We needed a whole system overhaul. CIS is awesome! They stopped by and gave us a good, reasonable quote. The timeline was a little off at the beginning with arrival times and stuff, but we weren't on a strict timeline. At the end, I had some scheduling issues of my own causing delays.

Overall, I'd highly recommend CIS. David was great, responsive, offered great pricing, and got the job done and I feel good it was done there right way.

I am very happy with Complete Irrigation Services and will continue to hire them whenever I need help. When I first bought my home they helped me fix an existing leak. They've also put in a whole new drip line system and did a wonderful job, and recently helped me expand the system to reach new trees. They are always professional and hard working!

I recommend these guys to anyone who is wanting to change their grass into any other materials.  They did an AMAZING job in our front yard.  I originally found David's company on Yelp several years ago when we had an emergency water line issue.  I couldn't believe how well he treated us, so when it came time for our backyard renovation, I didn't hesitate in hiring him.  They did a fabulous job so he was the first person I called when we decided yo do our LARGE front yard.  I wish all companies were as professional, precise and fair priced as these guys.  They arrived on time every day, cleaned up every day, took pride in the job, adjusted for my changes and the final bill was exactly as I expected!!!  100% RECOMMEND

Completely fixed our broken old irrigation system. David was very kind and knowledgeable. He was transparent with the pricing and communicated what he was doing for each area so we knew the process and understood the hardware. Very pleasant experience, highly recommend.
I withheld a star due to their VM always being full and it being pretty hard to get in touch with anyone in the office. That is the one area which could use improvement.

David and his crew installed a new irrigation system in our back yard yesterday and we were very impressed with the job.  We have desert landscaping with an abundance of plants and they were able to work around all our existing plants without disturbing them.  David understood our needs, gave us a very reasonable quote and arrived on time. They finished the job in a day and left our yard in pristine condition.  We would highly recommend them.  Laura who works in the office was great as well.  Couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Absolutely great service with fair pricing.  I've used them numerous times and recommended them to friends who also had great service.  Harving  is a gem.  He's so knowledgeable and its truly one of the nicest men I've ever met.  I'm having them put in artificial turf this fall and I'm sure it will be done perfectly!

This is the first time I am putting up a review before the work has started. I contacted 8 different companies, all with best ratings, for installing some pavers, artificial grass, gravel, planting, etc. While most of them got back to me briefly, only David from Complete Irrigation Services got involved in our project personally to the extent that we met multiple times at home and in the landscaping store discuss design, look at the materials and choose the best suited ones for our project. He and his teammate were polite and very patient. They understood our requirements in detail and provided a fair quote.

I will update this space to review their work which will be completed end of this week.

All the work was completed in three days and everyday, the crew left the space looking clean. On top of that, they left a nice surprise in the side yard :)
Later David also advised on installing lighting which saved us $$$. I would definitely recommend Complete Irrigation Services to anyone for their irrigation and landscaping needs.

Had David back to do annual service on my house and a rental property. It's so NICE not to have to worry about the details! Everything is done properly,  drip lines are buried, little leaks get fixed, and he remembers what you told him! Laura, in the office, is so helpful, too. I REALLY enjoy working with these folks!

In searching for an irrigation company to re-pipe our back yard sprinkler system, Complete Irrigation Services (CIS) came up with a 4.5 rating on Yelp along with some good good comments . After the consultation with David (the owner) we decided to contract with CIS. We were not disappointed and very happy with the end results. CIS has reasonably pricing. They showed up as scheduled and stayed to finish the job. We received prompt communication (text and phone calls) when we had to reach out to them. CIS is licensed, bonded and insured.  We highly recommend CIS.

What I asked for...
- Repair a 1 foot area of flexible plastic pipe that was cracked/leaking

- Inspect entire drip system, assess for any problem areas and advise on any repairs

- Advise on an appropriate watering schedule for my plants

What I got
- They did not repair the cracked line.  He said they could not come to the house to just repair the leak, so that didn't get done.  He did however quote me $30 to come back another time to repair the leak if I agreed to 2 other repairs he was suggesting.  $30 to repair 12 inches of soft plastic??  

- Charged $65 fee to inspect my very simple drip system, took about 20 minutes.  

- Quoted $70 to replace emitters 12 emitters with 2 GPH emitters.  These cost about $.50 each, can buy 30 pack on Amazon for less than $10.

- Did not offer suggestions on watering schedule.  

Overall I was very dissatisfied.  $65 rip off after it was all said and done.  My primary need of getting the cracked line fixed did not get done.  Failure.  Will be looking to go with a different company for my needs.

**Updated to 3 stars.  1 star was too harsh.  I still do not agree that its ok for a company to come to someone's home for a very specific and simple need (fix the cracked line), refuse to actually make the repair on site, and also charge $30 for a $5 poly-pipe repair and only repair it if I agreed to 2 other repairs you had suggested.  And yes, you were at the house for longer than 20 minutes - 20 minutes spent assessing the irrigation system and the rest of the time discussing it with me.  Also, $70 to replace the emitters is excessively overcharging.

I had some issues getting a region of my yard sprinklers to get adequate water flow. I replaced a sprinkler head but that one didn't improve at all.

CIS responded very quickly to my inquiry and had a technician at my door within an hour on a Saturday. David assessed the situation in 10 minutes and found a leaking pipe further upstream. A tree root had pushed against the pipe and cracked it over time. The time to reroute the damaged section took under an hour and the sprinklers are working great again!

Complete Irrigation Services is an easy 5 Star Review (Although, I wish I could give more)!!  I had to re-schedule a couple times our original meet up due to work and they were extremely flexible working with me to get back on Harving schedule. When they first came to my house I knew Harving was different than the other two companies I paid to attempt to do the work correctly, that ultimately Harving had to fix their mistakes. Harving was so knowledgeable about my irrigation system, based on which I assume is prior experience, which was a breathe of fresh air. Harving helped me find a leak that I never knew I had and stayed longer than originally scheduled for to make sure he did the job right by getting the parts from the store to fix it the SAME DAY.  Prices were extremely reasonable.  THANK YOU CIS!!

Fantastic service! They responded quickly to a leak in my irrigation and we able to pin point the source in no time and fix the problem. In just a matter of days, they returned to repair the damage caused by the leak and fix the turf.  Best experience! Would recommend over and over!

David and his team installed a new irrigation system in my rear and front yards.  System was installed in August with no issue.  David is very knowledgeable, professional and completed the job timely.  I highly recommend this company if you need a new system or repairs.  You will not be disappointed.  Hire this firm to get the job done right. So rare in my experience to hire a reliable contractor these days.

I called around for irrigation repair and Complete Irrigation Services was the most responsive. David came out to my house and the repair turned out to be a quick fix. I was impressed by the professionalism and skill of this business. They will be the first call I make when I need additional work.

Can't say enough positive things about David and the company. They were fast, efficient, and installed Rachio brand web-based irrigation controllers. I knew nothing about these, but can confirm they are the best, with easy software that gives you total control. We had a fairly complex, extensive system installed in just one day, and the price was quite fair. Would not hesitate to use again!

Ok I had small problem with my irrigation raindial system and they were able to take care of the problem right away plus gave the best deal! Definitely recommend!!!

I had several issues with my old (outdated) irrigation system.  Turns out, I needed one new control box, two electronic switches, and a few other adjustments.  In a nutshell, I was in bad shape. David was able to inspect entire system, give me proper diagnostics, and charge a fair price.  I called him on Saturday, he came out on Sunday.  After a couple hours, I am back in business.  He did an excellent job. Very professional. I am keeping his card on file for potential other work.  Thank you David.

Harving responded back to me within minutes and we had set an in person estimate. Amazing prices, fast quality work. His team of guys were very respectful and down to earth. They did a fantastic job in our back yard and minus the rain, they were extremely fast with getting it all done. Couldn't be happier. Thanks brotha for the professionalism and quality. Hard to find both now a days.

We hired David after searching on Yelp for irrigation services. He scheduled us quickly and provided a step by step agenda for what our project would need. While doing the inspection, David was thorough and explained his process and other suggestions we hadn't considered. We're extremely pleased with the work and even more so with his professionalism and willingness to answer questions. Hopefully we won't need irrigation work again but if we do, we know who to call. drip system had been patched for 3 years. It finally starting leaking all over and it was time to get a full replacement.  I had a couple quotes but Complete Irrigation Services was most responsive and best priced. I am busy. I don't have time to be chasing people.  So I went with them.  Crew come out at 630am and worked all day in over 110 degree weather to get my system done in front and back.   They added several lines for me and set up an area for a vegetable garden.  They cleaned up after themselves nicely and my plants are thriving.  Thank you, CIS! I look forward to working with you for my future irrigation needs.

There are so many reasons not to hire this company. Where to start....This is a husband and wife operation. David came over and gave me a quote for a drip line system. Before he left and I had already gone inside he decided to throw a large black bag from another job he had that was full of parts and smelled like glue into my garbage can! This should have been a red flag from the beginning. I should have done my due diligence and got one or two more quotes but I was lazy. That's on me. I decided to proceed and on the day they were to show up his guys showed up late and left late. They were having problems with a stretch of line and it took longer than they thought it would. I could tell they were rushing to get it done so they wouldn't have to come back. Eventually they just left saying that the job was complete.  Two days later I discovered a massive amount of water bubbling up from the pavers at my fence line. It was at the section they were having problems with at the end of the day. So I had to turn off the irrigation until they could come back to fix what they knew wasn't a good job when they left on that first day. Both David and his wife Laura on two separate occasions admitted they knew the job hadn't been done right. They scheduled a time to come back and fix it. They cancelled the dates to show up twice saying their employee was not answering the phone. On the 3rd rescheduled date the employee finally showed up hours late at 4:30pm! I didn't even want to him to start a job at that hour but I allowed it because he said it would only take an hour or two at most. The owner David showed up shortly after to help with the job. About a week after that I heard a loud boom in the back of the house. The brass main irrigation valve had burst and was shooting water like it was a fire hydrant. I had to turn off all the water to the entire house. I called and David said he couldn't come out until the next day so I was without water all day. Late that afternoon David calls and says he will come over later.  So both David and Laura show up and replaced the valve in the dark. After that he then hands me a quote for $1,500 to have more work done! He said I need new water main line and needs to lay down new PVC. I told him I would have to talk to my brother and would get back to him. My brother had questions and I so I called Laura and David to ask those questions. After asking David my questions about reasons why the irrigation valve burst 1 week after installation I tried to understand why we have to lay down new line but he lost his patience with my line of questioning and told me I should call a few other companies to get their opinion of what should be done because he didn't feel I understood what he was talking about. He told me that understanding what should be done is my responsibility not his! I guess I should be grateful for his suggestion to talk to some other companies instead of going ahead with his second quote for more work. After talking to another company and also a sprinkler store and shared photos of the job I was told that the valve was not the correct type of valve! This is what I found out:

C.I.S. Installed 3/4 in. Brass Anti-Siphon Control Valve aka  Atmospheric Vacuum Breaker. This is a City code violation. This valve is not meant to be turned on 24/7 otherwise it builds up too much pressure and that is why it exploded/burst. The right valve would be a Wilkins 720A 3/4 Pressure Vacuum Breaker or a 3/4 765DBV FEBCO 3/4 Pressure Vacuum Breaker.

The entire experience with C.I.S. was so filled with excuses, drama and deflection of responsibility and hands down has been one of the biggest headaches I've experienced hiring a contractor. They left the job knowing the job wasn't done right all while leaving me with the impression it was complete and a line burst 2 days later. Then installed a valve that was not to code which burst a week later. They came out/rescheduled/no showed so many times to fix things that should have been a one day installation. And after spending $1,800 I am worse off than when I started and left watering everything by hand.

Fantastic job - came at the time expected and has very good communication. The leak in our sprinkler line was fixed quickly and within the quoted price range. I highly recommend them and would definitely use them again!

David and team were very professional. Day of service they showed up early (on time), which in the contractor space is rare. We needed pvc ran for our citrus trees, a separate garden line, and separate planter line. They knocked out all the work in about 5 hours. Will use again!

I had a great experience with Complete Irrigation Services. Harving was professional, punctual, and knowledgeable. I had an issue with my irrigation system and Harving diagnosed the problem quickly and explained how he was going to fix the issue. Before you know it, my irrigation system was working better than before.

This group is amazing!  We had some pressure loss to our irrigation system after the main line pipe to the house was repaired.  Our front yard sprinklers were no longer working so I swapped them out to low pressure sprinklers with really poor results.  We had huge dried out sections in our grass and I would have to run it for an unreasonable amount of time each day to even achieve that.  I originally hired these guys to put in two zones and swap back to the higher pressure heads (Hunter), but David suggested swapping out the bodies and using the Rainbird low pressure heads instead.  I was skeptical at first, but he spent the time to test the pressure, do all the measurements between the heads and show me the actual math that his plan would work.  He would increase the total flow rate from 5 gph to a little more than 15 gph all without splitting the zone.  His fix is working great and our grass is uniformly coming back.  He also noticed while he was doing the work that our soil had developed a hydrophobic layer and took a sample to be tested at a nearby irrigation store (Ewing Irrigation).  The analysis provided all sorts of useful information and he wasn't even going to charge me for it!

After they did such an impressive job on the front yard, I had them come back to add some irrigation for raised beds we're putting in and for irrigating some planters on our patio.  This time he did suggest putting in two new zones since my trees are on our other dripline zone and they have very different watering schedules from the beds and the patio planters, which I agreed with.  They did great work and again went above and beyond!  My husband and I had run some irrigation line for some hanging pots, but we weren't going  to drop the line down until after CIS was finished.  We were fully expecting to do that ourselves, but David and his guys beat us to it.  I went outside to see the new valve and 6 port manifold he was installing and found he'd run the line up the side yard wall and hooked it into what we had already put up.  Without looking for it you can't see it and he covered it to protect it from the sun.  The CIS guys also did some additional repairs to the grass sprinkler heads I had back there and adjusted one that was causing damage to one of the flower bed borders.  At the end of the day David left us some extra drip emitter line he had that I had mentioned I intended to use for the beds as well.  

All in all fantastic work!  I am very very happy with the results from CIS.

So my CV pipe had broke and my back yard wasn't getting irritated.  I called around and got C.I.S. and spoke to Harving the owner. He agreed to come out and arrived on time. He was quick to diagnose and fix the problem.  I was so happy that i got a hold of him!  I had noticed that there were only 5 reviews (probably his friends,  right?). Actually he is a gem! He is responsible, professional and good natured. He deserves 10 stars

David and his team are very caring and competent professionals. I'm in the construction services industry myself and don't put up with no-shows, no-calls, no-masks. He ran a new drip line, rebuilt the valves, weeded a 30 foot planter, treated the whole backyard with emergent in preparation for planting four large shrubs and installation of quarter minus over half my large backyard. Well priced. I'm recommending him to all of my customers and am already planning my next project with him.

David came to fix an irrigation leak I discovered in my backyard. He walked me around to show me additional leaks and issues I wasn't aware of. He quickly fixed the original leak for a low price, then we discussed a plan for replacing the whole system (at least 20 years old). He was very professional and nice, I'm looking forward to working with him moving forward.

I had used CIS for a couple of repairs over the past year as our homebuilder used the worst of the worst flex tubing throughout the yard.  David and CIS were called out to fix leaks that ran under my driveway or under a sidewalk.  I fixed a few more and decided that was it...the whole thing needed to be replaced.  David came out and gave me a very fair quote (which was $700 less than another competitor).  We set a date, his team did the work in the blazing sun, and we should be good to go for years.  I like service vendors who do what they say, show up when they schedule, and charge fair prices.  That is what I've found in each of the times we have used Complete Irrigation Services.

We we're having trouble with what we thought was a valve catching in our backyard water system, so we looked up the service on yelp and called them David was very nice and very professional. He gave me a time he would be here and when complications arose at another job he immediately called me to ask if we could reschedule for the very next day. I told him that was not a problem thank you so much for communicating. He sent me a text message to let me know he was on his way and arrived on time. When he got here we explained what we thought was the problem.  We thought it was a valve, but after talking to David and his knowledge he explained it was probably our timer. He did not try to talk us into a very expensive timer or suggest we replace it immediately.  He took his time on a warm day to explain troubleshoot information causes and other possibilities.  We went on to ask him about possible drip systems problems and instead of him charge us for a very simple repair he explained how we could do it and save ourselves some money.  We will be calling him back for help with a new front yard drip system after we save up for it. I highly recommend this company.

David has been fabulous to work with! We found him at another home in North Scottsdale.  He is quick, efficient, and knows his stuff.  He also charges reasonable prices and remains friendly all the time. David volunteered to assist us with a heavy box that had to be moved upstairs. He refused to take a tip. He smiled and told us not to worry. We will use him again!

You repaired an old sprinkler hose that was leaking. During the testing phase the hose sprung a leak in another section. You quickly identified that the old system needed two pressure reducer valves. Your pricing for the new valves, and installation, was very kind for a senior on fixed income. Your positive, friendly attitude and hard work on a hot day was exemplary. One of my valve boxes for my sprinkler system was filling with water. David from Complete Irrigation Services came out and took a look right away over a weekend. He noticed right away a bleeder of water from one of the valves that just seemed to be coming from a loose screw. He just tightened it up, which seemed to fix the problem and didn't charge me anything for coming out. Said if I had any other problems to give him a call. Really appreciate the honesty and integrity from David and Complete Irrigation Services, something that is in short supply these days.

I just moved into a new home and the irrigation system was clearly not working.  I looked on Yelp and called CIS.  Harding replied to my inquiry and showed on time, as planned with a courtesy call.  Upon showing up he determined the water had been turned off to the valve boxes and then performed and audit of the entire system and programmed the timer.  His price was per valve and overall reasonable for his ~1 hour on site.  My only reluctance to giving him 5 stars was if the drip-lines were not readily apparent, he made no effort to locate them, which left some of plants in question, still in question.  Overall good experience and would use again and would recommend.

I didn't know anything about sprinklers. I tried to replace them by myself and failed. I was panicked and contacted C. I. S. They immediately responded to me. They even accommodated to come next day! Great customer service from start to finish. Received quick response on my request for a quote to replace a sprinkler valve. Was able to schedule service visit witin one day of initial contact. A confirmation txt was sent regarding the appointment. The technician showed up on time a was able to quickly diagnose the problem and provide a reasonable quote with options. The job was completed and the area around the valve was cleaned up to it orginal state.The overall experience was great, and  would use them again for any irrigation issues.
