Jake graded a big dirt hill in our backyard, removing most of the dirt and hauling it away while leaving the rocks on top for us. He did a great job! He's friendly and reliable, and he did the work at a fair price. I'd highly recommend calling him when needed.

We had Jason and crew install travertine for our pool deck remodel, we are so happy with the results! He was easy to work with, explained the pros and cons of different materials, answered every question. He really went above and beyond. Highly recommended

I asked for quotes on my 3 car garage, Mario was quick to respond, and came out the same day to take measurements and talk me through the process.  Knowledgeable and freindly, competitively priced.  After talking to five different companies, Mobile Blasting was the clear winner.

Once the job started, I was impressed by the amount of effort put into prepping the garage floor - our house was built in 1979, and that floor has seen some things.  Stains, holes, cracks everywhere.  Nothing was rushed, and they meticulously restored the floor to the point it was unrecognizable...and that was before the epoxy went down.  These guys care about quality.

I can't say enough how happy I am with my garage floor, and my genius decision to choose Mobile Blasting.  Hell, yes - I recommend them!

Sandos Masonry responded very quickly to my phone call.  After a review of the project and price quote, I found it to be very fair for the amount of  work that needed to be done.  He began work on the appointed time and day.  His crew was very proficient and professional.  They completed the work in a timely fashion and they left the work site in a clean and orderly manner.  I could not have been happier with the work they did.  My patio was completed exactly as I had wanted.  I would recommend them in a heart beat to anyone.  This is a company that does great work at a reasonable cost and just the way you want.

I had a few small repairs on the stucco and stone veneer that needed to be done on my house that included replacing some missing pieces of the veneer.  Anthony was very quick to get back to me, come inspect the work that needed to be done, and give me a quote.  I was afraid the stucco repairs would end up being very noticeable, but they did an excellent job of blending the patches into the surrounding pattern.  Once I painted the areas, other than the fresh paint, I can't tell where they are.  They also did a great job of color matching the new pieces of stone veneer.  
I am very happy with the work, and will use them again if I need future repairs.

Called this landscaper twice.  He showed up the first time when we just had the house as a vacation rental.  We told him what we wanted and we never heard from him again.  He claims we got an estimate from him which we did not and he also claims he tried to contact us numerous times by phone which are both untrue.  
 So, I year goes by and we decide to move into the rental home.  I thought I would try Jesse again (big mistake) as I thought maybe there was some type of miscommunication on both of  our parts.  Made an appointment with him again.  He was suppose to show up at 9 a.m.  He calls prior to that saying he forgot he had to go to his child's event of some kind and would not be at our home until 1pm.  I said that was fine.  He then says that his minimum job requirement was $5,000.  I again said Ok, that is fine since we have a very large lot and I knew we would be spending much more than that.  He then says he would not be able to start the job until 2014.  I again said Ok as I was not in a huge hurry..  It was like he was trying to get out of doing the job.
  Anyway, He shows up at the house.  We went over everything we wanted to do with him.  He looks everything over and says he would need a lot layout and would be back in a few days to take pictures of the lot.  My husband emailed the lot layout to him and guess what?  Yes, you are correct.  We never see or hear from him again.  Also, he never said he was going on vacation as he states in his reply.  His follow-up to my complaint are loaded with lies.
  It is nice to know that we made the right choice and called another landscaper as I believe our landscaping project would have been a nightmare working with Jesse.

This was no small job, as it included severe damage to first and second floor balconies, stucco, large wooden beams, spiral staircase, flooring and wood rot. Jorge Ochoa is an honest dude, eager to earn his customers' business. He responds to Yelp inquiries promptly and he follows up in earnest. His prices are fair. His work is excellent. I have since re-hired him for other projects.

When I was looking for someone to help me finally do something about my never-recovered-after-the-housing-bubble backyard, Yelp suggested I contact multiple landscapers. Of the several I selected, only two replied. Of those, one clearly blew me off. The other was Jorge.

I seldom write Yelp reviews, but this dude is legit. What started as a simple, core aeration/over-seeding idea turned into several hundred feet of sod, 16 nicely-sized plants, and more than a couple hours of advice.

We weren't planning on spending more than double the original budget--but I'm glad we were in a position to do so. Our property has been transformed and we are delighted every time we look out our windows.

We've since hired him back to do a little bit more out back and discuss our plans for the front yard later this year. Excellent work. Excellent service. Excellent value.

Two years after treatment, our pavement looks as bad as it did before hiring this company. All cracks have returned. Contract stated two coats. I recall only one coat being put down.  Efforts to contact this company have been futile. Be sure to ask for written warranty if you hire this company.

Avoid - they don't value customers and will waste your time. After waiting a week to meet at their office to go over materials, Joe said he would be in touch with me Monday or Tuesday. He wasn't. That Wednesday, Sarah returned my call (which was about one of two potential referrals I was sending their way - one of which they completely ignored).  She said something came up and Joe would send me information on Thursday or Friday. Nothing. Monday evening, I left a message asking for an update. I sent an email Thursday (nearly two weeks after meeting at their office), and never received a response. A solid two weeks after meeting with Joe, and I couldn't even get a return phone call or a response to my email about a project they had bid on and initially seemed interested in doing. It's also worth noting that Joe made disparaging comments about the person that referred me to his company - a guy that I happen to be friends with. Finally, Joe tried to persuade me to build a ramada without engineering and without obtaining a building permit in order to save money - something that is illegal and could potentially expose me to criminal or civil liability.
