This company had quite a daunting job in our home rehab project. They came in, taped and textured our entire interior. They were timely and respectful of both us and our home. I would recommend them for any of your painting or wall projects!

If I could give Todd and his team 6 stars I would. They were very responsive to my online inquiry, reasonably priced, and the end product is stunning our neighbors all asked who we used and even our realtor was so impressed she plans to make him her go to painter (shout out to the wisemoveaz.com team). We purchased a home in Anthem which the previous owner failed to disclose the HOA had warned and fined him for failure to pain the outside. We needed a good painter and fast. Todd and his team handled and expedited the HOA approval process for me. His team was punctual and respectful to my wife and two small children as they efficiently and diligently worked. The process of prepping and painting my house was not intrusive. They only use high quality paints and the end product shows (see photos). Todd was honest in our dealings and true to his word. Chris and his crew did a great job! Very professional. When I got that letter from the HOA I reached out to Top Cut Painting. This company was highly recommend to me and now I'm recommending it to you! I work out of town and Chris was able to locate the colors that would be approved for my HOA, explain some HOA stuff I don't know and repair horrible looking cracks and chips from my common wall. Looks amazing! I should have hired them sooner! In addition to completing the exterior paint and common wall, they also fix my patio roof that sustained some damage after the heavy rains.

We hired John and his crew for a full interior color change and we were pleasantly surprised with the speed in which they worked, the quality of work and attention to detail and the bright and energetic customer service.

Seth came over and did an excellent job. He took extra time to ensure the cleaning was high quality and thorough. I would recommend this service to my family and friends.

I bought a new house and scheduled an appointment based off Yelp reviews.  I called, my call  was picked up, they explained their services and I called back to book.  I texted to confirm my appointment and they immediately  confirmed.  The next day I got a text they were running early.  I arranged for someone to be here and when I got  here, it was just completed  and my house was  VERY warm due to just moving in and things  not  being set up yet.   The  carpets smelled great and looked great.  They dried as stated and were not over saturated.  I would definitely use again and/or recommend.

I am so happy with the decision to go with this company. I compared a few quotes that I got on yelp, and these guys were responsible, responsive, and friendly. Their crew really did a fabulously meticulous job on my home. I can't wait to have them out next time!

I have used Tidy Casa for quite some time and will not be using them anymore after our last cleaning.   Due to lack of availability with our usual teams we like, we agreed to try a new team. It was one lady who who showed up to clean our 2600 sq feet house.  She was here for 4.5 hours which is a long time considering it's usually a team of 3. She left and there were a number of things missed. Lots of surfaces not even touched and small kitchen appliances were never even moved, floors were not totally cleaned.  Glitter still all over the floor in some areas so I know it was not touched. We also just had construction done so we needed this cleanup badly. I have come to realize that there are about 2-3 good teams and if you don't get them it won't be a good experience. For the amount we paid I was appalled that these items were missed. When I contacted them they offered to come back out and clean the spots missed. Considering that I had already kept my toddler and puppy out of the house for 4.5 hours I wasn't willing to do it again. I feel like a discount/partial refund would have been more appropriate. See photos for how dirty our place was left after paying $250+. Ridiculous.

Nikki was absolutely fantastic!

We had her come to the home I'm in the process of moving out of. It was definitely a challenge! She took that house from looking like an on fire garbage can to looking better than brand new!

I found Skill Set through Nextdoor. I had Skill Set replace load bearing patio posts that were termite damaged and warping. Robert came over to give me a quote and was very professional and knowledgeable. He even pointed out a flood light that wasn't to code (and he fixed it during the repair!). He was able to work around my busy schedule to get the job done. I was very impressed with his crew's work, they were very clean during the whole process. I plan on using them again in the future for more house projects!

Jose deserves ZERO stars because he is not an honest man. He gave me a quote and asked for half down to buy materials and never came back. He still has not returned the deposit and won't answer his phone. Karma Jose!!
