Finally... after a year in the making, we searched and found Josh, the right builder, to redo our mid century ranch carport in Cave Creek. We have a brand new pine tongue and grove ceiling and redwood gable ends. We stained over 100 (12' ) boards on our own before installation. We are very happy with the results, and the attention to detail. I would recommend Josh!

While the job we had Jon complete likely wasn't the most complex, he was incredibly speedy and easy to work with and we went from confirming we'd work with him to permit in-hand in 5 days.

Wanting to get a new toilet installed, I made several frustrating calls to plumbers (who quoted outrageous prices and time frames) and other handymen (most didn't return my phone messages) , I contacted Jake, who promptly answered his phone. He quoted a very reasonable fee and could come that afternoon.

He was timely in his arrival, very courteous, and a neat worker who knew what he was doing. The installation was completed very quickly. I told him his fee was too low and paid him extra. I highly recommend Jake and I will call him when I need his services again.

We had rain damage a month before the upcoming holidays. To our dismay we needed a new roof and our ceiling repaired/restored. My parents worked with Schott Development and highly recommended them. They came out right away to assess the damage, provided very competitive pricing and were able to schedule us for repairs within weeks.

Their customer service, speed and quality was incredible! Their team replaced our roof underlayment and restored ceiling within 4 days. I highly recommend Schott Development. Save yourself the time and trouble of comparative quotes. Their responsiveness, price and quality is unmatched!

Robert from West Haven Builders removed a wall,  popcorn ceiling and moved electrical outlet/light.  He always responded quickly. His quote came in at a competitive price. What I really appreciated was he kept me informed and updated, was on time. He also always kept the work area cleaned and cleaned up when finished. I will definitely use West Haven Builders again. After vetting several contractors and choosing to work with Gordon Enterprises, we could not be happier. All of the 5 star reviews are absolutely correct. We hired Gordon Enterprises to completely renovate  a condo kitchen, two bathrooms and replace flooring throughout. We truly have no negatives to report.

* Incredibly responsive from the start. Gordon met every deadline and promptly responded to every communication.
* Every interaction is courteous, respectful and professional. They make it easy to talk through plans, change orders and logistics.
* Their work is meticulous and the results exceeded expectations. We smiled ear to ear when we saw the finished product. Simply amazing.
* They thought of every detail and added small details at no cost just because they knew it would enhance the value. They treat the project as though it's on their own home.
* The work completed was perfect and at budget. There were no punch list items to complete. We have worked with commercial contractors over the years at work and both at budget and punch list free is almost unheard of.

We are now starting projects on our personal residence to include kitchen, bathroom and a new sunroom addition.

The worst of the worst. Run away from this Company if it is not too late for you. Horrible work. Dishonest and misleading. The owner is a good salesman and that is where it stops. Most of the photos on their website are manufacturer photos and not of work they have done. Every step of the way through our project was a fight. Be warned.

What a pleasant experience I had with Armando & Aaron. My old
water heater gave out and flooded my garage on a Sunday night, ugh. They responded so quickly , that by Monday afternoon I had a new water heater installed and running perfectly! Their great communication was a huge factor in resolving so fast! Very fair in pricing too. Can't get any better than that!!

I received a quote and was charged $500 more than quoted.  They did not properly clean the base cabinetry and stains started to show through the paint within 2 weeks.  Scheduling was very difficult and last minute.  Also, they promised to return and put new hardware on the cabinets, but never came back despite multiple messages left.  I had to hire another handyman who came and completed the job for me.  He did a great job, but cost me another $400.  I would not recommend this company at all.

One star for this business is generous. We had them do a driveway for us about 6 years ago. They were great to work with at the time as we had an issue with a section of the driveway and they addressed it without hassle. Fast forward 6 years. I think management must have changed hands. We reached out to them to have someone come look at the same problematic section. We both spoke with the business manager and I can say that my words have never been so purposely manipulated and in such a condescending way. This guy was awful and intentionally so. He acted as if we wanted something for free. I never indicated I was expecting any warranty work. I just wanted someone to take a look at our crumbling driveway and go from there. In short, I  would absolutely stay away from this company for fear that if you ever need any follow up, you too will be treated this way.  Their customer service is absolutely terrible and not worth subjecting yourself to.  Buyer Beware!!!!

Please DO NOT USE LECKIE INVESTMENTS for your projects he does not pay the people that do the work for him. Getting any money out of him is like pulling teeth. I was working on a project with him in Tempe  that was 80% completed when I was struck with leukemia. I've been in the hospital for 2 months fighting for my life and he continually refuses to pay the last bill which is $10,000 dollars. I've emailed him, I've called him, I've texted him but he ducks and blocks every single request. All that I want is to get paid and go on with my life and pray for a bone marrow transplant. What a heartless human being he is when I'm laying in bed trying to save my life and he doesn't even have the courtesy to call me please please do not use this company!!!!
