This is the 2nd time I've used this company and Zina is AWESOME! The first time it was a last minute clean of my elderly moms house and she came to the rescue and did a phenomenal job! When I needed someone to clean my house I new I would use Zina.
She is so professional, she does great work and she is very thorough. What I like the most is she goes over and beyond and she leaves no stone unturned.
I would definitely recommend her to my friends and family!

Nicole was totally awesome! On time and professional was just the beginning. She was terrific. When we finally got everything out of the house I realized just how much I needed help with the move-out cleaning. Nicole went back home to get her carpet cleaner/steamer and worked doubly hard to remove pet and traffic stains. That was without me telling her in the beginning that I would need carpet help. She always had a smile on her face regardless of what needed done. I wish there were more words available to tell you just how terrific she was. What she did for us was more than just a cleaning, it was well beyond. And all was accomplished for an extremely low price and done with a smile and friendly attitude. If you ever need regular cleaning, or a move-out, or move-in cleaning, Nicole at Proficiency is who to call. After I get this new house un-packed, I will be calling Proficiency for a regular clean monthly.

We recently purchased a condo in Phoenix.  Unfortunately, when the last tenants vacated, the place was left in deplorable condition.  Being from out of town, I was not familiar with any of the cleaning companies in the Phoenix area.  After reading the amazing reviews and guarantee for satisfaction, I decided to give Opulence a try.  I could not have been happier.  I needed the team to come in and clean before I could even have the place painted, the carpets cleaned and the tile floors deep cleaned and sealed.  They did an awesome job!  I am very particular in my own cleaning and they reminded me of myself and then some.  They went top to bottom using all types of cleaning tools and getting into all the grungy little crevices that can be found in bathroom, kitchens, etc. Before they left, Rebecca came and made sure that not only I, as the customer, was satisfied with their work but also that she was satisfied with the work that had been performed.  I cannot express how satisfied I am with the work of Opulence.  I wish they were in Ohio!!! Kudos to Rebecca and the team that cleaned our very dirty condo - It was definitely sparkling before they left! Thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

I've used Simply Housekeeping for a few months now since I'm pregnant and having a harder time keeping on top of routine cleaning and they're amazing!  They're always on time, extremely efficient, and always do an excellent job.  I would absolutely recommend them to anyone in the area!

Phenomenal service and very flexible! They truly do make your house sparkle - notably the floors, windows and shower doors (hard water is GONE). I've had them over 3x now and it's consistently great. Hire them, don't hesitate.

Kerry and Paulina did an amazing job!  We had a deep clean and wow.  The baseboards look freshly painted and the house looks and smells great.  We chose Saenz Cleaning based on reviews and we couldn't be happier.  So glad to have found such a great service after searching for a month.  I would recommend them to anyone and we will be using them from now on.

Our small office was in need of a good deep cleaning and after a quick message to Blanca, we made arrangements for her to stop by for a quick estimate. We did a quick walkthrough of the space and she provided a fair estimate and so we scheduled her team for Monday morning. She texted before her arrival and showed up with a team of 4. All the ladies were thorough cleaning the floors, baseboards, windows, blinds, all tabletops, etc. Our office looks and smells great!

Slowest crew on earth. They take their sweet time doing a half a** job. They tried charging us close to $500 for a job they didn't finish. Had to go through the headache of disputing it with the bank because we're not paying for services we didn't receive. Have over 30 photos proving the crappy attempt of a job they did. Don't waste your money on this company!! Me and my husband ended up finishing the job ourselves and were still waiting for the bank to get our money back! Wish I could leave a ZERO star rating.
