Eric and his crew are some of the most trustworthy and friendly folks you could hire to complete your floor work.

I reached out to Eric via yelp. I needed help because I had bought an epoxy kit from Home Depot not realizing how much additional stuff you need to complete the job. We had our new washer and dryer coming in the following weekend and needed to get the floors done before they arrived.

Eric was very positive and was willing to work with us on the project. What he ended up doing is completing the portion of the floor where the washer and dryer were going sit before they arrived and then came and finished the rest of the floor after they were installed. We are so grateful that he was willing to work with our (crazy!) schedule.

I can't tell you how beautiful the floors look! The quality of the work is top notch. It looks like $1,000,000! His prices were extremely fair as well.

We went with a grey base with a black, white, red and blue chip. Eric even let us choose how much chip (which relates to how durable the coating is) in different areas. We have 100% chip on the upper portion (where the majority of the traffic will be) and then 85% in the main area. He also helped us patch a few areas where the concrete had chipped and settled since we have an older home.

I can't recommend First Class enough - they really went above and beyond to provide a great product, flawless installation, and extreme customer service.

Be careful with this group.   sometimes great work and sometimes rushed.    the rush has cost me thousands in a water leak i didn't know about for 6 months.   they had a water leveler that was higher than a hole for a cord.    yes.  that really happened.  

Irene was rarely out to check on details .   i was more a project manager than her.    and of course i had to tell her what was not done so i wouldn't be charged.   sloppy.  

very disappointed.  i have taken on extra work just to pay for my water bill and to undo the plumbing they messed up.  

if you can project manage then great, otherwise watch out.    wrong colored pavers they refused to fix.   my friends think it's ridiculous that they didn't 'see it'.

Jesus was great! Work was done on time and for the agreed amount. Couldn't ask for better. He even stuck it out through a bit of nonsense with the neighbor about the block wall/fence location. Would highly recommend!

Preach is our go to spot for all of our masonry needs during renovations. They're available in a pinch with little notice and offer great pricing. In other news, I'll be opening up a building supply company soon because oh em gee we've spent a lot of money here.

Our yard finally looks amazing!! Very nice people both when it came to getting a quote and also meeting the working crew. They worked with our idea to come up with a plan that fit our budget, not to mention we were able to finance it and we didn't pay anything up front! The pictures speak for themselves, we're very pleased with the finished look. Work was done in 2.5 days

Have you ever had something done at your home that didn't turn out the way you hoped or expected? Then, when you discussed the problem with the company, they deflected blame, denied responsibility, or made excuses? Yep, me too, but NOT with Brian at IronDrive. Brian stepped up and remedied an issue to a problem patio, that any other vendor would have fought me tooth and nail about.
Look, we're all human, and we all make mistakes. Whether it was a mistake or simply the nature of the patio, I got NO argument from Brian. He put himself in my shoes, and realized my dissatisfaction was legitimate to me. The reason for the patio issue might have been a grey area, but we talked at length about the issues and in the end the misunderstanding was the final look of a crack and pitted concrete.
His guys were great, and the garage was amazing. If I could give IronDrive 6 stars or more, I would. I bet my patio issue was probably the only one IronDrive's ever had, but if they ever have another one, Brian is the guy you want handling it.

They did an amazing job, great price, on time and EARLY for every time they scheduled not to mention they did a great job. We WILL be using them again and referring them to our friends. Good workers are hard to find now a days.

Called and left a message. Returned call within a couple hours. I received 3 quotes. Cesar was not the lowest but not the highest. Went with him even though no Yelp reviews. So glad I did. Great job, as promised. This guy loves what he does and it shows in the quality of his work. Have recommended him to others and will call him for my next job.

Another FINE JOB, Joey!  This year Joey Hale epoxied our back patio and front porch.  In 2021 he did our garage and we were so impressed with his work (see previous review), that we asked for another estimate on the patio and porch in 2022.  We selected our colors but weren't ready to proceed until fall of 2022  Well, that didn't work out because Joey got so busy with other jobs.  This spring I reached out to him once again, and again he had a full schedule with only a couple of options for the month of April.  We grabbed one of those options.  This week Joey did the job and as in 2021, it looks amazing.   The photos show the work before the final polyurethane coat was added.  As in 2021, Joey did not disappoint.  As is his custom, he was on time, prep the job, and did all the work himself, in 3 days.  On the last day, he asked if I had exterior trim touch-up paint as there were spots along different areas of the stem wall where the products had gotten, due to high winds.  My first response was, Don't worry Joey, I'll touch it up over the summer.  He's such a perfectionist, that wasn't what he wanted.  Fortunately, I had a can of touch-up paint and Joey went around the entire job, front and back and painted the stem wall.  It all looks amazing!  I know this young man is getting busier and busier because his work is second to none.  If you're looking to get your garage or outdoor living space epoxied, I recommend you get your bid from Joey now because there will be a longer wait time then in the past.  That is actually a good thing for Joey and it speaks to his exceptional work and customer satisfaction.   It also means he is so sought after because of his fantastic skill and his exemplary work ethic.  Did I mention that he's very professional and pleasant as well.  Don't hesitate to call Joey.  For the record, I was never asked to write a review.  Not now or in 2021.  I just feel it is so important to get the word out when there are young folks trying to build a business and especially when they do a SUPERB job every time!

I text him and he came out to my house for the quote. He was straightforward. It was not cheap but reasonable. But I really like the fact that he responded fast. Time is super important for me and he was able to do the job almost right after. I ask him to trim two queen palms and clean-up everything. He came with 3-4guys and did the job in couple of hours. Philip did the pretty good job cleaning up my yard. If u need clean-up service, go with him. You will like it.

Crew was prompt and professional when filling the sinkhole next to our home. Would definitely recommend.

Our experience with Brooks Built was exceptional.  They were always on time and they do beautiful work.  Their estimate was fair and what I liked most, besides how nice my backyard turned out, was that they never told me they couldn't do something.  All my questions were answered in the positive and also with we can do that!.  Thank you so much Cody and Bob for a job well done.  We will definitely do business with you again.

Sean and his crew just completed our front and backyard landscaping. We had a dirt backyard in our new home, and we wanted both our existing front yard and back yard to be amazing. We got a few bids before deciding on Envirogreen, but trusted they would exceed our expectations based on all the great reviews. Sean is an expert at seeing the big picture, and he was able to work step by step with us to make sure everything was done professionally and in a timely manner. He asked the right questions to uncover what we truly wanted, and then his team delivered beautifully on the design! We had another company install the pool, and in comparison the level of service and work was not even in the same ball park as Envirogreen. Sean personally was on site multiple times during the install, and called regularly to make sure we were happy along the way. A nice touch is the crew actually works directly for Envirogreen, which is good, as most companies sub out the individual work. They do it all in-house. One major item which really swayed us was the detailed drainage plan they came up with to get water off of our elevated hillside lot. The topper was an incredible patio wall that they custom designed and installed with a built-in bar. They used the same stack stone from our pool wall and travertine for the bar top, and ran electrical and a tv mount. It looks amazing! He even submitted full drawings and a proposal to our HOA for approval ahead of the work being started. If you are looking for a solid professional landscape design company, that can get the job done the right way then look no further than Sean and his team at Envirogreen.

In summary, KENT ROCKS!  We have come to Kent for multiple projects in four different residences over the past three years. He has consistently exceeded our expectations. We have also referred Ken to at least a dozen of our friends--who have each reported back to us experiences that went well beyond their expectations.

What we specifically appreciate about Kent:

1) He is responsive--returning our e-mails and phone calls in a timely manner.

2) He is a good listener--making a concerted effort to listen to what we aim to do, and why we want to do it...but (and this is important) being sure to interject, when appropriate, with his experienced and professional opinion. On a number of occasions, what we had first asked of Ken turned out not to be the best way to address the situation at hand. Kent opened our minds to a more efficient and/or a less expensive approach, or even a different solution entirely that we would have never considered.

3) His estimates are spot-on. We have never been surprised. Kent presents us with and explains options for labor and materials so that we can make an informed selection of the level of each that best fits our budget for the project. We really appreciate the fact that he has been willing to provide estimates and assist us with both very small, hourly projects, as well as large, long-term projects.

4) He and any contractors he brings into our residences have been on-time, courteous, conscientious, and CLEAN! Even during a very significant dusty, dirty kitchen demolition, Kent and his team took great care to clean-up as best as possible at the end of each day, and to seal-off the work area with plastic so that dust and debris wouldn't migrate into other parts of the home.

5) We trust him. There have been plenty of times when Kent has guided us to a less expensive approach to completing a task.  We can also trust that when he says that we need to consider a more complicated or more expensive approach, that it is truly in our best interest to take his advice. We trust Kent's work to the point that we are comfortable arranging for him to work in our own home, and in our tenants' homes, while we are traveling out-of-town--knowing that we will return home to find the work done properly, on-time, and within budget...and that we will have interacted with our tenants with the highest degree of courtesy and conscientiousness.

Chad and his crew were great to work with. Chad is very easy to work with and it is apparent that he cares about doing a quality job.

The crew was respectful, professional and efficient. They completed the project in two trips and cleaned up after themselves each time.

I would highly recommend Chad and his team for any project you may have going on.
