Very prompt response and was able to service my yard and two trees as soon as the next day. The yard had been neglected for some time, but Branko and his team managed to quickly bring it up to a high standard.

I paid them to do a FULL CLEAN UP and it was a disaster. Company was here an hour and a half had quoted me $775 they we're going to leave wanted to get paid but when I went out and looked around the property I realized that 99% of it still needed to be blown ,trimmed etc.
Their website shows them as doing several different things including tree trimming which they don't do ,  he told me they don't rake so the twigs and all the debris throughout the yard we're going to be left by this company, unbelievable!
Branko said he wasn't going until I paid him so I said well then you're gonna be here a long time less you finish the job you were supposed to do. So then he called the Scottsdale police lol. It was such a joke they ended up cleaning for about another hour carried out trash containers full of debris. Thank God he called the police because they got him to figure out that he had to do the job he was supposed to do!
Worst experience I've ever had!!!!!

It was a little tough to schedule the initial estimate since our schedules were not lining up. But once Branko was able to stop by at a time that worked for me, he was able to quickly identify everything that needed to be cleaned up. He immediately sent me a detailed breakdown of what each piece would cost. Once accepted, his team arrived quickly and our yard looks amazing! I would highly recommend their services.

I spoke with Branko about getting an estimate for a clean up and to utilize his landscaping services for ongoing maintenance. He was professional, prompt and very reasonable. I didnt hire them because my property manager had already contracted with someone else. But, I would absolutely hire them and I can strongly recommend their services as a prompt and excellent landscaping service !

Couldn't have asked for a better experience :) Got a letter from HOA, remove non viable palm tree. Reached out to Phoenix Landscape because of the good reviews for a free estimate. Got a physical call and they came and looked at the next day, looked at all my trees (others looked like they were dying as well). Got an estimate that also included another issue I had on property that they said they could take care of.  All was taken care of within 5 days of contact. Great communication, sent pictures of work while doing (I asked). Hope to do future landscape business with them.

Very poor customer service.  They will overcharge you and literally do nothing in your yard other than move leaves around. I strongly suggest to look at other companies that value you as a customer; while having a fair market rate.

Branko and his crew are absolutely the best! Great service and totally committed to bringing our long-neglected yard back to its prime. I'd give 10 stars if I could!

I was searching for quotes and had Branko come out for what I thought was a quote, he was able to give a fair price for what would have taken me about 2-3 hours of work and did it same day on the spot with his team. Will definitely use again, efficient and professional!

Very pleased with the tree trimming and yard cleanup that they did for us. Provided a reasonable quote and then worked with us as we changed the scope of work as we noticed other areas where they could help. Their team worked well together and frequently asked us for feedback as to whether they were doing the job in line with our expectations. Listened to us and responded. When I thought they were done, they said they were not done until the rocks had been raked, and then they did that. Highly recommended.

Bronko was supposed to come to my home this morning for an estimate to install sprinklers and a drip system. I text him to ask what time he would be here to plan my day accordingly. Bronko responded he was busy and it was raining and would come next Saturday. When I replied that we agreed to today and I expected him to keep his word he told me he would come but needed to be compensated for gas and 2 hours of his day. PLEASE AVOID THIS COMPANY. There are actually businesses out there that appreciate customers.

My husband and I decided to have a back yard wedding.  I planned everything to the minute until a week before the event and realized that our yard was less than perfect.  When I mean less than perfect, it was a disaster.  I called multiple MULTIPLE landscaping businesses.  Here is what happened 1) they didn't answer 2) left a message and never received a phone call 3) was told they were too busy 4) came and did an estimate and never heard back.  

EXCEPT for Branko with Phoenix Landscaping & Pools.  The day I called he came and did an estimate.  Told me exactly what his company could do.  He called to confirm the appointment time and made the backyard look beautiful.  Beyond that, he noticed that our drip system wasn't working and fixed the problem.  Stopped a leak near our faucet.  Not only would I hire them for an event, but I know exactly who to call to help maintain my yard.  I am not one to give five stars, but Phoenix Landscaping & Pools have earned my business and respect for professionalism.

ABSOLUTELY AMAZING JOB!!! Our backyard was a mess!!! Within 24 hours of a reasonable quote Branko was here working on our yard. They went above and beyond what we expected and we are so incredibly impressed with their work. They were quick and even helped out with removing extra boxes and stuff we had in our garage from Christmas. Plan to use them again in the future and would recommend anyone looking for landscape work to contact them!!!

We had a great experience with Phoenix Landscaping & Pools. Branko was very responsive & came to meet me the same day. We had a number of things that needed to be done & their price was reasonable. The crew came out the next day & they were very friendly & asked questions about what we wanted done. I would highly recommend this company!

I spoke with a friendly, live person to schedule the at home estimate. The person came out as promised and in a timely manner. After the estimate, I scheduled the landscape clean up which also occurred as promised and in a timely manner. All work was completed and looked great! In the estimate, there were no hidden fees or unexpected expenses. The estimate was accurate and on point! Communication has been professional and courteous. This company is recommended and I will use them again!

Branko went out of his way to meet me on my day off. He was professional and fair. My yard looks amazing, looks so much larger now. Will definitely use him again

Had a backyard project that included refreshing landscape stone and standard yard cleanup and spraying pre-emergent. Great job and Brian and his crew worked like a well oiled machine. Did all the yard work and spread out 4 tons of landscape stone in under 2 hours. Reasonable pricing. Will be using him again.

After finally getting fed up with my previous landscapers and their consistently degrading service over the years; I ditched them for Branko and his team. Initially, I just hired him for a one time cleanup but was so impressed with his price and performance, I've now hired him to perform bi-weekly service and I've been just as pleased with it as the initial cleanup. He has my highest recommendation!

I have had Phoenix Landscaping & Pools do routine lawn, tree, plant maintenance, and most recently replace my entire sprinkler system hoses and valves. They offer competitive and fair pricing. The owner and his team have always been polite and friendly while on the property. They are a busy business but are always able to work with my husband and my equally busy schedule. I recommend Bronko and his team to my friends and family!

When I first bought my house 4 years ago, my backyard was a dirt lot with a pool.

Every year, little by little I have been hiring Branko and his crew to upgrade it in every way.  Everything from general maintenance to pavers, building a fire pit or retaining walls for my planters.  They do the work fast, prices are very fair, clean up after themselves and it always looks better than I had imagined.

Can't wait for my next project!!!

We requested a quote from Phoenix Landscaping and pools to clean up our backyard. We had already had so many companies either bail on us or say the price was going to be insane! It was so easy working with Branko and his team. Quick look at the yard and quick turnaround on the cleanup and it looks fantastic! I would definitely recommend for quick, great and friendly service!

Branko was very easy to work with.   They did a good job and was very fairly priced.   I had him come out to do a cleanup and ended up hiring him monthly.

I did not use this company but did receive a timely quote from them. Customer service was great and very punctual.

My husband and I just moved into our new house and needed help with some trees we weren't sure what to do with. I found Phoenix Landscaping and Pools on here with great reviews and they were one of the few that were open on Sunday! So I called them and they were here within 10 minutes to give us an estimate! They came the very next day and were on time, very reasonable and very professional. They did an excellent job and we are very impressed with the service we got for the price we paid! We'll definitely use them again! Highly recommend!

Absolutely wonderful experience.  They went above and beyond with our yard.  They trimmed our bougainvilleas perfectly, and my wife felt safe with them around working on the house.  They really take pride in their work and do a good job.  I was very impressed and happy with how they've done our yard, and they even took care of doing our winter rye grass.  To be clear they are landscapers...they not only trim the grass, but they pull weeds and clean up small things around the yard and truly make it look great.

DO NOT USE THEM! They aren't BBB accredited so they don't care about complaints.  The pool service is contracted out to another company but their website says they are one bundle.  They recommend a family member that started his own business.  The quoted landscaping cleaning was $250 for 926 sq ft home, in which say they will buy weed and grass spray from lowes for $80 a piece which will take two containers to kill the yard and back to rocks.  I canceled after the pool guy from Pool Daddy comes and charged me $150 for cleaning leaves off the bottom and surface of pool, 5 chlorine tablets where put in floater and he cleaned the pump filter using my hose and my water ($30), along with telling me I needed a brand new filter bc mine was broken.  An hour after he left I pulled the filter out to clean, it looks exactly like my old, not broken, and a rock the size of my fist was in the bottom.  Before he left he wanted to charge another $175 for just chemicals.  I use the shocker I had after he left and its clearing up as I write this.  I called both him and the owner and they made me feel like I was dumb and confused and everything they did was normal.  I lost $145 (I was short $5 in cash so he gave me the tablets) in cash and my day away from my family because of their shady dealings.  And they only take cash or check, which put emphasis on cash.  Also, the business name says & Pools which you would like they do both... No he recommends a shady service and claims he has nothing to do with the business.
