Absolutely fabulous experience from the first phone call through the completion of the job.
Brandon showed up and paid great attention to what we wanted in our back yard, and offered suggestions on how it could look better.
As soon as our project manager, Ben showed up merely two days later to begin work, everything went smooth as silk....they have a great crew of guys who took great pride in all aspects of how they proceeded.  It took a mere three days, and each day the crew left the work area clean and neat, with no trace of anything.
I have to give the crew a special thank you.  Every one of the four took his time and was meticulous in detailing the area. Perfectly squared corners, all the pavers lined up beautifully with the artificial turf (which looks amazingly real), and you would never know anyone was working on site.
Rarely can we say that everything was perfect, but this experience most certainly was,. If I could give ten stars, I would. Thank you so much for a picture perfect yard!

Brandon the sales rep was extremely professional and polite, and made sure we were happy with the paver material and synthetic turf we wanted based on the design that was sketched out, and did not try to upsell to the next tier of turf. He made sure our decision was ours.

AMAZING! That's all I can say. We had three quotes done and felt the grass for all. Nothing could compare to them. They told me before they came out they weren't going to be the cheapest but I appreciated the honesty. They did give me some great discounts though. Still more than the other quotes but for the quality it was worth it.
The crew also AMAZING! They worked so hard and actually got everything done in one day. Couldn't be happier. My dogs and kids too!

We couldn't be happier with our new patio extension & turf! We were in the market to put something in our new build backyard & these guys were quick! We had the most wonderful experience with this company called Green Forever.  When I contacted them, they sent Tom who was able to help me design and select the materials for our back yard, he spent the time to explain the different types of grass, the process, how long it would take and that I would be working with a young man by the name of Ben and his crew. To my surprise, they showed up on time and worked like ants.  I never even saw them take a lunch break, working while eating. The work was impeccable, each phase was beautiful and when they were done the entire area was clean and beautiful. They even made a grass doormat for us. The plus to this new yard is that it can make a 15 degree difference in the temperature in the Summer and we all know how much we need a little help with that. With the water shortages we are experiencing now it is also a plus for the environment. These people are great.

Tom came out for the estimate and configured a layout we liked, explained the product and process and gave us an estimate. Two weeks later they show up on schedule with all materials and in less than two days transformed our backyard. Reliable and responsive. We had a great experience.

Green Forever just finished on our backyard and it is beautiful! I really appreciated that they came to our quote appointment with all of their samples ready for us to see and did a complete draw up of the plans right then! They were so knowledgeable about the market and took the time to explain all of the products features, maintenance, and benefits. Their customer service and 16 year warranty really sealed the deal for us! They were done in 2 days and we are so happy to have something other than dirt in our new construction backyard. This was so much more affordable than what we ever thought. The quality of the turf and pavers are unmatched. As soon as the HOA approved our designs, they were here within a week, and total installation was done in less than 4 hours. These guys mean business. We are so happy with our new front yard, and paver walkway coming from our backyard! (We removed all our plants in the before picture).

Everyone I worked with in process was great! Tom Martin helped with design and selection of materials process. It was done in person and on site, which was very helpful when you see the outlines marked of what you're planning.

Post the design process the financing/scheduling was a piece of cake! I was expecting the project to start a month or two after the design appointment because of how crazy the housing market is right now. But it was only two weeks later the project was scheduled and started.  Project Manager Ben Silva walked through the design again and then his crew got to work!
Start to finish of the project was 4-5 days  

The entire process took less than 4 weeks! Some of those important factors for me were the pet turf/quality of materials used to make sure it is ACTUALLY is pet resistant, with proper drainage and odor resistant!  Lastly, the warranty - having a timeframe where the work of the crew is covered; something really important to me as it protects the investment put towards a much more useable space!

Excellent service and value. Installation took less than 6 hours and looks great. Project manager handled it all and I am very happy with their work.

My husband contacted Green Forever, after an ad popped up.  They were quick to respond, and Andy came out to give us a quote for our front yard.  We wanted to swap out our sod for turf.

We had our pool built about 3 years ago, but never finished the surrounding area (stay with me here).  We have a large yard, and just couldn't decide on what to do.  We finally determined we wanted to add turf and extend the travertine on the other side.

Andy came and gave us quotes for both the front and back.  We ended up finishing the backyard, and putting the front yard on hold.  Discussing things with Andy was like talking to a friend.  He helped us figure out layout, made a few suggestions, stopped us from spending money unnecessarily, and no BS.  They finished our yard in about 2 1/2 days.  My friends were in shock at how quickly they got everything done (those dudes can hustle).

The morning of the install, Jimmy, the project manager, came by first thing and walked everything with us.  We made a few adjustments, had some laughs, and off they went.

Here's where everybody was SUPER impressed...I have seen some REALLY bad turf jobs (where you can see the seems, there are bumps, it's uneven, poor quality, etc.).  I have a few friends who are extremely meticulous.  One of them came over, and was walking around with a look of confusion on his face.  He was LITERALLY on his hands and knees.  I asked him what he was doing...he was looking for seems.  Haha!  He was so confused because it looks like one giant piece of turf.  He was in shock when I told him that there were actually 6 seems.  I proceeded to show him the general area of each one, and had I not seen them do it with my own 2 eyes, I wouldn't have known where to direct him.  Needless to say, he was impressed.  Another friend came over (who had just had her yard done a few weeks prior by another company), and could not believe how amazing the grass, not only looked, but felt.  She took of her shoes, and jumped up and down repeatedly with a big smile on her face.

Fast forward a few weeks, Andy was back at our house so we can sign the contract for the front yard.  Again, many confused friends drove by asking when we got our yard done, because they had just been by and saw that we had grass.  HALF A DAY.  That's how long it took for them to do nearly 800sf of sod removal, prep, and completion of turf.  Even I was surprised when they knocked on the door and said they were done.

I can not say it enough.  I am so appreciative of Andy, Jimmy, and their team.

Within the past 2 years I have made several repairs to my home and I decided to call and get a quote Andy was the first contact gave me a quote helped me select the best products for my needs. The office was very professional and kept on top of schedules etc.Financing was quick easy. Ben was the project manager also very nice and again on top of the project .when was al siad and done .I loved it.turf is a little price its an investment and also less water usage for oiving in the Desert thats a good thing.saving to do turf in frontyard.Thank you for making my purchase a great experience.

We tried reaching out to a few other companies recommended to us by friends, but none of them called back. So glad we found Green Forever! They were very responsive to our requests and patient with us as we planned our project. The crew did an amazing job and left our yard clean every day. We couldn't be happier with how the yard turned out and are excited to finally enjoy the outdoors!

Got a free quote on a Saturday. Was told our grass would be installed in about 2 weeks. We got a phone call a few days later telling us our grass would be installed early, about a week after the quote. The whole job took about a day and a half. The workers were very nice and cleaned up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.

Free Quote for HOA must approve the project, we definitely will change nice soon. Corey came   to  my house. His quote showed me amazing accurate designs (thought he was home design sketcher) and honest for his quote.

In addition, the company seems to do great work because we do not need to pay up front, we pay the job has been completed. We will update  the  before and after the project.

These guys are awesome! They came out within 2 weeks and was able to complete my backyard in a day. After the walkthrough, I needed to add another project and they jumped on it within 2 days. Super impressed with the quality of work they did and how personable the staff was. Highly recommend =D

Dear GreenForever synthetic turf,
I recently tried to book a free estimate with your company for a complete back yard makeover. I received a call back from Sherry and it has taken me days to sort through my feeling on this call and to be able to write this response in a clear, unemotional manner.
The call started basic enough with her question- Are you the home owner? Yes I am.
Sherry- Do you have the authority to proceed with this service.
me- yes, I do.
Sherry- So there is no man or husband who needs to be involved in this process?
Right there she started to lose me. 1. No there is not- and more importantly, why does this matter? 2. I've owned my own homes (multiple) for 20 plus years.
I tried to sidestep this and continue on to get someone out to help me with ideas on how to design the yard.
Sherry- will you have a pool or pergola installed?
Me- I'm not sure. You are the first company I have called and I am trying to get estimates so I know how to budget and plan. I'm not sure if a pool will be in my budget at this time but I still  want to work around that and make my yard presentable now.
Sherry- Well, you know you need to have those things completed before the install of our product. We offer the highest quality product therefor it is very expensive and you wouldn't want to have to dig it up in a few years if you decide to add a pool.
Again- this put me off. I am well aware that there is an order to things. I am also aware that my yard is big enough to accommodate a few different options and that I can save room for a pool should I choose to do so in the future. However, it's also none of her business if I choose to landscape my yard only to dig it up again in 3 years. I am trying to give you my money and she's making it difficult.
Sherry again stresses the high quality and cost of the product and that there is a minimum of 200ft and that would be $2500. again to myself I'm thinking whatever, I'm planning to spend at minimum 4 times that but instead I'm feeling insulted by her insinuation that I couldn't possibly afford such an extravagant and costly product.
I again try to steer back to the fact that again, this is my first company I've spoken with and that I am asking about your free estimate offer because I need a professional to come out and measure the yard and help me determine the best lay out and use of your product.  
Unfortunately, Sherry continued in her condescending manner and after way too long on the phone with her and her insults I was able to book an appointment. However, after I hung up, the insults and gall of her just continued to eat at me. The fact that it was another WOMAN who was questioning my decisions, my authority, my financial ability and my basic ability to make decisions has continued to really bother me. I HOPE she does not represent the face and values of your company. Yet this encounter has left such a sour taste that I've had to cancel my free estimate as I cannot in good conscious continue forward. I tried to find corporate info on your websites but i was unable to find anything other than social medial contacts and I felt that you at least deserved to know that this is how your company is being represented in 2021.

All I can say is... Look at our beautiful yards. They are absolutely stunning! Our neighbors have asked if it's real grass and, when I tell them it's not, they are amazed at the real grass look. People stop by in their cars to tell us how nice it looks. Wish we had done this sooner!

They did an amazing job on our turf! We had gotten a few estimates prior to talking to them, but they had the best warranty on their product. They came out the day they said they would and said it would take a couple of days to do the installation. Much to my surprise, when I woke up in the afternoon to go to work the whole yard was done that first day! The yard looks beautiful and I love that we have a nice space for our daughter and dogs to play.

We had these guys do a 15' x 25' area of grass that we had in place for about 5 years.  When they arrived they took the time to cover our travertine pool deck so no damage would happen.  Afterwards they immediately started cutting the old grass out and boy did they make short work of it.  In no time the grass wass gone and the cover was down and the 1/4 minus was going down and in less than 6 hours they were done with the forever lawn.  Now they started their efforts on the pavers in the front.   Let me tell you our driveway is curved and we want a 2' starting point at the street and following the curvature of the driveway it spreads out to 6-1/2' at the top to match up with our entry sidewalk.  Both were done in the same day and it looks amazing.  I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
