Diamond Roofing

Steve had the nerve to tell me that a 20-year-old roof has the tendency to wear out and start leaking. Sure, the leak that came last time the rain fell might've been a clue, but the nerve of this guy! LOL! Actually, he explained more to me about Roofing than I ever really wanted to know, but it's obvious he's been doing it a long time and knows his stuff.

I sought out three quotations from three different roofers and Steve's quotation, while not the cheapest, was definitely the most comprehensive. Other roofers stipulated charges per board, or for X number of tiles needed, etc.... Steve's quotation was all inclusive and he goes above and beyond to make sure everything is done correctly. His crew is very nice and they impressed me by how well they cleaned up the yard when the job was done. I thought I would be finding roofing nails everywhere, but these guys did a great job and the house looks wonderful. I would highly recommend getting a quote from Steve and his team. And be ready, you'll know more about Roofing than you ever wanted to but you'll also know it was done right!

WOW... Such a difference since Diamond Roofing did my house and detached garage back in 2017!
I called them yesterday, 8/1/2022 because the monsoon storms have produced two small leaks in our Master Bath (Flat Roof area).
I was told that I would get a call back in the Afternoon.
No Call Back!
on 8/2/2022 I tried calling at shortly after 8 AM and just now at 11:15AM. No answer, and it rolled over to voice mail and stated to leave a message. WELL, now their mail box is full and you cannot leave a message!
Such different service from what we received in 2017.
Will try again, as their 10 year warranty states it is void if others do repair work!

They contacted me about 2 hours after I posted.. and came right our to find the problem and fixed the problem.

We called Diamond Roofing after reading the good reviews here. Our patio roof was leaking. A guy came (Steve Mullis). First, he did not even climd to look at the patio roof, then he asked if we had called other contractors. Yes we did.
We never heard back from him. No estimate, nothing.
I find it hard to believe this is the same Steve that other reviewers are raving about!!!!

I needed to have my roof repaired. I received a number of bids from some companies and decided to get one from Diamond Roofing/Steve Mullins. Steve reviewed my problem areas (3) explaining what wood structure needed to be replaced due to dry rot and other damage. He also explained how the other areas of the roof such as the valleys would be brought up to code using the newer channels. I mentioned that the roofer who put in the original roof skimped on tiles and these were brought up to snuff. Steve had a crew of three work on the roof for 8.5 days. The crew was respectful, and went about their work in a methodical manner, as the job progressed. I was impressed with how they went about their work. Diamond also replaced the rolled asphalt roofing on my rear deck and the attached sofia and facia. They replaced all the bird stop and added drip stop on the roof edges where none had been before. Pricing of the job was competitive with other companies, with the exception the other guys charge extra for any wood which has to be replaced. Steve included the wood in his bid. I only provided the paint. When it came time to pay the pauper, the bill was exactly as specified.

I'd have no hesitation in using Diamond Roofing again or recommend friends to them.

Called Steve, owner if Diamond Roofing, for an estimate on a new roof for my mothers
Sun City home. He spent a great deal of time going over everything that needed to be done and what my options where. I already knew the quaility if the work,as he had roofed about six homes on her street. A crew showed up on a Monday and by late Tuesday there was a beautiful new roof,complete with all needed repairs and extra whirybird vents and a new skylight. Let me say that I am a picky person about home repairs and I think that they did a fantastic job.

We have had Steve do two roofs for us on two different houses.  He is very knowledgable and his crew knows what they are doing.  They were competitively priced, and ee were very happy with the job they did both times.
We recently had a small problem with our wood shake roof, and even though we were just outside of the warranty time period, Steve fixed it at no charge.  He also went over the whole roof, inspecting and cleaning it at no charge.  
Steve has a lot of integrity and experience.  You can't ask for more than that.

Diamond Roofing did a complete tear-off and wood replacement on our house a few weeks ago. My husband had never hired a roofing company until now, as he used to be a contractor before he became disabled. He interviewed several companies and questioned them thoroughly. He was impressed by Steve's knowledge and professionalism, as well as his quote. The workmanship was excellent. Our next door neighbor hired them after asking us about our experience. She was pleased as well. Glad we went with Diamond Roofing!
