Super responsive and professional, gave my apartment a super deep clean prior to moving out. It looked like a brand new apartment! Will definitely use again in the future!

After making arrangements online, Nikki was good about confirming her visit, and was even able to come a little earlier than the agreed time.  And, WOW, does she work!!!!! I needed help getting my house clean prior to staging it and putting it on the market. Lots of detailed cleaning, and she did such a great job.  She even stayed past the four hours scheduled so that we could get it done.  It was so good to have someone who saw what the needs were and did them. She was great at pointing out areas that wouldn't come clean and that need touch up paint. She also cleaned behind the appliances. Quite a yucky job, but she did it in short order.  Then, before she left, she helped me take all the stuff that I had to donate out of the garage to where it needed to be for pick up.  She's so sweet and clearly likes what she does. It felt good just to have her in the  house. She is a real professional, and I have great respect for that.  I'm very glad I chose Nikki, and I plan to use her in the future.

I happily give Opulence Cleaning 5 stars for going the extra mile to make my condo sparkle.  I was out of town and never saw the finished product but Rebecca gladly sent me several pictures showing their attention to the dirty knobs, crevices, and grooves that were now clean and I also got a firsthand report from my daughter who said the place looked wonderful.  I know they were extremely busy the day they did the cleaning but I wasn't slighted at all and they did a very thorough job.  They are a very professional and organized cleaning service and I will definitely used them again.

The crew did an amazing deep clean on our home.  There was no surface left dusty or missed by them-they even cleaned the tracks on our sliding doors!  We can't wait for them to come back and do our regular cleanings.  We highly recommend them.

Fantastic service, I had Orozzco's clean a house we just closed on which was a mess. There were items like the tub I thought were stained beyond cleaning and figured I'd have to replace soon.  The home was so clean once they were done I was in awe.  They've definitely extended the life of the home. I absolutely recommend their service.

Jennifer did amazing job for Deep cleaning of my house. She is very dedicated, friendly and double checks once she cleans it.

We have had our home cleaned for years, and this is by far the worst company we've ever used. We came home today and the refrigerator wasn't wiped down (very obvious), the microwave wasn't wiped down, our hardwood floors weren't vacuumed or mopped, the shutters were cocked all over the place.....such a disaster. The only time they've ever done it right was when we complained and they sent quality control.
This is the very last company I would ever use to clean your home.

Oh, and their "24 hour notice and we'll come back and fix it" routine? When you are selling your home you don't really have time to let it sit and wait for them to come back.

Molly Maids, how about you try getting it right the first time?
