I was referred by a neighbor, to call this company, as Gottel Plumbing previously quoted me a ridiculous amount for a simple icemaker line repair.
I spoke to Jackie, who was extremely nice and scheduled the repair. Zach arrived, later with Sheldon, who not only did an awesome custom job, but went above and beyond with what I requested with additionally repairing a hot water heater issue while they were there.

This company ROCKS!! Thank you, Jackie, Sheldon, and Zach, for going above and beyond with what I expected!

Side note... They did this job for less than half of what I was quoted from the early mentioned plumbing company, and that included a water heater issue that I was unaware of!!

Responsible, efficient, professional and fair pricing.  The 4 other well known contractors I obtained highly inflated  prices from for a quick repair job are not to be trusted.  I highly recommend Babcock!!

I called and talked to Jackie. She was able to schedule someone to unclog our shower within a couple days. Zach was very knowledgeable and did a great job. Will definitely be using this company again.

This was my second experience with Babcock Plumbing.  They were recommended by a friend and it is a pleasure doing business with them.  The business is run by the Babcock family - husband, wife and son.  They provide excellent customer service, they are honest and their pricing is very fair.    It is so rare to find a business with their work ethic.  Thank you Jackie, Sheldon and Brett!

Had been customers for 10 +years. Babcock plumbing came first to work on the gas pipes - we were switching from electric cooktop to gas. Pretty intense job - never heard complaints from the plumbers ( other bidders did complain in advance a lot) and had no problems with that job or any other jobs from them ever. Excellent response time and all bids are very reasonable- we had a long list as the water here is so prone to corrode things that we do require plumbers input from time to time.

Our upstairs toilet was leaking into our kitchen ceiling. Jackie from Babcock Plumbing sent Joe out to fix it two days earlier than our scheduled appointment (yay!). He was great! Very professional and did a fantastic job fixing our problem. Thanks Joe...and Jackie!

Anytime I have needed anything from bathroom installations to troubles with leaks or garbage disposals, they've been prompt to respond and have gone above and beyond to make service personalized. Everyone who has come out has been nothing short of professional, reliable, and a pleasure to be around. I've had no problems recommending them and have heard nothing but positives from friends pleased with their work.

A friend gave me their name and they've been extremely responsive, skilled, reasonable and professional.  
I now trust them intrinsically and won't use anyone else.  They've fixed pipes, water heaters , leaks and given quotes on a gas line issue. We had 3 other big  plumbing company quotes in one case and Babcock was head and shoulders above their competition.
The pride of ownership is apparent for this family owned business. A rarity these days and we feel fortunate to have found them.

Awesome service.  A family owned business (love supporting businesses who put their name in the Name!)  They showed up early, did the work and didn't try to upsell or rip me off.  I think I may have found the plumber that I need to keep on speed-dial!

Babcock Plumbing is a reliable, dependable, HONEST, professional, affordable plumbing company!  We called for assistance and they were here within a couple of hours!  We had another Plumbing company gives us a free estimate before calling Babcock..  Babcock saved us over half the amount for the same repair!  This is a very honest company!!! There's nothing fun or satisfy​ing about the sudden need to find​​  a plumber to replace a failed water heater... Nevertheless, when that sort of emergency develops it's great to know that a top-flight​ professional plumber can be counted upon to get the job done, quickly, thoroughly​ and at a reasonable​ price... Such was the case for me with​ Babcock Plumbing​ on 5/28/19, when I phoned several local contractors and settled on Babcock, in large part because of the enthusiastic, cheerful, and courteous tone of the telephone​ conversation​ with Jacquie Babcock.  Within an hour, her husband, Sheldon was on site and proceeded to get the job done in about 90 minutes...  He was professional, pleasant, thorough and clearly​ knew​ what he was​​ doing...The price​ was very​​ reasonable and we are totally pleased to highly recommend Babcock Plumbing!

Outstanding service - highly recommended! I used Babcock in 2008 for a new water heater because of strong recommendation from Rosie on the House. Brett was on time, the cost was reasonable and the service was impeccable.

Babcock Plumbing was wonderful to deal with.  I thought I had a slab leak but turned out it was probably a water heater leak.  They came out the same day and installed a new unit.  The company is family owned and were very nice people.  I highly recommend!

Babcock Plumbing more than exceeded my expectations! He (Brett) arrived when he said he would, quickly troubleshot and repaired the water hammer issue (beautiful soldering!) and repaired a shower valve.  Not to mention cheerfully answering all my dumb home owner questions! I found the charges to be very reasonable. No need to call any other plumber.

I can not say enough good things about Babcock Plumbing, and from now on, they are the only plumber I will ever call, or refer to friends and neighbors.

A few days ago, they replaced our main incoming-to-the-house leaking polybutylene water line with a copper line. When they finished the job, you couldn't even tell that the front yard had been dug up to do this work. Plus, they made sure that all of our water sources, inside and out, were functioning properly before they left.

Babcock Plumbing is not only professional, knowledgeable and talented, but they truly care about their customers, which is a rarity in this day and age.

Babcock Plumbing was not the first or only plumber I contacted about this job, and one not-to-be-named large plumbing outfit sent someone out on Tuesday to survey the job, yet on Friday, I still had NOT even received a quote...even though they knew we had been without running water since the previous Saturday.

Brett and Sheldon came out and did some work for my grandmother yesterday and they were great. She was so happy with them that she can't stop raving about the job they did. They made sure that she got exactly what she wanted and they did it all in one day which made her extremely happy. Just an overall great experience with them.

This is a reliable company with honest people.  I have used them for a few plumbing needs.  They helped repair a blockage in my sewage pipes and installed a new water heater.  I recommend this company for trustworthy company.

We had two plumbers out here to try and tell us what the noise was coming from our master bath pipes before and they couldn't tell us what it was. KUDOs to Sheldon Babcock, owner of Babcock Plumbing, who correctly diagnosed the problem yesterday before he even did anything and today fixed it with no extra work to be done after him. He told us that often copper pipe is incorrectly installed in the ground (often stepped on or kinked by rocks and left that way instead of being more careful), and that the kink (which was pretty minor) causes turbulence, which can weaken the pipe wall, causing a leak. He was spot on! The leak was under the slab, in the dirt, underneath my wife's vanity in the master bedroom. He was worried he might have to take up some tile originally but was able to confine the operating area to under the sink, only having to cut through the bottom of the cabinet, installing a new access panel when he was done ( which is covered by a pull out drawer anyway) . Worth every penny... If you need a plumber in the Scottsdale area, give Sheldon a call! Also, props to The Locator, for finding the exact location of the leak, too!
