Michael just finished doing an amazing job painting the exterior of our home and block wall.  Working with him was such a pleasure. He was totally responsive, helpful and so professional.  He showed up on time and finished on time.  His price was very reasonable too, especially given the great service. Highly recommend him!!

After you came to our home and tried to repair the damage to our fiberglass door, we decided that your expertise and experience in the painting business was limited. You were given two times to repair your mistake. You did not prep the door and it blistered. We had four different experts from Lowe's, ABS Doors and Valspar Paint inform us that since the door was fiberglass treating it with chemicals would destroy the finish.  Your measly $125.00 refund did not even begin to cover the cost of a new door. The new door cost us around $1,600.00.  This did not include having to hire a new painter to paint the frame and several hundred to install the door.  The door was only three years old. Nothing was wrong with the door we just wanted to change the color. I think if you were honest and had integrity you would have stepped up and helped us pay for your mistake.  Instead you dumped the burden and expense on us without any apology.  After all your ad said you are licenced, bonded and insured. Satisfaction Guaranteed.

We just had some painting done in our home and the work was absolutely outstanding.  They patched up all the cracks in the garage and replaced missing caulk and the finished product looks like the interior of the garage is brand new!  We also had them remove in wall speakers from our family room.  They patched the wall beautifully which was hard to do because it was textured and again the finished product is flawless.  You would never know there had been holes in the wall and ceiling where the speakers were removed.  I HIGHLY recommend CertaPro of Cave Creek and will definitely use them again in the future should we have any additional painting needs.  Outstanding work at a good price.  Thank you for a job well done!

Nate was great. Very responsive to emails and texts. I contacted him on a Tuesday and his guys came out to paint that Thursday morning. They showed up on time and were really respectful. We hired them to paint our front door. They did a great job. We would definitely hire them again!

Manfred is a German trained master . He has painted both our house and my office, and has an extensive knowledge of masonry (which must be properly cured and prepped before painting), and was always able to tell us when the stucco was not ready. He is absolutely brilliant at creating colors, and knowing exactly the color I was looking for even before I knew myself. He is the most meticulous taper, and the details and lines around everything are totally perfect. He is reasonable, and if you want a perfect job he is the person for you

They painted our homes cabinets, interior and exterior.  I have never seen a contractor work as hard as these painters. What everyone else said plus some.  I'm so thankful to our neighbor Dan for hooking us up with these guys.  They are everything we could have ever imagined.  Our home has never looked so beautiful.  AND I had actually over paid them and they came back saying I had paid too much.  Who does that anymore but honest people! YOU will NOT regret getting this company.

We have wanted to change our kitchen cabinet color since the day we moved into our Sun City West home, five years ago.  I thought about doing it myself, since I was confined to the house because of COVID-19, but then I thought about again and decided I wanted it to look good so I started looking for a professional.  I looked up cabinet painters in YELP and the ELITE listing showed up.  One thing that jumped out at me was all the 5 Star ratings ELITE had.

I called Sam and he came over later that same day.  At first I thought about doing all the cabinets in the house, and I asked Sam to look at all of them but I had a budget in mind so I asked him to price the rooms separately. The next day I had an itemized bid and, after looking it over thoroughly, we decided to refinish just the kitchen and a small display cabinet in the hallway and gave Sam the go ahead.

It was about a week later (a Thursday) that Matt showed up and removed all the draw fronts and doors and took them back to his shop.  On the following Monday Sam came back with bins full of freshly painted (white) doors and draw fronts.  They were perfect.  Exactly what I wanted.  The following Tuesday Ernesto showed up, bright and early, to start the in-house work.  That day he masked off the kitchen, sanded and primed the face frames.  Wednesday he was back to paint the cabinets and reinstall the doors and draws.  After removing the plastic and cleaning up, I carefully inspected the project.  Except a small spot of paint on the tile floor, which he immediately cleaned up, I was very happy with the whole experience.

I can't praise Elite Custom Painting enough.  Sam and his team were very easy to work with, highly professional, and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome.  I noticed a lot of people mentioned that Elite was one of the most expensive contractors and maybe that's so, but as the old adage goes You get what you pay for.  They are a perfect example of that.

Tenants are moving out so I called Nunez Painting for a quote on a 2800 Sq ft house. Guy came over, Jaime I think, to give me a estimate. He came over , we walked thru the house and he answered my questions. So far so good. Then he asked for my email and said he would send me the estimate. This was on a Friday afternoon and on Tuesday of the following week I called them since I never got the email. I left a message and never got called back. Called again and nothing...obviously being avoided. I hate to put these bad reviews but a courtesy callback of at least we're to busy or something would of been nice.

We recently had our house painted from Shad and his crew and they did an amazing job!  We had several companies come out and give us quotes but we decided to go with Shad and I am  so happy that we did.  Not only did they do a great/detailed job but they were reasonably priced as well. Highly recommended! Thanks Shad :)

Gerardo, Jose, and Miguel did an excellent job of refinishing our solid Oak entry door and curved Oak staircase, they are darker with the grains showing through and are a serious update to accompany all the other mods we've done, this is one of the last mods and makes a HUGE difference. The guys were quick, efficient and skilled in their trade. We are 100% satisfied and will use them in a couple of months to do our Oak kitchen cabinets. Thanks to all!

Next Level Painters did an amazing job on the interior paint work in two of my homes. Would never, ever use them again!!!!  Owner doesn't take responsibility for his worker's mistakes, then wants to argue with the customer.  They caused my project to be delayed several times. They are an absolute joke. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
