He was polite and punctual and very personable and honest!  He charges a flat rate on his work.  He gave me a fair price and that was what I paid.  So refreshing to work with this honest man.  If you are looking for the Best and Honest Locksmith "THE LOCK BUTLER" is the only choice!  I Highly Recommend Him!

First time I utilized his services he was amazing. Second time he didn't respond in a timely manner not just that I ended up using another service because he failed to tell me when he was back in town given this situation I doubt I'll be needing him ever again . Cant believe I was recommended to him by Mr.Barry Iam a loyal customer To anyone I do business w/ and am a repeat customer often but given this experience to not even get a courtesy message if not call just to say hey got busy didn't forget something but his last message was a week ago and I needed my keys cut urgently . But I get he had to leave out of town but not being responsive keeping me up to date anyways safe travels ty for the initial experience May GodBless and keep you

aka Flat Rate Locksmith... Excellent business!  Jacob arrived on time to re-key our new home.  We love when workers show up on time, are knowledgeable, professional and have a great sense of humor... Jacob tic'd all those boxes.

From calling for an appointment to the job being done and processing payment, all was excellent and cost was reasonable.  Highly recommend this business without hesitation.

My car keys came up missing and I thought my son had them. He looked everywhere, he said. But for 3 days they didn't show up. I finally called the locksmith. Shortly after I hung up from making the appointment with the locksmith, my son came in brandishing my keys! Immediately call them back and explain the situation. They were very understanding and for their attitude and because a dad was keeping his child oh, I will call them back if I ever need help again.

I would definitely use his service again! He was fast, friendly, and professional! He walked me through everything he was doing and made sure that I tested the key myself before we parted ways. Great experience at great price!

After I locked myself out of my house Jacob came to unlock both my security door and front door and he was great! He arrived in 10 minutes and was able to get all 3 locks (one which is upside down) unlocked with no problems. I highly recommend him!

Extremely nice and a pleasure to talk to. He said he would be at my house in 20 minutes, and he was here in exactly 20 minutes. He was very friendly and knew exactly what he was doing.

He answered all of my questions thoroughly without hesitation. He didn't make feel stupid for losing my key.

My door frame was a little offset, and he took the time to level it out a little.

He didn't have to do this, but he did "WOW" that's true customer service!

Do not waste your time trying to call someone else. I made that mistake earlier in the day and almost got totally ripped off.

The price was very reasonable and I didn't feel like I was getting ripped off.

I lost the key to my garage door months ago and didn't really need to go into the door until the holidays in order to decorate my house.

Like I said he was punctual and extremely knowledgeable of what he was doing. Lastly he was super fast ( A true Professional!).

I lost my only key to my car and was told by Toyota that I would have to tow my car to them and then pay for a new key but I did not believe that was my only option so I called The Lock Butler and asked if my problem could be solved. I mentioned it was my first time using a locksmith and wasn't aware of the pricing and such but I was told their prices are fixed and they don't try to sneak in additional costs like other locksmiths and I asked if I needed an appointment and Mendel told me he could be at my apartment in 20 minutes. Within 10 minutes, Mendel made a new key and programmed my entire car AND fixed my lights and sound when I unlock/lock my doors WHICH Toyota said they only can do with their computers and it would cost me more money. I would give 10 stars if possible but no one should ever use another locksmith besides The Lock Butler.

RIP OFF ALERT If I could give this place 0 or negative stars I would. Worse customer service experience I've ever encountered. They do not refund $100 fee as they promise and the owner even said he would return my money due to the miscommunication. He then dodge all my calls and once he finally answered he said he didn't know who I was. No services were done with on my vehicle so I basically paid $100 for services I didn't receive. I have proof of this rip off and it has been reported to higher authority thanks a lot for not returning my $100 that will eventually cost you a lot more in business and other fees.

We have an Airbnb in Glendale, our guests were locked out late on a Thursday evening - The Lock Butler saved us!  They were there in 20 minutes (exactly when they said they would be there) and had the guests in the house in about 30 seconds.  Amazing job - we highly recommend this company.

The Lock Butler provides top-notch service and doesn't BS you. Call Mendel and he will hook you up! I had a crazy weekend with car trouble and when I finally got to the point of calling a locksmith, so many people weren't available. I should have just called Mendel straightaway. He's efficient, quick and offers great advice. Oh yeah, and he's affordable, too. I would highly recommend him for when you find yourself stuck after hours needing to get back on the road - Mendel's your guy.

This is by far some of the best service I've ever had, we lost the only key to our car I called him and they were out here in 30 minutes and had a key made in 10 minutes. Good prices also! I suggest them!

Had been locked out of my Jeep with my 6 year old and within 20 minutes Mendel had us back in. Arizona heat is brutal and you can't wait around for hours to get assistance. what a great guy, would recommend him to anyone!

*WOW* Is all I can say. Mendel went above an beyond to be helpful. First he took care of my lockout in seconds flat, then spent extra time making sure I was completely satisfied with my rekey and new locks. All that on a Saturday night when he could've been out having fun or playing with his new puppy at home. I will recommend to others without any hesitation!

Untimely,  untrustworthy,  not competent.  Told me they'd be there between 3:30 and 4:30. At 3:30 they said they were on their way. At 4:30 they said they were 15 minutes away. Arrived after 5. Car needed an ignition lock cylinder - they tried to get me to buy two new keys for $240. I didn't need new keys , I had a defective cylinder. They claimed they couldn't find one. I found one at the first place I called.

Lifesavers . My key fell apart. The top housing of the key shattered and was lost . The dealership wanted 550$ for keys and programming/ labor. I tried home depot wasted time and money on a copy key but it had a hidden Chip within the key. I thought it was hopeless until I saw all the things locksmiths are able to do and come to you! It was amazing they came out to us in about 2 hrs on a Saturday. Moor was his name . He explained everything throughly ,  He copied the key , reprogrammed and got my car running again.  So relieving! it was 300 and they take cards with square. It took about 30 more minutes and my car was back to normal. I can't appreciate this service enough so quick and made me feel so much better with three brand new keys !

Timely, friendly, got the job done.  I will definitely be using this should I lose my keys again in the future.
