HISTORY
Established in 2014.
After speaking with a few of my close friends who worked in the industry I decided it would be something i would like to try. After working for several different companies I found that the passion I had developed for restoring homes was more than I could achieve working under another company's standards. By establishing EA Restoration I am now able to give the service and help customers to the greatest of my abilities.

We understand that emergency restoration services must be available instantly to prevent further damage. EA Restoration was able to dry out my kitchen due to water damage and they worked with the Insurance company.
I felt safe and comfortable and the quality of work was excellent.
They were on time and respectful.
If I could give 1 star I would. The lack of response, communication, commitment, and service is absolutely disgusting. This company is terrible... We hired them for work, which took months to complete with no follow up, I had to constantly call them. The work took 6mos. To complete, and then less than a year later my wood panels are opening on the flooring that they installed! I called 6mos ago to have them repair it since it's under warranty and they have still not repaired my flooring. I'll be contacting the better business bureau as well, this is ridiculous.
Had to file a complaint with the Arizona Registrar of Contractors to assist in an acceptable completion of $10K + project. ROC ruled in our favor, still awaiting completion of project from EA Restoration.
Never hire EA Restoration . I had a fire April 28 2020 . I was told I would be back in my home in November 2020 . I moved back in January 28th 2022 21 months after the fire and had to move 7 times related to lack of commitment to finish this job. I drove out to they're office twice to see if they were still in business. I have emailed and texted them numerus times over the almost 2 years with no response for months at a time . They have no commitment still are not finished 100% and they don't have the green tag from City of Phoenix. I can't get them to finish the job. Texted messaged and emails go un answered. This has been a horrible experience for me and I don't want to see anyone go through what I'm still going through . NEVER hire EA Restoration.
Shortly after my Review, late in 2020, EA Restoration 'conveniently' stopped paying their Bonding, and re-filed, under the same name, different Owner, albeit same Family Ownership. This will not stop, or prevent ongoing Complaints, new Complaints certain to be filed, or Actions pending against EA Restoration. Be careful, very careful, there are a lot of bad actors in the construction and service fields.
During the process of selling our home, we discovered that a new roof was in order. We acquired several bids which came in mostly in the same ballpark. However, we chose EA largely because of sales person/project manager Jake. Jake scheduled the project, it started on time and ended right on schedule. During the process, Jake was constantly involved. The crew did a great job; they really knew what they were doing and kept things about as tidy as you can when doing a project of this magnitude. (Side note: I'm glad the temps cooled off for the crew while doing this project!) We are very pleased with the outcome. Note to the owners of this company: Jake is a keeper... take care of this man!!
Typically the only time I write reviews is when a company has done a great job! However, the service I received from EA Restoration deserves to be noted. The workers were conscientious and got the work done in a timely manner. When the sales rep came to my home he explained the process in detail from remediation to repair and working with the insurance company. He committed to me that when the remediation was complete I would not be left without a sink. Well, it was a Friday afternoon and I found myself without a working sink, looking for a plumber to put my kitchen back in some working order after the company owner, Cavin told me they do not do plumbing. Try and find a plumber on a Friday afternoon. This was not the only problem with EA Restoration. Everyone in management from the top-down seems to have forgotten that without the customer they do not have a business. Needless to say, they won't be doing the repair work on my kitchen. Check out the dates on their reviews. The current reviews seem to show that something has changed at EA Restoration. I suggest that you look for another company to do your work.

I only used this company because my insurance adjuster said they were reliable. They did not complete the mold removal job, charged more than other companies which may be related to being an insurance claim, and verbally stated to me not once but twice that they would repair the drywall and floor. The estimate actually did not state this so I hired a reputable company to fix the walls and complete the job. Please learn a lesson from me, don't.believe your insurance adjuster when he refers you to experts, do your homework and read the reviews on yelp, and learn to properly read estimates. Would not use this company again.
We had a leak in our bathroom and into our dining room and we were referred to EA Restoration. They were quick to come out for the original inspection and they took care of everything with our insurance company and did solid work in mitigating the damage. Everyone that came over to inspect and work were courteous and respectful.

This company is a life saver! They do it all! My client needed their carpets cleaned based on negative feedback from potential buyers. EA came out to their home in less than 24 hours and turned the brown carpet to brand new in about an hour and a half! Amazing work, professional and my clients love me for referring these guys to them! Thanks EA!

I was referred to EA Restoration from a friend who had to use them last year. I have a couple of kids and it feels like I'm always running errands and taking them to where ever they need to be. So what I appreciated most about EA was their scheduling system. They were diligent to schedule around my needs and sent a follow up email to confirm. This was a sucky situation that EA made bearable! Definitely would use again.

I was referred to EA Restoration because of a leak in my roof above my garage via Facebook from a wife of one of the owners. I called and left a message. A few minutes later the owner called me back and set up an appointment for him to come out today to give me a quote. That's a plus in my book. I'd rather someone come out asap since if it rains again we'll just have more damage.
I'll update my review after he comes this afternoon.
I'm an air conditioning contractor and I have been involved with jobs and referred to jobs by EA Restoration. These guys know what they're doing and they do the job right. That's what you look for with the kind of work they do. They know how to deal with insurance agents and home owners alike to make sure you get all the mold or whatever it is that they are eliminating from your house.
Highly recommend them. Craig is really good at estimating the jobs and not missing anything.

Cavin was professional and honest. He quickly responded to my call when we had a roof leak. His team got the job done in a timely manner for a reasonable price. We definitely recommend EA Restoration!!

As a local insurance agent, I see first hand how frustrating and hard it can be when catastrophe strikes. EA Restoration is the best at helping people, and their homes, get back to normal as smoothly as possible. They have done numerous jobs for me personally and my clients and neither I nor them have had one complaint.
I worked with EA Restoration twice this year and both experiences have been tremendously great. This past summer my hot water heater burst and flooded my home, and during the initial clean up I discovered that my house was full of asbestos. EA Restoration conducted the asbestos-related clean up issues. They were efficient and fast and their crew was meticulous when cleaning any mess that was made. The owners, Craig and Cavin, were incredibly thorough in their explanations of the work being done on my home, and they were both quick to respond to my voice messages, emails and texts. I was very impressed with their work and hired them again to perform an asbestos abatement demolition of a home renovation project. Again, EA Restoration was a super choice. I am very pleased with their work and highly recommend this company.
EA Restoration came out and took care of a moldy wall in my garage. They were awesome! They were flexible to find a time that worked with me and when they showed up, they got right to work and worked late into the night to get the job done. They were polite and exhibited very good communication on exactly what they were doing. I'm very impressed with their service and would definitely recommend them to someone else.
