We were looking for someone to come out to clean up our property when the weeds got away from us. Troy came out immediately to walk the property with me and provided a quote during the walk through. Once we decided to proceed with them, they were at our house the next day and did an amazing job. Troy was very responsive and great to work with. Will definitely use them again for all our landscaping needs!
Troy was able to come out in a days notice and give a decent quote for a next day service. His team works hard and quickly. They pulled all the many weeds, mowed and fertilized our lawn, trimmed our large and small trees, cleaned up all yard debris and then treated the whole front and back yard for weeds. They made the yard look absolutely beautiful and we are very impressed with how much they were able to trim off our very large tree. I would recommend Urgent Care Tree and Lawn to anyone and will be! Such a great deal and wonderful team. I will be using this companies services again, it was beyond worth it.

My husband is a double amputee, and this winter he also had major shoulder surgery. Yard work has gotten harder and harder for him, but this last winter it became impossible. We had several broken sprinklers throughout the yards, and a half-dead lawn, and it was all my daughter and I could do to keep most of the weeds at bay. The timer was also broken on my garden soaker hose system!
We scheduled Troy and his crew to come out. They were one of the few companies that actually committed to a day and time and showed up. I had tried several before.
We were out of the house most of the day and I was actually shocked to get a phone call in the afternoon that everything was good to go! Troy wouldn't give me a price over the phone. I knew it wasn't going to be cheap with all the extra repairs they had done on top of what I had asked (finding hidden sprinkler lines, fixing those, etc!)
The next day he and his wife came by and told us they wanted to help us out since they knew we were having difficulties, and wouldn't take any money at all for the job!!! We were completely floored, but also very grateful.
I am not exactly sure what extra magic Troy put on this lawn because it stayed green all winter and that has never happened before. On the other hand maybe it is the miracle of a functioning sprinkler system! Look how green it is!

I can not explain just how impressive Troy and his team are!!! They went above and beyond, paid very close attention to even the small details, and completely exceeded my expectations! I haven't been impressed by a company and their work in a long time, it's a fight usually just to get your moneys worth, but Urgent Care Tree & Lawn not only got me a quote the same day, then fit me in 2 days later to make sure my yard was perfect for the weekend!! This year has been worse than usual for the weeds, with all the rain, I had pulled these giant weeds completely multiple times, but they kept coming back. Troy's guys came in, perfectly trimmed the grass & plants (even shaping them perfectly), removed all the weeds thoroughly, and sprayed for the weeds. It was a BIG job and they absolutely killed it!!

As my time as a homeowner finding a reliable landscape company that was good at communication and providing amazing service was so hard to find but now that I have Urgent Care Tree and Lawn I won't need to find a new law care company!
I called Troy mid morning and he was at my property only a couple hours later providing me a quote for all the work I showed him! Then less than 24 hours later my yard has never looked better.
If you're looking for any type of lawn care urgent or not this is your guy! Not only is Troy the company owner, he's working right alongside the other workers. He's the definitition of an amazing small business!

- trimmed back several smaller trees and shrubs
- removed an old red yucca

They pretty much read my mind on how much to trim each tree....and If i wanted a tree cut back a little bit more, no problem. If i wanted to add something to the to-do list, no problem.

Troy is very communicative, patient, and reliable. I needed a contractor who would wait for the landscaping work to start until I got competing quotes and my neighbor's approval. Although Troy offered to do the job on the same day as giving me the estimate, he listened to me and waited till I gave him the okay. After I got my neighbor's approval, I was able to schedule an appointment at a good time. He and his team did a great job with my yard work (weeds removed and sprayed) and my neighbor's tree removal and tree trimming. I'll definitely ask him to give me future estimates and work.
We had a very large tree in a small front yard that sadly had to go due to root issues. Troy and his team did an outstanding job removing it and cleaning up throughly when they were finished! I felt like the price was very fair and will use them in the future for any landscaping needs :)
i was watching my mothers house while she was on vacation and needed a quick turn around on some monsoon damage to a tree in her front yard. My backyard was sad and desolate (literally just dirt and weeds) before, but it's only been a week and a half since their visit and my yard is already full of grass! I only wanted grass for my dogs, so it has their full stamp of approval!
We were in desperate need of weed treatment for our yard and I reached out to several businesses. After having multiple negative experiences with other lawn services, we are very hesitant to hire anyone. However, Troy responded very quickly and came out to give us an estimate same day (Wednesday). He quoted us for just the weed treatment as well as a full yard clean-up + weed treatment. We decided to go with the full yard clean-up and we are so glad we did. They were at our house first thing Monday morning and our yard looks immaculate. We couldn't be more pleased. Troy and his team were so incredible! We recently moved into a new home and the landscaping left much to be desired. I requested a quote on Yelp around 9 PM and he was at our house giving us a bid by 10 AM the next morning.
Needless to say, It REALLY needed a cleanup! I'm talking 4 citrus stumps and a dead tree removed, orange trees trimmed and the bases painted white, weeds removed and treated in our rock area, mowing, the whole works! They were here from 9 AM - 3 PM and made it look SO fab. It was just what we needed. He also guarantees his weed treatment for 3 months. Yes, please!

I had a phenomenal experience with this company. I sent a text for a free estimate and the owner came same day to go over pricing with me. He was very personable and could tell immediately he was someone I would trust to get the job done right. I was not disappointed. They came next day to get the work completed. Everything was done in a day. I had 3 palms removed and grounded down, 3 other trees removed and grounded as well as the other trees around my property trimmed. They did a quick and efficient job for what I would say is the most reasonable price on the market. Thank you guys so much for the hard work!

We have a beautiful yard again!!
My husband was recently in a motorcycle accident when a truck ran a red light and hit him. Once we got him settled back at home, we realized our yard was way more than we could handle alone!
Found Urgent Care on Yelp and couldn't be more pleased with the results! Requested a quote and they were here quickly to go over everything we needed done. Scheduling was super easy, rates are great, great customer service, and really did a beautiful job!

Troy and his crew are great! We have used them a couple times now at different properties and they have done great. They work very quickly and always make sure to spray for weeds so that they don't grow back. Also had them trim a tree on my backyard and it looks great now. These guys did a really great job and charged a fair price. They brought a crew out to the house and took care of business. They quoted the job quickly and they rectified a few small issues that arose.

With the recent monsoon rains, the weeds in our backyard got really out of control. Some of them were over six feet tall, it was just a jungle back there. I did some research and read a bunch of reviews and decided to contact Troy at Urgent Care Tree and Lawn. He responded really quickly and was able to come out and give us an estimate pretty quickly. It was a very reasonable price. They came in the morning and knocked it all out within a few hours, cleaned up well, and sprayed pre-emergent. Payment was super convenient, and we're left with a nice weedless yard. Very happy with their work and would not hesitate to call them again.

Troy and his crew were awesome to work with removing our 6 very large sissoo trees. He came out for a quote and was ready to go by the end of the week when he said he would. He even called the school behind us that shares our fence and worked with them to schedule safe times to cut and retrieve the tree branches. Would definitely recommend them and use them in the future.

After a different company never showed up for a planned tree removal we were in a hurry to find a replacement. We got quotes from 4 companies and Urgent Care Tree & Lawn's was competitive AND they were able to start the job two days later (other companies had quoted at least a 2-3 week wait since it is the busy season).
He and his crew did the job well over two days and did a great job cleaning up the huge mess that comes from removing seven palm trees. Where the stump grinding was done you would never know there had been a tree there!

They do excellent work! They cleaned up 4 palm trees on my property and had them looking fantastic. They hauled away all of the debris, and completely cleaned up everything. I also had them install a new irrigation controller which is working perfectly. I will definitely be calling them again for any of my future tree & lawn needs.
My back yard was full of dust, dirt, weeds and in dire need of an update. I hired Urgent Care Tree & Lawn to grade and level the lot, remove the weeds, install sprinklers/drip systems, place topsoil, weed block and rocks... and couldn't be any more pleased with the result! They also connected my existing manual sprinkler from the front yard with the backyard, and everything is easily programmable and simple to maintain now.
I'm wildly happy the result, and can't thank Troy and his team enough for the great work!
I started searching on Yelp and Troy was the first of three other services that responded and the fastest! He provided a fair price and took the time to listen to what I wanted and provided an honest opinion. Troy was able to start the work immediately.and was able to clean up, landscape with rocks. He is very trustworthy and very good at responding to me either through Yelp or text to my phone. I plan to bring Troy back for more work!
Urgent care tree and lawn came out to quote a job for me. I originally just wanted to get my dying trees removed. After noting I'd like to get evening else done in the future he quoted me out a bundle price to do it all at once. He was able to quote me the job, and actually finish everything the same day. The result was a cleaner looking, low maintenance front and back yard as requested.
I typically don't write reviews, but Urgent Care was fantastic. I messaged Troy yesterday and he responded right away. They showed up today at the time they said they would, which is not what I'm used to with lawn maintenance services. I needed lawn mowing, small tree and bush trimming, and weed maintenance, which was done really well. Finally a company that shows up when they say they will.

We contacted Troy after another company ghosted us. The estimate to job completion were done within a week. The yard was cleaned and crushed gravel was added. He also put us in touch with another contractor to help with our home remodel. We will be using Troy to do the landscaping once our home remodel is near completion. Very nice guys! Highly recommend.

We let our back yard go wild for far too long and the prospect of cleaning it up ourselves was daunting. Troy responded quickly to our quote request and was able to schedule a time to drop by and inspect the property for himself. The price he quoted seemed very fair for me and included hauling off several old junk items.
The job ended up taking two days to complete due to the size and complications (there's no direct access to the back yard, you have to go through the garage or house), but two truck and trailer loads later our back yard is clear and usable again. Troy responds to texts quickly, which I appreciate, and is always professional and friendly. Highly recommended.
Loved their urgency and responsiveness. Our saguaro fell over in half and had to be taken out by its roots and hauled out, which is no easy feat. Troy responded to my call and had James at our home within 3 hours. Excellent work and clean up was great. I will definitely call this company for any lawn needs and tree trimming.

Troy and his team are AWESOME!!! He was available to come out ASAP to give us a quote. BEST prices around! After given us the quote, we agreed to have him prune our palms and remove 2 trees along with stumping grinding. He had the equipment with him to prune the palms right away, which we agreed to and said he would be back the next afternoon to remove the trees and grind down the stumps. He came back by himself and tackled removing the 2 trees and ground down the stumps in no time!!! Going forward, I will be using/calling him for all my landscaping needs and would recommend him to anyone!!!!

I'm dissatisfied with the service given at my residence. Troy gave his word that he'd be at our house by 1 pm on 4/8/22. And he never showed. Never called. Never texted. And he never sent an email stating a reason why. He left my mother and me hanging. This is unprofessional, inconsiderate, and quite rude to leave my 74-year old mother [Dianne Hagel] on the hook with no explanation as to why a promised service from the owner of a company never bothers to show up for a scheduled appointment, and not so much bother to tell a prospective paying customer what is happening. Especially one having balance issues. This is unacceptable service at any and all levels. I'd do it myself, however, I fear I've redeveloped actinic keratosis [pre-skin cancer] helping my mother outside. My mother chose Urgent Care Tree & Lawn because she liked their services. And that's all I'm going to say on the matter concerning Urgent Care Tree & Lawn.
Solid work, very responsive and good price!
We were originally looking for someone to take out a large tree in our backyard but after talking to Troy, we quickly learned that Urgent Care also does demolition work. We ended up having the tree removed and a large shed demo'd and were very happy with the work.
Troy responded almost immediately even though it was into the evening when I submitted the request and was able to answer questions. He was out for an estimate within about 24 hours and they were able to start the work just a few days later.
We had a couple small custom requests and changes throughout the job and Troy was quick to talk through it and so everything could be done as needed.
Troy and his team did a great job on my yard. I was seriously overdue for tree trimming and lawn and weed maintenance. Troy came out the same day to give me a quote and it was very reasonable. A few days later he and his team were here to do the work and I was impressed, my yard hasn't looked that clean in a long time. I've had a couple of neighbors hire him after seeing the work he did on my trees and I've now set up bi-weekly maintenance services. I'm looking forward to keeping my yard looking this good!

I requested a quote and Troy was great from the start, including wearing a mask upon arrival to look at the yard. Quick, response and did a fantastic job at a great price. All our trees and shrubs are trimmed up beautifully, all the leaves are finally gone and our yard looks amazing!

Eight months after service my palm trees are struggling. I lost 1 tree that was serviced and have another on life support. I have to now call an arborist to fix what was done by Urgent.
Fast response, went above and beyond in helping us problem solving clearing out a side yard and making it look great for putting our house on the market! Also super fast in not only getting us in the Same day as the quote but got everything done the same day!! Pics show before and after!
They responded immediately and had the best price from my quotes. Troy showed up at my door with a mask and his team finished planting our winter grass on a large lawn in the same day. Everyone was very friendly. I would completely recommend their service.

I'm soooo glad I contacted Urgent Care Tree & Lawn. My front yard got to the point where I just didn't want to mess with it. I had crab grass growing through rocks, overgrown bushes, and some weeds here and there.
I had tried some other highly rated landscapers to take a crack and my yard, but Troy and his team were by far the best. Troy's crew took their time to make sure my yard looked PERFECT. I could tell they really care about the quality of their work and weren't just rushing to fit as many jobs in as they could in one day.
Troy did an excellent job with our yard! Our yard was overgrown when we called Troy for an estimate. He was very kind and responsive and offered to come out in person to provide a quote for both the initial clean-up as well as ongoing monthly maintenance. His quote was competitive with other landscapers we were interviewing, and he was here with his team for our initial clean-up only days after providing his quote. Our yard looks great and we look forward to working with Troy for our monthly maintenance. Would definitely recommend this company!

Troy was super knowledgeable and willing to walk through things with me every step of the way. He not only did the work, but was willing to explain things along the way, make recommendations and went above and beyond what was asked of him. I consider more of a Troy a partner in the quality of my yard as opposed to just a hired company to do some work.
My backyard unfortunately was overgrown with weeds and needed an extreme cleanup. I requested a quote from Urgent Care Tree on a Saturday morning and Troy responded almost immediately. He and James were at my home within an hour to give me a very fair quote. His team was able to start two days later, on Monday.
Troy texted me Monday morning with an ETA for James to begin work. James arrived right on time and got to work. He was very polite and professional. There have been issues with the irrigation system in the yard, and James found the source and was able to shut off the lever, but would have to come back to finish the yard because the ground was too wet.
James sprayed a weed killer over the entire yard and I have not had any new weeds sprouting up since it was sprayed.
I highly recommend this company for your yard needs.
Contacted Troy on a Saturday morning and he was at our house a few hours later. We needed our grass/sod removed from our front yard. He and his crew are nice, hard working and knowledgeable. My neighbors commented on how friendly they were. He was reasonably priced and I would not hesitate to use them again for future work.

Our project had three components, built-in shed demo, tree removal with stump grinding and partial demo of short block gardening walls (this work is in preparation for pool excavation, Urgent Care saved us tons of money over what the pool company had itemized to do the same work). Troy and his team completed this work very well and in a timely manner. We are very satisfied with the results of Urgent Care Tree & Lawn and highly recommend their services!

This is actually part 2 of my review. This company is incredible. Troy and his team made our house look like new again. The transformation in our front yard is beautiful. And they are all about the extra touches. They take extreme pride in their work and the end result shows this.
We honestly did not think there were companies like this left in AZ. And we called many different ones with no results at all - no phone calls back and many no-shows for just an estimate.
You will be so happy if you call Urgent Care. They are sincerely the best landscape service.
Our yard needed to be cleaned up badly, but we didn't want to use any of the yard services that we have used in the past. My sister did a lot of research and found Troy. He was able to come over and give us an estimate the same day, and he and his crew did the work the next day! Did a great job of cleaning up all of our weeds, cutting back bushes and trimming a 25-year-old ficus tree. We found the price very reasonable as he and his crew also cleaned up our mother's yard which included removing a tree. Both yards took several hours to do. We found Troy to be a really nice guy and very reliable. We will definitely call him again in the future.

I had flooded backyard on Sunday morning. Majority of places were closed but Troy responded and came to my house right away. There were several additional repairs we found along the way. Troy was there and helped me all the way. I met some of his workers too. They were very nice and I can see a great team Troy has. It's nice to locate a service that I can trust. Highly recommended.
The other guy I hired for lawn maintenance stopped showing up, then we had all that rain! By the time I found Urgent Care, the weeds in my yard had surrounded my home and were holding me hostage inside! With each day that passed, not only was their army growing bigger but EACH SOLDIER was growing bigger as well. I thought I could keep them at bay myself, but it was no use. I needed reinforcement...the BIG guns. Troy surveyed the the battlefield and we agreed on a fair price for him and his troops to save me from certain doom. They came on a Friday, armed with every possible weapon and they fought valiantly for the better part of SEVEN HOURS (not even kidding!)...and when the dust settled, not only was my enemy obliterated, the battlefield had been transformed into a beautiful yard that I'm proud to call mine. And believe me when I tell you, I'm not the only one rejoicing in the amazing job Troy and his crew did, my neighbors are, too!! This calls for the whole village to celebrate Urgent Care's victory!! Like at least a 3-day feast...

Very reasonable pricing. Prompt in their arrival. Was also sent a couple of photo updates when I wasn't home to check in. Not wasted time either, the guys got in and they got out!

Responded quickly to an add I had placed for a tree branch breaking off. Came out same day to quote job and while here gave him an extra job I had been looking to have done. Was extremely fair priced and came back next morning at time scheduled and completed said work. Him and his team did a great job and would definitely be calling them back for any future issues.
We recently had some tree/shrub concerns and called Urgent Care Tree and Lawn for assistance in an effort not to lose any plants. They were quick to respond, worked very hard, and were fair in their pricing. They had discovered that many of our drip lines had malfunctioned and were streaming water. We are very grateful for their assistance and I've already recommended them to my neighbors via our community Facebook page. Highly recommend!

We highly recommend this company! Troy is professional, communicative, knowledgeable, and always arrives right on time. His prices are very reasonable and competitive with other companies. Our entire front and backyard needed a major cleanup. Troy was able to come out right away for a quote and was able to fit us in his schedule within a week. He and his team were able to trim all 5 of our large overgrown trees, tear down an old broken treehouse, clean up weeds and piles of leaves from two large dying lawns, and aerate, reseed, and fertilize the lawns all in a day. They also cleaned up and hauled away all tree trimmings and treehouse wood. We are very happy with their service!
We had a tough issue with our yard being overgrown with weeds. We hired Troy and his team and they were able to clean it up and get our yard looking much better. Troy was very responsive to us and helped walk us through what we wanted and expected from his work. He was very honest about the cost and made sure we were absolutely satisfied with the job.
Troy was great he was flexible on the rate. He came on time ZIp zap in 20 minutes o my palm tree stump and the stump grinding was done and clean up pretty neat. Left the place as fif there was no tree ther. I'm glad I found them to do the project. I would highly recomend Their services.

Found this company on Yelp. Requested a quote on a Saturday and within 10 minutes received a response. Shane was able to come by two hours later and give me a quote in person for trimming my 4 palms. He worked with me and my schedule and they were out first thing Monday morning. Very professional and were taking all the Covid safety measures seriously. Did a great job with both trimming and cleaning up after. Made sure I was satisfied with their work before leaving as well. I will definitely be using their services again and highly recommend.
I requested a quote for a landscape clean up. They responded right away, I made an appointment for the next day and they were on time, the quote was very competitive and they told me they could have a crew out the same day! Sold! They did great work and checked several times during the job to make sure I was happy. I was and am! I would recommend them to anyone!
