Called Go Direct & Sewer after reviewing all other plumbing services...sorry to say there are lots of plumbing companies with horrible reviews, especially with the service I needed, which is the main sewer line repair.
Spoke to Jorge the owner, and he was the only one, that I spoke to that had the time to explain the process of sewer repairs and the steps needed, which brought peace of mind and a better understanding that I stopped freaking out.
Jorge have solved my sewer problem and it was very, very reasonable and when I asked if he gives military discounts, he gladly reduced my bill.
Go Direct Plumbing & Sewer in Mesa is a small honest plumbing company, so take advantage of it while it's still small and honest, because we all know that as one gets bigger... LOL,

I was a little hesitant to use this company due to the low number of yelp reviews but they were great! Their pricing was also significantly less than other quotes I received. I was worried that maybe they were lacking in technology and experience. I was wrong. They were knowledgeable and experienced and did an amazing job at a much lower rate. I would definitely recommend them!
We used Go Direct Plumbing for our hot water heater. It was previously installed incorrectly by the previous owner. They installed everything up to code, got us a new water heater at a fair price, and offered quick reliable service. All staff friendly, and made scheduling easy. Arrived on time to both appointments. Great for quick, reliable, and professional service. We will be using them again in the future.

Jorge at Go Direct Plumbing was awesome! He responded immediately, quick to fit us in, friendly, knowledgeable and respectful. He had all of the parts with him that he needed to rebuild one of our toilets and the cable that regulates the water to the toilet. Their prices were very reasonable. He was able to understand everything needed without looking at it first after our phone consultation. We will definitely call him for any future plumbing needs we ever have. Jorge did a Great job! He was on-time, worked professionally and proficiently. Kept us informed as he worked through the installation, and walked us through how often to change the filters and membrane in our new RO system. He made sure we were pleased with his performance.
