I must be clear up front that I did not choose CertaPro Painters of Cave Creek ONLY because the estimate was more than I could afford this month. However, I felt compelled to write a review of Tom and his professional estimate process. I met Tom at the property, he was there early waiting for me. Together we toured the property and he examined and measured the walls very thoroughly. He also offered some tips on colors that I had not thought of. Tom's estimate was sent to me within three hours of our meeting. It included pictures and served as a detailed, well-written contract, had I accepted the estimate. Tom has a great demeanor, is a real pro and I would refer him to anyone who was seeking a painting estimate. I hope this helps people decide on who to call when getting estimates. Kodiak Paint did a great job painting the exterior of our house. Nate and his crew used high quality paint and didn't cut corners. Nate was super nice and made sure that we were satisfied with the job and went the extra mile. I would recommend using Kodiak Paint for any exterior painting job on your house. Manfred is a German trained master . He has painted both our house and my office, and has an extensive knowledge of masonry (which must be properly cured and prepped before painting), and was always able to tell us when the stucco was not ready. He is absolutely brilliant at creating colors, and knowing exactly the color I was looking for even before I knew myself. He is the most meticulous taper, and the details and lines around everything are totally perfect. He is reasonable, and if you want a perfect job he is the person for you

The team of excellence at Willis Painting provided outstanding communication and work on the paint restoration of my home. Their affordable quality of work along with professionalism was top notch. I would highly recommend this company for any project in your home.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a service provider.
I paid this man good money thinking I'd get a quality job based on the reviews.
The only way I can even give 1 star is because he was responsive and showed up when promised.
The job was for interior painting of 2 small bathrooms.  He arrived with plastic to cover the areas he was walking through, which was great. I asked that the vanities and all fixtures be covered. He said yes yes, I have plastic. I assumed he was doing so. Bottom line is, when he said he was done, I walked into the rooms and there was paint everywhere! Splatters all over the vanities, fixtures, door handles...everywhere. He had not covered any of them. He did not even remove the light switch/outlet plates before painting. I am still finding paint. Front door, floor.. event areas he was not painting...everywhere.. the 2nd bathroom literally had paint actively dripping on all of the baseboards. He was not to paint the baseboards. Just the walls. His fix was just a bandaid. There was damage done to door trim from something. Possibly his ladder. I heard quite a bit of ladder banging going on. He took zero responsibility for it. There were so many things that he tried to pass off as job done. For me to have to point obvious things like this out to a so called professional was sickening to me. Before he said he was done he had removed the plastic from the floors. But then came walking back in from outside with the same paint wet paint on his boots hands etc... I paid him the full amount he wanted, but feeling sick about everything. He had broken a shower curtain rod and just left it barely hanging on the wall. Never mentioned a word about it. The wall behind the disguise was gouged and wet paint was rubbed off.
No pride in workmanship here. And not honest.

I will keep Halcon on speed dial, they're wonderful. What started out as a simple paint job worked into full house touch up inside and out. They're very accommodating, easy to work with, honest and reliable... and reasonably priced. They can do a variety of services, not just painting. They will be my first call going forward.

Just had our block wall power washed, new stucco, and repainted.  Absolutely EXCELLENT work.  Jim was my contact.  Was on time, efficient, and performed the work in the exact way he described.  Even let his crew stay late while I replaced a wooden gate and then completed their painting work.  Could not recommend them any higher.  If there were ten stars, I would give them all ten.

They painted the exterior of my house and did an amazing job!!! I got multiple quotes and they were very competitive.  I would highly recommend them!

Emailed for a quote. Was given a time they would stop over next day. Two hours after appointment, no show. Emailed back hour later. Receive response next day of, What time will work for you today. No explanation as to why they didn't show up the day before, no excuse, nothing. Very unprofessional.

These guys were amazing!! Teddy and the team were all so nice and he knew I wanted the job done asap so he squeezed me in and the guys got it done in 2 days! My house looks great and I will definetly be hiring them again for any other projects! Fair, honest, and fast! Thank you!!

Gerardo, Jose, and Miguel did an excellent job of refinishing our solid Oak entry door and curved Oak staircase, they are darker with the grains showing through and are a serious update to accompany all the other mods we've done, this is one of the last mods and makes a HUGE difference. The guys were quick, efficient and skilled in their trade. We are 100% satisfied and will use them in a couple of months to do our Oak kitchen cabinets. Thanks to all!

Rob and the team at Next Level we're a dream to work with.  Arrived on time and on budget.  You could see they cared about their work.  These guys are top shelf.

If  I could give a zero I absolutely would.  He came very highly recommended on Facebook.  It took him 3 WEEKS, to finish a 2 day job.  Jamie does not like to tape.  It cost me $90.00 to have my windows scraped of paint.  I also have 4 screens that are painted, which my window cleaner took down and SCRUBBED in my driveway and could not get the paint off of.  Jamie, after the 3rd day told me he was done and I paid him, then my friend told me the left side of my house was not finished. I called Jamie and it took him almost a week to come back out, he finally admitted he ran out of paint!  Also parts of the back of the house were not done, that was week 2.  I called because the garage door needed another coat, after 4 threatening calls he finally came back in week three and gave the garage door another coat.  Every time I would call he is so Mister Wonderful sweet talker why are you always so angry?  Because this started on Feb. 23rd and I am still not done will you!  Horrible, horrible service!!!

Would never, ever use them again!!!!  Owner doesn't take responsibility for his worker's mistakes, then wants to argue with the customer.  They caused my project to be delayed several times. They are an absolute joke. Save your money and shop elsewhere.
