If you are in search of a cleaning company, you just found the BEST one there is! Joey and Monica are pure gold! They clean my Airbnb and have helped us achieve super host status as cleanliness of one of the most common compliments from our guests. Not only do they clean everything so thoroughly, they are so thoughtful in their presentation and they make sure everything looks perfect. Joey has also been a life saver when it comes to a toilet leaking or anything not working and he is able to fix it right away. Joey and Monica love what they do and they will treat your property like it is their own. 110% recommend!!

They did an excellent job - hired them for my move out and my move in, two days in a row. So thorough and super friendly, they even helped us move a few boxes at one point!  For our jobs they had two girls and took about 3-4 hours in each house. I will hire them in the future for sure.

I live out of state and she takes care of my vacation rental in Arizona and I can't express my gratitude to her and her company for being so reliable, communicative, efficient (and affordable).  Without her, the stress of turning over the rental would be overwhelming. Can't say enough good things about Prescott. He's very professional, always kind and courteous. Does a magnificent job of cleaning my apartment every 2 weeks. He's got my more organized and I enjoy my space more. He's always open to my requests for a new task. He's even hung pictures for me. I've been his client for about 9 months and can;t imagine my life without him. He's a keeper!

Watch out, great cleaning ahead! Carole's house cleaning is spot on. The team, Brian and Cassandra, showed up on time and went right to work. They did a great job and were very professional.

Hired this company to do a move in cleaning when moving into our new home. We had two women who could hardly speak English. They wiped things down to make stuff "look nice", but didn't really clean. They used a towel to mop the floor and rinsed out the towel each time in the same dirty water - disgusting! They missed crumbs in the top shelves of the cabinets and didn't even get the mirrors clean in the bathrooms. There was still soap scum in the showers after they left. I would not recommend them for any type of deep cleaning. A manager did call me and first offered to have another team come out the next day, but we had movers scheduled to come that day, so he then offered to discount the service. The owner called me and offered me a full refund and seemed very sincere in apologizing for this happening and hoped I would consider using them again in the future.

Tabitha is prompt, courteous and professional.  She is super at what she does!  After having a slacking housekeeper she took the time for her first clean to get our home "up to right stuff!"  She went over and beyond what some think is clean.  I am so glad I found her!

Maya from Phoenix Maids Pro did a great job deep cleaning my apartment. She was on time and provided great service overall. I 100% recommend their services to everyone!

Denise had fast communication leading up to the cleaning day and offered good pricing. We scheduled the cleaning a few weeks out. Unfortunately, on the cleaning day, she was a no-show with no explanation and no apology. I tried to reach out. I had guests coming over for the holiday and really needed the help cleaning and was put in a pinch.

I'm not going to lie, this was an odd morning.
Confirmed cleaning details & 2-3pm time frame for today's appointment. She contacted at 7am to say that she was on the way to the house, confirmed 6-min ETA for arrival and also said "I'm here" at 7:40.
We arrived to meet her at the house for the cleaning and not only was she not there, but also sent this random picture claiming her son was in the emergency room - but the image is from July 7, 2021.
After letting her know I was confused about the pics, date and all that, she stopped responding and no further texts would go through.
Total waste of time... and I'll be honest, this mercury retrograde  is reaaaallly starting to annoy me.
