Trying to get a contractor out to do the less exciting work is difficult right now. Multiple contractors told me remodels only and 1 even told me nothing under 20k! Previously I had contracted with Lowes for my door and they backed out because it was too hard (I kid you not!). I was straight with Vlad about my less than exciting needs and he was more than willing to do the work. His estimate was the same as Lowes and fairly priced.
Vlad told me his team would be there at a specific date/time. They showed up EXACTLY as promised to the minute. They worked efficiently without need of support from me and came prepared to do the job. I got 1 call about something they saw while working the property; this was my issue, not theirs and I appreciated the fact they told me what they saw. They didn't mind the fact I would sneak out to look at their work (I like to watch professionals do their job; its fascinating!). They cleaned up nicely, walked me through what they did, and I paid with a check no hesitation.
So my photos are of the unpainted result; this was as I directed Vlad and his team. One photos is of a piece of drywall that was sagging that he replaced.
But what I would want you to notice is that the texture in consistent and lines up with the original texturate on the gypsum. This is what a professional should do; but not all professionals actually do this! The second photo is of an access door to my air handler that he replaced. Not exiting; but it had to be done!

Just had our garage floor epoxied and had the outside of our house painted by Chuck's painting of Surprise,AZ. . They did a fantastic job on both. The guys on both crews were fantastic,on time and took great pride in their work. They cleaned up after their jobs, helped with the moving of heavy items and of course helped with putting things back also. Edward Larry and Louise did the painting ,they checked and rechecked the paint job and if we fine anything ourselves we just have to call them back. I don't remember the guys names that did the garage floor(sorry guys) but they were helpful in moving items also like the washer and dryer and other items. When they were done ,the boss ( Chuck) came and checked the work. The boss takes great pride in his work and workers. Very very pleased with everyone's service and price.

I hired CertaPro to rip out the shelves and rods in my master closet, patch, texture, and paint the closet, as well as paint the ceiling in my living room. They were extremely professional and took great care to make sure no paint dripped on my floor, couch, or TV. They were great with the details and touched up requested spots as well. Darrell painted the interior of our home several years ago, and we were so pleased with his work that we put him first on our list of bidders when we decided to have the exterior painted. His bid was about in the middle on price, but we were so sure of the quality he prides himself on that we were more than willing to pay the relatively small difference. Our choice was well justified, given the extremely thorough job he did on the very large amount of scraping, power washing, and other parts of preparation prior to an excellent painting. Had two ceiling lights and vanity lights removed and replaced. I've used there services before and continue to pleased with the results. Tyrone was the technician that did the work and was able to repair poor installation by the builder of the vanity light. Would recommend and plan on using again

BEWARE!!! Hired Mark for a small job, stucco repair and replace back patio cover fascia. The job was supposed to be completed last week Friday and he has yet to show up since last week Friday to complete the job. I even extended the deadline twice and he promised it would be completed each time. Now I am left hanging to try to find somebody else to fix this mess!!! Now he won't return my calls/texts. I found Mark on Nextdoor and he had positive reviews. However, I have since checked other sources now and find that I am not the only one who has experienced this.

Cooper Painting is old-fashioned. And that's not bad. Recently, they repainted the exterior trim on our house. A few years ago, they painted the interior of my wife's office. Both times they were professional, reasonably priced, honest, friendly, and took pride in their work.
They didn't even ask for a down payment before beginning the job or hound us for full payment before the paint had dried. I don't know whether this is their policy for all jobs. Ours were small. But it's refreshing. I remember a time when most contractors worked this way. It's nice to know there are still a few of them around.
The owner, Paul Cooper, knows the area so well that when we asked him to put in a bid on a house we were going to buy, he knew the history of the house, including the fact that it had been featured for about five seconds in a George Clooney movie. We ended up not buying the place for unrelated reasons, but how cool is that?
I recommend Cooper Painting without hesitation for any painting job, large or small.

After our previous positive experiences with Cooper Painting, we hired them to paint the entire exterior of our house. Again, they did an outstanding job. If I could pick one word to describe their work, it would be meticulous. The two painters spent three long days on the job and didn't miss a detail.
Before starting the job, they patched the small cracks in the stucco. They carefully masked the trim, pop-outs, and even the lock on the electrical box before painting the body of the house. They numbered the window screens before removing them to ensure that they put them back in the right places. They didn't miss the door jamb or front door behind the security door.
As they were loading the van at the end of the job, one of the painters noticed that the sides of the bench on our back patio were covered with stucco painted to match the house. He went back and painted it, even though I had never specifically asked that the bench be painted and probably wouldn't have thought about it otherwise. Then they started to put my wife's elaborate collection of Fourth of July decorations back on the front porch. I told them not to bother because even I didn't know exactly where they went. After the painters left, I noticed that they had put the decorations back on the porch anyway. My wife later confirmed that all of them were exactly where she had put them originally.
I was happy that the person who did the estimate recommended satin paint instead of the original flat finish. I wasn't sure how it would look on stucco, but it looks classier and will be easier to maintain. Also, the estimate included a transferable seven-year warranty on the paint. I know them well enough by now to trust that if the paint were to fade during this period, they would come back and take care of it.
They aren't the cheapest painters in town, but you get what you pay for. Some painters will do the job for half the price, but if you've ever bought a new house you know that there are tremendous differences in quality. The original paint job on our house lasted only a few years. We wanted a paint job that would look good for years to come, and I feel we got that.
Also, they are in demand. When we signed the contract, they estimated that they wouldn't be able to start the job for 8-10 weeks because of their current backlog. It turned out to be more like 12 weeks because they were doing some large commercial jobs, but we didn't mind because we were willing to wait for a high-quality paint job.
Cooper Painting is a family-run business, and it shows. Everyone from the painters to the owner are a pleasure to work with and show pride in their work.
In a few years, we will need to have the interior walls of our house repainted. We will call them again.
