Finally... after a year in the making, we searched and found Josh, the right builder, to redo our mid century ranch carport in Cave Creek. We have a brand new pine tongue and grove ceiling and redwood gable ends. We stained over 100 (12' ) boards on our own before installation. We are very happy with the results, and the attention to detail. I would recommend Josh!

While the job we had Jon complete likely wasn't the most complex, he was incredibly speedy and easy to work with and we went from confirming we'd work with him to permit in-hand in 5 days.

Wanting to get a new toilet installed, I made several frustrating calls to plumbers (who quoted outrageous prices and time frames) and other handymen (most didn't return my phone messages) , I contacted Jake, who promptly answered his phone. He quoted a very reasonable fee and could come that afternoon.

He was timely in his arrival, very courteous, and a neat worker who knew what he was doing. The installation was completed very quickly. I told him his fee was too low and paid him extra. I highly recommend Jake and I will call him when I need his services again.

We're quickly closing on the completion of our master bathroom remodel. Chris (owner, Shane (operations) and Jim (foreman) have been fantastic throughout the project. They've been clear, honest, communicative and flexible. We're extremely happy with the finished product and hope to work with Schott again in the future for other remodeling needs in our house.

All of this said, we highly recommend Schott to any homeowner considering upgrades in their home. This is a team that you can trust and who will be straight shooters from start to finish. Kudos to the Schott Team!

Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall,  popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light.  He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. We had a 2:00 appointment for Gordon to come out and give me an estimate.  At 2:17 I called him and he forgot to put me on his schedule.  This is not a favorable indication for good business practice and I certainly will not be using him.

I don't know about the negative reviews.  Turc the general manager was friendly and all work was done as scheduled to a professional standard.  Clarence the carpenter and project manager communicated and kept the schedule.  The work was completed on time and was  to a professional standard.  We are happy with Able and Ready.  Thank you.

They were the first to respond in an emergency situation. They were able to fix the problem within an hour. Quick and kind service. Would use again. Great value.

Brian and his team were very professional, reasonably priced, and did an beautiful job.  I had them paint my baseboards and doors as well as our kitchen cabinets.  I would highly recommend their services!

Great Company! They have done several projects for me over the years. Recently they did my front entry & walkway in stamped concrete...and it looks great! I have had no problems with this company or with the work they did. Their crews are some of the hardest working fellas I've seen and they know what they are doing...you can tell. TERRIBLE AND UNSCRUPULOUS.  Never started our project, won't communicate, having to sue him for our unused money back, name-calling, and overall terrible experience.  RUN FAST AND FAR!  Filing suit in Maricopa if you want to search records for more details.
