ABOUT BUSINESS OWNER

When I was a kid, I spent my summers working with my grandfather at his locksmith shop. He was an old school locksmith, who came from many generations of locksmiths. After high school, I wanted to do something different and chose a career in the telecom-security industry. During the economy crash of 2008, I was presented with an opportunity to combine both professions into one incredible company. We are Secure Pick Locksmith.

If there were TEN STARS i would give it. I was referred to Scott by another company because of where we lived and i was not disappointed. I was out of state and wife and children were at home when our house was broken into. Scott and his wife came out as soon as they could and began to switch out our locks. They were extremely professional and made my wife feel at ease with what they were doing. They went ABOVE and BEYOND to fix some minor problems with our door knobs and made sure my wife was comfortable before they left. I would recommend them to anyone WITHOUT HESITATION. I cannot express my gratitude for their service and above all being personable and human in a situation that was very traumatic for my family.

I called this company at 5:40am and left them a message to call me as soon as they were open that me and my dog were locked out of my house since shortly after midnight and it's been consistently over 95 degrees the whole time! They never returned my call and it's almost noon! Don't waste your time you will die of heat exhaustion before they return your call!
