Extra Mile was awesome! From start to finish Kendall was very professional...and super responsive and always there to answer questions.  The crew was excellent and did a great job making sure to tape everything off to protect the items not being painted. I am super detailed and very picky so if they made me happy thats saying a lot lol  Oh and great pricing as well! It was nice that Joe the owner contacted me after to make sure everything ran smoothly and that I was pleased. Would definitely recommend!

I tried to use this service but they just kept dropping the ball with getting me the information I needed.  Basically the cost for painting.  I sent emails, placed calls and kept getting a working on it now answer but never got the price.  
If they are too busy, they should have let me know they can't do the job instead of stringing me along.  Or, if they just don't want to provide a service to me for what ever reason, they should have just bowed out or priced it so high I would not have considered them.

They were so highly rated, but did not want my business.

I won't beg anyone to take my money.   I know everyone is slammed now, but have some integrity and customer service.

Even if they did somehow come up with the price now after a MONTH, I would not use them because if it was that difficult to get the painting cost, how difficult would it be to get the actual work done....

We did not hire Extra Mile Painting Company, however, its crew dumped leftover paint from a job into our dumpster parked in front of our garage on 6/21 in Scottsdale Mountain.  We watched from inside the house while they timorously trying to dump paint into our dumpster, acting in a hurry and afraid of being caught.  We confronted them.  They were embarrassed but insisted that they were doing nothing wrong as the dumpster is for trash.  

Judging from the positive reviews, I have no doubt that Extra Mile Painting do a good job in painting.  However, proper disposal of paint is an important part of the whole process, especially from the perspective of environmental safety.  If they saw the dumpster and knocked on our door and asked if they could use our dumpster we would say yes given the paint is properly hardened.  However, they dumped the paint without our permission onto our property.  I don't think the paint is properly hardened either.  Being caught in action, they offered to pay us $40.  We asked them to pick up the paint from our dumpster and leave as this is not about money, but the proper way to do business when you are watched and when you are not watched.  If they can cut corner on paint disposable, they can potentially cut corner on other aspects of the painting process.  

I hope Extra Mile Painting can dispose paint properly.

Extra Mile Painting is superb, prompt, efficient, professional and so helpful. I left a message and was originally contacted by Jack, who was quick and efficient. Kendall, our main point of contact came out for a popcorn ceiling estimate.  He has been so helpful, flexible and professional throughout this entire experience. Thank you Kendall! We were only going to use them for the popcorn but they were so amazing, we switched over to them for everything.  Our popcorn ceilings (in the main room with very high ceilings, and in a bedroom), the kitchen cabinets and painting every inch of the interior.

Hector and his team were prompt and very knowledgeable. They beat our other estimates for all of it! They not only beat the other estimates, they completed EVERYTHING in record time. They started on a Friday and finished by Monday. They came in Tuesday for a few minor touch ups and they are done for now.

They will even come back once we move everything in for more touch ups. This company and crew is outstanding! Now on to the exterior and the garage! :)

I was pleased to find great customer service from Extra Mile. Prompt return calls. Constant updates. Employees were pleasant to work with. Their work was great and efficient. I highly recommend that you give them a call!

Kendal is the salesperson who comes over to look at the painting project and issues you a quote. He is very responsive. I have used the company twice so far within a couple of weeks to paint several rooms in stages. First the walls and then had them back to paint crown molding, jams, and doors.  The workers were great and did a quality job including clean up. Everything from quoting to finished product was done in a timely manner. I will definitely use them again

Our exterior home paint job came out looking fabulous. It's always great to run into contractors that know what they are doing.  Everything was good all the way through.  Good communication about paint and finish availability.  Upfront about the price and what was included.  Good consultation advice regarding some issues with our house exterior.  We had windows and doors we were waiting for and they accommodated our schedule.  The crew was very efficient and professional. Friendly guys who answered all of our questions patiently.  And our house looks like a new house.  The paint job was fabulous.  It was quite clear these guys were pros.  We will bring them back for our next two projects.

I can't thank Hector, Jack and the crew (Beto...) enough! They did an excellent job painting the interior of our 4k square foot house! They communicated well and were flexible with me adding painting our stair railings (letting me know the paint would take a couple extra days). When Hector and his crew completed painting the interior - he told me to write all the touch ups he would need to do. I texted him a couple weeks later and he did all the touch ups! He even went around to the blue tape he had put in a couple weeks ago and touched those areas up. Best thing about Hector and the crew is that they are so friendly and so respectful to the house (even with my rambunctious kids around). Thank you Extra Mile! You are my go-to painter!

Just had my cabinets painted! Couldn't be more happy with the result! My cabinets look brand new! The guys worked their butts off for 3 full days. Hand sanded, primed, and painted. 7 year warranty, can't beat it. Great communication the entire way through. I highly recommend them.

Could have been better is a generous rating. If your house is empty, perhaps their approach works. My house was not empty. I had to leave it for two days. They started the project on a Friday. Suggeste I get a hotel room. added expense to an already expensive contract. I left on Friday. Needed to come back on Saturday. theu Left a footprint on an antique stereo cabinet. Theu caulked nothing but some nail holes. Many of the outlet and light switches have paint on them. They painted over the plastic rings that held the smoke alarms. They taped off the medicine cabinets in the bathroom. the tape pulled off the finish. I can go on and on why this company should be evaluated very carefully before you hire them.

Strongly recommend this guys if you really looking for quality painting. We decided to paint exterior of our house and like everyone had a few estimates from different companies. Extra Mile went above and beyond our needs. They beat the price and did an amazing job . All crew are very polite, on time and very respectful to you and your property. We will absolutely hire them again for our pool cool paint.

I have used Jack Alva and Extra Mile for a number of paint jobs, including my own home, and a number of rentals.  Their prices were significantly less than the other bids I received, and their service was excellent.  The work was done in a very professional manner, and they come back promptly to fix any issues that I notice after the job is finished.  Hector is great with customer service, and is very responsive to the specific things that I ask that he and the crew take care of.  I highly recommend Extra Mile Painting!!

Extra Mile Painting Co did a great job painting my three bedrooms in a timely fashion.  Very professional, good communication, quality work at reasonable prices.  I would definitely hire them again for any painting projects.

Based on the good reviews here I expected a professional company and while the work was adequate there are a few issues on the business end of things that dropped my rating to 2 stars:

1.  Changing the price after the quote was accepted.
2.  Very pushy and borderline harassing payment requests.
3.  Accounting errors.
4.  Online payment problems.

After I submitted a request for a quote Jack got back to me very quickly and provided a bid.  It was a reasonable quote so I decided to move forward.  He said they had availability for the following week (which was a big plus), and it would be 25% to lock in the day, 25% deposit, and then the final 50% upon completion.

Jack told me that they would accept Zelle (also known as QuickPay/SurePay, depending on who you bank with), or personal check, or credit (which would involve a surcharge.)  I replied that Zelle would work for me and promptly set up a payment for the first 25%.  I had to do this in two installments however, since my bank caps the amount for transactions to Zelle recipients without established payment history.  Jack gave me a bit of a hard time about this which should not have been an issue on their end - at this point no work had yet been performed.

Here is where we had the first issue.  It took a few more back and forth text messages with Jack to get payment details worked out.  Apparently the owner, Joe, did not have his phone number registered in the Zelle system (only email), so the payments were not being automatically deposited.  I remained patient as we sorted through the payment issues.

After this was all sorted out, Jack gave me a call and told me that he had made an error in calculating how much paint would be required due to the finish on my house, and would I mind very much in splitting the difference.  This kind of put me on the spot.  I didn't want them to try to stretch the paint too thin in order to keep costs down.  And based on our previous payment SNAFU above, I also worried about getting my 25% back promptly if I didn't agree to the adjustment.  In hindsight, I probably should have cancelled the job here.  No honest business should call their customer back and ask them to revise the quote based on an error on their part, especially after the customer has paid the good faith deposit.  You eat the extra cost, end of story.

After the work was done, Jack was back on the phone with me to collect the remaining 50% (plus the extra paint add-on).  He incorrectly provided me with a balance that did not include credit for all payments that had been made and accepted.  After correcting him, once again I promptly set up payment.  Once again as well I received multiple follow up texts and phone calls from both Jack and Joe asking me to check things on my end.  Again, I felt this was pretty unprofessional.  Make sure you have things set up on your end before you harass your customer.  

Joe,  your business needs to get up to speed on modern payment methods.  If online banking is too complex for you then get a bookkeeper who can handle it or insist on paper checks (and accept the loss of business that entails).  Your customers have busy lives and they are paying your company for a seamless experience.

While I didn't end up going with extra mile, I give them 5 stars for professionalism.  I contacted them over the weekend along with a few other companies.  They were the first ones to call me back and they provided me an estimate first thing Monday morning, he talked to me over the phone about scope of work, sent pics, and estimates based on what we discussed.  They do seem to go the extra mile and they even make guarantees on work.  I didn't ended going with them because of cost, but I will definitely consider them in the future.

A huge thank you to Joe and his crew Hector, Ricardo and Flaco for your hard work in painting the exterior of my house. From start to finish each person was very positive, friendly, service-oriented, and easy to work with! I had a lot of cracks around the windows and trim, which were caulked. New stucco was applied to many areas damaged by woodpeckers. These were all repaired prior to the prime and paint - they even washed off all my window screens! They did an excellent job and the end result was a sharp-looking house that looks amazing. They didn't leave the job site until everything was to my total satisfaction - to me the customer service and warranty coverage is a cut above the rest. Thank you EMP company!!

Jack and his team did an amazing job with the interior painting of my historic home. Incredibly responsive to what I needed done and the most on time team I have ever worked with; in fact started early on the two projects had with them. The team in my house was respectful of the older home and incredibly tidy; I left the house for work and came home to a beautifully painted, clean home ahead of schedule each time. They went out of their way and did more than the job asked. I could not be happier with Extra Mile Painting as they absolutely live up to their name!

Unfortunately, I have changed my 5 star review to a 1 star review. These guys are the definition of over promising and under delivering.
You'll be wow'd by the proposal packet and the ability to provide a quick quote.. You'll probably like Joe at first and think he's a nice man. I did.

I was so very excited (as you can tell from my initial review) to have Extra mile painting come to my house. I had my heart set on a color pallet for about 4 years. I knew exactly what I wanted and where when Joe came to my house for an estimate. I showed him my color scheme- that was the last time we talked about colors until The morning of the job.. More on that later.

Joe had some personal things going on. I patiently waited 3 extra weeks to have the job started.. Like i said, I WANTED these guys because I thought they would do an amazing job. I turned down another painter who was also a handyman, who costed hundreds of dollars less and was going to throw in some other minor repairs my house needed just to have the work done by these guys instead. If I could turn back time..

SO, fast forward to the day work began. Junior said Joe said I didn't know what colors I wanted. Wrong. I knew for 4 years (no exaggeration) what colors I wanted. So instead of coming prepared to my house with those colors, or even asking me about them ahead of time, I was handed a giant book of colors, seriously wayyyyyy more options that someone would ever need. I think there were probably 5000 colors to choose from.. I needed maybe 5ish. Clearly that was overwhelming... I suppose that's Not their fault (a reoccurring theme, you'll see)
Needless to say I ended up with colors I don't like and that aren't in my scheme.

I trusted Junior and his assistant. We know extra mile painting from a networking group.. So after I was rushed to choose my colors, I left their employees with a key to my house to lock up when they were done in case I wasn't back from work in time. I didn't want them to have to wait for me to get home.

I came home to an absolute sh*t show.. for lack of a better word.
My screen door was shut.. The main door to my house was left wide open. I thought maybe it was for air flow... But then I discovered the house was not locked AT ALL. I had also recently bought things for my house including a large TV which I was storing in the front room where the painters left the blinds up so it was in plain view.
Big deal? maybe not to some. But it was incredibly careless.
Open House + Visible things to Steal... I'm LUCKY that didn't happen.

If you've seen the proposal packet... You'll notice for interior jobs they promise a clean work space every day.

There was paint on my new flooring, there was paper and plastic everywhere. I was then told that they don't actually clean up each day because it's too expensive and time consuming for them to do so. ok... So don't put that in your proposal. Easy!

The job took 2.5 days.. Each day I was cleaning up  multiple Squirt soda bottles from various places in my house.. Apparently Joe's workers have a favorite soda and expect their clients to clean up their un-workrelated garbage. Carelessness again.

Once the job was finished, I spent the entire next week cleaning paint off of places where paint shouldn't have even been. Light fixtures, kitchen appliances, counter tops tile in the bathrooms. Sure.. It comes off. But the fact of the matter is a company promising cleanliness shouldn't have been so sloppy.

I'm not one to leave a review without having tried to clear things up first.. When I told Joe about my concerns regarding cleanliness, he criticized my housekeeping habits. Stating that they didn't have a clean work space to begin with and Maybe if I kept a clean home his workers would have been able to see they had left paint behind...
He didn't say it once, he kept repeating that as the reason why it was Not their fault that they were so sloppy.

I'm renovating my house... Obviously it wasn't as clean as it typically would have been. I don't think it was the reason why his workers were so sloppy... And i found it rude and unprofessional that he thinks it would ever be okay to critique the cleanliness of someones house.

The literally only positive I have is that through all of this I was able to get a $100 discount.. Joe only wanted to give me $50.

Just save yourself the disappointment and hire someone else. Literally anyone else.

We used extra mile for a large garage and island cabinet painting. They were extremely fast to respond for a quote and were able to get us into the schedule quickly. Would definitely recommend!

Extra Mile did just that.  Excellent response time, from Joe the owner and Jack the estimator.  The painting crew, Andres and Stephanie, were excellent and fixed a lot of little things we asked for.  They turned a previous slipshod job into a professional one.  Thanks to Joe and his team!

If I could give them 1000 stars I would!!  This company not only went the extra mile, they went an extra 10 miles!!!  You cannot go wrong with this company.  Joe is amazing to work with.  He was the only one who showed up on Saturday to bid our job.  We had a really bad experience with the company that painted the outside of our house so we were leery with all of Joe's promises.  But he over delivered!  Originally he told us it would take one week to paint the inside of our 7300 sf. home.  But Joe's crew did it in 3 days!!  UNBELIEVABLE!!!  They were fast, polite, courteous and clean.  One the 4th day a cleaning crew arrived and cleaned our entire house including the windows!  I mean really the windows!!  You should look no further.  You must try this company.  Absolutely the best experience ever!!!!!

Amazing service, great communication, respectful and the cabinets they painted for me are beautiful! They transformed my kitchen and answered all of my questions along the way. They made sure that everything was exactly how I wanted it. I researched a ton of companies and I recommend using them for kitchen cabinet painting!

I needed my home painted quickly. I contacted 3 companies via phone, Extra Mile was one. I was contacted back later that day by Luis, their sales rep. I explained what I needed and he set an appointment for the next day. He met me the next day on time as promised. (First great thing, they called me back the same day and set an appointment.)

Luis met my wife and I and took the time to ask what we needed. He went through everything and made notes. He brought in color samples and was very thorough. He said he would send over an estimate, which I got in my email like an hour later. (They followed up as promised.)

Because I have no idea how much painting costs, I had another company scheduled to give me an estimate the next day. The other company did not take the time that Luis did to go over everything. They also said we needed to go to the paint store to pick our colors, that was certainly a big difference. I got the second estimate and it was about a hundred dollars less. (Their pricing was competitive.)

I immediately called Luis, on a Friday, and let him know that I had another estimate but I was going to have him do the work. I made sure he knew that it was due to him taking the time to be thorough and listened to our needs. He scheduled the work and thanked me.

After the home was painted, Luis called and setup a final walk-through. We found a couple small over-spray places, like on a window and counter. Luis marked them and had them fixed the next day.

I have had a plumber, cleaner, and video company in my home after it was painted. They all commented on the quality of the painting. I am very glad I chose this company.

Throughout this whole process, this company exceeded my expectations for communication, commitment and quality...like their name says, they went the extra mile!

Didn't end up using them due to schedule but they were great in the quote process!!! Pretty straight up and responsive !

They did a great job on the whole house and was completed in less then a day!! 4 guys started by 7:30 am. Completed by 3 pm   Would have these guys out again

I had a good experience with Extra Mike and the team. Quote was accurate and I received an email with information shortly after my phone conversation. The gentleman completing the project was on time and courteous. I only had a small wall painted so it was pretty quick. I did find some paint on my tile floor after he left, appeared that he had stepped in a wet spot by accident. I was able to scrape up without too much trouble. I would recommend them and use them again.

Extra Mile Painting has been to my house on a couple occasions for various jobs. The prep work, painting, and clean up is second to none. I've had the pleasure of working with Hector and his crew. They do an outstanding job and really stand behind their work. I'll be happy to use them in the future and recommend them to my family, friends and clients. Thanks!

I was referred to extra mile painting by a friend who had used them previously. The price was extremely competitive, the availability to communicate with me by text was an option, and the timelines of work completed was great!

I would recommend the use of the company for any job you are considering as it is not just about the service initially but the continued support after the work has been completed. The owner, joe pepp, is a good guy who is honest in his approach to business and stands behind the work his team does and truly goes the extra mile for you to be happy with the end result.

UPDATE:
After a long debate with myself I am changing from my 5 star review to 1. The real story is below:

1. The day the painting was to begin they were a no call no show - they went to the wrong house
2. The amount of overspray I am still finding months after the work was done is frustrating. On screens for my windows, on the trim for windows, on my wrought iron doors, and maybe a couple places I haven't recognized just yet?
3. The amount of water added to the paint for my body of my exterior is so much that you can tell there is at least 75% water to 25% actual paint. They cheaped out and didn't buy enough so really made that paint go the extra mile.
4. They never ran a blade under the weather stripping for my garage door so when the paint dried it made the weather stripping in to a glue and it ripped like a can opener as I tried opening my garage door. The owner actually asked me if I would please help him pay for the new door which I ended up doing as a courtesy but honestly it's insane the problem took place in the first place.
5. There is a spot on the exterior trim that just had paint coating missed all together.
6. There is a door with southern exposure that should have been stripped/sanded of paint before they sprayed anything new - this was not done and as a result this door looks absolutely horrible with layered (and still peeling up) paint.

The bottom line is not only was the quality of work well below expectations but the colors they claimed were preexisting that they suggested I go with are nowhere near what was on the home initially. I'll take a part of blame on the colors as I had to ok them but I was ok'ing them based on the guidance offered for colors they had matched.

Long story here but the condensed version Is this company was rough to deal with and didn't do well at the job hired to complete.

While I respect that many others had a great experience worthy of 5 stars, my experience was very different.

We just had our house painted by extra mile painting company. We worked with Hector and Jack. These people were so nice to work with us as we were still in California. We bought a home in Scottsdale Arizona, in the Cresta Norte subdivision. We wanted to get it painted before we moved in. They gave us a quote and we picked out our paint colors and they took two days to paint the house. Their preparation on the job was second to none.The painters all worked together so well. They did an excellent job and left us touchup paint in the garage. Our home looks beautiful now. If anyone needs professional painters please give Hector or Jack a call. Their phone numbers are at the bottom. You will not be disappointed with their work, they are the best. Very honest and their price was great.

Response time for a quote is very good, and they were willing to educate me on the process of removing popcorn ceiling.  They had one of the better prices (I got 5-6 quotes) and they were able to quote on a Friday and Start work 7am Monday, which was a huge driving factor in selecting them.  Other places had a lead time of nearly a month to get in and do the work.   Another driving factor is they were willing to quote based on photos and given sq. footage.  I didn't have time to leave work and meet with 5-6 different people who would likely pressure me to sign something while in my house.

Hector and his team were right on time, and even texted 20 min before arriving to ensure I knew they were coming.  They completed the work very fast and what they said might take 1.5 days was done in 6 hours.  I had a few concerns with a few spots and they listened and fixed them up immediately.  Hector ever took the time to talk to me about paint brands, quality and types and give suggestions as I was doing the rest of the house myself.

First off, the response time from messaging this business is amazing.  I sent a message and got a response in less than 20 minutes.  From there things only progressed.  I worked with estimator Jack and he was not only responsive and communicative but was able to fit my estimate appointment in earlier in the day than we had initially scheduled.  From the moment he showed up, I had a good feeling.  We walked through the job details and he ended up giving me a quote via email by the end of that day with 3 options we had discussed including the breakdown of each option's cost.  
After that, my wife and I ended up changing a few details and adding some additional colors, accent walls and another room's baseboards to the mix.  Jack was able to update the estimate and get us squeezed into the schedule on a timeline that worked for us.  At the end of the job, there was one small area in the corner of a room that just wasn't finishing up right so they left it for the day and returned the following day to touch it up.  The end results?  Amazing!  We couldn't be happier with the work they did (including matching colors as we had picked our paint colors based on a different brand of paint) and how much more us our new house is.  Thanks to Jack, Junior and Ricardo for a job well done!  We will absolutely be calling you guys again!

I had the best experience with Extra Mile! I For starters, I reached out for a quote via Yelp at 9:10am and Jack their lead estimator got back to me by 9:12am. Already off to an impressive start. We were nearing the closing on our new house so I was worried that coordinating the place getting painted in time for the fumes to die down before moving in would be difficult, however Jack made it the complete opposite! I sent him over photos of the house via Zillow and he was able to give us a somewhat rough estimate from that. He then met our realtor at the house one day to take a look in person and confirmed the price. I asked him when they could begin and he said as soon as we got the contract signed and deposit over to him they could begin as early as that weekend. We took care of all the paperwork and he sent me over to Sherwin Williams to pick out the paint. Of course we had tons of questions throughout the paint selection process but Jack picked up every single phone call, got back to every email and responded to every single text within minutes--even on weekends!  After selecting colors, I met Hector--the lead painter--to walk through the house and show him what we wanted. He took mental notes of everything and that was that! The morning of the team arrived on time and got straight to work. They spent the entire first day prepping and completed our garage while the next day they completed our entire interior (living room, kitchen, dining room, bathroom, 3 bedrooms and ceilings that are 15 feet high) by 5pm. Jack let me know when they finished and I drove over to meet Hector to take a look. Everything looked amazing and a month and a half later still does! So if you're looking for interior painters who are reliable, affordable, flexible and A DREAM to communicate with then you'll love Extra Mile!

Extra mile painting just finished painting my house.  They did a super job!  These folks are super honest, pay attention to details, shows up on time and the result was fabulas!

Unfortunately, Zero Stars! What a nightmare dealing with this company!! We had several quotes and went with this company because the owner seemed knowledgable when he showed up with the quote. Oh boy, were we wrong. Everything went downhill after I signed the contract and he received his money. Not only is the paint job shoddy. Owner had his crew walk off the job! I am now left with an unfinished house. Be warned! Never again with this company!

These guys are fast and accurate. We bought a home and had them paint our main floor (about 900 square feet) and they did an awesome job. They finished in one day which was unexpected and awesome, we were able to move in early. Priced well and worth every penny to not do it ourselves.  Highly recommended!!

There is no better painter.  I had a horrible paint job done by when I opened my business and they were actually able to back and fix some defects that were driving me crazy and I couldn't be happier than if they actually had done the original work.  There aren't many painters that would go this far to fix someone else's shotty workmanship, but that is a true testament to the company and staff.  Thank you so much, I will never hire another company for my projects.

Extra Mile Painting painted the inside of my home 6 months ago and did a great job for a great price. The real amazing thing is the service. I needed to do a little touch up and when I checked the cans left over from the job I noticed that there was no wall color paint. I called and Jack answered and when I told him the problem he went out and had a gallon mixed up for me and brought it out to me SAME DAY! No charge. There ya go folks......talk about walking the walk. Truly the extra mile. Thanks Jack!

I would put a Zero Star if I could.  Over spray on Everything!!!!  Paint runs, blemishes, and old paint showing through.  They rushed through my whole house.  They helped themselves to my refrigerator too so lock up your food and drinks.  Finally don't let them paint your in-wall speaker covers.  I had to strip them and paint them myself.  They painted over the AC filters and lastly they cranked done the AC to 72 and did not turn up the temp at night so my bill cost an extra $200-300 that month (middle of summer).   DO NOT use them!!!!!!

Everyone was great to work with. Great pricing. Completed the job on schedule. I will definitely use them again on my next project.

There aren't a lot of companies that will take smaller jobs, but Joe was willing to help me out and his price was extremely reasonable.  Not only did he accomplish the job while I was on vacation but he went above and beyond and painted additional items to make everything look better.  I'm extremely happy with the work his crew performed and wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to others.

I was able to walk into one of the homes that the painting crew had just started to prep.  I was so excited that I took pictures to share on Yelp.  If it wasn't being painted, the tarp was taped down, even the toilets.

Joe Pepp and his team are awesome!  They pay attention to details that other paint companies don't, especially in the preparation!  I wouldn't use anyone besides Extra Mile Painting Company  :)

Extra Mile Painting Company came in and painted our office. They were quick (Did the job over a weekend) and most of all did a fantastic job! They followed up with any touchups needed (there were not many, if any needed), were responsive and genuinely cared. Joe is a great guy and really cares about his customers as well as the employees he has working for him. I think the world would be a better place if everyone ran their business the way Joe does. I would give him 6 stars if I could!

Joe and Extra Mile Painting were fantastic! We just bought a house and needed lots of painting. Joe came to our house the day we called to give us a quote. He was very professional and explained everything in great detail. We decided to go with him and they got started the next day! The work is beautiful and they have a two year warranty! I will definitely use them again!

This company is great!  Joe and his crew came out and painted my massage studio, and did a fantastic time.  They were very prompt, responsive and thorough.  The studio now looks wonderful!  I highly recommend Extra Mile Painting.

Unfortunately this company did NOT go an extra mile... in fact I am sure they didn't even go a single mile from their office/home given they no called no showed to our scheduled appointment.  Called and left voicemails to give them another opportunity however no one got back to me.  Truly disappointed given we had a great discussion over the phone yesterday scheduling the appointment.  Could have had a beautiful new home in Arcadia to add to their profile!

These guys are great! Super professional, excellent service and explained every step of the process, we couldn't be happier with the outcome. After interviewing several painters, Joe with Extra Mile Painting was the obvious choice to paint the exterior of my home.  Not only did he arrive on time for the initial estimate but he wrote the estimate while on the job site unlike others who took days or never got back to me.  Joe and crew started and finished the job on time.  Hector, Joe's number one man on site and crew were professional, polite, and accommodating with my schedule.  Everything from beginning to end was fantastic.  Joe and Hector did a final walk of the job with my wife and I and touched up spots that needed attention.  They wanted to make sure my wife and I were completely satisfied and happy with the job.  What can I say, except, Wow.  Joe even offered to come back at a future date to touch up some wood siding that I need to replace on my home.  Communication is a huge part of any job involving contractors/painters and Joe knows how to do this with his customers.  You won't be dissatisfied when you hire this company. Just interview others and Extra Mile Painting will stand out over the rest.

Joe Pepp came out and gave us an estimate the same day to paint the exterior of our home.  Getting the same day estimate was great!  The Friday before Joe was to start the job, on Tuesday 9/29, Joe called and asked if he could change the start date to the week after as to give his guys some time off because of the hot weather.  He/we had already agreed to the date as we were planning a function at our home.  On 10/2 the painters had completed most of the job, but there were some items not completed as the painters had run out of body paint. Joe said he would have one of the painters return the next week to finish up the job.  During the job Joe sent a couple to our home to see the professional work that was being completed, turned out I had just met the woman a few days before on the bridle path.  We asked Joe to give us a bid on the pergola over the patio and the block wall in the back, of which, he gave the impression he was interested in doing.  Since receiving his full payment for the job on our home, we have left to voice mail messages and one email for Joe to contact us about completing the job, as he stated he would, and for the bid on the new work.  He has yet to respond to any messages.  Painters were friendly and did a good job at completing their work and also stated while working here that the heat did not bother them as they work in it all the time.  Very disappointed that Joe did not follow up with the bid, nor did he come back to the home to see if work was completed to our satisfaction.  Don't pay him until you are completely satisfied!!

I couldn't recommend these guys any more highly.  We have had three different painters paint rooms in our home over the years, and a host of contractors do any number of jobs, and one theme always comes up:  Overpraising and delivering.  Not Extra Mile, though.  These guys were the best.  The company's owner, Joe, met with my wife and I and walked us through a complete, detailed estimate.  HIs presentation was more professional than any contractor I've ever used, and his price was fair.  HIs team arrived when they said they would, all spoke perfect English, prepped the area professionally, and finished the job that same day.  They asked our permission to come back the next day to do some touch-ups in the light of day -- half an hour later, our place looked amazing.  I have yet to work with a contractor with this level of professionalism and am extremely grateful to have found them.  We're already planning our next paint project with Joe and his team!
