I have lived in an older house for 5 years. It has always smelled funny or musty. I was embarrassed to have guests in the house because of the smell. Worse yet is I got used to the smell.
I researched lots of options but the air purification system sounded like the best long term solution. I contacted Michael and he was very responsive. I had a duct cleaning and shock then the purification system involved. IT IS AMAZING!!!! For the first time in 5 years the entire house smells amazing!!! Clean like fresh laundry. It's unmistakable and really smells clean and fresh. I highly recommend Michael!!!!!

I purchased a condo last September and it smelled like paint when I moved in but slowly started to get a very musty odor. I called Smell Fresh Arizona to see if they could help. Michael came out to assess, he advised the last owners were probably smokers, after ruling out mold, he suggested we try a treatment and vent cleaning before going with a more expensive solution. He was fast and responsive but more importantly there is no longer an odor!! I highly recommend this company, he really tries to be cost effective while still taking care of the problem. I was beyond frustrated I bought a home that smelled and he totally changed that for me.

I had a tenant who never emptied their cats liter box.  When he moved out, the smell was so abhorrent that it didn't even smell like a litter box anymore, it surpassed any other odor this Earth has produced. Even though the litter box was kept one room, it permeated through the entire house and there was no escaping the odor, you could even smell it when approaching the house.  I was certain that the house would have to be repainted and the room with the liter box would need new drywall and the wood flooring would need to be replaced.  

I called Smell Fresh Arizona based off their Yelp reviews and I am so happy that I started here because it was a much simpler and cheaper resolution.  They did in fact get rid of the any trace of the odor.  They also opened the refrigerator while treating the house and it also removed the normal odor fridges retain when unplugged.  I highly recommend this company for your stinky problems.

I purchased a condo that had been smoked in for 10+ years. The residual odor was inescapable in every space of the condo. Based on Yelp reviews, I contacted Smell Fresh and 1-2 other companies.

After learning about the process Smell Fresh uses, I was sold. Michael told me that you will never know that anyone smoked there. So, I hired him. Long-story short, they delivered on the promise. After a 1-week treatment, there is zero smell of smoke.

Moreover, the service I received was great. Michael worked directly with my contractor who is renovating the condo, and communicated with me remotely since I currently live in CA. I really can't recommend Smell Fresh and Michael highly enough. Use them for your odor remediation needs!

We own a condo that unfortunately had a heavy smoker living there.  He used so much air freshener that it almost knocked you down.  We replaced all flooring and painted the entire until but could not get rid of the smell.  We have never used a company like this before so didn't know what to expect.  The owner came out and was very knowledgeable and didn't try to hard sell us.  We thought what the heck we will give it a try.  
When we walked into our condo it smelled so fresh, no more air freshener smell.  Now we can rent our condo with confidence that the new tenants don't have to smell someone's left behind odors.

We had a tricky case with a house that had been chain smoked in for 40+ years, and I was referred to Smell Fresh.
What a difference!
When I called to inquire about services, they were so detailed and helpful in understanding the process. I crossed my fingers and put all my faith in smell fresh and thank goodness we did.
The difference is night and day and you would never know the house was smoked in. I have no doubt this home will sell now and for MUCH MORE than before thanks to this company.

Very quick to respond and did a great job cleaning all of our vents and giving us before and after photo's.  We are very happy and will have them out again.

I have been working in the biohazard remediation industry (aka: crime scene clean up) for going on 10 years. It is not uncommon for me to have jobs where a person has passed away in their home or apartment and gone undiscovered for several days, weeks and (believe it or not) even months. The smells can be horrendous and often are the worst factor. I say worst because under these circumstances there is really one option and that is to practically gut the interior and start with new materials-- new drywall (very worst case), fresh coat of primer/paint on both walls and ceiling, R&R any carpet, etc...
I stumbled upon Michael and Smell Fresh AZ by chance on Craigslist of all places. After reading his ad, I knew right away this guy knew what he was talking about. I was intrigued to say the least. I contacted him first just to introduce myself, tell him a little about my own business. A few weeks later I had a job in Wickenburg, AZ where the homeowner had passed away of natural causes and was not found for nearly four weeks. The body was in late stages of decomposition in the master bedroom. While I have used ozone for years and do own my own generators, I knew this would be a chance for me to put Smell Fresh to the test. Not to mention the fact that due to it being summertime and warm temps outside (did I mention the fact that there was no A/C on in the home the entire time the body was there? fyi: this accelerates the rate of decomposition drastically) Let's just say, I knew I could use all the help I could get on this particular property trying to restore it to pre-incident state. To make a long story short, I contacted Michael and explained the situation. While I could hear slight apprehension in his voice (not sure if this was due to the Wickenburg location/travel distance ...or the idea of a decomposing corpse) he agreed to take the job on. Two days later, after I'd had opportunity to tackle the removal and decon of the really messy stuff, he went out and worked his magic. I can now say I am a true believer in this guys product/pitch!

The gentlemen who came out were friendly, timely, and worked efficiently. They did a great job and I appreciated the pictures of the vents afterwards as well as the clean up they did. I had an issue related to a deep freezer being unplugged and losing food due to the service call and I appreciate the owner coming out personally to make things right regarding that. This company is top notch!  I just bought a home which had a very strong cigarette smell.  Not being a smoker the smell was so overpowering it would give me a slight headache.  I shared this with my realtor who recommended Smell Fresh Az.  I'm so happy he did!

I spoke to both Michael and his employee Steve on seperate occasions.  Both were courteous, friendly, prompt, professional, and communicated everything to a tee.  

After a three day treatment my home now smells clean, fresh, and amazing!  There is absolutely NO cigarette smell in my home.  I can't tell you how happy my family and I are!  Now I really am looking forward to moving my family and I into our new home.

LOOK NO FURTHER!!!  This service is worth every penny!!!  We are getting ready to move into a rental property which had a very strong smell of ethic food from previous tenants.  I found this company and submitted an inquiry through their website.  I got a call back from Micheal the same day which also happened to be on a Sunday evening.  I was able to get an appointment very quickly.  Micheal came and installed all the equipment and he even allowed the house to bake one more day because the smell was so strong.  Fast forward 4 days later, and I feel like I am walking into a brand new home.  I kid you not!  This service is amazing!!!  We will be using this company from now on!  Great customer service as well.  Thank you so much!!!!!

We bought a house where the previous owner had left us with the trifecta of bad odors: pet odors, cigarette smoke, and a dead critter in the attic.  We discovered Smell Fresh Arizona at the Maricopa Home Show and quickly signed up for their full home treatment.  

I scheduled a time where we could seal up the house for three days and once I was able to enter the building again, the previous bad odors were completely eliminated.  Michael was great with communication and was prompt every step of the way.  Hopefully I never need their services again but if I do, they will be the first company I call.

To all realtors, homeowners looking to sell their homes, pet owners, and landlords with pesky tenants that smoke, this is the service for you.  My apartment reeked of tobacco until Michael came in with his services and saved the day (and my nose!).  Michael was accommodating with my busy schedule to make sure he could provide his services as quickly as possible.  My apartment has never smelled better--my candles and Febreeze pale in comparison to Smell Fresh Arizona.

I had a 2 year tenant who smoked...what a mess!  Before hearing about Smell Fresh, I stripped the house of blinds, fans, etc.; had the entire house painted (including ceilings), floors and all hard surface cleaned and resealed, vents cleaned.  Smoke smell still lingered.  Nothing against smokers, but WHY smoke indoors???  Especially in a home that doesn't belong to you?  Enough venting :^)  Found out about Smell Fresh (finally) through my realtor.  Mike was incredibly professional, courteous, and took the time to explain the process.  After treatment (24 hours), unfortunately the house still smelled of cigarette odor.  Steve was back out to retreat within 3 days...and VOILA!  The smell was gone!  YAY!!  For the cost, this service is worth every dollar.  My only regret was not finding them sooner :^)
