two weeks out, I found Armoured Construction on Yelp.  I requested a quote and got a call back within the hour.  They set up an inspection for the next day.  Robert came out and identified the issue (time for a recoat of flat roof) and pointed out the deep crack responsible for the current leak.  He did a temporary patch (no charge!) on that crack due to rain in the forecast to help prevent further damage while waiting for recoat estimate.  EXCELLENT customer service and response time.  Friendly, professional and informative inspection team.

The price was right for a small repair in my roof- basically replacing the underlayment and some broken tile (of which we had spare tile) in an 11 by 29 section. It took three calls and a few emails to try and get scheduled. The guys came out, spoke little english, had a sticky note/small piece of paper about what they were supposed to fix. Did the 'fix', left a mess in the yard and had 'borrowed' two tiles off another section of the roof, which they did not put back. The supervisor came out the next day to inspect, said the work was not done correctly, he was nice and not confident in the work. Showed him the mess and he cleaned it up. The guys came back out on a Saturday, starting blowing my yard- had no clue why they were there. Had to get supervisors on phone, they 'fixed' roof. Supervisor came back again, said roof was STILL not corrected. He ended up doing the work himself and it took him at least 8 hours to do.
If it had not been for the supervisor (Mark?Matt?) I think we would have been left with a roof that was still not fixed. The guys that were out here had no clue what they were doing. So we called, complained, and got a warranty out of the deal, so it all worked out in the end, but I am not confident that they could send a team out and fix anything without a complete runaround.

Unfortunately this company is not competitive with their quotes.  I received three quotes to replace my metal roof and the other two were $7000 to $8000 less. Don't be fooled by the materials have gone up in price speech. What has gone up is the amount of profit.  

Platforms like yelp should be used not only for quality of work but also personal experience and warnings of predatory practices and pricing. Mission maybe established.  I really don't know.  I did find an open complaint on the Arizona Registrar of Contractors which caused additional concern.
