What a true professional!
I Just purchased my home and needed it painted before the holidays.  Michael gave me a 4-5 day window of competition on my 2900sqft home.  
He showed up everyday on time and even finished the job on the 4th day.  I couldn't be more impressed with the quality of the paintwork and the straightness of the lines on the borders.  Highly recommend and fair price.  Keep up the good work guys.

EDIT: This review was written three years ago, don't know why it popped up so late. Anyway, due to this being three years ago, the company did not have the opportunity to fix their mistake, and it's probably too late now.

Not the best.  Matt is friendly enough, but when it comes right down to it, the whole operation is flaky as hell.  They say we'll call you tomorrow afternoon and then nothing.

Matt absolutely insists on using Sherwin Williams paint because he used to work there and he will charge more if you just want to choose your own paint manufacturer.  Red flag to me really, seemed like a situation with kickbacks, but whatever.

Getting these people to commit to a firm start date and time is nearly impossible.

They will move furniture, which is fantastic, but they won't actually reattach all the cabling they disconnected, so a person who isn't familiar with cable or wifi or receivers, speakers, etc... (like, say, a woman nearing 70 and so forth) has absolutely zero idea what to do.

Furniture which was supposed to be covered or taped off is left with paint marks.

And if you happened to be one of those naively trusting sorts who pays in full before doing a final inspection of all the minute details, good luck getting things fixed!

So if you go with this outfit, make sure you DO NOT pay in full until AFTER all things are complete and inspected and up to your personal standards.  Turns out, my standards are far higher than theirs.

Have you seen that Travelocity commercial with the grandma getting a mirror hanged by a stranger who asked for her SSN to order pizza?  Yeah, that is what this felt like.

So keep an eye on 'em.

CertaPro Painters of Cave Creek - Tom Potts came highly recommended. Tom was a pleasure to work with, was prompt, and answered all my concerns Timely. He was very familiar with the HOA restrictions and guidelines in painting the exterior of my home and block wall. His crew was also prompt, cleaned up after themselves, and did an amazing job. If I could give six stars I would!

The communication with Nate was awesome it was ongoing from the time I reached out to him until well after the project was done. We're working on our next project together. I am so enthusiastic so excited about the job he completed for me these cabinets are absolutely wonderful! Easy communication job well done I was very comfortable with him. Second job was my kitchen... all I can say was the outcome was way better than I expected ! Communication between Nate & I was wonderful his work leaves me sppechless!!!!  If you pass up this company shame on you !

Manfred is a German trained master . He has painted both our house and my office, and has an extensive knowledge of masonry (which must be properly cured and prepped before painting), and was always able to tell us when the stucco was not ready. He is absolutely brilliant at creating colors, and knowing exactly the color I was looking for even before I knew myself. He is the most meticulous taper, and the details and lines around everything are totally perfect. He is reasonable, and if you want a perfect job he is the person for you

We hired Willis Painting to paint the interior of our home, including the baseboards, ceiling, and doors.  Chris arrived to all our appointments on time and quoted us a reasonable price. His staff did a great job. We especially appreciated that the painters treated our home with respect.  They covered our furniture and flooring. We didn't have to move the furniture. They did all that. This was a 5 day job and at the end of each day, they put our furniture back in place.

The quality of the paint is very good.  Chris brought us samples to make sure we liked the colors.

Gelber is a stand up guy! He is honest, very responsive, fair, and an extremely hard worker!!!! I had 5 quotes, and chose Gelber and his crew for the job and I am glad I did! He did my quote on a Monday, and Tuesday by 4pm my entire house was painted!!! I am impressed! They cleaned up well, and did quality work. Also, Gelber was the most fair with the cost! He even left me the left over paint for touch ups! I highly recommend Gelber and his crew for paint jobs. They even showed up on time! He is just overall a nice individual! 5 stars!!!!! Thank you Gelber!

We had Halcon Painting paint the exterior of our house. Juan ,Ana and team were professional, on time and wonderful to work with. The house was power sprayed, the areas that the paint was peeling  were scraped , the patio ceiling that were peeling repaired and cracks were caulked. They even tacked down the coax cable that had come loose. Juan used high quality Dunn-Edwards Evershield paint and the finished product looks fantastic. I highly recommend this company and will definitely be utilizing Halcon Painting again for my future painting projects.

I was moving into a home and on a tight schedule to have some painting done inside my garages. I contacted McMillan Brothers and they were the first contractor I had spoke to that kept their appointment and worked with me on my timeline. They were super courteous and walked me through the whole process and they were more than happy to get the work done in time for me to move in. I would definitely recommend them and will be calling them for any future work that I need done.

This is the third project that I have used Sam and Custom Elite Painting.  He has completed the project on time every time and on budget.  Would definitely recommend.

Emailed for a quote. Was given a time they would stop over next day. Two hours after appointment, no show. Emailed back hour later. Receive response next day of, What time will work for you today. No explanation as to why they didn't show up the day before, no excuse, nothing. Very unprofessional.

Ok, besides the amazing paint job done on the exterior of my home, which is huge! Shad the owner, is one of the most awesome people I have met. I had another company come out that I was sure couldn't be beat on price and just overall vibe, but then Shad showed up! He was seriously a straight shooter, immediately was willing to beat the competitions price, he also squeezed me in last minute, I mean literally like a 2 day notice. I had such a great experience that I hope we remain acquainted after this job. I cannot say enough great things.
One additional comment, he shows up to the jobsite, if he doesn't like something he sees, he fixes it. He voluntary patched some of the concrete foundation of my house because he just wasn't satisfied with how it turned out, the job didn't suffer because of that, it was still finished on time. I am so impressed with the attention to detail and the friendly, honest nature of this company. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

I was blown away by the responsiveness, friendliness and quality of work they did on my kitchen cabinets. I would definitely hire them again or recommend.

The owner was very quick to get a quote to me, the quote was very reasonable and they showed up when they said they would. He was very communicative at all times.

My cabinets look amazing! I have wood and I had them stained a darker color. While it's a paint on stain, I can't believe how amazing they look! I'm so happy I didn't get new cabinets as that would have cost 10x's what I paid.

We are new to Scottsdale so my wonderful realtor Greg Wolfe recommended Next Level. It was easy to reach them and the owner Fernando was fantastic. He got us a quote right away and sent us his best painter Manny. It was a very difficult project since we were doing construction on our new home and Manny worked absolute miracles. He is an incredible painter, so gifted that I now call him El Mago, The Magician. Such perfect lines, such a great job on the trim, I have no idea how he did such excellent work under such difficult conditions. He did all this incredible work with such a cheerful attitude. He really made you feel like he could take care of you. So great! Fernando was also so nice and worked around all of our issues. He even sent someone to help us choose paint colors. Veronica was so nice and really a great help. Bravo to the entire team at Next Level!

Jaime immediately responded to my desperate call, came and quoted a very fair price, and amazingly performed a miracle of painting four rooms including ceilings- in a day and a half!

They did a really great job; being very neat as well.

I will have them back to paint the bathroom next.

You will be happy with their work, and ecstatic with the fair pricing!

Would never, ever use them again!!!!  Owner doesn't take responsibility for his worker's mistakes, then wants to argue with the customer.  They caused my project to be delayed several times. They are an absolute joke. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
