I called ASAP just before 8am, John showed up within a half hour or so (and called to let me know he was on the way). I had a mulberry tree full of bees with an attitude and he took care of them, plugged all possible openings and was on his way by 9:30!! You can't get more ASAP than that! We had a bee hive formed/forming above our door, in the roof tiles. These guys showed up on time (maybe even before) and took care of the bee's. He was very knowledgeable, helpful and professional. If I could give more than five stars I would! I have a really bad wasp problem and they took down six nest that were scattered on my property. I let them know I have my grandma living with me which is why I was scared of her getting stung and that we noticed wasp coming in and out of the ceiling fan on our back patio still after they sprayed. They were so great and came back out and re-sprayed down for me to ease my mind. Thank you guys again! I will be calling you again next spring

Our hummingbirds were surrounding us and chirping upset and so we looked around their water feeder and saw a wasp nest nearby. I called this company on a Sunday late afternoon and they responded right away and offered to have it removed 8am the next morning. They did great! Service was polite and effective :) They even offered to show me the wasp nest (they took it away) but I declined lol

I had a swarm of bees that were beginning to nest in my backyard and called ASAP. They were at my house the next day in the morning, completed the removal and worked quickly. Great customer service and was able to use a discount from their website. They also have a 30 day guarantee for the whole property not just where they removed the bees. It was a relief to know that there are those who would take the time to look after as does ASAP. I called the pest control company, Simply Green, I use to find out if they remove bees and was told yes. The person that answered the phone was forthcoming that the bees were killed. As did some of the other companies I called. She however understood my concern and immediately recommended ASAP. That's good customer service. David from ASAP called within 5 minutes and came the next day to remove the bees swarm. I was told it will be relocated to a bee hive somewhere in the valley. So the next time I purchase local honey, who knows, I might have helped. The price was good compared with other companies offering the same service.

We bought a home in Sun City West in March, 2019. The previous owners had a bee problem which they told us they had taken care of. In May, 2020, one of our neighbors alerted us that we had a bee problem. We weren't there, so had to take care of it long distance. Oh, and did I mention that our house was within a week of being painted?!?
We called ASAP, and are we glad we did! They got rid of around 6000+bees, removed over 50 pounds of old and new hive and honey. They removed our soffit, scraped and cleaned the remaining debris, installed bee proof insulation, replaced the soffit and painted with Kilz. Now our house is ready to be painted and we are breathing more easily.

We noticed that we had some bees going in and out of a space beneath our shed. I called ASAP bee removal and explained our situation. They were able to come out the next morning to evaluate the situation. He provided an honest opinion and fair estimate to handle the bees. We couldn't relocate them as upon viewing the bees location they became very aggressive and there were too many. He guaranteed his treatment and within 48 hours there were no bees to be seen. We followed his instructions to backfill the shed sealing off the prior hive. The entire process was quick, affordable, and effective. If I ever have another bee issue, I will be call ASAP Bee Removal.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY ! I decided to go with them due to the fact that their worker named Doug said that they guarantee their work and quoted me for the work of removing the beehive and Removing the bees . Which I have receipts of. So I paid to remove everything and I mean everything they said that if any bees came back on my property that it will be taken care of for free as part of their guarantee here I am today calling them back to let them know that the bees are back . And all the owner could tell me is that he's sorry that I wasn't told correctly because Doug was in training and he didn't know what the guarantee covers well that's not my fault it looks like you need to train new employees better before they give wrong answers highly disappointed with this company.

Had bees congregating at a point 25 ft up the second story of our commercial building. Our regular pest control guy recommended ASAP Bee removal. They came out very quickly and sprayed the Bees, this diminished the number of bees right away. They gave us a bid to remove the hive, which included removal of some stucco outside. We had them come back a week later for removal....WOW! The hive was huge! Did I mention it was about 25ft up in a hard to reach location? Bottom line, the hive is gone, the guys were very professional, easy to deal with, did a fantastic job, did a great job on the patch from the hive removal all at a very reasonable price.
I will bee calling them next time we have a need, and highly recommend you call them if you have a need.

Yesterday I came home from work and found a large pile of honeycomb just laying in my front yard under my tree, bees were everywhere. It appeared the bees made a home way up in the top of my mulberry tree. I ended up doing a quick google search and found A.S.A.P within seconds. Upon calling them I explained the situation and luckily they were right around the corner from me and said they could be there in 5 mins. WOW talk about fast! The gentleman that came over (cant recall his name for the life of me but he was fantastic) completed the job in less than 30 mins!

Unfortunately I had to call them back cuz the bees came back in a different spot but David came back within 24 hours to take care of the problem, again. These guys are the best. I had a bee problem and called them in the evening. They were booked that night (looks like lot of bee problem here).

They came in around 8 AM next day and by that time bees were gone. They looked around the house to make sure that they are not someplace else. Did not charge any fee for coming to my house.

Callled and someone was out at the house within 1 hour. Kevin explained how the bees traveled and found the hive in a neighbors water main he immediately took care of the hive and disposed off the bees. Price was extremely fair. I have used them on two other occasions.

He didn't just take care of the bees but ALSO sealed the area where they might return. That was professional and gratifying.

Service was great , only took 30 mins, the bee exterminator was thorough, showed us the bee honeycombs that have developed inside roof of our garage. Thankfully, there was no bee hive yet. He sprayed and covered the entry point for the bees. Explained that bees were going to be around the area for several days as they was already honey in the roof. Sure enough, there were large amount of bees that congregated in the areas that he closed, but after a few days, they all went away. Would use their service again.

If you have bees this is the company to call. When I found the bees I called my regular pest company and they referred me to ASAP. What a great referral. They answered their phone (how often does that happen???) came out later that day to assess the problem and were there first thing the next morning to do the work. Fast, professional, great follow up, does what they say they will do. When dealing with a bee problem this is just what is needed. Highly recommend!!

These guys are honest and professional. We noticed a swarm on Sunday. Called for service and were told Bees many times will leave in 24 hours. The guy told us to call back the next afternoon if they were still there. i thought that was awesome since her could have just come out and killed and Bees and charged us.
The next day there were less bees but a 3 inch honeycomb starting on our second story. They came out in a few hours inspected the house to see if the bees got in the house. Sprayed knocked down the honeycomb and just charged us for a house inspection since it was such a small job.

This morning, while doing yard work, I found a wasps nest. Not thinking I called the first company that came up on Google. Mountain View Pest Control!! HUGE MISTAKE!!! The technician arrived within 1 hour. He removed the nest and told me he would walk my property to be sure there were no other nests. He found two small mud wasp nests on the frame of a window and removed them. Once the removal was complete he presented me with a bill of $450 for the first nest and $250 for each mud wasp nest for a total of $995. I almost had a heart attack. I never thought nor did he say there would be an additional charge of $250 for each nest he found. He just stood there and would not leave until I gave him a credit card. When I said no he handed me the phone and told me to take it up with the owner. Ahhhhh Horrible experience.

I called A.S.A.P. mid-afternoon and I talked to Leighton who told me he would come over when he was done with his last appointment and take a look at what MVPC had done or not done. I could tell he was tired but took the time to help me. AT NO CHARGE, he walked my property and found two additional nests that were and obvious as could be. MVPC had removed the first nest but did not spray residual chemicals to keep the others from returning and setting up camp again. Leighton took care of this. Then he saw that MVPC left parts of the previous nest, casings ect... that would attract the wasps back, and took care of that.

My first Yelp review here. Only writing now because I had a great experience with A.S.A.P.

I just happened upon a small hive of critters developing in my backyard. Freaking out over Africanized bees in AZ, I immediately started looking for bee removal services. I was not as concerned about the price, just wanted the problem gone before it got to be too big. I found A.S.A.P. , read a couple of quick Yelp reviews, got Kevin on the phone right away.

He told me what he could come by house first thing tomorrow, quoted me a price, told me he would also honor an online discount coupon to lower my price and said he'd be happy to help me with my problem. But before confirming an appointment, he asked me, Are you sure they're bees or could they be Wasps? With him on the phone, I ventured closer than I dared to take a second look. I then realized Hey, those are Wasps, not bees! I told Kevin.

Well, instead of just saying no problem, we take care of Wasps also, he told me that If I wanted to (I take it as meaning if you're not afraid to), I could take care of that problem myself at the price of a can of Wasp spray from the store! He then gave me strict instruction on how to do the deed, including the time of day I should proceed with my execution (VERY IMPORTANT! )

I'm off to pick up said spray and waiting till 9PM to go hunting. If it works, and they are all gone, I'm out a few bucks. If not, I'll call him and let the pros handle it. But in any case, I appreciate that Kevin didn't just use my bee panic as a means to suck $150 buck out of my wallet (which I would have gladly paid).

Integrity is a really underrated quality in business. Thanks Kevin!!

The positive: They respond quickly and will kill the bees.

The negative: While I hope it is not intentional, this ended up being a bait and switch. The description on the website makes you believe your paying for removal but really it is just for the extermination.

Website states: Most Jobs Range $95.00-$225.00 with Free Estimates, Africanized killer bee removal, Hive removal, Honeycomb removal.

Notice the frequent use of the word removal. I only found out the real price to complete the job of removal (not repair, just removal), after I had paid the extermination fee and it was much more than $225.

I felt cheated and will not call again.

I found this service amidst my turmoil with THOUSANDS of bees congregating a tree in my front lawn. They came out and had the colony destroyed within 50 minutes (ON A SUNDAY!). Thank you, thank you, thank you! They charged me $165 as their flat fee. They took away at least five pounds of bees.

There were a few stragglers for a day that eventually dispersed when they figured out what was up.

Incredibly impressed by how quickly this company was able to make it out to our house. We called and within 20-30 mins late afternoon on a friday, Paris was at the house and took care of a huge hive in the stump of our tree. Very professional, friendly and jumped right in and got the job done. Less than 24 hrs later, theres zero activity at the tree stump, where before we'd see a ton of bees going in and out constantly. Would use again(hopefully don't need to) and would recommend them. First time having to ever have bee removal and it was a lot smoother than I'd anticipated.

They came out promptly and took care of the bee problem. Just one option given though...to kill them. I feel guilty killing all those Honeybees. They weren't aggressive at all. I wish I would have known about live bee removal. I unfortunately didn't search for that on the internet before asking the guy on the phone at the first and only place I called. When asked about it, he said no one does that anymore. Not true sir, you can find multiple local places on the internet, so search, if your bees don't seem mean, and you have a heart. But if the bees are mean and come after you...then have them exterminated because they are africanized have no chance of being re-homed.

Highly suggest ASAP bee removal for your bee issues. We originally called David due to renters thinking they had an issue with bees in a mulberry tree. David was quick to say he could be out the next morning to take care of. Our renters told us early the next morning they went away and David had no issues canceling the appt. A week went by and of course the issue was back. David was great and honest to deal with. He told us what to look for and when we would need to get his help. It's not that often you encounter a company that makes you feel comfortable with immediately signing them up to help and David and his company has gone above and beyond. Thank you again! called on Friday about 11am they promptly answered the phone, gave me a quote and was out to my house within 2 hours, their tech Paris was knowledgeable friendly, professional and very helpful. He took time with all my questions and I didn't feel that he was rushed to get out of there and off to his next job. Found out I had a bee problem near my front door so I called them around 12 noon and they were able to come within the hour. Kevin called to let me know he was on his way. I woke up this morning to find a swarm of bees on the front of my house, so I called ASAP Bee Removal and they said they could be there in an hour or two. They were reasonably fast, about an hour or so.

The guy shows up, takes a look at the bees and says I don't have a bee problem yet and they are just scout bees checking things out. So I'm out $125 to be told I don't have a bee problem and they gave me a few little screens to cover up a hole. I understand a fee for them to show up but $125? What a waste. They may be fast and they may be good at their jobs but don't give them a call until you have a problem because they won't cut you a break. They did say they would ONLY charge me $50 more if the bees show up again in the next 10 days. How generous.

Also, their website states most jobs range $75-$195 with free estimates yet they didn't actually do anything at my house and still charged me. Truly a disappointing experience and I will not recommend this company to anyone.

Called them Saturday 4/11 at around 11AM when I walked out my front door to find 1000 or so bees that were not there the night before swarming and apparently setting up their queen in a new home directly above the entrance to my home. 30000 Africanized Honey Bees on your home is a pretty scary thing to see! Called ASAP after reading all the reviews and they really delivered! Killed most of them and removed all the hive and honeycomb. Cleaned up the area, hosed it down and sprayed the area with lots of good stuff to keep them from reforming. Was on the second story, so cost a bit more...but was worth the cost of me NOT having to deal with it. Thank ASAP!

These guys are awesome! I was having trouble with an exterminating co I hired to take care of a bee problem and when I got fed up with the other company not handling it properly I called ASAP and they offered to take care of it for us for a good price and right away. The original exterminator decided to get the problem taken care of for us after all so I didn't actually get services from ASAP but I do wish I would've hired them from the very beginning because their tech was so knowledgeable and still came out and looked at it and gave us all the information we needed. I will definitely be contacting ASAP in the future if I need services again and I will refer to my friends/family.

As a follow up to my initial review. I am not satified as I was told that you'll have some bees for 2-3 days, but that'll stop cause I sprayed a chemical inside the wall, sealed up the holes and placed some powder that they'll track thru and be killed. The bees never did disappear and are just as bad as ever. That's one thing. But after trying to contact the tech, I never heard back from them. So I have another company scheduled to open the parapet up for $450 and removing the comb and complete clean up and reseal, including the scupper drain & beam that is the issue allowing the bees to still access the honeycomb area. I don't like leaving a 1 star followup...but I don't like being taken either, by a job not being done completely in the first place. If the tech had looked just 3 feet away, he would have seen another opening that the bees were using to access the parapet. Plus no followup. Thanks!

I have been in this house ten years and had bad luck with bee swarms catching on. Every time I have called ASAP. They have always been out the same day I called and had the job done by mid-morning. They explain what is going on, show the removed hive, and keep the area remarkably clean, for the number of bees that are present. This last time it was bit breezy, and hundreds of bees went into the pool. The technician grabbed my skimmer pole and cleaned them all out without me even asking. They also charged less than the original quote because I had described the area they had to reach incorrectly. Would not use anyone else, great work.

Great, friendly service! I called for an appointment and Kevin came out the next day. He killed the bees and sealed up the location of the hive to help prevent the bees from getting in there (which a friend told me went above and beyond what most bee removal services do for the fee that I paid). I still need to have the hive removed, which is pretty pricey, but i appreciate the work they have done so far.

I didn't actually have these guys come out to my place. After calling and explaining my problem to one of the guys, he said based off my description of the bees behavior they are looking for a new place to make a hive. If i bought some repellent the bees would most likely move on somewhere else. I wish I remember his name, but he told me it wouldn't be worth spending the money for them to come out based on my problem. I am giving them 5 stars based on their honestly and integrity as a business, trying to provide the most cost effective solution for their customers. If a real problem eventually does pop up, these guys will be my first call.

We had an infestation of aggressive behaving bees in a scupper on our roof. I called around to a few places and ASAP had the best rate. This is not a bee relocation service, but rather an exterminate and seal service.

We made an appointment for Saturday morning, and they were right on time. Kevin was the one who did our work, and he was pretty fast, about 20 minutes, which included sealing the scupper. Kevin was very polite and gave us some information on bees in general, and what we could expect in our situation. It's 2 days later now, and no sign of bees.

Kevin also gave us an estimate for removal of the nest/honey if needed. We elected not to do that at this time, but wait and see if it becomes necessary.

We found ASAP Bee Removal to be efficient, effective, affordable and polite, and would use them again if needed.

The other guy (from a big pest company) couldn't get rid of my bees after 2 tries. ASAP was on time, quick, and explained what they had done. These guys know what they're doing. Prices are fair. No need to call anyone else in my opinion.

My 91 year old mother became concerned after several of her neighbors walking by her house in Sun City West, AZ told her they saw a swarm of bees nesting in an oleander bush next to her house. They said she was responsible for their removal. Don't know if that is true or not, but I found ASAP Removal on the internet and called them from my home in California. I spoke to David on a Sunday and he was at my mother's house within 30 minutes. He found 2 swarms of bees that had been Africanized nesting in her bushes as the neighbors said and sent me pictures via text to confirm that they were there. He gave my mother a 30 day guarantee for bee removal of her total property in the event that they should return. He also gave me some very good information about taking care of bees as I am a bee hobbyist in CA. He did not kill the bees but said on removal he would take them to a beekeeper that they work with to re-queen them or release them out to the desert. I will have to learn more about that. Fast and great service. I highly recommend them as they are very responsive. Thanks, David!

I chose ASAP to remove a hive (wax, honey, dead bees) from my front porch. The technician they sent struggled with the extraction/cleaning procedure. He said it was One of those days. I called the owner of the company to let him know that the area was not clean and that there were still hundreds of dead bees and honeycomb that needed to be removed. He called the technician who then completed the job. (I still have honey dripping down the wall.) Bottom line - Buyer Bee-Ware! There are many other companies out there.

Holy moly this company is amazing!! I called very upset with another company I had dealt with this morning and the gentleman on the phone was very informative and helpful. They offered me a free estimate and told me someone could come out today! Awesome! Within an hour Kevin was at my door. He took time to answer all my questions and was very knowledgable. I was so impressed! Thanking God for bringing this amazing company to us- with a baby on the way we don't need any extra headaches! Thank you thank you!! :)
