This company had quite a daunting job in our home rehab project. They came in, taped and textured our entire interior. They were timely and respectful of both us and our home. I would recommend them for any of your painting or wall projects!

Daniel and crew did an outstanding job on both the exterior and interior of my home!!  They were extremely polite, and their paint job matches their professionalism.  They painted the entire outside and half of the interior of our house. The two workmen were very skilled and it was an interesting process from start to finish. Daniel is very responsive and makes sure you have everything you need until 100% satisfied. I would definitely use them again, knowing it was money well spent and a good decision to hire him and his crew.

Chris and his crew did a great job! Very professional. When I got that letter from the HOA I reached out to Top Cut Painting. This company was highly recommend to me and now I'm recommending it to you! I work out of town and Chris was able to locate the colors that would be approved for my HOA, explain some HOA stuff I don't know and repair horrible looking cracks and chips from my common wall. Looks amazing! I should have hired them sooner! In addition to completing the exterior paint and common wall, they also fix my patio roof that sustained some damage after the heavy rains.

A&A Painting is the best painting company i have ever seen. John, the owner, is a fantastic person and his rates are great. His company painted both the exterior and interior of my house in Scottsdale and it looks great. They do exceptional work and even do optional items as long as they are comfortable doing it. An example is they installed new handles on all my interior doors along with door stoppers on the hinges to keep the doors from hitting the walls. Additionally they installed handicap bars in my bathrooms and a towel rack. If your in need of getting estimates for painting you should definitely call John.

I am in love with Ma's Cleaning.  I had a house that hadn't been really cleaned for a good number of months and I have cats and dogs.  Dogs aren't bad, but I have cat hair EVERYWHERE and the dust to go with it.  Well, these delightful ladies worked so hard, and so fast, and left with this place shining like a new penny.   I also have a very full etagere which has probably not been dusted in my lifetime!  Sparkles!  I have no words glorious enough to praise them with.  When I move to my new home, they are coming with!!!

Wow. We are first-time customers. Racheal did a phenomenal job: punctural, thorough. She was polite, pleasant, communicated aticulately, brought all equipment and cleaners needed, and worked tirelessly the whole day. She got every bit of the caked on dust and dirt in every room. I haven't seen the house this spotless since we moved in 4 years ago. This level of cleaning is more than we can physically manage. We are grateful---and hooked. Thank you Racheal.

Sadly, very disappointed with Tidy Casa. I live in a 775 sq ft 1 bedroom apartment. The "base" charge for a move-out clean being $180 was crazy enough, but the fact that they kept trying to up-charge me to add on things like cleaning the kitchen cabinets, clean inside the fridge, clean inside the stove, clean light fixtures and dust the blinds etc., was super annoying. How are these things not already included in the cost of a "move-out cleaning", especially at $180, for a single bedroom apartment? The up-charges they were suggesting would have put me at almost $300! I don't know what planet these people are living on, but $300 isn't even reasonable for a 2,000 sq ft home... When I told a friend of mine what they were charging, my friend was shocked because he only pays about $100 every time his cleaning lady comes to do his 3 bedroom home, and I have had similar experiences as well. I have hired housekeepers in the past for even larger aparments and not only was I never charged more than $100-$150, but the place always looked amazing after they finished. I am not trying to be disrespectful here but I literally just can not believe that these things are considered add-ons to a move-out clean, and that they think that a small 1 bedroom apartment should cost almost $300 to clean.

I went back to the apartment later that day to check on the work they did to make sure it was acceptable before handing my keys in to my landlord, and I am so happy I did. It was very obvious that they went out of their way to not do certain things because I did not agree to pay the extra fees, like it was done purposefully. My trash can was sitting inside of the kitchen sink (why? No idea), they didn't touch the kitchen cabinets (even on the outside), there was a dead cockroach in the middle of the floor in the master bathroom (the unit has been vacant for almost a month- how do you miss this?), and on top of that, they left the front door unlocked ( I was told that they would lock up after leaving).

It is beyond irritating to have to re-clean an apartment after paying $180 to have it "professionally" cleaned. To be honest, I really don't see a difference between a move-out clean and a more "basic" clean, so I am really unsure as to what I actually paid for, and why it is advertised as move out when the only way you actually get your home "move-out clean", is by paying all of the extra fees, which is very deceiving :/ If I would have know this would happen, I would have just saved the $180 and cleaned the place myself, because it looks as if I just did it anyways. This is my first time using a cleaning company, as I have only ever hired private people, and I am never doing it again. Anyone considering using this company because your landlord requires a move-out clean, please do your research and consider hiring a private person/housekeeper rather than a company like this so you don't get screwed having to re-clean it because they won't do it for you if you don't allow them to persuade you into paying for "extras". Literally such a scam.

We were pleased to find a eco friendly cleaning service, reliable and at a good price.
The cleaning service did a good job at first but we were very disappointed  that they never did finish the job cleaning.
We had mentioned before what was needed to be cleaned. I was totally surprised that certain parts of our house were not cleaned . When they left, they didn't even finish the last room because the 2 hours were up. And half the windows were not done, the oven, the refrigerator and the last bedroom wasn't even touched.
We noticed that they only sent 2 people to do the job. When one of the staff asked me what needed to be done. It wasn't done. Only half of it. They both just left our place half way done. We felt ripped off. I would have paid for another hour or more if they asked if they needed more time.
We even contacted the company and there was no response. Obviously they are not a very professional service and don't have any concern. That will be the last time we will call them for a cleaning service.

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I have never met someone as kind and as thorough as Nikki! She was super friendly and worked her butt off!

She is worth every penny, and then more!

poor service. Not sure how a company operates with customer service so poor. These guys have just as poor work ethic as they do attitude

Jose deserves ZERO stars because he is not an honest man. He gave me a quote and asked for half down to buy materials and never came back. He still has not returned the deposit and won't answer his phone. Karma Jose!!
