Great company i tried many pest control companies and by far this company was the best. They resolved all my issues and concerns! Technicians are very experienced!

We use their service monthly and Bill is terrific. He is always pleasant, efficient and knowledgeable. We appreciate his expertise.

We have been having an mosquito issue inside our house. Their technician Bill came by on Saturday morning. He was prompt, efficient and knowledgeable about our problem. He sprayed inside and outside our home and left four mosquito traps around our house. I trust City Wide and you should to.

I have been using City Wide Pest Control for over two years and I am very happy with their service.  My regular guy always has a smile on his face and is very personable.  If he is running late I always get a call or text letting me know.  I haven't seen a scorpion or black widow since they have been at my house.

Great company, I haven't seen any bugs since we started using them.  The technician was really good and thorough and answered all my questions and concerns about rodents.

I've been having what some might call, a crisis. Of course, as you'd assume figuring the place I'm reviewing, it was a BUG crisis. I was beside myself with anxiety and disgust. When I called and Rachelle picked up the phone there was nothing but compassion and attention for my issues and she put me at such ease. Citywide and Rachelle offered excellent customer service and I'll be returning if I ever need saving from another crisis.

I've been using their services for years! They are very helpful. They've been able to assist us with everything from Scorpions to Termites. They don't force you to sign any contracts. They work with your schedule. Billy has been our technician for years. He's the best.

This company has no interest in working with people! They wouldn't work with us during a surprise death in the family. It's been a rough winter here in the valley due to all the rain and cold work has been slow. So much stress and heartbreak and they couldn't work with us over $50 their only interest is collections. They are the only company that wouldn't work with us too. Please choose a company that deserves your business and skip City Wide.

I like City Wide. The technicians have been great, especially Bill. He is always very nice and helpful.  The rates are competitive and the technicians show up when they are suppose to and do a good job.  What more can one ask?

Angel Cooper does the pest control for the building in Scottsdale where I work.
She is personable when you talk with her and is open to hearing any concerns.  In the two years working in my building I've only seen a random fly and its companion, a random mosquito, that snuck in through the front door.  Angel otherwise goes quietly about her work ensuring we are pest-free.  Thank you Angel!

We have been using City Wide since we moved here in July of '21. We are pleased with the cost and results of our service. Our bug guy, Bill, is the nicest and sweetest gentleman. In addition to his kindness, he is very knowledgeable. We are very happy we chose City Wide!

I've been a customer of City Wide Pest Control. They send out workers who are not trained correctly, they don't stand buy there service. Spoke to owners son Steve I had a problem and he refused to send someone out again. His man sprayed the wall not my boarders. He even said that was wrong. I've been with them for three years. No customer service!!!j

Bryce Vogel provides excellent service. I would recommend him anytime from citywide pest control.

I have been using City Wide pest Control for about a year now and I haven't had a single critter ever in my house. City Wide is very welcoming , punctual and does a great job at keeping my home pest free. Technicians can be a hit or miss sometimes (given the economy at the moment this is normal) - but I am very pleased with with technicians Angel Cooper & Billy . They have by far been the most pleasant technicians to work with. Angel Cooper is very friendly, makes sure to ask & listen to any issues I may be experiencing and thoroughly explained as she completed her walk through. Billy was phenomenal as well , he caught termite issues no other technician mentioned , thoroughly cleaned my garage that was cobweb central and made sure to leave me extra sticky traps in case I needed to change them out In-between monthly service. Both technicians went above and beyond and truly know the value of customer satisfaction!!! Overall pleased with my decision to have city wide as my service provider.

I have been using City Wide Pest control for a few years. My husband and I just purchased a home and we had our first appointment with City Wide at our new house. Bill M. came to the house and did such a wonderful job. He sprayed inside and out and was so kind and friendly. I highly recommend City Wide for all your pest control needs.

This is my second time here at City Wide. The staff are  friendly and they offer a wide range of services. I personally was welcome by Steve when I first walked in the door. The Ceu hours are affordable and if you're lucky you can choose what you would like to learn about. I recommend getting your hours in as early as possible as the classes fill up quick.

The termite scheduler is rude and tries to talk over you explaining why the termites are still in the house. She claims other people didn't update the account correctly with the treatments when I have to explain they have been to the house already. Then she cuts you off saying she can see everything annotated in the account.

We have been in this rental for just over 3 months and City Wide has been here 3 times. They treated the home about 2.5 years ago and say the barrier is breaking down. They have spot treated 3 times and the termites haven't slowed down one bit. The 2 stars are for the technicians. They are dependable workers and friendly. The rest of the company needs work, and the product needs improvement. City Wide should take some responsibility for the termites still being in the house. They are coming to treat again. As a renter there's only so much I can do.

I've been told to wipe the tubes away and the treatment takes time. It's been at least 90 days since the first treatment. The pictures I posted show the activity from being gone for a weekend. The termites fall out of the tubes when you wipe them and I wipe them away at least 5 times a day. Yuck!!

I am so pleased that City Wide was able to respond to bug spray my yard. The office reps were VERY considerate or who I wanted to spray (Rob) and stated they will only spray interior if we were experiencing issues due to health concerns. I only wanted exterior anyway so that was perfect.

Rob's phonecall before showing up was perfect b/c I gave me the opportunity to communicate how I intended to social distance. I left our side gate unlocked and the check for services on our back patio table. They knocked on the backdoor and stepped back to give me a healthy buffer when they had a question. Rob & his trainee responded to the new normal like champs. Both had gloves and masks on.

Most of the pest techs here are brand new and does the same spray and pray, hopefully the problem goes away. Doug Richie is the only one i trust to get rid of my roaches

I am really happy with City Wide Pest Control services.  It is my first time using your company for pest control and the service tech Rob was very nice and throughly went through my entire yard and checked for everything. Your receptionist is very nice too.!! It was a super great Value too!! I shopped around before calling and I am so glad someone left this card on my door. Thank you very much you have a very happy customer!! :) I would highly recommend your company !!

I'm beyond angry !!! Horrible experience . Laying here many hours later with my windows open and my ac cracked still trying to get this poison out of my house !!!!!!!!!! Not sure what the hell solution they used but it made me cough and my nose burn and the smell is like gasoline ??! My throat has been scratchy since they came and I'm having a reaction to their Chemicals.
When I questioned what the smell was he said that there was still a little bit of other solution in the canister for roaches (which i don't have ) that they sprayed prior to coming to my house ,which apparently caused the smell of gasoline.
I just moved into a new house and I thought it would be a good idea as a preventative measure to have the house sprayed inside to ward off pests , huge mistake!!!!!! I've had trouble breathing the entire day since they came. Even Had to leave my house for a good 45 minutes with my pet. And then upon re-entering open all my windows to let this and the ac out !!!

It is midnight and I'm still feeling it in my room I don't know what the hell this guy sprayed in here but it's absolute poison  I wish I could turn back the clock and unwind this . Never again .

Note: I have had pest control come before many times  there has never been any reaction to any other pest control that I've ever had besides this.
I spoke with Steve and he did seem nice but the damage is done . He offered to come spray again but quite honestly I would pay someone to never have this service done ever again .

Decent prices but it doesn't work...I guess you get what you pay for. We paid extra to have the special scorpion spray and a few days after they sprayed we found TWO scorpions. One inside the house and one in the garage. We had them spray inside and outside and the guy was done in less then 10 minutes. I thought it was fast but thought nothing of it until now I realized we aren't getting what we paid for. I'm going to try another company that guarantees none after they spray or they come back for free.

We've been using City Wide  for about five years now. Two years ago I did shop around to see if we could get the same services at a lower cost and I did not find anything cheaper. As far as a quality, that's always been there, additionally, they are punctual, very friendly and consistent. Yelp is always so harsh on business reviews as they hide a lot of the good reviews which is very unfortunate for many businesses, including my own. If you look on Google City Wide Pest Control nearly has a 5 star rating. I  highly recommend, just don't up our pricing

We are satisfied with the service we received from City Wide Pest Control.  When we called their office to schedule service, they were friendly and got us scheduled the very next day.  The technician, Jeray, showed up on time.  He evaluated the situation and gave us our options.  He knew exactly what to do and was very neat and respectful about working in our home. He was professional and explained what was going on in detail.

We did not experience any of the issues/problems mentioned by other reviews on Yelp.

We've been using CityWide Pest for past 10 years. Great reliable service at very competitive prices. We've ended up using  them on our rental properties as well whenever something comes up. Jim has been doing our monthly service at our primary home and is very professional, friendly, and efficient.

I've been using their services for over ten years now. Here is why I think they are fantastic!
1. There is no long term commitment to use their services. I get a call every month from the friendly schedulers and I can book something for that month or pass for the next month or even for a few months down the road. I'm never pressured to commit to services.
2. They always show up on the scheduled service day, and in the slotted time period. They come fully prepared to help with any pest problem I may have.
3. The service people are very nice and I've never felt uncomfortable with any of the workers who knock on my door.
4. There services are reasonably priced! I recently compared services to another pest company that seems to be heavily marketing our area and City Wide offered a better deal and again does not require long term commitments!
5. Keep up the good work City Wide Pest control! High fives!

With City Wide Pest Control, you do NOT get what you pay for, even though their rates are less than their competitors. All the technicians that serviced our property failed to completely spray the interior and exterior. On our last visit, the technician didn't spray the exterior at all. I called the office to complain and asked that our invoice be changed and the amount decreased to reflect that the exterior wasn't sprayed. They charged me the full amount. I will no longer do business with them and highly recommend you find a more professional and ethical pest control business for your pest control needs!!

Scheduled a first appointment as a new customer for a Sat. Service technician never showed up to perform the job, nor did I receive a courtesy call to reschedule or to let me know they had to cancel. I was very disappointed I spent my whole afternoon waiting for a tech to show up and I received no communication they were not going to show up. 3 days later I receive a call to let me know they had to cancel due to the weather and would like me to reschedule. I scheduled a appointment with a new company that showed up as promised and kept me up to date Before their arrival.

My house has termites (I know, gross) and so I called our regular exterminators (City Wide) for a quote. To do my due diligence and feel good about myself, I also called a second company for a quote. Just as always, City Wide scheduled an appointment (that fit my schedule), arrived on time TO THE MINUTE, and sent a very nice, knowledgeable exterminator.  They then quickly followed up with a very good price. I cannot say any of that about the other company, which just reminds me why I use City wide in the first place.  We have used them for years and I am surprised to see some of the negative reviews.

Our normal exterminator is a young guy named Alan. He is always so friendly, cheerful and oddly enthusiastic. I once suspiciously questioned him about this because I hate bugs more than my kids hate Brussels sprouts, and he shared with me a nostalgic childhood tale about killing ants in his driveway and always knowing in his heart that he was meant to be an exterminator.  I thought it was weird, but also reassuring because someone out there has to kill my bugs.

I am thankful for Alan and for all the bug-killers like him as I look forward to next Saturday when they kill my stupid termites.

You call. They work with your schedule. If you're having a scorpion problem like I do, they come as soon as possible. Once they do the spray of the front and back yard plus house it flushes the scorpions from where they're hiding and it does take some time for the poison to kill them. Scorpions have a hard shell like a lobster (they're cousins after all). The product they use has to seep in through hard shell and get to the nervous system, slowing them down so they end up just stopping in their tracks. They're still a problem though. If you step on them even after they're dead you could be stung from the poison in the tip of their tail. These things can go for over 9 months without a drop of water and over 2 years without a food source. They're battle hardened tanks. CityWide pest control is the only service I use to smack the schniznit out of them consistently. Their Termite service? Not thrilled but then I went out of warranty by 5 months and they told me I'd have to have the entire process redone. SMDH*

Steven and his crew do an amazing job! They are very conscientious and kind and have taken care of everything from termites to scorpions to give me a sense of relief and peace of mind in my home. You can sense the family feel working with their company and can trust that they truly care. Highly recommend!

You want to know what's bugging me? I've used this service twice, and while the price is right, both times haven't helped fix the problem.
I'm glad they offer a re-spray guarantee because you're probably going to need it. Whatever they're doing just isn't effective. I'm willing to pay extra just to get service that actually works and keeps the bugs away. The only way that I even know they were here is that the check was gone.
Also, I think it's weird that they don't sweep up the cobwebs like other companies do on service calls. This just seems like a really half assed effort, but they keep calling to schedule service again, and occasionally I give in.

This company is wonderful. From my initial phone call and talking to Donna and the ease to set up the termite inspection she made it effortless. She was pleasant, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. The inspector Scott was professional and very thorough. If I ever need pest control service of any type I will definitely use this business.

I have been using City Wide Pest Control for 5 years now and I love supporting a family-owned company. I am so happy with their service. Joe is amazing!! He is efficient and always goes above and beyond: laying sticky traps in the garage, checking the rat traps, helping remove spiderwebs accumulated on the patio. We had a big bug issue when we first purchased the house and now I see a lot of dead crickets and scorpions on the property so I know what they do works! I've recommended their service to a lot of friends and family!

Two techs came out in December to plug holes in the attic and the outside of the triplex in which I live. We were infested with rats, traps were also set up. Fast forward to now, Aug 2018, we still have them.

I liked that they offer respray if you find critters within 21 days of spray, but after 3 months of service, have had to have re-sprays EACH month. Paying extra to treat for scorpions and there are now scorpions galore and worse than prior to exterminating...

And to make matters worse, they give a 2-3 hour window to be home and twice now, have not met that window or bothered to call to let me know they were not going to make their time slot, leaving to to reschedule and play the wait around for the bug guy all over again.

Do yourself a favor and find a more reliable company.

I would not recommend at all ! I have had several issues with this company. Where do I even start...
1. I told them a specific time to show and they would either show up way too early or not even ring the doorbell to let me know they arrived at my house and did not spray the inside of the house on several occasions.
2. The spray is super ineffective, my scorpion problem stayed the same!
3. After I called to cancel my service with them the lady I spoke to was extremely rude to me and demanded I paid for service I never received. Worst customer service!
4.Even after I cancelled months ago,they continually come back to my house to spray and I have gotten bills in the mail from them for service I never requested!

In all, do not use this service!

City Wide offers excellent service at a great price!  I've dealt with them thru work & my own home for 15 years.  The exterminator (Alan) is always on time, does such a thorough job & takes the time to answer any of my questions.  I'm shocked to see any negative comments about this company.  Keep up the good work, City Wide!!

As general contractors, we use City Wide Pest Control not only for our pre-treatments for our slabs, but we also use them for our own home.  Living in a typical area for termites, we participate in an annual renewal of a termite treatment contract, and it has been worth every penny.  City Wide has been professional, flexible, and dependable in every aspect of the business- we've additionally been able to get a hold of someone on the weekend during instances of bees swarming and nesting at our home.  Their beekeeper was thorough and patient, as well as helpful in educating us about bees in the Valley.

In regards to the negative posts on here about a treatment lasting only a certain amount of time, I find that practice to be reasonable due to the nature of chemicals being sprayed. If the chemicals were so harsh another treatment is never needed, I would imagine they would not be safe.

I recommend City Wide to other businesses and friends and will continue to do so!

I've used City Wide Pest control many times for spraying inside and outside my house to control the bug population at my home.

The technicians are always very professional, friendly and are willing to answer any questions you may have.

Unlike many other Pest control companies, City Wide does not require you to sign a contract or agree to a certain number of months of service. You can just ask them to set you up month to month and they'll give you a call each month to see if you would like a service scheduled.

Nothing but good experience with City Wide so far. I recommend them.

Let me start off by saying, I was only legally allowed to go through this pest control company because of my lease or I would have tried another.
I made the mistake of signing a lease to a crappy apartment because of a situation I was in. I was expecting some issues and wasn't being naive but Jesus Christ. So many things wrong. About 1-2 months into my lease I encounter a bed bug problem (shocker) but I was poor and you have to do what you have to do. My leasing company covers the cost of issues like this when addressed ASAP, so they came out. They came and sprayed, I was problem free for about 2-3 weeks, then got bit again. Repeat treatment, bug free 1.5 months. Repeat treatment, then again. And again. And again. They have treated my unit for bed bugs probably 5 times. I have done EVERYTHING. I got rid of a lot of stuff just because, cleaned, washed, dried, scrubbed every item I own and repeated every week. I still to this day, one month before my lease ends, have a bug problem. Their pesticides just straight up don't work. I've had longer relief with products i bought at target. It just doesn't work.
The two stars are honestly because of their customer service, and because it could very well be a building issue and not their products. They were always nice and their technicians were mainly friendly (maybe one who wasn't but hey everyone has bad days). They were prompt to reach out to me and can treat on weekends. If it wasn't for the constant reoccurrence of pests I would really recommend them. But, that just wasn't this situation. They are VERY affordable. I get copies of the recipes that they charged the owner of this building and it was really really cheap.

Bought a house and immediately noticed spider webs and crickets all around. Decided to go with these guys when I received a post-card in the mail for $39 for inside and outside.
They gave me the time frame of 2-5pm, which sounded awful to be waiting around for 3 hours. But the technician showed up right at 2pm, I was pleasantly surprised.
He explained to me exactly what he was using and what it was for and also helped clarify what I was seeing.
He was in and out in about 30minutes or less. Very polite. Received a call a day later to check and see how the service was. Then received a letter in the mail with another deal for the full year.
Only down-side is the treatment only lasts about 30days where others last about 60 days. But they do offer a 21 day guarantee-if we see bugs return they will come out again.
Overall I'm pleased.

This review is entirely because of the excellent customer service I received from two of their representatives in the office. The technician and service were fine too, but I probably wouldn't have gone out of my way to write a review if it hadn't been for Donna and Rachelle in their office. My HOA is responsible for any required termite treatments, and I spent 2 days, 12 phone calls, 2 emails and talked to 3 people trying to get them to provide me with a service slip from a treatment that City Wide performed a month ago. Once I finally thought to call City Wide, they sent me what I needed in less than 5 minutes. It's such a small thing, but it made a huge difference for me.

The technicians are always on time and friendly they will show up as early as 7am if you need. They have a 21 day warranty if it rains and the price is less than any other company I have used.  

There is no contract or agreement needed and you can have them call you monthly to set up service or you can call them on a as needed basis.

I definitely recommend them.

Great customer service with courteous, knowledgable technicians. All my questions have been answered to my satisfaction. I have been a customer for 12 years and never had any complaints, only praises. I recommend their service without reservations.

City Wide Pest Control returned yesterday to provide its contractual monthly pest control services and I am once again dismayed by the fact that they failed to spray a single apartment in a city owned housing apartment complex for the elderly and disabled. When queried, the technician reported that he was instructed not to spray for roaches by building maintenance; rather, he claims that he was instructed to only use a bait stick on the face of a few kitchen cabinets per apartment. In turn, building maintenance claimed that those instructions came from management. And lastly, management claimed to be unaware of the fact that they were not meeting their contractual obligation to treat every apartment for roaches. As this episode is just part of a larger observed pattern of substandard treatment applications (see my past reviews), I was forced to contact the City of Phoenix Housing Department today with the hope that this pattern of neglect will be adequately addressed in due haste as a lack of adequate treatment for all apartments every month can only result in further infestation. It should be noted that some residents have recently resorted bug bombs in the self-treatment of their own apartments without alerting apartment owners adjacent to their own; the forced migration of roaches and the spread of highly toxic chemicals to those adjacent apartments are a predictable consequence of such ad hoc measures as they share common ductwork and wet walls.

I've been using City Wide for 13 years, ever since i built my house.  I've experienced excellent customer service over the phone all these years.  My technician, Jim, is fantastic.  He always arrives right on schedule and does a very thorough job on my house.  He always comes to the door when he arrives and we chat a bit and then he comes back to the front door to let me know he's all done and hasn't noticed any termites.  I really appreciate his thoroughness doing his job that he obviously likes very much.  Thank you City Wide for all the years of excellent service.

City Wide Pest Control was recommended to me by a client who manages hundreds of rental properties. I needed treatment for termites. They gave me a better quote than what I had paid previous provider 4 years earlier. Their technician was far more thorough, knowledgeable and professional than the business I had worked with earlier. He even explained the life cycle of the termite in order to help me understand what was happening. I'm keeping my termite contract with them for now on!!

Very happy with the service and office customer service.. We requested a termite inspection for a new home. The tech was on time and professional. I had a question when I received the report and my question was promptly answered. I will use them again if needed.

Joe is our technician and has taken care of us for about two years. We have a variety of different pets from birds to dogs to tortoises and he is always attentive, courtesous, and professional.

He pays attention to each and every one of them and is always careful around them. I have lived in the valley for 27 years and have used other companies, but City Wide is the best for service and price.

Save yourself the hassle and just call them when wondering who to use...it's worth it.

Oh, and by the way they also take care of the pests in and outside the home.

Second time out for spraying. On time.......but
Before starting the job asked for the charges. Was told there was a previous balance????  First time immediately paid with check. No prior authorized work other than the first time.  No way there should be a balance. Then representative comes off with an attitude. Needless to say, no work performed.
Too many other competitors to put up with hassle of poor business customer service. Would not recommend.

I moved into my new home and found out I had ticks, so I called citywide and they recommended 3 treatments, I did 2 as and still had ticks so I did another 3 treatments and still had ticks, so they did a follow up treatment,  and STILL had ticks,they blamed it on my wood fence, after each treatment my dog went to the groomer and got the full tick treatment at 60.00 a visit so the 43.00 for each citywide treatment and the 60.00 for each of the groomer visits  cost over 600.00 and I still had ticks, I called another company and after just two visits I am not seeing any ticks ,so if you have money to waste use citywide. When the techs came to my home it took them  longer to pull the hose out then to do the spraying. I would not recommend them at all

My property management company has had us using these guys for our multifamily building in Phoenix since October, and the roach infestation we have been desperate for them resolve is still a problem. Think of the 90's movie Joe's Apartment. We are lucky if they even show up, and we are clearly not getting resprays within 21 days. When they do show up, they've been methodical about showing up AFTER 21 days so that they can charge us full price. I have now lost one tenant due to their inaction so I will safely say these guys are just there to collect your money. At least they are cheap, and you get what you pay for.

My husband used City Wide for pre treatment on building pads so I called them for our home.  We had the best service man for the first couple years, then a different one every time.  I just did not feel comfortable with many of them and I kept calling for resprays.  The last guy they sent out was mr. know it all  refused to spray for ants in the yard because he knew it did'nt work but had a product he could put on the mounds and we should point them out to him.  We have an acre and have no idea where they all are.  We saw bugs 2 weeks later and are shopping for a new company.

I decided to use City Wide because of their lower price.  Well I should have known better.  I was using another company for my pest control but thought I would give it a chance since I was trying to save a little cash.  One night inside my house, I almost stepped on a scorpion and I never had problems with scorpions with the other company.  Two days later, I found yet another scorpion in my house. I called City Wide the next day and told them I found two scorpions in my house.  The customer rep was extremely rude and condescending with me.  She told me I could up my coverage but it would cost a lot more.  Also, they would charge me another $25 fee on top of my monthly charge since they had just been out to my house to spray.  I DO NOT recommend City Wide and would suggest to seek other companies unless you want bugs, critters and scorpions living with you in your house.  Because City Wide was not spraying the right stuff, I'm now behind the eight ball and dealing with a pest issue!!

We have been using City Wide for over two years now and have been very pleased with their reliability and results. They show up when expected, their pricing is far more reasonable than the large, national chains and they immediately address any special requests I have. We had been getting a spray just around the perimeter of the structure once per quarter. That was mostly effective at keeping the bugs outdoors, but I started to see an unusually large number of crickets around the property this year. I called and for an extra $11 per visit, they now spray the whole property. Can't beat that! They will come on a pre-set schedule if you like. They will come only as-called if you prefer. They will increase or decrease the frequency as requested. No contracts, no hassles, no sales pitches. Cancel service anytime. We just get a bill, pay it and they keep coming. I actually wish they would try to upsell me a little. If I had realized how inexpensive it would be to have the whole-yard treatment, I would have done it a long time ago. Just be aware that they offer a variety of different treatment options for both indoors and outdoors so talk with them about the options.
