Petrus Countertop and Remodeling

Our project involved removing old Formica countertops and replacing with a beautiful granite. It took me a lot of back and forth to pick the granite and Fabio and Victor were very patient with me. The guys who did the installation did a great job, worked quickly and cleaned up after. I give the company *****'s!

We have used Petrus Countertop and Remodeling for granite countertops at our home and at a house we are remodeling.  They do beautiful work and I would definitely use their services again.  One recent project required new granite, demo and plumbing, it went smoothly, and was done in one day.

The kitchen island turned out great. Fabio, Jennifer, and the install crew did as advertised! We could not be more pleased with the outcome. Thanks Petrus!!!

We had new kitchen countertops and a master bathroom countertop installed this week by Petrus.  After much research, and lots of great recommendations, we chose them to do our install and very happy with everything from communication, installation and cleanup.  Great quality of granite, and good suggestions which made things even better.  Very pleased with our new countertops.  They were very professional and honest to work with.  Would highly recommend.

I never give poor reviews and really had high hopes based on the positive reviews ( although most are very old). I am really disappointed with this company. The owner Fabio came out to my home and gave us an estimate. We communicated for weeks planning my kitchen remodel with Jennifer. I purchased the materials needed and they gave me an appointment to come to the shop to review everything with the owner Fabio and sign the contract.
My husband and I took the day off to meet at their warehouse to look at quartzite materials and sign the contract. We arrived early and no one was at the shop. I called several times and finally an employee named Jennifer answers to tell us they will not be able to meet today.
I understand emergencies happen, but a phone call to cancel would have been the least they could do after we drove for 45 minutes to the shop. I should have not had to keep calling and be stuck outside in this Arizona heat trying to figure out what is going on. The owner Fabio never returned my call. No follow up to reschedule...nothing! Complete disregard for our time and project. Horrible service and a waste of time.
****Here is one of two estimates attached, I also have the text message transcripts between the company and I for our appointment that shows the date and time( Friday ) as well as other information regarding final colors and materials. Next time please be honest and just accept your mistake and apologize for wasting our time. I would have been happy to update my review based on that, but falsely claiming that I am not a customer when you have been to my home for an estimate and follow up is very unprofessional.

Kitchen renovation in process.  The signature piece was just installed.  We give 5 stars to Petrus Granite, a small business here in Phoenix.  From start to finish, we were impressed by the communications, scheduling and of course access to the most beautiful piece of nature that has become a piece of art in our forever home.  Ivan and Gerardo (the installers for Petrus a 5 star business) were on time, and a pleasure to welcome to our home.  Their skill and pleasant natures will be remembered by us for years to come.  Every member of the Petrus team is professional, particular, and work hard to make our dream kitchen come true.  Even the plumbing installation for the new sink was pure perfection.  
We can't wait to complete the kitchen refacing and backsplash!  When finished, the Petrus work will be what we intended:  granite that is art!

Petrus was recommended to me by my brother who used them for a kitchen and bathroom remodel. We also had a great experience with our kitchen remodel, and are now having our bathrooms done. Fabio is great to work with and recommended some details I would not have thought of myself. He will give his honest opinion but is not pushy at all. I told him from the beginning that I am a perfectionist and will notice anything not done right...and I found out he is too! He was often on site while the work was being done and inspected everything personally. Jennifer in the office was a pleasure to work with. Highly recommend!

After searching many vendors for the purpose of getting new granite countertops for my kitchen and hall bathroom without finding the kind of quality stone I wanted, I found Petrus Countertops and was immediately well-impressed by the slabs at their warehouse. They hand-pick only the best granite and quartz. I was able to find exactly the kind of grey granite with white streaks that I had in mind. Compared to big box stores and chains, their granite seems more like marble, and can provide unique slabs that bigger chain stores can't. I also was very happy with the quality of the installation work, and the fact that they provide removal of old countertops, the option of adding sinks, and an in-house plumbing service to disconnect and reconnect the sinks and fixtures. I highly recommend Fabio and Luiz at Petrus for all your stone countertop needs.

We recently moved to Phoenix and went through the overwhelming process of bidding out new countertops throughout our home.  We met with & received bids from 4 different companies, once we met Fabio, we knew we wanted to go with him.  To our surprise, their bid was the lowest when equally compared & the amount of professionalism was tremendously more than the rest.  The crew came in to do the job on time, they were fast, clean, and took care of my home like it was theirs when they demo'd the old countertops to put in the new.  We could not recommend anyone more than Fabio & his crew.  We're putting in backsplash next week and will post photos then!

Great service and pricing.  Petrus stepped up when another company ghosted contacts.  Called in the AM, Fabio came out that afternoon, and counter tops installed three weeks later as stated. They worked with tile supplier to make the best of situation.  Very satisfied customer.

Just got my kitchen countertops done and they are absolutely gorgeous! Fábio, Cesar and Ellen did an amazing job! From beginning to end they were professional and patient with me as I had some kitchen delays due to my kitchen installer being late on the project.

It was an easy and enjoyable process! The finish of the slab is beautiful. They also left everything clean once they left.

The whole crew at Perry's Countertops have been a very pleasant experience in a industry of so many choices. They all were very professional and courteous to our every request even plastic on our carpets. We have done several projects in our home and out of all of them I would highly recommend Petrus Remodeling.

From beginning to end, Petrus did an amazing job.  From quote to completion, they were fantastic and had our kitchen remodeled in  a very timely manner.  Our quote was very reasonable.  Communication was excellent and every worker was on time or ahead of schedule.  Luiz was knowledgeable about products and offered suggestions to help with my decision making process.  We asked to make a change during the process and they were very accommodating and made it happen.  Luiz and Fabio oversaw each part of the process and were professional and very friendly, as were all of the installers.  I highly recommend Petrus for any job you have--we will be using them again soon to update each of our bathrooms!  We've recommended them to all of our neighbors.  You won't be disappointed!

We had Petrus Countertops and Remodeling redo our 1990's kitchen countertops, tile backsplash create a center island with custom cabinets and install a new granite composite sink.  My husband and I painted the cabinets ourselves since we wanted to save some money.   After researching several companies and speaking with many; We finally decided to use Petrus.  After we met Fabio I knew this was the company I wanted to do business with.  He is very knowledgable and stays true to his word.  I highly respect a business owner that does this!  Fabio came out measured our kitchen precisely and helped me decide on the granite.  I only had to mention my color choices and style and he knew exactly what granite and color of sink to install.  This project started in the fall and after a few bumps in the road- we now have beautiful new granite countertops!  Fabio even came on a weekend (On his own time) to fix a minor issue I found on the granite slab after the project was completed.  I would absolutely recommend Petrus Countertops and Remodeling.  5 star rating for complete professionalism!  Thank you again!!! Our experience with PETRUS Countertop and Remodeling was beyond expectation.  We consulted and visited with other similar businesses in Phoenix and decided to go with PETRUS.  There was not a single person connected with this company that was not friendly, welcoming and well informed about the business.  From Jennifer who was the first contact at the showroom (excellent  business phone skills) who opened the door to their office and showed us the area where stone slabs are on display.  We met Luiz, head of showroom sales and estimates.  He set up the visit to our home to measure our the countertop which needed replacing.  When the day arrived for measurements, it was the owner who appeared, Fabio Silva.  Friendly and reassuring.  We had a situation where the vessel sink could not be separated from the top and the entire counter with sink attached needed to be removed, one piece!  We found a beautiful quartz remnant but in the stack was not fully exposed to see and Luiz arranged to have it pulled out for us to view.  Not only was the work done very quickly, they had it fabricated and installed days before the original date, then they showed up an hour early : )  The installers were so pleasant, quiet and professional throughout the entire procedure.  Our job was a very small one but no one projected that because it was evident this company values it's customers.  PETRUS is the company you want to think of first for any remodeling.  480-281-2675, 1437 N. 27th Lane, Phoenix 85009

I have worked with Petrus on several remodeling project and have always been impressed with their work and professionalism. The Petrus team is top notch and I like the fact that the owner (Fabio) always come to the job site during the installation to check on his crew and make sure everything is done to perfection. I have worked with Fabio on two different jobs. They replaced our countertops in the bathroom and kitchen in a guest house (2017) and then more recently in Nov 2018 which was a total remodel. In this more recent project we had a ton of detail, cuts and mitering that was done. We also purchased our quartz directly with them. These guys are absolutely exceptional to work with. Professional, incredible attention to detail and very nice guys. This is not the norm in this business. They did a water fall edge for us that is just gorgeous. Including photos here of their more recent work. If I could give them 10 stars I would!

We had our dated kitchen counter tops and 2 bathroom counter tops replaced with beautiful new quartz ones installed by Petrus in December 2017. They also installed brand new sinks, which they were able to source at better prices than we could find. We are 100% satisfied with the work and the service. Fabio was easy to work with and highly professional. The work was done on time and the crew cleaned up the site very well. We highly recommend this business.
