Trying to get a contractor out to do the less exciting work is difficult right now.  Multiple contractors told me remodels only and 1 even told me nothing under 20k!  Previously I had contracted with Lowes for my door and they backed out because it was too hard (I kid you not!).   I was straight with Vlad about my less than exciting needs and he was more than willing to do the work. His estimate was the same as Lowes and fairly priced.

Vlad told me his team would be there at a specific date/time.  They showed up EXACTLY as promised to the minute.  They worked efficiently without need of support from me and came prepared to do the job.  I got 1 call about something they saw while working the property; this was my issue, not theirs and I appreciated the fact they told me what they saw.   They didn't mind the fact I would sneak out to look at their work (I like to watch professionals do their job; its fascinating!).  They cleaned up nicely, walked me through what they did, and I paid with a check no hesitation.

So my photos are of the unpainted result; this was as I directed Vlad and his team.  One photos is of a piece of drywall that was sagging that he replaced.
But what I would want you to notice is that the texture in consistent and lines up with the original texturate on the gypsum.  This is what a professional should do; but not all professionals actually do this!  The second photo is of an access door to my air handler that he replaced.  Not exiting; but it had to be done!

These guys provided the most efficient and cost-effective service I could've hoped for. I needed the interior of a 4 bedroom home repainted and needed it to be done quickly. Once we settled on a very good price for the amount of painting to be done, I was asked if I'd like the doors painted as well and that they'd throw it in for free. They also provided recommendations as to what would look good in each part of the home. Other painters told me they'd get the job done in 4 days but these guys worked all day to get it done in 2. They paid extremely close attention to detail and even touched up the walls in some of the existing spaces. Very nice and great communication throughout the project left me extremely satisfied with the services. I met Joseph inside a sherwinn Williams store where I was looking for certain colors and the employees were all busy so Joseph introduced himself, and was more help to me than the store employees , he went out of his way to help me find my colors and well I ended up having him paint my home and it came out great , from the quality of workmanship to the customer service It was truly superior! Chris is absolutely the BEST handyman I have ever used.  Chris knows what he is doing.  I just bought a new home and needed help with various projects.  Chris installed 8 ceiling fans, a water filtration system (he even had to drill into my granite for the water spigot which was done flawlessly), and has mounted two tv's which look perfect.  I have several other projects lined up for Chris.  I am so glad I found him.  He is smart, honest, polite, and always leaves the area he has worked on very clean and tidy.  I would definitely recommend Chris to anyone who is looking for a legit handyman.

If you are looking for a reliable reasonably priced professional custom carpenter look no further.   Mark is honorable and so easy to work with.  He's on time, gets the job done beautifully and is a pleasure to deal with. My job wasn't a big job but a bit complicated and he took care of everything quickly and easily.  He also explained everything in detail.  Big jobs or little jobs this is the guy to call!
