I live in CantaMia, in Goodyear, and I was having a hard time finding someone that would come out this far. We had a clogged pipe in the bathroom and needed same-day help. I called Freddy and he responded promptly, letting me know he had a full day, but would come out in the evening. He arrived at 7:15 and worked until the problem was resolved, which wasn't an easy fix. He stayed until 9:15 to get the job done.

Freddy is super friendly and helpful and is competitively priced. Will use him again soon for a kitchen plumbing project. I highly recommend him and will be letting all our friends and neighbors know that he is the perfect choice if you need a plumber.

If you need a plumber I highly recommend Freddy's Fox Rooter. Freddy is very professional and friendly and does whatever it takes to get the job done right. Very reasonably priced. All the other companies that I called before I found Freddy's  Fox immediately assumed that because I was on septic that I needed it pumped and wouldn't even come out. Freddy was fantastic!  Called me back the same day I inquired of his services.  Was able to give me an appointment the very next day.
Showed up at my house when he said he would.  Took care of everything including getting up on the roof and even doing a small extra side job.  He's friendly, polite, and reliable - and he got the job(s) done!  So glad I called him.  I highly recommend him.

I have an old home (built in 1946). The plumbing was replaced 30 yrs ago so needless to say it presents a few challenges.  My upstairs bathroom sink has been slow draining or clogged on and off for a few years. I've snaked it and it would work for awhile. After getting tinted of this routine I called Freddie and he came out and although there were a few challenges he worked his magic and it drains beautifully. This was over a month and ago and still shows no sign of slowing.

Freddie was professional and respectful. He obviously knows what he is doing.  For future plumbing problems (and I'm sure there will be some) I'll be calling Freddie.

The usual holiday scenario, guests coming for the weekend and suddenly you find yourself with a clogged kitchen drain.  Freddy was quick to respond after I left a voicemail and was able to work his busy schedule around to offer a same day appointment in the evening.  Arrived on-time (no long service window) and was able to address and FIX the issue at the quoted price (very competitive).  Positive attitude was refreshing with no up-sell pressure.  A professional experience that I will definitely be letting my friends and colleagues know when looking for a reputable plumber.

And did I mention that he services the far west valley (Buckeye area).  That in itself is amazing as I went through several larger companies that were unable to provide service without additional charges.

We had an issue with our drains that clogged the majority of our home. We have a home warranty but were unable to get anyone out for 5 days. Fortunately, we found Freddy via Nextdoor and he was able to take care of us that night. He was very knowledgeable, friendly, and patient in finding the issue we had. He was able to resolve it for us all in one visit. We're grateful we found Freddy and that he was so willing and able to help us right away. I was in a bind on a Sunday during the pandemic.   Using Yelp, I pinged 4 contractors and 1 was Freddy.  Bottom line up front?  He arrived as he stated he would and did an emergency repair for exactly what he quoted me!

We all do not want to need a plumber.  That said, Freddy was was amazing and professional.  He got the work done for a fair price, on a weekend.  Ty Freddy!!

The service was very good. He was quick and talked to me the entire time I have a rental home with renters and he was very accommodating. He came out twice and the first time I was a little skeptical but the second time he was so good! Everything is great he was so FAST and ACCOMMODATING. He explained everything to me and gave me a smoking deal and really made everything so easy. He was detailed and cheaper than any other quote I got. If you're having a plumbing emergency and desperately scanning yelp reviews, you can stop here. Freddy is your guy.

I'm an out-of-state landlord and my tenants reported the drains were seriously backed up. I called Freddy in a panic. He got to the job in less than 48 hours. He worked well into the night to rooter the line, clear the clogs, and sent me the video footage along the way. He is great with communication. The final price was well below what I expected.

Arrived on time as scheduled, very polite and professional. Cleaned up afterward. Our plumbing in our older house is kind of an issue but they got the job done. We required a bit more work than we initially thought, but we were quoted at each step of the way and gave approval before it was done. It is hard to find a plumber on a Sunday afternoon but they came through for us.

I was in a pinch with a plumbing emergency, and called all over town trying to find someone. Most companies wouldn't even give me an idea of a price range or they wanted to charge a service fee just to come out and give me an estimate. Others I called were not available for days. A friend gave me Freddy's number, and he rearranged his schedule to come to my house within a couple of hours. He was polite and professional, and he charged way less than I had expected to pay. On his way out, he came back and knocked on the door to show me the line to my main drain and explain how the valve worked and to be careful about the new plants I had planted around it to make sure I didn't cover it. He had already been paid and didn't need to show me that, but made a point to do it anyway. I would 100% hire him again! Don't even bother calling elsewhere!!

Freddy has been my go-to plumber for 8 years now. He's done great work at great prices every single time. I highly recommend him to assist with any plumbing needs.

Most recently we had a plumbing emergency in our backyard - the plumbing line to our house broke and water spraying uncontrollably. Freddy came within an hour and fixed everything for half the cost I was quoted by another plumber and per usual he did great work!

A guy from the gas company came by because our gas bill was going up really fast. After a little investigation he told me I had a hot water leak and needed a plumber over ASAP. I wasn't sure where to start, but I found Freddy on Yelp. Although it was already late, we talked about the problem over text and he gave me a call later at 7:00 PM! He had me check a few things to confirm it was a slab leak, and told me how to stop the bleeding until it gets addressed. Although he doesn't specialize in slab repair, he offered to put me in touch with someone who can help. Freddy was extremely helpful, even though this isn't even work he would take on. I feel really lucky to have given him a call, and will definitely contact him the next time I need standard plumbing services. Thanks, Freddy!

There is never a good time for a water heater to die on you but 3 days before New Years Day is especially bad!!

I called 2 companies and they were both booked until January 3rd. Fortunately for me Freddy was not only open but returned my call within 10 minutes AND came to my house within 2 hours. I know very little about water heaters and my husband was at work. Ordinarily I don't like to deal with household repairs on my own because I feel like some men try to take advantage of my lack of knowledge but not Freddy. He told me it didn't make sense to spend the money on a repair because the heater was so old and in a week or so it would die again. I called my husband and Freddy explained everything to him. Five hours later we have a brand spanking new water heater with a 6 year warranty. It's so pretty too.  

Thank you Freddy and Michael (I think that was his assistant's name) for removing the old water heater and replacing it on very short notice. My cat who is very skittish liked Freddy too.

Had a plumbing company come out to clear some roots from our drain they wanted to charge me over nine hundred dollars, I said no thank you, called Freddy Fox and he came out in about 20 minutes and cleared out the roots with his water jet stream for 299.

I needed a new water heater badly and called Freddy to discuss options. He listened to my needs and recommended a water heater to meet them. He also had some great recommendations on getting hot water more quickly to my kitchen sink (the furthest faucet from the heater).

Freddy was great!  

Fast communication. Very competitive pricing. Integrity. Most service vendors tell you her needs to be done and you just go along with it. Freddy took the time to go show us the camera images and highlight our issues. He builds trust and does great work. I've used him for a few different jobs and I love the warranty he provides, but I've never had to use it because it was done right the first time.

I own several apartment buildings in the Phoenix area and Freddy has been doing the plumbing for all the buildings for 5+ years.  Freddy does everything from big jobs to small jobs: complete re-piping, replacing main lines, removing clogs, leaky faucets, etc...  I work with a lot of tradesman and I have to say that Freddy is one of the best, if not the best.  He is on time, his follow up is great, reasonable prices, my tenants love him and his work is top notch.  I can not recommend Freddy any higher 5 star out of 5 for sure!!

Freddy is our go-to Plumbing guy!

He is extremely responsive, reasonably priced and professional. We've used him to install a new water heater and other random plumbing issues that have popped up over the years from being a home owner. I tried plumbing masters and they wanted 275 dollars for a simple snake through the kitchen drain, I told them I was sorry to waste their time.  I contacted Freddie via yelp and text message and he made time for me the same day.  I contacted him around 2:30 pm and he eventually made time for me around 4:30 pm which was very impressive.  He did the same work I was asking plumbing masters to do but only for 99 dollars as advertised.  Please support this guy, very personable, owns his own small business , and quick to respond.  I will call him for my next plumbing needs.

I had an emergency.  The toilet was backing  up into the tub in a one bathroom apartment and I needed a plumber quick.  I called several from Yelp but all were busy except Freddy.  He responded to my issue within hours.  He spent over three hours cleaning out the lines and fixing a leak in the bathroom under the sink.   He kept me informed,  sent photos, and was super nice.  Very reasonably priced.  I will use him for all my plumbing needs from now on.

Freddy is the best plumber in Phoenix.

We have hired many plumbers over the years while we renovated houses. Once we found Freddy, we only call him. He is always responsive, professional and friendly, and gets the job done every time. Freddy was able to come fix my non-urgent (but inconvenient, nonetheless) plumbing issue within hours.  Not only did he successfully fix the problem, he thoroughly explained what he was going to do, why the problem arose and how I could prevent it from happening again.

I would highly recommend going with someone else.  We reached out for an inspection prior to purchasing a home.  He was extremely rushed the entire time and repeatedly asked if he was done and could leave while I was asking questions.  He looked at a shower drain that was blocked and confirmed with absolute confidence that the only issue was hair build up.  It was actually completely full of grout and cement that I had to pay hundreds of dollars to resolve after moving in.  Go with someone that takes their time in reviewing your issues and provides quality customer service.

Had an awesome experience! Called with a leaky tub and he fixed it, but let me know there was a larger problem that would need to be dealt with or the problem would keep happening. Turns out he was exactly right and I just had him fix the larger problem for me. I have an older home built in the 1950's and it was no problem at all. I would definitely recommend him for any plumbing work you need done.

Had a 4 PM backup on one end of our house and needed same day service. Contacted a few of the other highly rated companies but none could service until next day. Not only did Freddy answer his phone but he committed to same day service, provided clear pricing scenarios, and arrived within 2.5 hours.

Once on the job he was meticulous and thorough with his approach, communication, and cleanliness.

Turns out we had a larger problem with roots outside the house, which Freddy took the time to mark and detail depth and location of problem with us while clearing the line as best as possible. His pricing to replace the section of line was very reasonable and he was able to schedule within a few days.

Don't call ANYONE else.  A straightforward young man running his own company.  Want customer service and reliability? He came out to help us fitting us into his already busy schedule because things were backed up and it was a mess. Call Freddy - he's more than fair in his treatment for our plumbing issues and even went an extra mile for us without batting an eye helping out with another small issue before leaving after he fixed our plumbing in main line which was backed up. In these times if you try to get someone to look at your issue and help you they charge large sums of money and perhaps someone in triple digit incomes and pay that without blinking.  But Freddy's rates are fair, he's clean, knowledgeable and professional.  You won't be disappointed. The best experience I have ever had with a plumber. We have a rental property in AZ and live in CA, so taking care of plumbing issues is very challenging. Our tenants had contacted a different plumber originally. He said we had a leak in our water heater. He was going to replace the water heater only to discover that the real problem was a leak in the wall. Because of possible mold issues, he told us to contact someone else. Highly recommend Freddy!  We had someone else out that after hours and hours still wasn't able to  fix our problem, said they would be back the next day and then didn't call and didn't show up.  When we called them, they said they couldn't come out until another day.  Meanwhile, we had sewage literally backing into our yard.  We contacted Freddy and he came out ASAP,  knew what was wrong and fixed it promptly, and charged way less than we thought it was going to be.

Freddy is amazing. We called him on Tuesday  and he was willing to come out to check out our shower right there and then. Already, that level of attentiveness was excellent, these days you call a service provider and they schedule you out a week or two later. We explained how our apartment building had it scheduled water shut off for that Wednesday and he could come out then.

He did and it was the time he said he would (not 15 mins late like past plumbers we've had). Then what started out as a simple job turned nightmare when it was discovered upon removing the shower knob that there were stripped bolting and clogged filters, a mess unseen before. But he went forward exhausting all methods on trying to fix the problem. When all seemed lost, Freddy was upfront and told us possible solutions and reasonable estimates. (We were against the clock as the apartment complexes water systems were coming back online and water would be shooting out everywhere.)

But before going with the possible solutions he continue to try to fix the problem and did. However a part was missing but instead of sending one of us to get the part, Freddy went out bought the part himself and fixed the knob.

After all of this his cost was extremely reasonable especially considering all the bumps in this seemingly simple job.

Thank you very much Freddy! We will definitely be calling upon you for any future servicing.

My hot water heater was shutting off every other day.  I called a few folks but found a review for Freddy on Next Door that led me to believe he would match my needs.  Well, he more than matched.  He replaced my out of code and gerry rigged hot water heater at the most reasonable price I could imagine.  Forget those folks that advertise...they were three times the price. Freddy Fox Rooster was great! We had a foul order in our shower drain and they came after work hours to flush the drain. Since our house is 62 years old there was a lot of interesting buildup in our pipes. He was able to clean out the pipes and the egg smell went away!

My wife and I recently bought a house in Phoenix that was a flip. We love it but then our plumbing goes out. So we started our search for a plumber and after a bunch of research and bids found Freddy. Working in home improvement for so many years if there's one thing I know how to do is look at a home improvement contractor. Considering my job required digging a trench 50ft in my back yard to the main with a bunch of other stuff I was worried and knew I had to be careful. What I'm saying is if you need any kind of plumbing done don't waste time with anyone else but Freddy. When we first called him it was 9:30pm and he not only called back that night but came over to try to fix our problem!  Once we found out what the problem was Freddy was like a doctor trying to solve a problem with minimally invasive procedures all to try to save me money. Above and beyond that, he did it all before asking me for a single dime. Once we found out this was going to require major surgery we had no choice but to plow forward (my option would have been to never shower or flush my toilettes!). Freddy coordinated everything with the city and finished on time as promised. I would recommend him to anyone. Lastly, some unsolicited advice: I've learned the hard way that you will always get what you pay for. I searched very carefully for a plumber and Freddy is not the cheapest, just the BEST. Had a serious issue with a clogged main line in my home. Mr. Fox arrived at my home after a busy day at 8:30pm and worked on the problem until the job was done. Somehow a toy got past the trap in the toilet and was stuck in the main line causing TP to block everything. He took the time to make sure the item was pushed 150' out to the street. Not an easy task since it was so jammed, and the pipes took many turns. His pricing was very reasonable, and he was more professional then the other large corporate entities that have performed services at my home. Thanks Fred.

Once again my ancient pipes were acting up. everything was backing up in to my bath tub. I called 4 plumbers this week, the first one refused to work on my problem (he's getting a special review), of the remaining 3 only Freddy returned my call today.

Freddy arrived in the time frame he said he would, dressed appropriately, and was very courteous. I showed him all of the special plumbing we had. Unlike other plumbers I have used in the past he listened, didn't complain or curse, even though he had to spend a couple hours on my roof in the searing heat.

His quote and final price were reasonable and the same. There were no surprise charges.

My husband called and Freddy was able to make it out within a few hours. Not only did Freddy thoroughly explain his troubleshooting process and how he recommended making the fix to me, but he also texted my husband updates throughout so he was aware of what was going on and could be involved in the decision making. It was a tough time of year to get someone to come out the same day to look at a clogged main line. Right between Christmas and New Years. Freddy fit me in and I think we both thought it wouldn't take long to fix the problem. 3 or 4 hours later we had to call it a night because traditional methods weren't working. Freddy offered to find a company for me that specialized in jetting sewer lines. Unfortunately, no one was available.
On his day off, while shopping for something completely unrelated, Freddy found a certain fitting that he knew would get the job done. Again, this was supposed to be his day off. He went directly to the property and started at it again. Let me mention that he was working through the vent in the roof. Not long after I received a call from Freddy saying he thinks he got it. I went over and tested it inside and sure enough, he fixed it!

Our bathroom floor flooded after a shower, even though another company had supposedly reamed out the main drain just ten days earlier.   We had paid a very high price for that service, but the other company said there was no warranty because there were roots in the pipe.  They wanted to charge us even more the second time and wanted us to pay them thousands of dollars to replace our pipe in a way that would have destroyed our patio in the process.  

We decided to call a different plumber.  We found Freddy on Yelp and are glad we did.  He responded to my phone message within ten minutes and was at our home an hour later, even though it was a Sunday.  He was very thorough, and explained our options to us.  He used a camera to locate where the roots were, and evidently there were a lot that had been there for some time.  He reamed it out, broke up all the big roots and then gave us a 30 day warranty. all at a very fair price.   He told us that we shouldn't have to replace our pipe, but if we ever did, it could be done differently so as not to go under the patio.  He also told us about the option of putting in a cleanout valve that would save us money in the future, also at a reasonable price.  

Freddy was very polite and professional and we'll request his services again when we need a plumber in the future.   (BTW, we live in Phoenix, AZ, not in San Francisco!)

I never thought a blocked drain would be such a positive experience! I left a message for Freddy on a Sunday morning, shortly after my sinks backed up and my washing machine decided to drain all over my newly renovated laundry room. Something told me this wasn't going to be a good day!
Freddy called me within a couple of hours and gave me a couple of appointment options, including one that same afternoon. It turns out that about 40 feet of drain was blocked up with several years worth of stuff. Black, stinky, pretty disgusting stuff at that! Nice.
Freddy was more than happy to clear the drain, all 40 foot of it, for less than $100. No drama and no black-goop upcharge!

An actual good plumber...

In the process of moving, SW Gas said they couldn't turn on the water heater in our new place due to a bad install and potential CO leak.  Calling plumbers, we came across a bunch that made you feel as if you should be grateful to do business with them... on their lazy schedule... and with the privilege of paying them just to visit the West Valley.  And boy, could they sell you a bnch of other things you need.

Finally Yelp'd it and we found Freddy's Plumbing.  George came out in the morning, fixed the issues in a few hours, and cleaned up haphazard venting/piping into the ceiling while he was at it.  Things look textbook, now.  

We were able to move in and have hot water.  Price was in the range of the original estimate and was very reasonable.  Couldn't ask for anything more...

Yelp has helped me find some great service people and Freddy is one of them. I was surprised when he took my call at 10pm and was able to come the next day. He gave me a two-hour window and texted me when he was on his way, which was helpful since I work ten minutes from home. I just had a bunch of work done on a rental home I am managing. I discussed the job with several other plumbers before I met Freddy. Freddy provided an estimate within 24 hours of calling. His price was lower than the other quotes I got, and he did an outstanding job. He was neat, and cleaned up after himself. He is polite, and well spoken.

Freddy is the best! He came out to my house about four years ago to replace my water heater. I remember it very well, it was a Friday evening I came home after work and discovered that my water heater was not working. I found Freddy on Yelp and I texted him and he responded right away and came out the next day to replace it. Quick, responsive, and professional from start to finish. A couple of years later, I sprung a leak at the city line and once again Freddy to the rescue! And he was here again today at my request, this time just routine maintenance on the water heater. With his professional install and my ongoing maintenance, the water heater is doing great, functioning great, no leaks, no problems at all. Freddy, ever the professional, answered all of my questions and reassured me that the ongoing maintenance that I have been doing is spot on. This is the 2nd time that we used Freddy and we were NOT disappointed.  We live in a condo on the 2nd story and the downstairs neighbors rang our bell to tell us that water is pouring into their unit.  The culprit?  The hot water heater!  Since our 1st experience with Freddy was so great a year ago I immediately called him and he was able to come out the same day and install a new water heater.  Of course there were more problems that came along with it BUT Freddy doesn't do anything half assed and fixed all the 'other' things that needed to be done.  In the end he does GREAT work and is very meticulous and I know that job was done right.

Freddy Rooter came to our (historic) home to fix a systemic clog that was affecting our kitchen sink, dish washer, and laundry washing machine. The plumber who came out did so on a Sunday evening, identified the problem quickly, and fixed it within an hour. The price was decent ($150).

If I could, I would post a rating of 4.5. The appointment process could use some fine-tuning. The time changed from Sunday afternoon, to Monday morning, to Sunday evening.

Overall, great job. I was pleased with the service in the end and would definitely recommend Freddy Rooter to my neighbors. The plumber who arrived had lots of experience in our neighborhood.

The reviews left by the elites were very accurate. Freddy did a great job.
I had difficulty contacting my family plumber so I read through yelp reviews of plumbers. I had very bad results going with the corporate operations before so I was looking for a privately owned plumber.

Freddy showed up within two hours of me calling. He quoted me a 2-3 hour wait. He assessed the situation within a few minutes while making polite conversation. He is very personable.

He cleared the clog and spent some time cleaning up. I was actually super impressed by the cleaning he did. I hadn't seen the fixtures pop like that!

I live in a historical home and am particular about who works on it. He will be my go to plumber. I'm VERY happy with his work.

I've had Freddy Fox Plumbing out to my home two times and had good experiences both times. I live in an old house with o-o-o-o-old plumbing and strange fixtures. Thankfully, he is not fazed by it and is always able to get the job done. I love being able to text him a problem, send him a picture, and speak to him within minutes about what needs to be done and the estimated cost. He always responds quickly and is usually available day of, or the next day (I called other plumbers and they gave me and estimated 3 week wait time!). He does weekend appointments, night appointments, and always tries to get out as quickly as possible.

He repaired a drip in my shower, unclogged a bathroom sink that had been tormenting me for months, and also redid the plumbing under the bathroom sink. He even installed a stopper in the sink, free of charge! He is tidy and polite and always makes sure to clean up any mess so that I'm not stuck with it. He is also willing to work with different budgets. I received several different quotes from plumbers and he was willing to match the lowest quote. This shows me he wants my business and is willing to match prices to be more competitive if need be. His preferred method of payment seems to be cash or check, so I'd recommend you have your checkbook handy for when he comes over. Overall really good experiences with Freddy Rooter/Freddy Fox Plumbing...and I'm thrilled to have my guest bathroom in working condition again!

I have used Freddy several times now, and everytime he's been great.  From replacing a hose bib that would stop dropping and ended up being a huge pain that he gladly took care of and only charged what he originally quotes me, to installing 2 water heaters(today he was in and out in about an hour to install one).  He even did a toilet at one of our rental properties.  He reliable, personable, honest and reasonable.  And also, I noticed some people saying he gives discounts for good yelp reviews.  If he does, he didn't offer one to me, and it wouldn't matter anyway...he's that good.

Freddy just saved me a ton of money!  He came out for a broken water pipe that another company was saying would be in the thousands of dollars to repair and they would be tearing up our driveway, which would then cost thousands more to put back.  Freddy got me in within an hour, repaired the line with just a small amount of digging (other guys said they dug and couldn't find viable pipe), he found viable line and got my tenants' water back on in just a few hours all under $400.  He was polite, prompt, and professional. He put the dirt back where it was supposed to be when done.  He took photos for me as I am a long distance landlord - of before and afters.  He was super easy to work with and pay with Zelle online.  He is on my list now for go-to guys for plumbing issues and not just rooter service but other plumbing problems as well.

Charged $99 for my kitchen drain clog. The other company ($59 Roto) quoted me $250! Freddy is very honest and professional. He did not try to upsell me and he kept me informed of his next steps and the possibilities of those steps. As it turned out, he was able to easily clear my clog that was about 40 feet down the pipe. Well, I thought I had a great experience initially.  Freddy came out and fixed a leaky valve cartridge on a Saturday rather quickly.  I paid him that day, and an invoice was dropped off on our door as requested a few days later.  We've had no real issues since then.

The problem lies in issues with trying to get reimbursed from my home warranty company.  The invoice provided doesn't have his license or bond number listed on it.  When going to fill out the necessary paperwork, I realized that this was required by my home warranty.  I didn't really sweat that fact since I had gotten quick replies from him via text.  Well, less than 3 weeks after the work is done, the phone number listed on this page, his invoice and his web page (all the same number) appear to no longer belong to him.  The young lady who exchanged texts with me seemed very confused.  Without any way to contact Freddy whatsoever, I feel the need to give a one star review.  Should Freddy contact me and get this resolved quickly, I'll have no problem updating this.

Without contact from Freddy, I'm likely out a couple hundred dollars for reimbursement.

Was quoted 40 dollars to unclog a sink and 60 dollars to unclog a bath tub. When he shows up the price changes to 150 total cash only. He was there a total of  45 minutes and there was nothing difficult or unusual to justify the price change...never again.

When no one else would come over  to give me  an estimatement.  Awkward hours, weekend and all Freddie showed up took care of the problem which was just a plugged up toilets would you had to climb on the roof to run it down at Vent.He gave me a price that I couldn't believe. It's an older house so I have problems and he told me the problem I was having my wife putting tissues down the toilet after awhile build-up clogged up and stop up and that do get expensive.  It's been 3 months since he did this work and I've had  medical problems. I told him I would take the time to put it in Yelp, so I'm honoring what I told him I would do that's how impressed I was by his work and his manners. He took care of me didn't overcharge me in in today's world that's worth something.

If I could give him 10 stars, I would. Freddy was fantastic. I had a clogged kitchen sink and had been dealing with my home warranty company for a week already trying to get it fixed. Freddy was at my house about an hour after I called him. He worked quickly, professionally, and got the job done. His price was also reasonable. I will absolutely call him again.

Freddy Fox Rooter is professional, offers reasonable prices, very responsive and friendly.  I needed a plumber to install some very old, intricate shower valves.  This was very sensitive work because the plumbing in my home is old.  Freddy was fantastic!  He evaluated the situation, explained the work needed and gave me an estimate for the work.  Then he took great care to ensure that my old plumbing didn't break resulting in more problems. I have some new fixtures and a new shut off valve under my kitchen sink.

Incredible customer service and extremely helpful.  
I called for issues with my tub drain cover and trip lever.  He was kind enough to walk me through things over the phone.  He specifically told me it seems pretty easy to do it yourself and I'm trying to save you money so you don't have to pay me to come out for something you can do yourself and walked me through my issues and even suggested I get certain pieces for my tub.  And he was a cool guy at that.  Even though I didn't get any work done from him, he was more helpful than I would have thought.   I'd definitely come to him for any plumbing issues I may face in the future.

I'm not sure I got the Freddy everyone else is reviewing.  The man who answered my call was very polite, came within the hour, did a good deal of work taking apart drains and the dishwasher to figure out the problem....so far, so good.

He first said my problem was due to the Cascade pacs not dissolving properly, which can cause back-up.  That sounds reasonable.  Then he said it was a dishwasher malfunction. Then he thought he got the machine working and went back to original theory.

He first quoted under $100, then when he was finished it was $150. I understand that being that he took apart quite a bit in the kitchen. I went to write the check and he asks to have it made out to his name...which isn't Freddy (so is that going to him or the company...is this legit?) and then he asks for cash instead.  What company does business cash only?  He then informs me he has to cash the check at my bank because he's in between banks (hmmm???). He calls me from the bank and says he needs an alternate form of payment because he can't cash the check at my bank since he's not a member there.  I don't know of any bank that will let you cash a check there unless you have an account with them.  This was a 2 hour ordeal that did not seem to be good business practice.

He says he will email the invoice.
Tried using the dishwasher today and it is still flashing intake drain and not going through the cycle since the water is stuck in the bottom of the dishwasher....meaning it's not fixed.

At first I thought this was a good find, but I was wrong. Showed up quickly and temporarily fixed the problem. Gave me a guarantee on what he fixed, but the running toilet was back in no time and he refused to give me a straight answer on when he'd be back out to fix it.

He kept giving me dates/times, but wouldn't show up. I was patient, but days turned into weeks. He never came, often ignored my calls/texts until I posted a negative review. He actually told me he doesn't remember any of our correspondence or getting any of my messages and that he gets way too many calls to keep track anyway. He then offered to come back out to fix it for free because that's what yelp suggests he do, but in exchange I would need to delete my negative review. To that I said NO.

I didn't want to deal with him/his company anymore. He had already been out to fix it twice and it still didn't work properly. Instead, I had a more professional, reasonably priced plumber come out, and it was a great overall experience. I would rather pay someone else for a good job than have this company back for free.  Now they're upset about my review, and commenting below about how I was just having a bad day and taking it out on them. It was more like having a bad couple months dealing with your services. And talk about unprofessional.

Last month, I had an issue with my toilet. I thought one of my guests had clogged it but I found out, thanks to Freddy, that it was actually a broken valve issue.

When I first called Freddy, he was extremely patient with me as I described what I thought was the problem. Even though my phone (or his phone) kept losing reception, we kept a steady connection throughout for about an hour. I was desperate!

Even though it was a Saturday afternoon, he came over fairly quickly and took a look at my toilet tank. He realized that the valve had broken, and told me I should get a replacement one. He told me he'd get one immediately a few blocks away, and came back super quickly. He got to work fixing the problem to the point where his arms were all blue because of the stupid clorox drops I had put into the tank.

He worked really hard to replace my entire toilet tank (he actually detached it and worked to replace and rework everything inside). After about an hour and a half, he was done. He charged a reasonable price for the job, and I was very happy with the results.

I appreciate Freddy's diligence, speed, and friendly personality. I would hire him again next time I have any plumbing concerns. Thanks Freddy! :)

I had a leak underneath the slab of my driveway. I called the city and told me to look for a plumber. Looking at Freddy's reviews in Yelp, I decided to call him and a few other companies. The only one who responded on the same day was Freddy. He came to my house, did a reasonable estimate and said he could get the work done on the same day. Great so far. I had no idea who could fix something underneath the slab and cutting concrete makes anyone nervous, but Freddy seemed to know what he was doing.

Next day... the leak is back! I know what you are thinking. Oh my god, what if he doesn't come back? What if I have to pay more? I started panicking and reading at Freddy's bad reviews here at Yelp. Wife starts to go crazy.

So I text him and he responds within a few hours saying that he can come to my house right away! Yes! It was about to be nighttime so I said please come next morning. Next day, I'm at work and Freddy is already working on the problem. He texts me that the line broke in another spot. Texts me pictures. Most people would think that the problem is that the plumber is incompetent but they would be wrong. Freddy explains step by step what he thinks it's the problem with nothing to hide. He explains that the material the line is made of the best (PEX) and even the width for my house is great (1.25 inches). This isn't supposed to have happened.

Freddy even called the city from his phone trying to fight for me. He thought outside of the box and was wondering if I could pay less by installing a sub-meter on the other side of the driveway and we can throw a new line. No go on that as the city charges $3400 to do it. Just crazy. He fixes the second leak and gives me options for the future and permanent repair. I have to replace my entire line because it's obvious it's deteriorated. I should have let someone bring some boring equipment and replace the line from the get go.

My experience is that this job was hard because it's tough to figure out why is there a leak on a recently new PEX line (my house was built in 2006). I went with the easy fix because of the money but it's good to have Freddy who knows that a job well done would cost more. Freddy came on a Sunday to unclog a drain. We called 3 other plumbers and he was the only one to answer the phone at 10am on a Sunday morning. Two hours later he was at our house. He was prompt, efficient, and extremely reasonably-priced. He cleared a tough clog, answered all questions posed by my wife and me, and educated us about what to flush, and what not to flush. I have never had such a positive experience with a plumber before.

I'm updating the review, to reflect Freddy's continued efforts to make our home free of plumbing issues. So, when our problem began to recur within a couple of days, Freddy came back out with the big snake. He snaked the main line to the sewer and temporarily cleared the clog, but, when the snake came out full of roots, he warned me that the problem would keep returning until we took care of our root problem. Our landlord agreed to have Freddy dig up the main line and repair or replace as necessary, so Freddy started working on that job at about noon on a Friday.

He dug, and dug, and finally got the drain line fully exposed by about 12:30 am Saturday, after finding earlier in the day that the previous plumbers had completed the connection between ABS plastic vents and clay sewer drain with duct tape. Ha. Freddy finally lifted the first bit of clay pipe out and lo and behold...

He was right. The poor plumbing work previously done had allowed the pipes to become completely invaded by roots. Craziest thing you'll ever see. After Freddy and I pondered how anything could have flowed through those pipes (you know what I'm talking about), he commenced removing the rest of the stuff. Freddy went above and beyond the call of duty to make sure we had functional plumbing on Saturday morning. he worked until after 3 am, then came back on Saturday to fill in the trench he'd dug. Then he and his helper even replaced all the brickwork they'd had to remove. He even crushed up the old clay pipe and used it as a bed for the new ABS sewer drain, to further protect against root intrusion.

He was very honest, hard working and very knowledgeable. He did a great job and we highly recommend him! In summary, Freddy is the best.

I have couple rental units.  One tenant mentioned that the water heater pilot went out.  Call the gas company.  They say the unit needs a new lighting device.  Called Freddie Plumbing.  Since the unit was only 2 years old, the staff suggested changing the lighter.  He also mentioned that the unit was not installed correctly, and corrected the improper install for additional charges.  I was not on site.  I tried to pay with my credit card, he said his credit card machine was down. End up depositing a check at his bank.   I ask him for receipt, he said he'll mail it.  Never mail the receipt.  And I thought problem solve.  I even give him a good review on Yelp.  Wrong.  

Three months later, a new tenant move in.   The gas company guy came out and tried to light the water heater.  No go.  Surprisingly, the gas guy put a do not use red tag on the unit stating that the install was done incorrectly and unsafe to use.  Upon closer examination, the old lighting device is gone.   Face cover is gone too.  The Freddie's staff just strip everything.  The only way to light the unit now is to do it the old fashion way using a long match.  

I though no problem, call Freddy Plumbing.  After all he had 28 reviews and many positive remarks.  Wrong.  I have the new tenant try to arrange Freddie's Plumbing to address the issue.  They say they never service the house.  WTF.  I have a copy of the cancel check.  B.S. I tried to call Freddie Plumbing, myself.  No one is there to pick up the phone.  I don't know what's going on, but I am very disappointed.  I though I had a good plumber for the Norther Phoenix area.

End up going with Proskill in Anthem.  He is going to replace the unit for $600 installed.  I should have done this in the first place.

Freddy came 75 miles to hydrojet our extra long waste water drain.  Major drains were backing up and we could use no water.  He came early afternoon and stayed 6 hours until he had the entire drain system completely clear.  He used his state of the art equipment: cameras, lines, high pressure jets etc. to clean out 8 years of egg shells, on which so much sludge hung up.  When they tell you not to ever put eggshells in the disposal.  Don't.  The other thing that was so revealing was that the disposal simply does not grind things up to very small bits.  We are believers now.  Freddy stayed till after 8 p.m. - moved other appointments around just to ensure that our pipe was absolutely cleared.  Many a plumber would have given us the green light well before, as the line was unpacked sufficiently that water could flowed - for awhile.  But, would be hampered again in no time with even just a few areas of eggshell deposits.  He, is most conscientious and we appreciate him so much.

Freddy came to my home to install a new toilet. Very fair price. Cheaper than the other 3 plumbers quotes. I mentioned there was a rusted pipe beside the tub that had tree roots growing in it based on the plumber who was here to unclog the drain. I was quoted me $2,700, minus the money for the drain cleaning and a $100 discount from the boss for the grand total of $2,450. I showed Freddy the picture and video and he said the hydrojet would clear out those branches and the pipe doesn't look that bad. The branches were small and he was confident that the could remove them with the hydrojet. You'll never guess how much? $299! Yes a whole $2,400 cheaper and the roots are ALL gone and the water is running better than it ever has. So if you need any plumbing done call Freddy. Don't bother with the others. If you want a plumber who knows what he's doing and is efficient, timely and reasonably priced, then Freddy is the one. Most of the time you don't have time to shop around for a plumber, so don't, just call Freddy. No doubt I will be calling Freddy again and will recommend him to my friends and family. I needed a new extra large water heater to go into a basement and a kitchen drain cleared. Freddy was prompt, personable, and gave me a fair quote on a couple of options within a couple of hours of my call. My plumbing issue wasn't an emergency, but Freddy was out within 3 hours! He was courteous and explained the problem very thoroughly. I have a 50 year old house with old pipes and plenty of gunk build-up which will continue to give us problems. I have lived here 3 years and have had Ben Franklin out 3 times. Freddy was so honest and let me know that short of a re-plumb, this would be something I would need to continue to address...you know, let me know the sky wasn't falling! He jetted the pipes for a third of the price I paid the previous company. He was surprised the last jetting didn't last even 2 years and was committed to getting the best result possible. He even guaranteed no clog for 6 months or he would come and snake for free. I found my new plumber. This isn't a company you need to be afraid are providing unnecessary services.

I just moved in to my new home and within a month of moving in I came across a leak, my wall was wet my tub was backed up.  I was freaking out with all the expenses that comes with moving this was 1 more. Five stars for Freddy of Fox Plumbing!

First let me tell you my father was a general contractor so I can be and will be more critical about service people than most.  I've watched the work be done.  I've seen the people who took pride in what they did and how they worked.  As my Dad's one man clean up crew, I didn't appreciate a slob to clean up after either!  (This gentleman certainly wasn't that.)

Now, my evaluation of Freddy from Fox plumbing.  I had him do work on a Friend'ss rental.  He received almost perfect fives from all the people from yelp who reviewed him.  They said the kinds of things I would want to hear if I was doing the work myself.  Still, my contact with him first was over the phone and I wasn't going to be there when he was doing the work, so i was concerned.  As it turned out, I was able to meet Freddy and watch him work a few minutes but didn't expect to.  He's polite, can explain what he's doing in terms you can understand, and works clean.  That's a nice combination in a service individual.

Freddy was able to do all I asked him to do, plus he picked up on some issues that would be problems in the future.  I don't know about you but I would rather spend a little money now than bigger money later.  That's what a true professional does for you!

Freddy and his crew did the copper re-pipe to my upstairs bathroom.
How they did it was far better than the other bids and ideas, plus the guys were great.  They showed up when they said, finished on schedule and cleaned up.  It was very easy to communicate with Freddy about the details of the job and the price.  I started with a different plumber who cost me $$$ for nothing.  Next time, I'll call Freddy first!

He spent hours working on a very difficult problem, drove around town twice to get the best part and kept us informed of exactly what was wrong and what he was doing to fix it. Wow, I just called him because of his deal and him having over 50 ratings with 4 1/2 stars. I now question where those came from. I have a Yelp deal for my own business and it states, you cannot include any other restrictions, but this guy did! There was a supposed restriction, the deal is only for elite yelp members, then, your job isn't over $200... What?!?! Poor business and you shouldn't lie to your potential customers. I get it, I called him on a Saturday and he doesn't probably want to lose out on 40% of his money because it goes to yelp but if that's the case, say you work only Monday through Friday. Geesh!

Freddy lived up to his Yelp reputation. He was great. My Kitchen sink was backed up in the morning. I tried draino and my own snake to no avail. I called him at 2:30. He responded he could be there by 5:30 and I am all the way in Carefree. He came , snaked and fixed the clog. He was careful and courteous and reasonably priced. Saved our day ! Highly recommend him.

Called Freddy last night around 8pm and he got here by 9pm. My kid snapped off the bath handle (hard water in Arizona is terrible), causing the cartridge to get stuck in the valve/pipe...it was not an easy job. His initial diagnosis was to replace the valve, but I asked him to see if he could chip away at the cartridge, try to break it up and not damage the pipe in the process. He said he would give it a shot but it was not recommended. I had 2 other plumbers diagnose the same issue for my shower and they both recommended a complete valve replacement as well (I didn't call them back!).

Long story short, he patiently chipped away at that cartridge and successfully removed it! The rest was easy as he replaced the cartridge with a new one, and reassembled the fixture.  He actually cleaned up and left the place cleaner than it has been in years!  A true professional and not afraid to try something new to help a customer out (saved me $300 and a hole in the drywall by not replacing the valve).  I highly recommend Freddy at Fox plumbing - so glad I finally found an honest, low cost plumber.  He is also courteous, and well spoken. It took 2 hours to finish and it ended a long day for Freddy, but he smiled the whole way through.

I called Freddy on Monday morning regarding a leaking water in washing machine and corrosive signs around water heater, about 5  hours later he is at my home to check the problem. He was able to replace my broken and leaking water heater for a reasonable price and fixing the leaking water in my washing machine for free, all in the same Monday, even though it took him till 7:30pm to finish the job. He is great at what he does, professional, polite, and have reasonable pricing. I would highly recommend Freddy to anyone in need of plumbing services and definitely would ask for his help should I run into plumbing problem again.

Freddy is AMAZING! A couple of weeks ago I needed a toilet replaced and some pipe work done. I reached out to Freddy and he responded within an hour, answered all my questions, and set up a time to come out that worked best for me. On the day of the appointment he was on time, professional, efficient, very reasonably priced, and cleaned up after he worked. Freddy is super personable and a wealth of knowledge. He was able to give me some awesome advice on another plumbing issue I have going on and some great ideas that would end up saving me money in the long run. This is the second home I have used Freddy at. I had a historic 1915 home he did some work on a year ago and he did amazing work with me super old pipes! I have nothing but amazing things to say about him. We will definitely use him for any future plumbing needs. Call him - he is awesome. Freddy is awesome! We called him same day to address a leaky facuet in our tub. He was out a few hours later (same day service!!). We ended up having him address a few other issues while he was here (which he happily did!); long story short 5 hours later he's addressed all of our concerns for a fair price. Freddy is extremely polite, incredibly detail oriented, and very thorough. This was actually our second time using his services and both experiences were great. Highly, highly recommend! Working with Freddy was a dream - he was responsive via text, was able to get me scheduled quickly, and kept me updated when he realized the job before mine was running over and he would be late. He was replacing the water main with a ball bearing valve and, of course, just as he arrived our unpredictable valley weather started to kick up and it was quite windy and lightly sprinkling. He quickly surveyed what the job entailed and then setup a tent in my front yard to protect him and his delicate equipment from the elements. Despite the persistent rain & wind - which obviously do not mix well with flame, flux, and soldering - Freddy took extra time to ensure the job was done right and to specification. The end product looked great, works like a charm, and is exactly what we asked for! Freddy is diligent, fair priced, and efficient!! Now I'm off to find some paint to match up the new copper piping to that of the rest of the house - haha!

I called up with a leaking toilet on a Monday night, it was fixed by the next day, less than 18 hours after I had first called. Freddy did a great job. He was on time, actually early from when he said he would arrive. He diagnosed the problem and had it fixed within less than an hour. And most importantly, he did great work at a very reasonable price. Will be calling Freddy for any of my future plumbing needs.

I highly recommend Freddy Fox Plumbing! We had a dilemma with our water backing up in our sink and not draining. Freddy worked so hard to resolve this as it seemed like it was impossible. He worked from about 7pm until midnight as he did not want to give up and truly tried to resolve our problem and he did! I'm so glad we called him. He Is such a hard worker and I can guarantee most people would have given up after an hour in with no results but not Freddy! Call him if you need an affordable and friendly plumber!

These guys are awesome! Fox returned my call within a few minutes and arrived only a few minutes later. He was very knowledgeable and had the problem fixed quickly. My husband and I are very impressed with Freddy and his service. He answered my call late Friday evening and was out to our house the following Saturday. He was honest and definitely easy to work with. He even went to the Home Depot to pick up parts indicated that a part (one we already purchased) would be cheaper. He even polished our copper pipes to look brand new when a previous plumper (who will not be mentioned) indicated we had to replace all of our pipes! I had a bitter sweet experience with Freddy. He was able to come in almost immediately. And he installed the hot water heater. Although since he operates solo, you might have to help him with some heavy lifting. In my 30's that was not a problem but if you can't lift weights you might want to think twice or ask him to bring a helper.

Originally we agreed on a price of 575 dollars(for everything). However, because he said he will have to pay transaction cost of 3% for credit cards, I upped the total to 600(400 dollars on card) bucks. We also agreed that I will pay him 200 dollars in advance(once he starts the job).

After he was done I asked him to install 4 hand spray's. He proposed 40 bucks but then settled for 30 dollars. His power reciprocating saw gave up during the job so he had to cut through the existing copper pipes manually. Even still, he finished the job in about 70 minutes. Even at 120 bucks, this is a fair price. Considering, he was already there on the job and did not have to make an additional trip. But he decided to charge me at 35 a pop instead for a total of 140.

Gave him the card and he ran the car for 49.25 dollars more than we agreed. I asked him for a receipt but he told me since it was a manually keyed in amount he couldn't print one up.

I do have his handwritten invoice on me. On the invoice he did have 30 bucks originally which he struck out and made 35 for the hand spray. For the rest he put 35 dollars. For the heater he put 600 and put 200 dollars in advance. Even if you go by his numbers he was supposed to charge me 540 dollars on the card(Although we had agreed on 520 bucks) but instead he charged me 569.25.

I called him and he said he it must be the credit card machine that tacked on processing charges and he will send me a check for the extra cost. Its been more than 3 weeks but I still have to see a check in the mail. He has not responded to my messages to him either.

Bottomline:

He is available on short notice. He did a reasonable job(although he did say you do not need a drip pan under the heater. No No No. Don't take his advice on it. A drip pan is an insurance against hot water heater leaks which could result in thousands of bucks of savings if you ever have a leak).

However, do NOT trust him with your credit card. You are better off paying with cash. In my case it resulted in an ~50 dollars additional charge. It is still possible that he is planning on sending me a check but has not gotten around to it yet. If I see the check from him I will up my rating to 4 stars.

4 stars for service.

Freddy Fox returned my call within a couple hours and said he could come that day, Saturday, to install a new garbage disposal. He arrived on time, neat, friendly, and knew what he was doing. I asked him to also tighten my wobbly faucet and he discovered the wobble was caused by a broken part. He couldn't find a replacement by phone on Saturday afternoon, but called me Monday afternoon to tell me he had the part! He came right over, fixed the faucet, and wasn't going to even charge me. I highly recommend Freddy Fox and will use him again!

Freddy is a great go-to plumber for any issue you have in your home. He's professional, prompt and fair in price.

We found a leak one morning that extended under our sink and caused a messy dirty water pool in our bathroom. We called our landlord who contacted Freddy and Freddy was at our doorstep within 20 minutes, and on a SUNDAY!!  He was personable and pleasant and remained calm with our two very crazy and boisterous dogs. His assessment took only a few minutes and he came back Monday morning to replace two toilets in our apartment. Freddy was awesome and completed two new installs in only a few hours. Our bathrooms now look pristine, and even better, our toilets flush without causing water damage! In additional he did a quick fix on a leaky shower faucet and replaced a nozzle on the outside spigot. We were incredibly impressed with his work, field knowledge and prompt service.  We will certainly be calling him for any future plumbing dilemmas. Highly recommended!!

My kitchen sink needed to be unclogged at 10:00pm on a Saturday night!   It was late, I figured it would be EXTREMELY expensive, but I gave Freddy a call any way.  To my surprise, his quote was very reasonable and came to my house within less than 45 minutes!  Being that my house/pipes are old, having plumbers come out is a routine event.  I haven't always had pleasant experiences with previous plumbers., but I was impressed with Freddy.  He was extremely timely, determined to tackle my crazy clog, was very knowledgable, pleasant, and reasonably priced (for late night).  He was at my house for 3.5 hours until 2:30am and never wavered from being determined to satisfy my plumbing issues at the price he quoted.
I feel VERY confident that the pipes will stay unclogged for many years to come.  I would, highly recommend Freddy Rooter to any one who wants someone reliable, determined, and reasonably priced!  I know I gave him a 5 star, but if I could throw in a few more stars, I WOULD!!!

So I stupidly lost  a family charm down the drain at 9:30 PM, I call around and the other plumbers want me to hang around from 9am-1pm or 1pm-5pm, but me like everyone else out there has a job that they really can't/shouldn't miss.

I call Freddy at 9:30PM and he nicely agrees to show up that night to help me retrieve this pendant.  

He arrives promptly around 10, fixes the problem, I find my charm to my relief.  He charged me exactly what he quoted over the phone, much cheaper than the other places I called who wouldn't come till tomorrow.  By tomorrow my charm could be floating in the Pacific Ocean (realistically it would be under the building roting for eternity with the mutant goldfishes, alligators, and what not).  

Overall, it was quick, and convenient.  I would recommend Freddy to others.

As a business owner(of a salon), I have worked with several plumbers over the last 5 years. In Los Angeles I have dealt with drunk plumbers(during the day!), late arrivals(waited over 2 hrs), and flat out lies that ended up costing me way too much money. Freddy came over and installed hot and cold water to an outdoor bath tub for us. He is by far the best plumber we have ever used. Not only did he do a great job, but he was VERY reasonably priced compared to other quotes we got, and he stuck to his original estimate even though the job ended up taking up most of his day.

Our house is located up over 100 Stairs, and finding a plumber who is willing to come to our house can be tough. Freddy came out on a Saturday, and arrived at the exact time we had planned on. He was really easy to talk to and was able to explain the whole process to us before he began. Because we had a really specific idea of how we wanted the pipes to hook up to the tub, Freddy would check in with us at every step and make sure he was doing it how we wanted, even though some of it made his job much more difficult than it had to be. We will be calling him for all of our plumbing needs in the future.

If you are looking for a highly skilled, reasonably priced plumber then Freddy is your guy!

I needed to replace some sinks and I was in a time-crunch. I decided to call Freddy after reading his Yelp reviews and I'm so glad that I did. He showed up on time and was very courteous and professional. I didn't have time to go out and buy the new sinks and faucets, so he went and got them and brought back a receipt. He kept in communication with me the entire time so I knew what he needed to buy and he didn't make a purchase until I OK'd it. It took him about 2 hours to install two new sinks and they look great! Awful- lying- unprofessional company Called on Thursday said would be out Friday then called and said huge slab leak and could not make.
Labor day week-end so not working Saturday, Sunday or Monday-would be there Tuesday-called their truck is broken- will be there Wednesday to fix our problem..
We have been turning water off and on so we could have some water.
Texted 5 times on Wednesday called twice -They're on their way then they will be there in a half hour.
We finally texted we found someone else and plan to write a terrible Yelp review. You guessed they showed up 20 minutes later. We sent them on their way I am beginning to wonder about Yelp reviews-This company has good reviews-but is the worst company.  We waited without water for almost 6 days. We coming,will be there said Freddy Fox Rooter- I also plan to call BBB and register a complaint against the company.
Everyone has car problems- it was Labor Day week-end.  We tried to be understanding  but to continue to lie till 5:00 pm on Wednesday is terrible. .

Avoid this company they do not deserve your business or your money.

Freddy is a super nice guy!  He came to my property and diagnosed my garbage disposal problem as not being broken but just needing to be loosened up from a jam.  He didn't charge for the fix.  In general his pricing is very reasonable (I asked him for some estimates for things I'll be doing in the future) and he gets back to you quickly.  Recommend!

We had been told that the water pressure was too high in our home. I called Freddy and he quoted a reasonable price. And while it wasn't an urgent issue, he was at our home in 45 minutes. He worked with the pressure regulator and discovered it was adjusted as low as it could be.  The regulator would have to be replaced to do its job properly, but Freddy had an inexpensive work around to carry us until we are ready to have it installed.  While he was here he also answered several additional questions, and provided helpful information for irrigation work we need to do in the back yard.  He was professional, polite, honest about our options and very helpful.

I don't like to give 5 stars unless I have a more extensive experience with a service, but I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Freddy, and we will be calling him for plumbing work we know we will need to have done in the future.

Freddy is the business! Let me tell you. I came into work this morning at Novak Salon in Echo Park to a busy Saturday and a clogged toilet. Nothing like ladies coming in to get the hair did and look fine without the option of drinking coffee and going potty. Needless to say it was no bueno. So I called Roto Rooter and they were very ambiguous regarding price and couldn't send anyone out for 2 hours even for an estimate... also no bueno. I googled Freddy, called him up and he was here and the toilet was fixed within the hour for $50. He was quick, professional and absolutely affordable. I will use him now for any of my plumbing needs.

Five stars for Freddy from Fox Plumbing.  
We had a stopped up toilet AND a stopped up kitchen sink yesterday.  I sent out a shout from my facebook account, a text to friends and looked on Yelp - that's where I found Freddy.  I did receive 5 numbers from friends to call at 4:30pm yesterday - Freddy was the only one to call me back.  He told me upfront what I would expect to pay for two lines to be cleaned out and then kept me in the loop via text as to where he was and when we could expect his arrival.  It was reassuring that he'd come right away and told me the late evening wouldn't cause my price to jump!  I had been concerned that the holiday timing may be problematic as to getting someone out.  Not to worry with Fox Plumbing.
He arrived at the door at 7:15pm and we quickly ushered our dog into one of the kids room.  Not that Freddy didn't want to meet our beloved pet, it just works out better for him to be able to come and go for tools and not have our happy hound sniffing around while he works.  
Freddy went straight to work.  In matter of minutes our toilet was fixed and then began the work on our kitchen sink.  This is where the whole family joined in to watch the fun!  Freddy was knowledgeable and personable during the entire experience.  He explained the why and shared secrets to keeping those pipes clean.  He cleaned up along the way and we enjoyed getting to know him.  You gotta love a guy who can hold his own with a family of 5 chatting, gawking and peppering him with lots of whys...
Before he headed out the door - he double checked the toilet, the sink and the garbage disposal.  He emailed me a receipt for my landlord and said to call if we need anything else.  After he left we decided that Freddy is our go to guy for any future plumbing needs.

I found Freddy to work on my bathroom because of what I'd read about him on here.  I had a stubborn clog in my sink and my landlord had tried unsuccessfully to clear it, only making it worse.  The entire bathroom was flooded and I wanted it done and over with.  I called and texted Freddy and he got back to me immediately to setup the appointment.  When he arrived he gave me a clear estimate.  He ended up needing to replace the piping from the sink to the wall.  He was on time and pleasant and straightforward to work with.  I had bad service from handymen in the past and Freddy was a refreshing change of luck.  I would definitely use him again.

If you are looking for a honest, hard-working, and a problem solving plumber who offers exceptional services at reasonable prices then you found the right person.

We are in the process of rehabbing a major fixer duplex in N. Hollywood. We came across many contractors who told us we have big problems and gave us hefty quotes including doing trenchless relining our old clay pipe with new lining. In our search to find the right professional to give us the proper guidance, we happen to come across Freddy's Plumbing in CraigsList. When the owner of Freddy's showed up, a one-man-team, he literally got down and dirty and dug in to find our plumbing problems. If you need a quality plumber for small jobs Freddy is your man!!  Our kitchen faucet broke (cracked internally) and needed replacement ASAP.  Went to Home Depot on a Saturday morning to purchase a Moen pull-out faucet and a sales associate directed me to Home Depot's service department where they connect customers with third party plumbers, electricians, etc.  No plumber in their local network would come out on a Saturday and no sales associate would quote a standard price range for installing a kitchen faucet.  They kept giving me vague ranges from $200 and up.  Keep in mind the Moen faucet was under $200 so paying more for installation just didn't seem right to me.  Very annoying.  The Home Depot service lady said its impossible to get a plumber to come out to you nowadays without charging a minimum $100 just to show up.  

Enter Freddy.  As we were standing in line at Home Depot my girlfriend quickly searched her i-phone for local plumbers and after speaking with a few she contacted Freddy.  He was straight forward and easily quoted a more than fair price range of $60 to $90.  This sounded too good to be true but we took a chance anyway.  He showed up at our downtown loft a couple hours later as promised (on a Saturday) and removed the old faucet and installed the new one, all well under an hour.  He also tweaked our recently installed garbage disposal (installed myself) because I forgot to push the switch in to let the dishwasher water line go through the disposal, a trick plumbers know about. Before this trick the dishwasher was emptying into my sink through the overflow valve on top of the sink rather then emptying correctly under the sink through the disposal.   In a few seconds he fixed what I could not figure out with my limited plumbing knowledge and he educated me on the entire process.

Speaking with him its obvious he has vast experience on numerous jobs and is a friendly guy looking to make an honest dollar.  He also has a verbal agreement to return and fix anything installed if problems occur within 5 years.  I will use Freddy for any plumbing related projects going forward and HIGHLY recommend him.

Freddy Fox came to our house today, a Sunday, and snaked our line from the house to the street. He was prompt, did a great job and was very professional. I am not sure these reviews are accurate. Specially after reading that he gives discounts if you put a positive review. I called for a mayor leak and didn't hear back from him in 2 days. He left a message on my phone and I called right back only to get again voice mail. I left another message and didn't hear back from him for another 2 days, another message. My husband tried calling him and got a hold of him. He stated he would txt us the time of the appointment. It has been 2 more days and no txt. I called today and he picked up an hung up the phone... Now I go to voice mail. I guess he doesn't need the job.

Our bathroom sink drain was clogged. I spent an hour removing the trap, and trying to clean it myself.

I should have saved the time and called Freddy Fox right away!

Freddy was at my house within 1/2 hour of my call and had both that drain and a slow drain in my other bathroom cleaned out right away.

Called Freddy Fox Plumbing Monday April 6 around noon because one of my tenants had a leaky toilet.  I put him in touch with my tenant and he actually made time to go out later that evening.  He actually met my tenant around 7:00PM and worked until 9 PM to fix not only the leaky toilet, but also had to replace the fill valve, fix the shower head and the kitchen sink faucet.  I use Freddy Fox Plumbing for all my rentals and he does a great job. My kitchen sink clogged and I was afraid to attempt to fix it myself because the plumbing in my house is very old (1950's). Freddy's was quick to come out to my house, they fixed the problem, was curious of my two big dogs, and gave good advice to prevent future clogs. Overall I was happy with the quick service I received from Freddie.  I had a leaking backflow valve.  He didn't have the part available so he quickly went to the supply store and got what was needed.  I wasn't at the house so he took pictures with his phone to send me the before and after.  My only complaint is that he was not able to take my credit card on the day of the transaction.  He said he normally does but was in the process of getting a new reader.

I called  for a leaky master tub, and to begin Freddy was a no show the morning of our appointment.  I called and was told they had me in for the next day which was untrue as I had text to prove it.  However, Mistakes happen no biggie and I said ok and he showed up the next morning.  I show Freddy the master tub leak which was a real slow dripping leak.  He worked for a couple hours but was unable to get the hot and cold cartridges out because of the calcium deposit.  During the time of trying to pull and twist these out they would not come loose but it seemed to stop the leak.  I was hesitant to leave it like that but Freddy said it should be fine.  I then had him go ahead and replace 2 shower cartrides while he was here.  All was finished, and we agreed to $360. $150 for one cartridge and $110 for the 2nd cartridge as a small discount to give a good review on yelp.  And that left $100 paid for the master faucet leak.  

Well 1 week goes by and after using the master tub a couple times the leak comes back and is worse.  Bad enough to have to shut off the water outside so the water doesnt run.  I text Freddy to ask him to come back and no response for a couple days. Then I get a text saying he is out of town as it was the week after Christmas.  He said he is out of town for a week.  This is a bummer but I understood and dealt with turning off and on the water outside for a week.  Then of course I had to hunt Freddy down again well after the week via text and ask him to come back.  So then I get a response saying he doesnt remember this job and I proceeded to call and describe the entire job to him and even texted pictures.  He then remembered the job and said it would be $200 to fix the leak.  This is where there became a major issue.  I then simply ask for the $100 or some portion already paid to fix the leak be applied to the $200 charge.  I then get a response in caps and several exclamation points describing him doing more work then he actually did and that I was already given a big discount.  So basically he did not care at all that the leak was never fixed and was not going to help unless I paid at least $200 more.  I felt this was unfair after the problem was never  fixed in the first place and I had been spending 2 weeks turning on and off the water outside.  I did not respond to his nasty text and was soooo glad I waited a bit till the job proved to be resolved before I posted to yelp.  I think this whole experience was extremely unprofessional.

I had a clogged toilet.  I researched plumbers on YELP and called some with the highest ratings. I got answering machines and answering services.  This was on a weekday during business hours. Two companies out of the seven I called me back and said that they couldn't get to me until next week, and two turned down the work because they were so busy.  Freddy was the only one who promptly returned my call and said he would try to get to my problem that same day.  He promised to text me to let me know when expect him.  He sent me a text within the hour and he was there when he said he would be.  He looked at my toilet and gave me a couple of options.  If auguring worked - great - we would be done.  But if it didn't (my house is old and the plumbing is rusty) he said he might have to pull the toilet and snake it.  I watched him try without success to break through the blockage with the augur.   He said that my toilet had to be pulled so he could get to the blockage.  My thought was that he would have to reschedule because this was on such short notice.  I was pleasantly surprised that he proceeded to do the repair right then and there.  He was finished in a little over an hour, he had all of the parts he needed and he left the bathroom cleaner than when he started.  The toilet is working great.  The price was very reasonable.  Freddy was neatly dressed in a uniform (very important when identifying someone at the door), polite, and very professional.  I will keep his number and recommend him to my friends an coworkers.

AWESOME!!!!  That's all I can say.  Had problems with all the plumbing in my bathroom and Freddy came to the rescue.  Freddy worked extra hard, jumping up on my roof to fix my pipes...who knew?? not me that's while I called FREDDY!!  He was quick, proficient, and his work was top notch, everything works great now!!!!  I hope I won't need a plumber for awhile, but if I do, I'll be ready to call Freddy !!!

Fox Plumbing is a one-man operation - George, aka Freddy.  We had a leaking toilet and sink. Toilet was an easy fix. Sink was fixed but not with a matching part, not much choice at that point since it was already done when I saw it. Ruined one of the tiles on my floor with some type of sealant because he did not properly cover the floor-work area. Was supposed to come back and replace bath fixture but didn't, and did not return my call or text. You've been warned.

Bottom line: If you want excellent, conscientious service, and can work with a freelance plumber, give Freddy a call. You will be in good hands.

On discovering water flowing out of the ground near the water meter just inside the curb, I determined that I had a leak in the galvanized pipe and that it was time to replace the main all the way to the house with copper.

I had Freddy do the work because he understood the difficulty of the task, yet gave me a very reasonable quote of $500 for labor, with the agreement that I would buy the parts and materials from the nearby home depot.The job required a trench under the sidewalk, through a maze of sprinkler pipes, through hard clay filled with tree roots and shrubs.

I first spoke with Freddy on a Thursday night. I felt some urgency to get the job started as I was losing water at an alarming rate. Freddy was ready to start that Friday night to get a jump on the task so he could finish up on Saturday. He worked from 7pm till just after midnight , which brings me to observe that he keeps unusual hours in working nights and weekends. Of course this may be an advantage, as plumbing emergencies don't always follow normal business hours and traditional plumbers will often charge a premium for emergencies.

He returned Saturday around 11am with two helpers. Once they got rolling, I observed that Freddy was doing a good job of both planning the task and directing his helpers. It was an extremely difficult task digging the trench and getting the pipe under the sidewalk where the ground is almost solid mass of tree roots. It was clear to me that Freddy had a real strong work ethic, good judgement, and good plumbing skills.They completed the task around 9pm.

I texted Freddy the next day to let him know that things looked fine in the daylight, and he called me back immediately.  He was concerned about leaks we didn't see at 9pm and about the shrubs he had to remove to dig the trench. I assured him that everything was OK. This conversation made it clear that he really cared about doing a good job and I had little doubt that he would have come back out if I had had any problems.

So Freddy is a young, freelance plumber, working out of an unmarked van He learned his trade working with his family. He will do excellent work for a good price. And I think he really cares about doing right by his customers and he is a nice guy.

Freddy did an incredible job.  It took him 5 trips over 2 weeks to fix my drainage issue.  He worked his tail off - dig holes, 3 different rooters, working in the heat for hours.  I haven't confirmed but suspect that he is the best value in the Valley.  His personality and work ethic are top notch.  I was very comfortable leaving my wife and kids with him.  He did such a good job that we have no issues after the big rain storm.  I would highly recommend him to anyone!

My kitchen sink has been clogged.  I called George Brazil because they have an A+ rating with the better business bureau.  The guy came out and looked at it and said it would cost $445.98 . I balked at this but he told me I had to pay the tip fee anyway so I agreed.  Then he said he could not do it and quoted an additional $1128 for jet rodding.  He said there was nothing else he could do.  When it he left my drain had gone from being very slow to totally clogged.  I then looked a Yelp and decided to try Freddie because he said he would not charge if he was not successful  I had nothing to loose.  He came out with in an hour on a Friday night. He totally rooted out the drain that the other guy said was not possible.  He then did a and extra from of jet rodding. for way less than the the other guy had ever mentioned.  This guy should go far.  He is honest, hard working and personable.  Thank you.

A different plumber dropped by my house to evaluate a corroded water line into our historic Phoenix home.  He promised that he would email me an estimate the next day, but he completely forgot about the job.  After I called that plumber back a couple of weeks later, he gave me a high quote with very little detail.  I called Freddy for a second opinion.  He showed up that evening and gave us three options, all of which were less expensive (and less invasive) than the quote from the other plumber. We gave him the green light and he finished the job the next day.  We encountered a clog in one sink as a side effect of the repair, but we were able to quickly fix it after Freddy answered his phone at 9pm to answer our question.

Was quoted 40 dollars to unclog a sink and 60 dollars to unclog a bath tub. When he shows up the price changes to 150 total cash only. He was there a total of  45 minutes and there was nothing difficult or unusual to justify the price change...never again...

We also have an old house and needed galvanized fixtures and piping replaced going into and out of our hot water heater and into the wall.  Freddy thoroughly inspected the situation and provided us with multiple possible options.  The other plumber we called gave us only one option and his estimate was significantly higher than Freddy's!  Freddy quickly completed the job, even though he did end up needing to go into the wall.  He not only replaced all the pipes with high-quality materials (stainless steel and brass) but he also repaired the dry wall that the former owners did not correctly install.  We will definitely use him again when we need a plumber!

Fix a bathroom water faucet drip.  Left and it started leaking all over My furniture piece bathroom sink.  Called him and he said he was going out of town.  I waited for 6 days for him to return...had to call him and he promised to come out to fix it...nope never happened.  More excuses.  Called again ( now 10 days later)...again another promise to come out...I stated I would stop the check he had already cashed and he got angry and hung up.  Unprofessional.  I called another plumber and it was fixed correctly the first time.  Not only was the drip not fixed but he was rude & unprofessional.  I do not recommend him.

Freddy and Bruce came out to replace a 15 year old water heater we had in our home we just purchased.  He quoted a price that was half as much as Home Depot, and was very professional and prompt with a very difficult water heater replacement.  My wife and I found a new Go-To Plumber!!  He even took the time to explain to me the process of taking out an old water heater, and installing a new one, and answered every question I had in regards to the heating elements and functionality of the heater.  Very impressed!

Great experience with Freddy today when my hot water heater went out. As I'd suspected, it was just beyond its years, but Freddy still checked it out to make sure there wasn't something we could do to repair it.  I'd checked on replacement prices through a big box home repair place and they wanted significantly more to replace the heater.  Freddy was in and out in just a few hours, and I'm very happy with the price I got and the new water heater. This was hands-down the best experience I've ever had with a plumber: if Yelp had 6 stars, I'd give it.
The wife and I woke up, went through our morning routine, and wound up with not one but TWO flooded bathrooms. It turns out that we had two problems: a clogged pipe to the street flooded one toilet, and the other had a broken wax seal that leaked out onto the floor. Freddy showed up in less than an hour, was friendly and talked me through our problems, had everything he needed to get the job done, and offered a very reasonable price for the fix. The whole time he worked he walked me through everything he was doing. I came away feeling like I learned something from the experience, so it wasn't just a chore.
I called a couple other plumbers, and I was told that it would be $40 just to show up and the that they couldn't come until the next day. They need to realize that Freddy's Plumbing is the way service should be.

I had started to replace my toilet valve and bought all the parts. I ran into a bad compression ring and could not remove it. Being it was 11 at night I could not get the tool I needed so I called freddys plumbing.  He was out quick enough but charged extra for miles. Never exp that before but I do appreciate him being upfront and knocking off 5 bucks from the extra $20 he wanted. He was unorganized with all his tools thrown on the floor and could not find part he needed for his tool. He eventually was able to remove the ring but only after asking for my help holding a part his tool. I never rcved a receipt for the work and no booties on his feet when entering my home. I liked freddies attitude but for the money he needs to grow and be more professional.

I called Freddy, who was recommended by a friend, to come out in late on a weeknight to fix the water heater in my rental unit after the other plumber I had out in the afternoon completely botched the job.  He stopped at home depot on the way over to get the parts he needed and fixed the problem quickly and charged a very reasonable price.  He actually charged 4 times less than the other plumber I had out in the afternoon and actually fixed the problem.  We didn't get the water heater started that night because it was still flooded, but he came out early the next morning and we got it started right up.  I would highly recommend Freddy, he saved me.

Toilet in bath #3 had been running slow to nothing over past couple weeks. Backing up into adjacent tub. Repeated plunging would keep us limping along.
Sunday morning, call Freddy Fox at 0830. He is cordial, arranges to be there no later than 0930 at a probable price of $150. Shows up 15 minutes early. Initially considers pulling toilet to snake, but tries first the pressure blaster method. Has a little success. Notes that blasted debris in bathtub is sandy and has fine rusted iron. We discuss potential for line break or collapse. Convinces me that collapse would have different characteristics.Check other toilet/shower #2 on same drain line. Nothing anomalous.
Runs hose into old-style cleanout outside house (two way cleanout). Gets hose in about 50'. Lets it run and goes back to #3 bath. Decides to try snaking line via bathtub overflow. Snake only 35' long, it's probably 100' to cleanout. No particular difference.  
Switch back to pressure blaster at #3 tub. This time, seems to have an impact.
Check #2 bath, toilet was not sealed to floor, significant amount of water came out and made a mess in that bath. Clog has moved streetward. Keep running water and one more blast. Now all #2 and #3 baths are working well.
Freddy then cleans up the messes, and after drying around #2 toilet, caulks to prevent future leakage around base. Rolls up hose, makes sure that everything is working properly.
Final price is $150, cash, check or charge. As an earlier reviewer noted, check was made out to a third party, Charles Williams Plumbing.
I am very happy with Freddy's performance, his ability to look at the problem creatively, and would recommend him to all.

Freddy came over to my house within a few hours of my call and fixed the problem quite fast.  From previous experience with other plumbers, I believe the price was reasonable.  He had to dig right down into the roots of a Saguaro cactus to get to the pipe then he ran to the store to get the exact part needed.  I would recommend him for any pvc pipe issues.  He went the extra mile to wash down the work area afterwards so you didn't hardly know he had been there.

I had a leaking water heater and tried to get my usual plumbers who were all booked so I went to YELP and once again they deliver. They delivered Freddy who was responsive, flexible and could meet  my timeline. He was running behind on my repair day and kept me posted via text. When he arrived he was polite, professional  and very approachable. He took time to explain what was needed and why which is big plus. He allowed me to run to Home Depot for I did not have all the parts versus using his and up-charging me for his materials. He changed all my under sink flow valves and  flow lines. He got done in 1.5 hours to 2.0 hours. He was also flexible with my pricing for I had provided him multiple work on his visit so he rewarded me with an incentive which I greatly appreciate. We chatted about how successful YELP is for his business and for his customers, like me, and  how it has helped all yelpers. I would recommend Freddy's Plumbing to everyone. Plus he uses long T-shirts LOL.
Personable, Professional, Communicative, Timely, No-Nonsense and knowledgeable of his trade.. Yes, no booties and espresso with his plumbing business however it is a plumbing business, not a catering, carpet cleaning  or  cleaning service. He got here, completed his work and got me going and back to work. Thank you Freddy!

We got Freddy's name through a friend when we had problems with our kitchen sink...the job was way more than we thought.  He came back in the evening to finish so we could have use of the kitchen.  His rates were very fair, his work was thorough, and he did a great job cleaning up after his work.  I feel very lucky to have come across his name and would choose him 100x over any of the big names.  Freddy is trustworthy and his work is solid!

I highly recommend Freddy Fox for any plumbing issues. Super nice guy and he keeps you informed every step of the way. No billing surprises. He does a great job. We will definitely call him the next time we need plumbing help.

Wow this was unreal service.  Freddy came within 15 min of my call. Very personal and professional.  So it's 118 degrees today and the job was way more than expected. He busted his a-s on our roof for 2+ hours.  He didn't even take a break.  We gave him like 8 bottles of water because we were worried about him getting heat stress.  You very rarely get hardcore service like this.  Outstanding job to Freddy and I will recommend him to anyone needing plumbing service.

Freddy was extremely skilled, knowledgable and funny. My water heater needed replacing and he came out immediately. I had to leave for a few minutes and felt comfortable leaving him at my home. I came back and boom.. Had a new working water heater. The price was very reasonable as well! Will definitely call again for future fixes

Living up Sunset plaza dr and the hills has given me my fair share of plumbing issues. Additionally we all know in this industry of home maintenance you're more than likely to get ripped off. With this in mind I always approach every plumber with extreme caution. One morning I woke up to find out I had a drain that needed snaking, and fast. Three plumbers flaked then they wanted time and a half for the job. Strange how they say i'll be there 3pm and when they dont call or show up, they the tell you its gonna be almost double, So once again i went to yelp, I called freddy's plumbing, he answered my call and i explained my issue and what his price at this time of night. he responded i  dont charge more then my hourly rate anytime day or night. He was at my house within the hour and had the job done within 10 minutes, at a great deal I might add for 8pm at night. He then inspected my leaking water heater that needed to be replaced AND gave me a deal 50% cheaper then three other written estimates i had gotten that week. So the very next day freddy not only picked up the water-heater and brought it to my house, he then unloaded it and prep't it then noticed something i thought to be insignificant tint mark and dingson a couple places on the water-heater, Freddy was like know i'll go back to home-depot and exchange it for another one, AT NO CHARGE FOR THAT EITHER. after replacing my water-heater, i then directed him to my Kitchen sink rather my garbage disposal that needed to be replaced, but first i had asked freddty  what he thought, I didn't say anything about the last three estimates for my water heater also gave me an estimate for my sink issue, and they all said you've got to replace it. five minutes later it was fixed not leaking and working like new as well the next day he called me and gave me great advice as to how to deal with a sediment problem I had in some of my faucets both at no charge. i did tip hime a $100 dollars. Bottom line, he was courteous, professional, affordable, and most importantly, honest. I will be sure to call him again and recommend him to anyone who needs an honest plumber. Thanks Freddy, I never thought drain repair could be a positive experience!

I picked Freddy's Plumbing due to the high star rating, number of reviews and what was written in the reviews.  I can say without a doubt Freddy is the best plumber we have had thus far.  He returned phone calls promptly, he kept me up to date on when he was coming and gave me an honest opinion of what needed to be done.  We did need a new water tank and he replaced ours within 2 hours at a very reasonable price which was significantly lower than what another plumber wanted for the same job.  There was also evidence of a possible leak in another pipe which another plumber wanted $132 to fix.  Freddy sanded down the build up and found that there was no leak, just normal buildup from the city's water system around the pipe joint. We also have a tankless water heater and he noted that the ducting was not up to code and had actually burned the paint in the garage ceiling.  We will be having him fix this as well and are very thankful that he was so thorough and conscientious. He also wants us to give him an update to let him know how things are working.  Freddy has a great work ethic, something very rare in this day and age and I will recommend him to anyone needing plumbing work done.

It's difficult to find trustworthy, affordable and professional repair service, but plumbing can be entirely frustrating.  Not to mention we were in a difficult situation, it was after hours and we had a flood problem that other Craig List serviceman weren't willing to work with us.  I called Freddy and immediately he let me know he could help and was honest about the quote he gave, and I could tell he knew what was going on.  Let me emphasize that it was after hours and the issue we had going on took multiple trips up and down our roof just to completely solve the riddle that was our plumbing crisis.  I even called Rotor Rooter who quoted me at a 3 hour wait time and probably 3 times the cost, Freddy arrived in about an hour.  If you are looking for a plumber who is polite (he even worked quieter to let the baby sleep), professional, prompt, and affordable then you should do yourself a favor and call Freddy.  He had the right equipment, he went above and beyond and he was very honest about what we had going on.  He even agreed to stop by later to ensure the issue was completely resolved.  I've dealt with many plumbers (big and small companies), and none of them provided this kind of service at this cost.  Freddy's plumbing comes highly recommended, I know I am going to refer my family and friends and that usually doesn't happen unless the service is truly worthwhile.
