Absolutely wonderful service by this team. They took care of every nook and every cranny with minimal prompts. They knew exactly what I needed with just a quickly penned out prompt. Super thorough, cooperative and so very sweet. It was the best cleaning we've had till date, and we've had a lot with a toddler in the house. Definitely coming back for maintenance cleans. Wow! I am so thankful I found this service! The proprietor came and cleaned my house touching every surface and every item was cleaned under and nearly place back in order. I have used two services in the past months that were horrible. Only touched what was in their "list" everything costs extra. This is a fair fee for getting an absolutely sparkling clean domain. She is prompt, great communication and an absolute pleasure to work with. Run don't walk to hire Proficiency Cleaning!!!

I hired Opulence cleaning to perform a final cleaning when I moved out of my apartment. The owner, Ms. Williams, was professional, thorough, and detailed in her cleaning. Upon move out, I wasn't charged by my apartment complex for any cleaning issues and received my cleaning deposit back in full. Opulence Cleaning was a real life saver, as I work 2 jobs and I'm a single mom. I just didn't have the time and energy to do the final clean out, especially since I was in the process of moving! A big thumbs up and highly recommended!

Today, Team 3 Azusena Rosalina of Simply Housekeeping AZ LLC came to clean our cabinets. Our cabinets were caked with grease. The previous owners never cleaned them. We tried to clean them ourselves but it was impossible. Team 3 did a great job and they also received a tip. We will definitely call Simply House keeping again soon. Thank you.

Just an update - today I was the recipient of multiple angry and threatening text messages from Joe, the owner of the company.  I had not yet paid the bill after less than 48 hours (as I still have not received an itemized bill to explain why the charges were much higher than the quote I received).  It's ironic that they call themselves "Classy Cleaners," because this guy could not lack anymore class!  He told me that runs his company with an "iron fist," and he mentioned multiple times that I was robbing him and that he would be coming by my house.  I explained to him that the police would be called if he showed up at my house.  This guy has a short fuse and seems dangerous to me.  Please do yourselves a favor and do not hire this company if you are interested in your own safety.  Please see a screen shot of one of his lovely texts below.  I will be reporting this to yelp admins as well as the state attorney general.  By the way, he has been payed and we still don't have an invoice.

Our small office was in need of a good deep cleaning and after a quick message to Blanca, we made arrangements for her to stop by for a quick estimate. We did a quick walkthrough of the space and she provided a fair estimate and so we scheduled her team for Monday morning. She texted before her arrival and showed up with a team of 4. All the ladies were thorough cleaning the floors, baseboards, windows, blinds, all tabletops, etc. Our office looks and smells great!

I have used Molly Maid for the last year. For the first 4-5 months, they did an amazing job and I felt very comfortable with their work. Then another team of theirs came to clean, and the workmanship and cleaning level slid dramatically (and supposedly this was a very experienced team). The first teams' did a thorough 1-1/2 hour cleanings but this new team's cleanings took less than 50 minutes, and they missed obvious things. They also were careless with my belongings, chipping and cracking some unique art-glass objects that in the past had been treated with care. Then, last month, a member of that 'experienced" team stole an expensive gold and opal necklace from my jewelry box. They were here less than 40 minutes that day and bolted from my house before I had a chance to check their work. I reported the theft to Molly Maids, who said "we take these kind of allegations seriously", however, when I requested that the cleaner return my necklace, they did not respond nor acknowledge the theft. Do NOT trust Molly Maid.
