I needed to have my roof repaired. I received a number of bids from some companies and decided to get one from Diamond Roofing/Steve Mullins. Steve reviewed my problem areas (3) explaining what wood structure needed to be replaced due to dry rot and other damage. He also explained how the other areas of the roof such as the valleys would be brought up to code using the newer channels. I mentioned that the roofer who put in the original roof skimped on tiles and these were brought up to snuff. Steve had a crew of three work on the roof for 8.5 days. The crew was respectful, and went about their work in a methodical manner, as the job progressed. I was impressed with how they went about their work. Diamond also replaced the rolled asphalt roofing on my rear deck and the attached sofia and facia. They replaced all the bird stop and added drip stop on the roof edges where none had been before. Pricing of the job was competitive with other companies, with the exception the other guys charge extra for any wood which has to be replaced. Steve included the wood in his bid. I only provided the paint. When it came time to pay the pauper, the bill was exactly as specified.

I'd have no hesitation in using Diamond Roofing again or recommend friends to them.

Over the years I have had many contractors do work for me and my business, some were very good others should never had been in the trade. Recently I was in the need of a new roof on my home so I asked for recommendations and Freddy's Roofing was one of them.  He came out gave me an estimate of the work along with some suggestions, not pushing just letting me know what options I had.  When I decided the work had to be done I called Freddy's Roofing  the process was started, a time table was given to me and the final cost was also put in writing.   Freddy and his crew are OUTSTANDING they did the work on time and the quality is unmatched.  There are many people that practice a trade but few are of the quality and craftsmanship of Freddy and his crew.  From arriving on time to the final clean up which was perfect and pleased my wife they went about their business in a professional and courteous manner.  I highly recommend Freddy's Roofing LLC and his crew of craftsmen.

After searching for some sort of 12' planter I decided I just needed to remove some concrete. I have 12 Rose bushes coming and that spot needed to be ready! I posted a message on FB and Ace was quick to respond, later that day he stopped by and said, No problem,I can remove that.

Located off of Yelp! Called for clay tile inspection and repair after a moderate leak was found from the recent storms.  Very nice guy, answered the phone, professional and honest. Said his schedule is heavily booked out at this time and if I wanted the job done expeditiously he wouldn't be able to help. Even though I didn't get to experience his work, I experienced his superior customer service and I appreciate his care and honesty as a homeowner.

Rick is as honest they come.  I asked him to quote a repair to a foam roof (put on just two years ago) on our small commercial property.  The last roofing contractor currently has five complaints with the licensing board, lawsuits piling up, and a revoked license (for shoddy work).  They're now out of business.

Rick was able to come out the same day, find our leak, and patch it gratis.  He really felt for our situation.  There are scumbag contractors out there only looking to make a buck.  Rick is not one of those guys.  He wants to provide value for his work.  He wants to know that the customer got everything they paid for and then some.  He even sent me pictures of his repair job without me asking him to.  I insisted on paying him but he insisted this one is on him.  You can tell a lot about his character in that act.  He took the time to drive to our property, climb up onto the roof, find the leak, climb down to get tools and materials, climb back up to repair shoddy work done by another contractor, and then tell us it's on him.  All I can say to that is, WOW!  Rick is definitely the roofing contractor we'll be calling for all of our future needs!

Had them do a tear off and re-shingle of my house with a leaking roof. Super responsive and very good at communicating. Out the next day for a quote and from down payment to done roof in a week. Dominick the owner takes his time to listen to concerns and explain things in understandable way. The work crew is awesome. Timely, courteous and hard working. Highly recommended them and they are now my go to company for any construction/contractor needs.

Trademark was recommended to us and I have to say, they did not disappoint from the first contact.
They were prompt to come and inspect our roof, and provided a quote immediately which came to a lower price than 3 other competitors. In addition, their quote was the FINAL price to pay, they took care of 8 plywood boards which were rotten without asking any questions or increasing their price in the process while other would charge +$65/board. And finally their quote includes a 20years workmanship and warranty for any leaks.

Ray's son was leading our roof repair project, and his crew did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves (except for a few nails we found later which must have rolled off the roof during the 3 days repair.)

They were also great at communicating about the work done, leaks found, etc. and with other parties involved such as the solar system company scheduling uninstall and reinstall of the panels.

If you're looking for someone trustworthy who has a crew that does quality work and won't overcharge you, Roger is great.

I had two other companies come by to give me a quote.  One came over and then never sent a quote back.  The other tried to convince me that half my roof needed to be replaced!  

As a single, full-time working mom that goes to school part-time, the whole idea of a roof repair was stressful and terrifying before Roger came over.  I'm so glad my friend recommended him!

All I can say is WOW!  Thank you so much for a job well done.  Our roof was completed as of June 26, 2016 - just in time to weather out this year's monsoon season.  Michael did warn us that his crew does come out very early to start work - he wasn't kidding!  The crew came to my house at 5am sharp and started work shortly afterwards.  I don't blame them for that at all as it's summertime in Phoenix.  They finished around noon and cleaned up well.. like they were never even there.

Michael was so patient with my husband and I with explaining everything.  He is a dream to work with and has been incredibly accommodating to us.  Seriously give him a call if you need roof work done; you won't be disappointed!

I got an estimate on Saturday and my new roof was installed the next Tuesday! Wowza!  Super fast process identifying our roof issues and competitive pricing.  We are looking forward to a leak free monsoon season this year.

These guys really know their business .  My new roof looks beautiful and my wife and I could not be happier. They even painted all the trim around the house. I've had several positive encounters with this company spanning many years, but today I am motivated to post about a particularly remarkable experience. We are selling our home so we were subjected to the ubiquitous home inspection. The findings surprised me when it was indicated we had several areas of substandard flashing around vents and chimneys. We had a minor leak in 9-14 around one of the chimneys, the first problem in the eleven years since our new roof was installed. Sunvek came out, after our warranty had expired, determined the cause, and made the necessary repair at no charge. They even replaced a couple of broken tiles from a supply I had retained all these years in my storage shed. In addition, a general inspection was performed that made me feel confident things were in order for any future buyer. Now, another contractor evaluates the roof as a follow up to the home inspection, takes liberty to expand on what was needed to satisfy his own pockets and gives me an estimate of $750 to complete the work. The guy has no idea that I had the Sunvek inspection done only 7 months earlier. I smelled a rat, and told the guy as much. I also complained to my realty company, who sent the idiot out. I called Sunvek, presented them with the home inspection report, and waited for their evaluation. The owner personally came to the house today. He admitted the vents needed updating, made the repairs, and then double checked all flashings, etc., finding no deficiencies. He said he would write a report to the general inspector and guarantee the roof to my buyer. The charge for this service? A donation to the company coffee fund. I gave him all the cash (less than $100) in my wallet, and we were done. This is a remarkable example of customer service. Especially since I represent no future opportunity for business. I hope by posting my experience I can pay it forward with gratitude, and that Sunvek will acquire a customer from someone reading this.

Ashley at Mission Restoration is incredible and the complete tear off and re-roof services the company provided were excellent! She was always available and responsive, and the job was done quickly and the cleanup was thorough, and the job price was competitive. She also helped me navigate through the insurance process for hail damage. I'm recommending Ashley and Mission Restoration to friends and neighbors!
