Trademark Roofing

After interviewing 6 different roof repair companies in Phoenix/Scottsdale to repair our home's tile roof, we selected Trademark Roofing. Why? Because they offered the best price, the most succinct solution, without the hype and sales talk of their competitors. Ray is the main guy, and you will love him. His attention to detail was phenomenal, and everything in the work he and his crew accomplished was done with perfection and care. On a personal note, Ray even rescued our cat who had accidentally gotten herself stuck behind our refrigerator. I can't think of another company who would have done that so graciously and without pause. Our tile roof looks fabulous, the work was done expertly. Hire Ray and Trademark with complete confidence.

I can't reach them and they won't return my voicemails. We bought a home that had a roof replaced by them in 2014 with a 20-year transferable warranty. We have issues with it and need them to inspect/make repairs presumably some of it under warranty and some of it not. I've been calling/emailing every other day for 2 weeks and have left two voice mails and haven't heard back.

Since writing this I have gotten ahold of them and have increased the rating to reflect that.

Trademark was recommended to us and I have to say, they did not disappoint from the first contact.
They were prompt to come and inspect our roof, and provided a quote immediately which came to a lower price than 3 other competitors. In addition, their quote was the FINAL price to pay, they took care of 8 plywood boards which were rotten without asking any questions or increasing their price in the process while other would charge +$65/board. And finally their quote includes a 20years workmanship and warranty for any leaks.

Ray's son was leading our roof repair project, and his crew did an excellent job, and cleaned up after themselves (except for a few nails we found later which must have rolled off the roof during the 3 days repair.)

They were also great at communicating about the work done, leaks found, etc. and with other parties involved such as the solar system company scheduling uninstall and reinstall of the panels.

Very professional.  So glad that I used them based on my neighbors recommendation.  Our roof looks great.  The price was fair, communication was excellent, and Ray went above and beyond to help us out with a previous roofing issue.

If you need a new roof, save yourself the hassle and time of scheduling estimates (like I did) and just call Ray out. I had several companies come out when we needed a new roof at our home in Tempe. Ray was the only one who came out and gave a direct, honest price without taking a ton of time or any hidden or extra fees that may come up, etc. I'm super happy with his company- super reliable, efficient, and responsive. He even gave me great referrals for paint and air conditioning. I'd give him 5 stars just for being honest and up front with his pricing. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend this roofing company. They have replaced/repaired the roofs in many houses in our neighborhood and we have referred them to several friends. Everyone says the same thing...GREAT JOB! Ray and his son will keep you informed throughout the process and make sure the job is done to your request.

We hired Trademark Roofing and they were AWESOME! The price they quoted us was the price we paid even though there was a lot of extra work after the job was started. We had a different company do a rental we own and in the end it cost us almost a thousand more dollars and the work they did was sub par. Ray explained everything to us before, during and after the job was done and everything they do is very professional. My suggestion is save yourself the grief of using another company, this company is honest and very dependable. Our roof looks wonderful.
