We have used AZ Lawnscaping since first moving to Phoenix several years ago. I did a lot of research and they had the best reviews on all the sites. Now I can see why. Liz is so helpful and goes above and beyond what regular landscapers do. She has come by on multiple occasions to adjust my sprinklers without me even asking and even before when I was trimming the lawn myself! The grass they put in is beautiful. Today we had Nick Everett and Spencer out from Big Nick's Landscaping and Maintenance. They did an amazing job! It had been a while and many of our plants and bushes were way overgrown. They took their time and trimmed most everything by hand.

Nick completely understood when I explained I wanted the plants to look natural, not trimmed flat and square. Hedges aren't my thing. If you want a family man that will understand what you want, give you top-notch service, and be someone you can count on, Nick is your guy.

Jason and Joel, with The Hard Workers, just completed a renovation of our back yard. We had no fewer than six bids for this pretty major project. Jason came over at the time he said he would. He walked us through his vision, took some measurements and got back to us that night with an estimate. Jason was not the least expensive but was very reasonable. After agreeing to work together, Jason assisted us in selecting materials and mapped out his approach. The end result was better than we could have every expected. Each cut of the travertine, the care taken when acid washing the pool, the seams in our new turf, the perfect lines and grading of the new paver walk way...every detail was important. We could not be happier. These guys cleaned up every night before they left, could not have been nicer and more respectful to my family and my dogs, and frankly they became like friends. The only reason I gave them five stars is because six was not an option.

Had low pressure in my sprinkler heads and a few of them broke off in the ground so Tom came out and fixed them for me. Great local guy that cares about the customers he works with. Replaced the sprinkler heads and cleaned out a few of the heads as well. Awesome job.

Juan is responsive and did a good job on my yard without any direction from me in person.  We only exchanged photos and texts.  He completed work on time for a fair price in this market.

They set up an appt for 3 pm to 4 pm today ...at 4:13 i called . The guy said he he completely forgot about it, the he was in Mesa and completely forgot about it.

Cary came out to look at our property (new build) to gather the information for the quote and drawing.  He said the turnaround time is 3 weeks.  We are on week 6 and haven't received anything...

Put my info in on Yelp and selected to have multiple responses/quotes.  Adolfo's responded 5 hours later, which was ok.  I gave them the property address and we agreed to met today between 10am-1pm.  I specifically asked:
Yes please text me 20 min or so before you arrive.  And if you're not going to show up please let me know.  You would think you don't have to tell people that, but I've already had two people blow me off.

And then they didn't show up.  No text, no message in Yelp, no notice.
