Great. Came on time, did a very good job cleaning my garbage cans, and price was ok. I will use them again.

This company is literally a life savior! I needed to book a same day, super last minute job and they accepted it and did a brilliant service. Also, Nicole is super caring and communicative and she passed all the instructions to the cleaners.

After extensive drywall work in our house, I felt completely overwhelmed with dust and grime. Based on YELP reviews, I contacted Rebecca through the Opulence website requesting a "post construction cleaning". She communicated back within the same day and was able to work us in within the next 5 days. It wasn't a small job as it required 5 people for 6 hours of deep cleaning. THEY WERE ALL AMAZING. With Rebecca as the lead, they all worked together and cleaned every surface (from every light fixture down to baseboards) and left the house feeling like it was brand new. I was so concerned about the drywall dust that the thoughtfulness of leaving chocolates on the beds and our throw blankets/decorative pillows looking like the house was staged for a photo shoot upped my joy factor beyond belief.

Today, Team 3 Azusena Rosalina of Simply Housekeeping AZ LLC came to clean our cabinets. Our cabinets were caked with grease. The previous owners never cleaned them. We tried to clean them ourselves but it was impossible. Team 3 did a great job and they also received a tip. We will definitely call Simply House keeping again soon. Thank you.

The second time Saenz Cleaning cleaned my condo was okay but I wasn't as happy as I was the first time they cleaned.  There were 5 people who cleaned the first time and two people the second. They used products on my black kitchen sink and on granite countertops that streaked.  They charged three times as much as they did the first time, yet didn't clean as many rooms.  They did, however, clean up some broken glass on the floor.  When I contacted them to let them know my disappointment, they told me no one else would charge less.  This wasn't true as I have found other cleaning services that are much less expensive.  Even so, I would choose a cleaning service who charged the higher price if they acted like they cared about me as a customer and didn't discount what I said.

She takes a lot of pride in her business and will always deliver great results! My husband and I are always so excited for her cleaning days because our house looks impeccable! Really underwhelmed with the quality of cleaning here.  There were several visible dirt spots on my tile floors when they finished.  There was also a dull, dingy cast where they had "mopped," if mopping consists of lightly dragging a wet microfiber over most areas of the floor.  They offered to come back the same day when I complained, but I had already left work to let them in and had no time in my schedule for some office dispatcher to come to my house to look at my floors and decide if she felt they were clean.  I expect thorough work, but by no means have an unrealistic expectation here.  A reasonable effort is good enough for me, but what Molly Maid did fell far, far short of that.  

I expressed clearly but politely how deeply disappointed I was in the quality and got what essentially amounted to a shrug and an insincere "Sorry!"

I can't imagine ever paying again for this quality of service.  After they left, I felt like they had just used a bunch of dirty mops around my house, and I ended up redoing the floors myself.  I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.  Maybe my cleaning experience was unusually bad, but that's the part where good customer service is supposed to come in.
