Paid $350 for deep clean on a home we were about to move in. Came back after the two hour service to find spider webs in plain sight, shelves either not wiped at all or given a quick once over missing the corner. Counter top was supposedly wiped but debris and dust could be felt when we ran our hand over it. The price and the fact it was a deep clean made us think they would clean the appliances but they only wiped the exterior of them. We called and were told they would come back to make it right. Did not hear back from them but at this point we are moved in and did our own cleaning. Do not recommend. Waste of money.

I've only needed their services twice but the owner is always a delight, and the job is always well done.

We are very happy with Rebecca and her employees.  They have been cleaning our home for our rental property. The house always looks amazing, very clean!  They are an honest company always reporting any items they have found.  Great communication.  We highly recommend opulence cleaning!

Anabel / Team 1 is fantastic. We've been using Simply Housekeeping and had that team for almost a year now.

They do truly learn you / your preferences. I was in the middle of washing my guest sheets one time and they finished that up and made the bed. Since then I've been setting out clean sheets on both beds. Every time they come, I not only have a clean house, but also clean sheets on my beds without any hassle from me.

They once forgot my recycling (I think because they didn't realize where it was). I mentioned it the next time and they have been taking that out ever since leaving me with a clean recycling container.

I've been working from home since March and they work around me very well. They learn your house end follow the same routine. For me, they always start in my master and finish that first so I end up moving in there once they're done and working from there. Then they can do their thing in the rest of my house and I can continue working without issues.

Absolutely, amazing "Classy Cleaning Service"!!  I am so impressed with Grace and Joseph from the beginning.  They immediately responded to my request for service.  I explained my needs and wants- they offered a fair quote.  They then offered to come the very next day!  Less than 12 hours from initial contact!  As far as their cleaning service- attention to detail and wanting to surpass their clients expectations are clearly their priorities.  I am VERY picky and expect perfection.  Grace and Joseph met and exceeded my expectations.  I am so happy, and can't wait to use them again.  Thank you so much CLASSY CLEANING SERVICES- you made my home beautiful again!!

Blanca is absolutely wonderful! Our family has used her for two years and she is always a joy to work with and have in our home. We were given 3 months of biweekly Molly Maid service as a wedding gift (I know, what an amazing gift, right?!).  We typically have the same two gals come out every Friday.  My husband works from home so he is always there when they arrive, and he said they are very nice and outgoing and enjoy seeing our two little dogs.  The first cleaning (the deep one) was really good!  I hate cleaning house, so they obviously did a better job than I ever have.  They even cleaned out our fridge which made me really happy!  They've been back a few more times, and while I've noticed some missed areas, the house is still cleaner than I'll ever get it.

We went out of town over the weekend and my husband forgot to call and reschedule until Thursday afternoon.  They were really nice and accommodating, even though we botched up and didn't give them enough notice to schedule another cleaning :(  I feel really bad about that, but they scheduled a crew to come out on Monday.  This crew was a little less sociable, took a long time to clean, and I don't think they realized that my husband speaks Spanish lol, but when I got home from work, the house was gleaming!  I can tell that they cleaned better than the other crew had the last couple of times.  

I was nervous using this service after reading some of the really bad reviews, but  it was free so I wasn't going to complain!  I am happy to say that I really like Molly Maid, and we will probably continue service with them once our 'gift' is over.
