First, let me say that he came out and did an estimate right away and seemed incredibly knowledgeable. I was so excited to hire this company to remodel the kitchen in my mother-in-law suite. Unfortunately it took two weeks to get the initial estimate rather than getting it by the end of that first week as he had stated. Then the estimate was missing some major components... The install of a gas stove and stainless hood (and that's really a BIG part of this project).
When I emailed him about this, a week later I still had not heard back with an updated estimate so I emailed him yet again and left a voicemail. His response was that he thought the vendor would install yet he and I had very clearly discussed that Dynamite would do the installation. Bottom line is that he added another $250 to the estimate and still didn't give me any info on his availability (which I asked for a few different times). As much as I would love to hire this company because I really genuinely think he knows what he's talking about and the price is reasonable, I think he is just far too busy and may not do a good job on my project because he didn't care enough to get me the estimate when he said he would, missed major components on the estimate, didn't  respond to my email for over a week, and he also didn't  answer his phone or return my call. I know my project might not be as big or important as his other projects, but it is very important to me and I would have been happy to schedule this several months out if needed. I just want a company that I can count on to pay attention to detail and communicate in a timely manner. Very disappointed this didn't work out.

These guys provided the most efficient and cost-effective service I could've hoped for. I needed the interior of a 4 bedroom home repainted and needed it to be done quickly. Once we settled on a very good price for the amount of painting to be done, I was asked if I'd like the doors painted as well and that they'd throw it in for free. They also provided recommendations as to what would look good in each part of the home. Other painters told me they'd get the job done in 4 days but these guys worked all day to get it done in 2. They paid extremely close attention to detail and even touched up the walls in some of the existing spaces. Very nice and great communication throughout the project left me extremely satisfied with the services. If you're looking for a top quality job at a great price, I highly recommend going through H&Y Arizona Remodeling.

My newly purchased home was most shabby on street. White, boring, awful! Got 3 paint bids. Chuck's was in the middle. The difference was that Chuck, himself, came out to look at the job and gave me an education in paint, trimwork, masking... the works! Others just gave me just a price. Chuck is different. He wants you to understand exactly what you'll be getting.

You'll be getting the highest quality of commercial paint. If you have a tile roof, like mine, it will be masked off perfectly. There is no slopped paint on rocks/bushes or on tiles, doors, or windows! His painters are skilled craftsmen. You'll also get TWO coats! When other companies say they'll paint your security doors, all had an additional charge. Not with Chuck's! Everything is included.

My home looks so spectacular that he got two additional homes to paint on my street because his quality is so superior.

Whatever company painted my home white, also painted the security doors. The paint was lumpy and chalk-like. I figured I'd have to replace those four, expensive doors. When Chuck finished, the doors were a semi-gloss bronze. They were smooth and I thought I had new doors!!! They're BEAUTIFUL!

There is a home down the street where the owner bragged that he paid a small price to have it painted. With Chuck's education about paint quality and application, I can see stripe marks on his walls where paint had to have been watered-down. I doubt it had two coats because it looks striped and paint is thin.

My paint job looks rich and the paint has depth. It's a stand-out! It should last 20 years. Would I hire Chuck's painting again? Yes! Without a doubt. I highly recommend them and will hire for interior projects, as well.

This company painted most of the houses in our community. They did a great job, in a good amount of time for a reasonable price. I appreciated how well they cleaned/spray washed the house first.

Ceta-Pro painted my house in 2005.  In 2016, the paint has started to peal in several areas.  Called Certa-Pro and they indicated the warranty is for 2 years so no help there.  Asked for the color used to paint the house and was told they no longer have a record of the color although did acknowledge, they did the job in 2005.  Will be pursuing another painting company to fix the pealing paint problem.

I have used color master for the last three years. I trust them through experience as the have painted several of my homes. The latest was a fine historic home renovation. It was a project that required perfection and they came though again. I trust these guys.

We are putting our house on the market soon and decided last minute to paint the interior of the home. My brother in law highly recommended Albert and his crew since they recently painted his home and did an exceptional job for them. A quick exchange in communication and Albert promptly gave me a quote for the job. I informed him that I needed this done ASAP...48 hours later his crew was painting and finished the job wonderfully and SUPER fast!! Crew was awesome and Albert was incredibly friendly and professional.

I hired Burden painting to fix 5 holes in my ceiling drywall that were the result of installing surround sound speakers at the recommendation of my electrician. they were able to do the work to fit my schedule, arrived on time, used tarps to keep the floors clean and did a perfect job. You cannot see any lines or evidence of the former holes. though I did not hire them for painting I would not hesitate to do so based on the nice work they did.

Chris and his crew are amazing.  They were on time.  He was very easy to communicate with.  They did a great job installing my new front door.  I will use him again.  Craftsmanship was excellent with clear attention to detail.

We had Mark come install a bidet attachment. The job required tapping into the hot water supply line under the sink so we were not comfortable doing it ourselves. As always, Mark was on time. He worked quickly and quietly, installing the necessary hardware under the sink and behind the toilet. This was not an easy job and I'm thrilled that we called Mark. Did I mention he cleans up when he's done?! He is skilled and knowledgeable. He's got a great sense of humor, too. I cannot recommend him enough!
We have a skittish rescue dog that usually hides when people come to the house. But she stayed on the couch while Mark was working and she even wagged her tail at him. Now if that isn't a stellar recommendation, I don't know what is. Call The Arcadian Handyman for all your odd jobs. We do!
