OUTSTANDING. I cannot express the gratitude I have for this company. From the minute you call, Michelle is very kind and transparent about their services and what to expect. Franz and James showed up and were both extremely respectful, personable, and knowledgeable about the situation, all while being 100% transparent about how to fix it. Lots of other experts said it was something else. But Franz and James were the only ones to diagnose the problem! They were literally in mud and water, missed their lunch, and went above and beyond to help anyway they could. If you have a plumbing issue... these are the people you want.

Arrived on time great service took care of the problem that I called for put on shoe covers as to not track dirt in-and-out of my house positive attitude seem very knowledgeable got me a for another job that I need very grateful

James repaired a toilet and replaced another for me a year ago. Great work, really professional, efficient service by James. More recently Cameron replaced 3 bath faucets and so pleased again with the job he did. I highly recommend Aussie Plumber. And I will use their service again for my next project.

Called them for a leaking tub faucet and they came out a few hours later. They were everything you want from a plumber - reasonable, knowledgeable, friendly, and prompt. I highly recommend them.

James Hill (The Aussie Plumber) came out today and replaced two stop valves and installed a new dishwasher. He did a fantastic job!  Prompt, professional, and personable service from the first phone call throughout the entire service. I highly recommend this company. The Aussie Plumber really saved the day last week during an emergency without breaking the bank! Sewage drain backed up while hosting out-of-town guest for a birthday celebration. Never experienced this sort of thing before. The gal that answered the phone was extremely pleasant, patient, and knowledgeable.  Received text messaging confirming appointment, technician, arrival times, and other updates all the way through completion. Troy arrived on the scene within 2 hours and was very professional and courteous. Provided an affordable estimate and backed it up later with camera footage to show where the tree roots had busted through the pipes and another area of concern. Troy worked hard for more than 2 hours to clear the problem areas and ensured each interior drain was unobstructed to the main city connection.  The owner, James, also came by to assist and was just as pleasant and knowledgeable.  Thank you Aussie Plumber for getting rid of the ick and allowing the celebration to continue.  Highly recommend these folks for any plumbing needs!
