This company is a scam. Phone budget was $50 and they made a 3 minute job and charged $200 !!!

I strongly not recommend that company.

WARNING! WARNING! WARNING! DO NOT USE THIS LOCKSMITH SERVICE!!!!!!  10 P.M. my brother called for a service he left the keys inside the vehicle. He was under the impression he could use his vehicle insurance to pay for the service. When the locksmith showed up he informed him they dont deal with insurances and needed to pay them cash, card or credit. He cancelled the service because he had no money. At around 11P.M. Thursday night, I called for the service again. The representatives have no clue about locksmith services. Word of advice, TALK TO A REAL LOCKSMITH!!! I informed them the address and the business I was nearby. I asked for the price and they quote me with a $29 service fee. I immediately thought this wasn't the whole price so I asked for a total price. The representative informed me depending on what kind of services I needed they will add the total costs at the end. I went along thinking it wouldnt be any more than $100. I waited for the technician to called me back. About an hour later I called back for a follow up and the rep
said the tech will call you in 10 minutes. I hang up the phone. I got a call later with a rep asking me for the address again and asked who was going to pay for the service. I said i was. He mentioned a tech would call me back when he's near by and hung up. I waited for another hour and called back to see what was going on. Another rep answered and mentioned my SERVICE WAS CANCELLED and NO ONE was on the way because the tech cancelled the service from 10P.M.,  I Informed the rep that I called for a service for the same vehicle at 11P.M. and she did not have any information even though she provided me with the 3 phone numbers  they can call me back when the technician was nearby. At this point it was ridiculous to even argue with the rep. I was getting ready to call another locksmith service when the technician called me and said he was outside. I met up with Jayke and mentioned what happened. He apologized about the misunderstandings and I shouldn't have waiting that long. He said he drove a longs way to come to me and that there was no one else me nearby. He gave me a discount from $183 to $125. I took the so called discount because I was ready to leave and get home. The tech was nice, too bad he also lacks the experience. People do your research!!! ALWAYS call for a full on price instead of getting a quote because people like this will only charge up their a***!!  Talk to an actual Locksmith and ALWAYS call local services. This company is based on  Piedmont, California and they provide services to the whole United States. The customer service extremely lacks and they're in business to just make money. You will deal with Incompetent and rude employees. STAY AWAY THEY ARE SCAMMERS!!!!!

Do not use this service! The price menu on the website is a total scam. A simple lock service, 35 dollars on the website, is 120 dollars. For 20 min of work! Not even doctors get this hourly rate...

USE THIS COMPANY AT YOUR OWN RISK!!!! They are not licensed or bonded in AZ. They are not accredited through BBB. They had 35 complaints in 3 years, and have not responded to 3 of the complaints. They paid over $70k in penalties for overcharging & cheating customers and was sanctioned by Georgia Office of Consumer Protection. See case # 2014CV254805.  The owner is Nona Bababekov and goes by the name Naomi, and her promises are not worth the spit in her mouth. Their HQ is in Georgia, & they subcontract with other disreputable companies in AZ like Ash locksmiths. They sent a tech to my home that appeared to be under the influence and when I refused service, he yelled at me and refused to get out of my house. He pushed my 70 yr old mother and I forcibly removed him from my home.  He yelled and threatened me outside my door but left before the police arrived, and I noticed later that he stole the key to my home. I am filing charges for assault, theft and trespassing. Neither owner responded until I called them, although they knew what happened to me because I left messages and then they offered to re-key my locks at a discounted price two times the quotes I received from reputable licensed and bonded companies. They are notorious for this type of behavior not only in yelp reviews but amongst other locksmith companies.  Less than one star in the negative direction was not available. DON'T DO IT.....

I called to get an estimate on duplicating my car key. I was told by dispatch that it should be $19 call fee and $65 key fee. I clarified with the dispatcher that my key was an alarm/chip key and gave her the make/model/year of my car. She said that "yes, $85 was the estimate". I clarified again the type of key it was and asked if there was an additional fee to program it. She assured me it was part of the cost. When the technician arrive he asked for my license and credit card prior to doing anything. He then told me he had to charge me first, then make the key. I wasn't comfortable with this in case the key didn't work. However, I agreed.  He walked away to charge me before telling me any fee  and thank goodness I clarified it was the $85 fee. He said  "no, it is a computer key, it will be $140". I told him no I was given an estimate of $85. He went on to explain it was an expensive key and this was a "good deal". When I said no again, he proceeded to try to convince me it was a good deal. When that didn't work for him he tried to guilt me by saying he "drove all the way from Phoenix". I agreed to pay his call fee only. He was very upset with me. An estimate is supposed to be close to the real cost not 75% more. When I complained to the office they stated that the $65 is the lowest cost for a key not an estimate. I was VERY clear with the original person about my key and they never stated the $65 was the lowest possible key. They are acting without integrity. Even if I do have to pay $140 for a very expensive key it will not be from them. They were misleading and deceitful. I will be watching my card statement closely.

The other night I locked myself out of my apartment when I was moving in. My phone was at 12% battery life and I only had enough time to search locksmith and call the first number listed - America's Locksmith Services. The technician arrived within the hour and was able to let me into my apartment in 15 minutes. He did not have to take of the door knob. I paid the whopping $119 for his services.

When I checked my phone after it had been charged some more I saw this. "Hey. This is Matt the locksmith. You're beautiful. Want to grab lunch or a drink sometime". I was uneasy for the next few weeks because the man who had broken into my house for me took my personal information the company provided to ask me on a date.

When I came home the next time after his services, the lock that he had opened for me no longer work. He did not check to ensure my lock worked upon his departure.

I called the company (The only line available - "General Inquiries")  to tell them about Matt texting me and they said their managers would not be in until Monday. I called Monday and the manager said that Matt would never call or contact me again. I said that the door was broken and the manager said that happens. I said that they should have checked before they left. I also said that I felt I should not pay for my services since their technician lifted my information. He said I knew I would have to pay for services and he would not cover it. He said I could have someone come to fix the door but would have to pay for that as well.

I told him that I was uncomfortable with the technician taking my information from the company provided file because I am a female and live by myself but the manager simply said he needed to get Matt's side of the story and would call me back. I never heard back from the company.

NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. They do not protect your information and they are severely overpriced.

BEWARE! They charged my cleaning lady $168 to unlock door that is inside my garage into the house. The website says $35 for simple unlock This lock is really a simple lock and,  I've had the whole house re-keyed before at $198.  They took advantage of her situations.  I called the manager and was first directed to a assistant manager who talks over you, in a  sweet yet very condescending tone.  I called back and spoke to manager named David. He seemed to want to look into this over charge and said he'd get back to me in one week, he did not. So, I called a week plus 3 days later and was directed to the same condescending assistant manager, David was out.  I will continue to follow up with David until he answers me.  But in the mean time, people BEWARE. They don't play fair.  Double beware if you do not have English as your first language!  They asked her for cash only so you have no credit card recourse to fix an over charge or complaint!

This place has so many bad reviews. Here's another one. I was told I needed a chipped key for my truck. They tried charging me $240 for a chipped key when I told them I didn't need the chipped key. Just make the cheap key. They wouldn't do it. Convinced that they knew what they were doing I offered them $180 for a chipped key. No way were they getting $240! They accepted my offer and the tech made the key but never programmed it. The key works anyways! They charged me for a more expensive key when it only needed a cheap key! And they wont refund a portion of my money and every time I call they put me on hold before they even ask who's calling. WORST COMPANY TO DEAL WITH EVER!!!

Also extremely overcharged!! I was told that the starting price to get into my car would be $54. When the tech finally got to my car about 40 minutes later I was then charged $148. It took the man 3 minutes to get my car unlocked which I could have easily done myself with some blood pressure cuffs. I then called and they told me that it costs more because they didn't want to damage my car door! I could have broken a window for less money than they had cost me. I am appalled that they are running a business like this.

I feel robbed.. ALL week I have had the worse time.. yesterday we layed to rest a baby in our family.. funerals are expensive & you never imagine you need life insurance for a one year old.. Well today I got back to work & when it was time for my lunch I was searching in my purse and realized I left the keys in the car. I then remembered that I was feeling sad & a song came on K-Love radio station & i had already turned off the engine but left the key in the ignition to finish listening to the song I needed to hear to get through the day. I then looked at the time and grabbed my purse, locked the doors & rushed inside to work.. So i walked to eat lunch & asked my loved one to please bring me the spare key but he had misplaced it.. It is now late at night & cold.. I'm out there for hours and finally get a hold of this company who directed me to a lock smith. I waited for his call, the lady told me it would be $50, $15 for them coming out & $35 for unlocking my door. The lock smith gave me a receipt of $150 & I just wanted to cry.. I had to borrow money & I don't feel it should cost that much to pull my door open and pull the lock up.. took 5 minutes & he was gone. I would highly recommend you to ask someone for referrals and or someone who knows an easier way or who can tell you what to do. I feel so ripped off but I was outside late after work at night freezing and have to be up in 5 hours for work.. which by the way takes me 2/3 days to make what I payed him to do in under 5 min.s I pray this year gets better because I can really use a break. I plan on making a you tube video of what to do in this situation. I will make another review to follow this one for the update so that hopefully you can save your hard earned money or apply it to better use.. God bless.
