What a great company to work with. From the quote to install it was such an easy process. The staff were all friendly and we had a beautiful landscaped artificial lawn in a matter of weeks. We knew what we were getting and there were no hidden add ons like with some other companies. To top it off they cut a cute little door mat out of the left material and left it for us. Even the dog approves. She is out doing zoomies in her new yard every day.

We worked with Jim and he was patient listening through my questions and ideas. We are so pleased in how he transformed useless space to a wonderful golf practice area. Lisa and her team at Arizona Artificial Lawns came through for me a second time.  I have a dog that's allergic to grass, so I needed to get it out of my yard quickly.  If you want a company that's skilled at installing artificial lawns, you have to call this company.  In less than an hour, their crew of four had all the grass removed from my back yard.  Another crew came in and removed the old border, installed a new border (different design), and laid the new turf.  I wondered how their price could be 40-50% less than the two landscape contractors I interviewed, but after watching them work, it was clear they are so efficient they are able to pass on the savings to their customers.

I received a text several days after initial contact and was told that someone would be reaching out and I never heard from them.

I am so happy I was referred to Arizona Artificial Lawns by Gregg Smith. I was so impressed by the work that was done on the installation of his artificial lawn, I just had to do it. Todd and his team did a fabulous job on our rear turf and created a 3 hole putting green.  Cost was reasonable, they delivered on promises and finished two weeks ahead of schedule.  Great experience ....in and out in 2 days and cleaned up after themselves.  i think they went above and beyond

Steve was a phenomenal person to work with and was very up front about costs. We had requested quotes from multiple companies and AAL was by far and away the most responsive and professional. They completely transformed our backyard from a bunch of rocks to a turf oasis with a beautiful paver patio. It was all completed in one day and the employees were very considerate of our backyard during the process.

I reached out to the company initially through yelp, and got a response almost immediately. I then was reached out via phone promptly and was scheduled a visit to obtain a quote within a week. Jared was the sales rep that came out and was extremely knowledgeable while also helpful in guiding what would work best for my space. He portrayed as very objective and relayed facts about artificial turf in general when it came to prices and longevity of the material. I ultimately went with Arizona Artificial Lawns due to the reliability and great service I received. After signing the contract the turf was installed within a week and I am very pleased. The space is small but it was completed within 4 hours and looks incredible. I would highly recommend to anyone looking and would be happy to use them again in the future.

The turf that was recommended is the worst ever!! We have one dachshund. It is very difficult to keep the urine odor at bay. I've tried everything, even their product... nope!! Nothing works other than hosing it down every day! It would have been less money for real grass :(
We also had pavers installed but was out of town when they came to install and totally laid the wrong pattern!!!
They offered to come back, tear it all up and redo at their cost... we declined because we had a mess for a long time and didn't want the mess and or delays again.
Steve was our sales rep. I called the company 9 months later to get resolution for the odor and Steve never called back.

Very pleased with the product, installation and cost. We had two areas in the back pool area done and it adds color and texture that wasn't there before. I would definitely use Arizona Artificial Lawns again for a turf project. Great people to work with.

I was debating doing it myself and getting the Costco stuff vs. paying to have it professionally installed.  I had gotten the samples from Costco and was fine with the quality.  I contacted Az artificial lawns to get a quote and see if it was worth the difference.

Justin Surat called me to schedule an appointment to measure my yard and show the different products they have.  I expressed my concerns given the current pandemic and he totally understood.  I left the side gate open for him and met him in the back yard, he wore a mask and was super respectful of my concerns.  It was immediately clear that he knew what he was talking about and brought up solutions that I hadn't even thought about.  The products that he brought were clearly better than the Costco samples I had gotten.  He measured the yard and emailed me the quote later that day.  The price was very fair and we scheduled the install for the next week.  

The installers came and finished the job in 4 hours, it would have taken me a whole weekend to do and it looks AMAZING!  Justin came and checked on the progress multiple times during the install to make sure it was as we discussed.  After seeing the amount of work that goes in to artificial lawns I am so glad I spent the money to have someone install it (for reference I reroofed my own house).

The best part was watching how much my kids love playing in it!  Since we aren't leaving the house as much as we used to it's great to have another area to escape to!   What was in usable crappy old gravel is now a space we love to hang out in.  Thank you Justin and AZ artificial lawns!

Fantastic. We had initially worked with Steve Eckloff back in February, but the pandemic had us hold off the purchase. When we picked this back up in September, Steve was very patient with what was a project that kept changing on him with varying requests for different layouts and plans. He was always prompt with advice and quotations.

Onto the install - their crew were phenomenal. We decided to go with their Coronado product, and had a sizeable area of concrete that needed demolition and removal. It took their team 2 days to remove the concrete and install the turf - they started at 6am each day. Not only was their workmanship superb, but their cleanliness and approach to their work was equally impressive.

Overall, we are delighted. We get much wanted soft turf for our kids to play on, and it has improved the look of our yard beyond what we hoped it could be.

From the start with Steve com8ng our and reviewing the area and understanding what we needed especially with two puppies it went very smooth. Then with a remodel that wasn't going smooth they were very accommodating in moving our date to do the project. Once the project started the crew was wonderful, and the project turned out great just ask the boys...

It's been almost 4 weeks since we had our turf installed. It's really added the finishing touches to our backyard makeover! AZ Artificial Lawns came in with the best out of 3 quotes and even allowed for an all cash discount. Called in for a quote on a Mon. and someone was out by Thurs., Shook hands and turf installed within a week! It finally feels amazing to sit in my yard with a cup of coffee and take it all in! Highly recommend due to their flexibility and quick turnaround. It was supposed to be a 1 day job, but did end up running into the next day, which was okay. So many compliments from friends and family! We have 2 dogs and we have been training them to do their business on another end of the yard but even they are enjoying the turf! Kids and dogs have been running and rolling around all over it. This was $$$ well spent for quality USA made turf installed by a great company. We went with the mid-level Coronado!

We wanted to replace existing turf (putting green) with something larger and far more dog and human friendly.  Called on 5 turf companies for advice and bids.  Synscapes was the second lowest bidder, but won the bid anyway because of the incredible turf options - no other vendor had the 100 face weight option, and the level of customer relations.  Steve Eckloff was wonderful as an advisor.  Install was a quick three days after order.  The install crew - Miguel, Salvador, and Tony - were beyond amazing.  True, creative artists that obviously care about their craft; meticulous attention to detail.  Our dogs, two labradors, took to the new turf immediately.  They *love* it.  So do we.  Cleaner, no odor, cooler, and just looks more like the real thing.  Turf is expensive, but these folks really deliver on value.

Arizona Artificial Lawns recently installed turf in a small area in my yard. Not only did they arrive on time, but installation was efficient and the crew cleaned up, leaving me with a perfectly finished yard! I'm so happy with the results and would definitely recommend them.

For several years I have battled rabbits in my yard and have had new sod laid twice + lots of fertilizer, seed and water=done!  
Decided to finally install synthetic grass, got 3 bids, and this is the company that won on all points.  Immediate call backs, out next day for bid, scheduled and installed within 10 days with a 15yr warranty.  I chose the St. Augustine variety.  Matthew Boggs gave bid and met crew on day of install, stopped by several times during process.  The crew of 3 were professional, courteous, and had job done in 4 hours!
The bid was the best and the service outstanding.  
Someone thought lawn was real!  
My backyard is once again a place I enjoy spending time, and having people over for BBQ and happy hour ; )

SYNScapes of Arizona was great from start to finish. My sales rep Lisa answered any questions we had prior to the installation. The demo was super quick and the my finished patio looks beautiful. I couldn't be more pleased. Just in time for the holidays!!

Very poor experience working with this company. You can get equally quality turf at a similar price point elsewhere but with much better service.

We recently purchased a new home and had SYNScapes do our backyard. They were quick, but the results show why they were quick. They completely ruined the grade in the yard that would allow for good water flow. It was originally designed to have excess water flow out the side and towards the street but when they laid the base they eliminated the grade and water will now pool up in certain areas. Plus they didn't level the base throughout and it's lumpy in areas. They also didn't allow for water flow out of the yard. I asked specifically about this twice to make sure the pavers wouldn't block water flow and was assured it wouldn't. Had the builders inspect it and they confirmed it would block flow and a French drain should have been installed. The paver job was poorly done and doesn't line up along the edges, and they use a cheap sand. They should have used a polymeric sand or at least sealed it. After a couple weeks the sand is halfway gone. They also damaged the concrete patio, chipping it in places. They claimed it wasn't them, but it's a new build and they are literally the only ones we've allowed in our yard.

When I reached out to have these items addressed I was ignored and never received a response. They also charged the full price despite saying that they would charge half up front and the rest after a satisfactory job.

Needless to say, in a new build community of some hundreds of houses I'm steering my new neighbors clear of this place to avoid the headache. I would caution you to do the same.

We take major upgrades to our home very seriously so did A LOT of study / analysis before selecting SYNScapes of AZ to do Artificial Turf installation in our backyard.  We are thrilled with the results (750 sq ft of Coronado Premium with 50% T-Cool and 50% Envirofill).  Contrary to some of the other reviews I see, the small installation problems we noticed after SYNScapes left, were quickly & professionally resolved.  We (including our five dogs) could not be happier!

SYNScapes did a great job coming out promptly and giving an estimate.  Steve answered all my questions and installation was scheduled the following week. It only took several hours for the installation and now I have a beautiful permanent lawn.  Thanks SYNScapes!

If you need some artificial turf, these are your guys! They were extremely responsive to my request for an estimate. The sales representative, Steve, came out to our house within the week. He was professional, knowledgeable, and (best of all), he wasn't pushy. He gave me time to collect additional estimates and talk things over with my husband. After collecting three different estimates, we realized that Synscapes was the cheapest (by several hundred dollars). It was easy to get back in contact with Steve, and the crew was at our house the NEXT DAY.  Installation was completed within a few hours, and the turf looks and feels amazing! I'm extremely pleased with the professionalism and responsiveness of this company....I highly recommend!

SynScapes installed about 1100 sq ft of artificial grass in our backyard last week.  I was hesitant due to having 5 dogs (2 Great Danes!), being worried they may tear it up when they run and wrestle on it.  There are no signs of it budging with 300 pounds of dog all over it.  Was also concerned about the heat in AZ.  It does get hot but we purchased the T-Cool infill.  You water the lawn every day or two when it's extremely hot out and it does cool the temp down to a manageable level.  When it's that hot the dogs don't want to be out anyway.  The crew did a great job and wrapped it up by doing a very good job with clean up.  Very please so far.

I love love love my new backyard! Edna was incredible from beginning to end- she guided the entire process and gave great advice.  The product is wonderful and the entire crew finished way faster than I had anticipated.  I would recommend them to anyone and would use them for any future projects! First, we are delighted with our lawn. Justin met with us several times to design a lawn that matched our requirements. The SYNLawn team arrived early and meticulously prepared the ground for installation. They used hand tools to make the surface perfect. Our lawn is nothing but curves and the crew matched every detail of the plan. The turf Justin recommended,  SYNBLUE 949, is incredible. I was concerned that it might contain too much brown thatch, but it looks even more realistic than the more solid green I have seen with other products. The final result is a thick, lush lawn that looks and feels amazing as you walk on the surface. Katie Snead at SYNLawn of Arizona was excellent to work with! She brought samples to the house and suggested we look at them in the sunlight where we were going to put the turf. She was the only person we got bids from that suggested that. It made a huge difference! My wife and I had many questions and she provided superior customer service!
No more mowing or trimming. No more grass in the pool from mowing, trimming, or kids during swim season.  We use the grass area more now than we ever did when we had sod. It is clean, no bugs, no mud, our dog loves to roll around in it and he doesn't get grass all over him, and it looks great all the time. We kept our sprinklers and it is great to use when we need to wash it off or want to cool it down quickly.

My husband and I bought a house back in March and landscaping in the backyard was not included. We took MONTHS looking for a company to landscape our entire backyard for a decent price... we finally stumbled upon SYNLawn after deciding to just contract everything piece by piece and to our surprise, they do the whole package! Not only were the salespeople courteous, our backyard looks AMAZING! We got the Synaugustine and it looks so real my mom didn't believe me it was fake! Definitely recommending them to everyone we know!

I am truly disappointed with this company and their customer service! We had our turf installed and noticed the following day that there were SEVERAL locations where the turf clearly did not meet the brick. This was repaired in a timely manner, however we soon discovered tears in the turf in the middle. I exchanged over 20 emails with the rep to be told they would come check it out. They did not arrive when said with various reasons. When they finally did arrive,  I was told via email that nobody had answered the door, they fixed it, and did not see a reason to follow up. The tear is still there! If they would have called like I requested, we would have been able to show them the damage. We were very patient with them and I am VERY disappointed with the treatment considering the cost of this service.

I was a little apprehensive thinking this might look more like indoor/outdoor carpet than grass.  Actually, the more it wears, the better it looks.  So a few leaves from the neighbors' trees or an Arizona dust storm actually improve the look!

As for the process, Synlawn does it right.  I met Sina at the showroom, and he showed me lots of different grasses.  He came to my house and gave me an estimate.  And finally, he visited the day of installation to ensure everything went just right.  And it did.  My lawn looks great, and the installers were courteous and professional, as well.  And by the way, I watched the install, and even if I owned the tools, it is well worth the price to have someone else do the work!

We decided to go with SYNLawn because their products were American made and the sales person in the showroom was knowledgeable and helpful and provided a quote immediately. He was honest with his recommendations and did not try to oversell us. The installation crew was professional and meticulous. He was on his hands and knees with scissors trimming the edges for a perfect, clean edge. We have another section of grass we will be replacing soon and we will no doubt be going with SYNLawn.

We had our artificial turf installed a few weeks ago, it looks and feels great. The on-site consultation was pressure-free and informative, and the installation was quick and professional. I have been begging my wife to just think about getting fake grass for the past 3 years with no luck. We have a female dog so, our real grass always has brown spots. We have a pool that always has grass in it and we have tile floors that have both grass and dirt all of the time.
