Terrible company. I agree with a previous post that claims the bulk of the good reviews might be fabricated as our personal experience with them is nothing short of ridiculous.
They put a roof on my mothers home last year but it was one nightmare after another. My mom's driveway is an old, crumbling asphalt that they managed to completely crush in one corner when the company THEY hire to deliver the roofing tiles drove over it with way too heavy of a loaded truck. But that company wasn't about to own up to it and Roofing Consultants refused to make it right as well. There is no way to fix it. It can't be patched, that would look ridiculous and to replace it will cost another $8000.
They left roofing nails all over the yard and driveway. Even after this was pointed out to them, they STILL did not clean them up. I had to tape a magnet to a garden hoe and drag the entire driveway each day after they left to make sure my mom didn't end up with four flat tires!!
They slept on site more than they worked.
There is NO OWNER of this company to contact. No one. If you have a problem, YOU'RE SCREWED. A previous post mentions this as well and I can confirm that we tried TOO MANY times to get in touch with someone for an actual resolution to the driveway debacle but were ignored.
USE SOMEONE ELSE, ANYONE ELSE!
THIS IS MY RESPONSE TO DALE, who apparently is the owner that has decided to put in his 2 cents after neglecting to address our concerns at the time of service:
I'd like to thank Dale for taking the time to answer my review considering he was unwilling to help in the entire five months, as he pointed out, that we were having trouble with HIS company. Apparently lurking on yelp is more efficient than answering real time problems. My husband REPEATEDLY asked to speak with you, Dale, and was told no EVERY time. The fact that this company took five months to solve any sort of problem should be a HUGE RED FLAG for anyone looking for a new roof.
Your company caused an issue. The driveway cannot be fixed. The damage your company caused will have to remain until enough money is raised for it to be replaced. What is fair? My mom, who saved for a decade to put a new roof on her house, would never have had to address the driveway but for YOUR company's actions. How ridiculous to expect her to have another $8000 to repair a problem that you created. I sincerely get it. It's a no-win situation because it was already an old driveway except you've made it 100 times worse and offered to put a horrific looking patch over it. That driveway would have remained until she was gone from the house had YOUR COMPANY NOT CREATED THE PROBLEM. Again, I ask what is fair?
I'd also like to note that the communication that took place over five months included many more issues that I didn't even raise in my initial review. Your company used roofing nails that were the incorrect size, leaving her eaves with hundred of nasty holes and nail points poking through. Those emails will reflect a back and forth effort to find out WHEN your company was going to fix the various issues they produced through shoddy work.
My husband's opinion is that the job site had no proper supervision! I agree!!
Yelp review readers-I can only say that I am not the only review to point out the fact that the owner, apparently Dale, will ABSOLUTELY NOT be accountable for the actions of his employees. His staff said he lived Payson and was not involved with the business. (I guess Yelp reviews are the exception.) He refused to talk to us. I am also not the first to raise the issue of his employees leaving nails strewn about for others to find and clean up. I hope I am the first and only to complain of crushing a driveway but beware, lest you become the second! They certainly will leave you with the bill for it.
