Recently I chose Arizona Painting Company, to paint the exterior of my house. I chose them because a friend spoke highly of their work, not to mention that they were highly rated by the BBB. Well, dont believe everything you read and hear! I purchased the GOLD package, which is a 3 layer process, with a 10 year warranty. After 1 week, the paint started peeling off of my front patio. I'm certain 3 layers wouldn't have done that! There is also bubbling in several areas, that I'm sure would come up easily.  
To make matters worse, they painted the garage door the wrong color. When I spoke to the field manager regarding this issue, he said he would have to check our contract to make sure that was accurate.
I imagine that most companies now are hiring any subcontractor, just to get the work done. It's a shame that more people dont take pride in workmanship! Please dont use this company to paint anything! I was willing to pay more for less.

Some time ago we had set out to have both the exterior of our home and dozens of interior plantation shutters painted, interviewing numerous firms. IHC had come highly recommended to us by another contractor on whom we rely and trust. IHC was the only firm that bid on both the exterior work and interior shutters. Their pricing was competitive and their work is excellent. Great service! Genuine pride of ownership in their work. Impressed so much with IHC, they are now our go to painter upon whom we rely exclusively. We highly recommend IHC be considered for your painting needs.

My wife and I wanted to get our exterior of our house painted so we began to research licensed companies online. We found Arizona Family Painting on Yelp and decided to message them to get a quote. Charles had his son stopped by our house within 48 hours and gave us a quote.

QUALITY:
Our painting team (Dabby) and his family took an incredible amount of time to ensure ONLY quality was delivered. I watched them throughout the day to ensure the painting was being done correctly and it was, by far. They took EXTRA care of properly and correctly masking off our gates, walls, and turf.

CUSTOMER SERVICE:
Charles, his sons, and our painting team were top notch in customer service. They really took the time to walk us through the different paint colors, gave us recommendations, and made sure that no matter what, we were happy, even if that meant switching the paint colors a couple times. Above and beyond great customer service.

PRICE:
Beyond fair! We had a few other licensed contractors give us quotes to do the exterior and their prices were high. Charles gave us a very fair (great) deal to do the entire outside. They beat all other competitors prices, especially since we changed colors AFTER we had already had other paint made.

SPEED:
To power wash, prep, mask, paint, and do touch-ups only took 3 days to paint our entire exterior of the home. It was not only fast, but done with accuracy and quality. Charles even showed up to do the final walkthrough to do all the touchups (which was very minor). They got it done right the first time.

CHARLES (OWNER):
He is stern, picky, and demands the job gets done right the first time for his clients. He only hires the BEST painters. He is old school and his expectations is high for his employees to ensure they deliver the BEST service and quality. He does not tolerate a sloppy job. Trust me when I say, yo want Charles to oversee your project as he makes sure it is done right the first time.

We own several rental properties and now we know who to hire for all our painting needed from here on out.

5 stars!!! Couldn't be more pleased and excited to have chosen these guys to paint my house! Nevada, Adam, Victor and Francisco are highly professional and excellent at what they do. They meticulously prepped my house and painted according to my specifications. Great communication with Nevada-- all around nice guy too. My only regret was my color choices-- that's totally on me. Still, I received impressive workmanship and treatment throughout the project. Might also be worth mentioning that their pricing and warranty are the best out there!

John was quick to respond to our call for an estimate. We had a ceiling leak. John understood the urgency of the repair. We have a flat roof and when I met him it was clear he had vast experience with our roof type.  He explained every step and then followed up with me several times after the work was done to ensure all was well. I called Randy with the hope that Top Star would be able to fit us in their schedule last minute- we had less than a week before moving into our house and a dream of getting the whole interior painted- including kitchen cabinets! Randy and his team were FANTASTIC and made it happen. Our space was completely transformed and totally ready in time for move in day. Top Star does beautiful work- I smile big every time I walk into the kitchen and see the gorgeous job they did on the cabinets. Randy was easy to communicate with and thoughtful about breaking down the prices for everything during the quote process. Had our the exterior of our house painted after the monsoons subsided and were very satisfied with the work.  The workers did a very thorough job, including patching and repairing exterior prior to painting.  Manuel was very patient with us as we navigated the HOA processes and selected the approved paint.   The crew made suggestions and always kept us updated on the status of the job from start to finish.  We are very satisfied with the completed job.  Will definitely be using them for painting projects in the future and will  be recommending them to family and friends.

In April 2018 we hired Paint My Place to paint the entire interior of our 2200 square-foot home prior to putting it in the market. On fairly short notice, they were able to schedule the work for a week that we would be out of town. When Scott came out to assess our home, he was very friendly and demonstrated an impressive attention to detail.  After the work was completed, Scott walked through again with me and insured that every little issue we could spot was touched up to our satisfaction. Included in the price, which we thought was very fair, was a touch up service after we moved out of our home. We appreciated this, allowing us to leave the home looking pristine the next owners.  Strongly recommend this company!

Worked with Jim and he was actually a few minutes early for our on-site meeting! Another company that wanted to bid the job an hour before my meeting with Jim didn't even show up.

Jim reviewed the work we wanted completed, offered a few suggestions that actually ended up saving us money and schedules the work on a hand-shake. As the work was being done Jim called a couple of times with status reports and kept us completely informed. They completed the job ahead of schedule and again, were on time for our review of the work and payment.

The work was better than I expected and Jim's counsel and advice right on target. We couldn't be happier. I appreciate their old-school approach to doing what they say they'll do and delivering. I won't use ANYONE else for any painting or light carpentry  repairs again - Charles and Alex painting are my first choice from here on - SUPER!

Attempted to get a quote from him via yelp. I gave him the necessary information and instead of just giving me a quote based on the dimensions I gave he asked for my #. I gave him my # and he never called. I gave him about 2-3  weeks before I reached out again just in case he was busy. He just read my message and that was it. I'd understand having a busy week or 2 but the whole process was about 4-5 weeks and heard nothing from him. Disappointing.

Called today for an appointment to get an estimate on a job. Spoke with George at about 11:30am and to my surprise he said he could come today at 1pm. Its now 1:31 and he hasn't shown up, or answered my calls.

Resolve Drywall did a small drywall project for us, fixing a ceiling after a plumbing leak.  We especially appreciated Tommy fitting our very small project in quickly.  We also felt that the pricing was reasonable and fair.  Edgar has tons of experience and is good at his craft.

We had a number of large holes in dry wall as a result of some plumbing work recently. We had no paint in the existing color and all of our dry wall has a textured finish so there was no way I wanted to take on the necessary repairs. Call Ross and they were on it. Excellent job of matching the texture on the patches and the color match of the finish painting was exceptional. Very professional high quality work, neat and courteous service, and competitively priced. We couldn't be happier with the results and will call upon them for any future painting needs.
