I was shocked to see some of the bad reviews as none of that was my experience and it was actually the complete opposite.
I hired this company to do a big landscape project for me. From start to finish they have been amazing to work with, from their employees to the owner! They are knowledgeable, professional, communicate, and listen to customer needs/wants. They are priced very reasonably especially for the quality of services they provided. I will continue to work with them in the future for any of my landscape needs big or small.

We had our backyard done last week and it totally transformed the space.  We love it...and so do our three pups!   Synlawn had a great team, starting with the sales rep, Steve Leppert, who was terrific...a good communicator throughout who shepherded the project the whole way.  Ryan, Greg, and Luis did an excellent job of installing and it was clear the the whole team took pride in their work, wanting the job to be to their satisfaction as well as ours.  They went above and beyond.  The lawn is getting rave reviews and we would highly recommend Synlawn to anyone.  The cost was less than expected too....a bonus!

We hired Sam to trim 3 huge trees.  I called a lot of landscapers and many do not do large trees. This company does it all!  They by FAR exceeded our expectations!  Our trees look amazing!! They left our entire yard looking better even though they were hired to only trim our trees!  We will definitely be calling them again.  I highly recommend this company!

David and his crew installed a new irrigation system in our back yard yesterday and we were very impressed with the job.  We have desert landscaping with an abundance of plants and they were able to work around all our existing plants without disturbing them.  David understood our needs, gave us a very reasonable quote and arrived on time. They finished the job in a day and left our yard in pristine condition.  We would highly recommend them.  Laura who works in the office was great as well.  Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Checked the roof and it looks good.   The seams around the vents look very watertight.  The shingles looks like it's held down tight.  They also do wood work.  They removed my old, unused swamp cooler and put in an additional wind turbine.  They're registered with the state of AZ.  They're certified GAF shingles installers if you decide to get GAF shingles.  They also finished within 2 days.

I will definitely be recommending Extreme Borders and Curbs to friends.  They didn't jerk me around on pricing. Scheduling was easy.  They showed up when they said they would and completed the job quickly. The product is so beautiful and clean that I'm looking for other areas I can add curbing.

We had Mike come out to our house yesterday to remove our concrete driveway and he did a FANTASTIC job. There on time, great job removing everything, and cleaning up.

We had six sprinkler heads on either side of the driveway, no more than two inches away from the concrete. Even though he was doing his work with a Bobcat, he didn't disturb any of the sprinklers and they all work as normal. Really first rate job, and clearly someone who is a master of his craft.

My home looks brand new again! I want to thank J&M Painting Services for an excellent job painting my home. The crew, led by Victor, spent a lot of time prepping the foundation and walls, stucco cracks, fascia patches and repairing drywall cracks on the patio ceilings. Start to finish took 3.5 days and the place looks new again. I will definitely be using J&M again in the future and highly recommend them to others.

Rising Phoenix Painting recently painted the interior of our garage, which included a lot of stucco and drywall repair. Juan was so easy to work with and has exceptional customer service skills. He was able to schedule the work very quickly for us when we were on a tight timeframe. His crew did an incredible job! We are so glad we found this company and can't recommend them highly enough.

Rob Maldonado, Alex, and Jerson are the absolute best!  Robert is very knowledgeable in the industry and helped us choose the best color for our interior and I'm so thrilled with the work they did.  We had a specific timeline for the project to get done which made me nervous. Not only did they meet the deadline, they finished early!  They cleaned up well and left our house just as they found it. They also taped up all of our belongings well so nothing was damaged.  I am a very picky person when it comes to detail and they exceeded all of my expectations. I would absolutely recommend them. Hire this company, if you want painters, who are nearly perfectionists and were the lowest bidders of the 4 companies we received quotes from. They painted my entire 2,700 sq.ft., 2-story home interior: walls, ceilings, base boards, doors, and cabinets.  I was happy paying them a significant (and well-deserved) bonus when they finished.

I was able to walk into one of the homes that the painting crew had just started to prep.  I was so excited that I took pictures to share on Yelp.  If it wasn't being painted, the tarp was taped down, even the toilets.

We bid the job to many different companies and selected Arizona's Best Painting because they were the most thorough for the best price. They addressed the existing streaking by first power washing, treating the home with seal kreete, then using Dunn Edwards paint. They completed the work in less than three days (faster than typical) to accommodate our vacation schedule. The painters were very professional and their work included a lattice structure and the inside and outside of our walls. They went to a lot of work to move structures that were up against the home then move them back so the coverage was complete.. Highly recommend this company if you need to paint your home.

Alexander painted the exterior of my Tempe home. My stucco needed some patching and the old paint on the wood gables was peeling and flaking off. He fixed and prepped the surfaces properly resulting in a beautifully painted house, I'm really happy with the outcome.

Unreliable. Expensive. Job took twice as long because workers didn't show up. The owner,Kurt, wouldn't return my calls. When he would eventually text me he was rude. Lighting is uneven.

DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY. IT WILL BE AN EXPENSIVE MISTAKE!!!!
