Our home in Gilbert AZ was leaking after a few big rain storms. I was driving through our neighborhood and noticed True Built was replacing our neighbors roof so I reached out to the company.

I had 4 different roofing contractors come out to our home to inspect and give us quotes. They were all scattered, didn't want to give quotes for 3 days, quotes were super high, and poor presentation. When I called Weston at True Built, he moved his schedule around to come out, inspect, and give me a quote. He gave me a quote within an hour or less. He is super friendly, non-sale-zy, not pushy, clean, professional, straightforward, and extremely knowledgeable. His price beat all other estimates and provided higher quality and warranty.

SERVICE:
Just talk to Weston for 3 minutes and you will see what I mean. Customer focused. Straight shooter. Nice all around. His guys did a great job cleaning up the site after getting the job done.

SPEED:
When your roof leaks, it needs to be fixed and fixed quickly before more internal home damage. He makes you a priority.

Roof Replacement
Truebuilt just completed a complete teardown and replacement of my entire roof.    They did an EXCELLENT job in all areas.  

My situation started when 3 other roofers told me my roof was damaged due to wind-and required immediate replacement.  My insurance adjuster said roof was in excellent condition. (hmm)

Weston came to inspect my roof.  He provided the most honest assessment of my roof's condition.  He felt the roof could go another year or so before needing replaced.  Other roofers clearly felt such feedback would lose them a job.  

I am considering solar panels, so chose to replace the roof now.  Weston's estimate was lowest of three I received, but I had already decided to go with Truebuilt (Weston) as long as his estimate was reasonable (clearly it was).      

The work was completed in the time Weston initially projected.  The workmanship was superb.  The cleanup was excellent.  The roof looks fantastic.

We had some leaks in our tile roof. We called several companies for estimates. Weston the owner came out and actually explained that the tile on the roof that we see is just decoration. The real roof is what lies beneath the tile. He showed us how the felt paper underneath is what really protects the home. Our underlayment was dry-rotted, cracked and there were piles of mud all over it. I had no idea how such a beautiful tile roof was in such bad condition. When we started talking price, he explained that the other bids were lower because the other companies were selling a contractor grade underlayment he said his price will be more but the difference is night and day!. his system sold me on the spot. I'd rather pay more but get a substantially better roof system. It included something he called Elevated Batons these are the sticks that the tile sits on. they allow air to pass below the roof tile so the heat can escape thus keeping our attic cooler in the summer. The underlayment was a peel and stick material which doesn't get nailed down thus eliminating all the penetrations which over time could leak.

The guys showed up on the established start date and completed as scheduled.  The team worked very hard. They found the sources of the leaks, replaced the decking added new roof vents, replaced the skylight flashings as they are called. The guys kept the property clean during the process and informed me whenever there was a issue I needed to know about. They were always professional and courteous.

It's been 6 months and many rains with ZERO leaks and many recommendations to friends. Outstanding job to Weston, Vidal and team!

True built was fantastic to work with from day one. I had five or six roofing companies come out to give me quotes on the job, but kept coming back to True Built for a few reasons. First, when it comes to a big job like a new roof, price was obviously a factor. Their price was fantastic off the bat, so that was a go. Second, the owner Weston thoroughly answered any questions and concerns I had (like why they were going to remove the old roof and not just go over top like some other roofers were going to, what the high profile ridge was, choosing the right color shingle for the house, etc etc). His bid was easy to understand and broken down well. The roof crew that came out was equally as fantastic. They were polite and efficient and respected our house and property (they actually knocked on the door and suggested we move our cars back from the driveway a bit. Fewf!). We are remodeling out entire house so we have had a TON of workers in and out, and the True Built crew was by far the best. They actually cleaned up after themselves (unlike all the other workers that have been working on our property). Hoorah!! All in all, couldn't have asked for a better experience. A++++

I never take time to write reviews but the service I received from Truebuilt deserves one! I recently replaced my Mexican clay tile roof with concrete tile and Truebuilt was one of 6 roofers I contacted for an estimate. Weston (owner) came by and did the estimate himself and I was immediately impressed by his professionalism and the level of detail in his estimate, which I received the next day. In comparing estimates, Truebuilt provided the most value despite being the second lowest bid. I recieved 2 layers of tu-43 underlayment (most estimates included only one layer), and my choice of top-grade Eagle/Boral tile all at a cost that was several thousands below the other competitors. To top things off, Weston even offered to re-roof my storage shed at no additional charge! His crews were extremely professional and cleaned up everyday to make sure my family did not get hurt from any debris or nails. They started on time- finished on time and on budget! Best of all, I liked that they didn't require any payment until the job was done to my level of satisfaction. Roof work can be expensive- do yourself a favor and get an estimate from Truebuilt as part of your process. You'll be glad you read this review!

True-Built was recommended to me, and what a GREAT recommendation it was!  I have a tile roof, 24 years old, which needed to be repaired and broken tiles replaced.  In addition, the patio roof needed to be fixed - all of this while coordinating with the painters and the solar company (to have panels removed before roof repairs could begin).  Weston met with me promptly after I called, thoroughly reviewed the situation, listened to my coordination requirements, and provided me with a very reasonable quote.  The work was split into two pieces - patio, then tile roof, to accommodate the painter and solar company schedules, and he coordinated and confirmed the timing with the solar company for me.  His team arrived on time, on the day promised, and worked quickly and efficiently, cleaning the area thoroughly when they finished.  The tile roof was completed ahead of schedule.  Weston then came out to inspect the work, ensure it was to my satisfaction, and advised me to call him for a re-check after the solar panels were re-installed so that he could fix anything they might break.  Fantastic communication!  Everything completed per their commitments!  I've already recommended True-Built to others, and couldn't be more pleased with their work!  I highly recommend True-Built.
