These guys are awesome!  The company they run is so innovative and very eco friendly.  I had some packaging foam that I never know what to do with and always hate just throwing it away to forever sit in a landfill.  I found Eco Building Systems online through homeforfoam.com.  I called ahead and they came out to help unload the foam.  I had interactions with three different employees and all three were so very positive and I could tell they enjoy what they do.  They take the foam and create high quality building materials out of it.  They are not able to use all foam so be sure to call ahead of time to explain what you have and schedule a drop off.  Thanks for what you do EBS!

Saw Martin's work on TikTok so I reached out and we agreed on an appointment for an estimate. The time and day came and went and Martin never showed up. I though he may have been running late so I waited a bit longer before sending him a text message. He never replied to me again. Not only did I waste my time I wasted a rare day off that I could have spent with my family..

It's my opinion that his business blew up overnight and he's in over his head being overwhelmed by the overnight attention he's gotten. Regardless of the excuse he may give he exhibited a bad business practice. After doing a bit more research I discovered that his LLC is simply registered to a residential home. This leads me to believe he's unlicensed, insured, or bonded. Simply put he is a liability....

In their attempts to remove an oil stain that they had left, a previously-hired contractor had used an incredibly strong acid to bleach the concrete.  Not what you're supposed to do!  I needed someone to rectify their 'solution'.

Enter Herb.  Herb let me know that he could try to 'blend' the surrounding concrete with the overly-white tile.  He did this by cleaning the surrounding tiles and, it appears, adding something to make everything close to the original color. As you can see below, the results were phenomenal and much better than I had hoped.  Herb was also a good communicator on Yelp.  Thank you sir!

I cannot say enough about the beautiful fireplace that Ben and his contractor created for us.  He captured the Old World European look I was going for perfectly.  Communication was great, and he was quick to respond with a very reasonable quote and did the work sooner and better than I could have ever imagined.  I am so pleased, and would not hesitate to recommend this father and son family company for any stone or paving work that is needed.

Bait and switch
Called yesterday was quoted for 1/2 minus for %25.50/ton.
Called this morning to order and was told for 1/2 minus is
$36.50/ton.   An increase of almost $11/ton for 17 tons.  That
is $187 increase.  
They apologized for the misunderstanding.   What misunderstanding?
I verified the size yesterday.  They said yesterday, yes $25.50 for 1/2 minus.
They appear to be a bait and switch company.

Jim did a great job for my wife and me last year when we needed an HOA approved third car driveway removed because the HOA changed their mind two years after they originally approved (that's the new Tatum Highlands for you ).  But then Jim dropped off the map for the follow-on work he quoted for my backyard grading and rock distribution. I hope he's okay...maybe he got swamped with work and had a hard time prioritizing. Anyway, I still haven't heard back from him after two months of wondering what happened.

The owner is really customer oriented. Satisfaction is their number 1 priority. They clean 3 large church's for us and repair all of our landscaping. Can't find a better company!

Yes, it is true! This is a 5 star business! From the online contact I made, someone phoned me within the hour. I drove to the store, chose a carpet; and sales came to my home to confirm measurements. I had the carpet installed within two days! And....the installers: top notch. The crew (Flavio, Omar and Sergio) arrived at 830am and worked constantly! They installed over 1400 sq ft of carpet, moved HEAVY furniture, took down beds and put EVERYTHING back in its place, for me. They thoroughly vacuumed and swept the tile, even swept off the driveway before leaving! I could not be happier from the point of contact, to the end of the experience. DO NOT CONSIDER using the big name brands for carpet, before trying this company - keep your money in AZ! Thank you Floor Source, for having a decent group of folks in your business!

DAMIEN HEWETT Please stop saying I am leaving a review for the wrong contractor. I have attached the Estimate you gave me for my patio. It clearly shows one of your company names, your address and your signature.

I only asked you to refund my deposit for landscaping that you did not end up doing for me. You said you would give me a refund and have the patio's large bird bath repaired if I would then take down my review.

No check has come, and you are still saying I have posted to the wrong contractor. YOU ARE THE CONTRACTOR THAT IS NOT REFUNDING MY DEPOSIT AS YOU SAID YOU WOULD. That is not liable, that is a fact.

Just refund me the $1000.00 deposit you said you would and fix my patio.
Then I will remove any reviews I have posted.

We've been bringing our lamps for repair and getting lampshades here for years.  Service is efficient and pleasant, lamp repairs are appropriately done in a timely fashion, and their lamp shade selection is the best in town.  Also, they can re-cover old lamp shades that have worn out.  I have not had any bad experiences here.

I do see other comments that the staff is rude,  I don't think they are rude but they appear bored and are curious about their customers so may ask odd questions but I don't think it's out of hostility or anything like that.

This company did our pool deck in March 2015.  The job looked very nice, but within one year it began to peel off.  They came out and redid the peeling spot, but not long and it began to peel all over the deck.  It's been three years now and we are having the deck redone by another company.  I didn't want the poor job done again.  My guess is that they didn't prepare the surface correctly.  The original deck lasted over 20 years.
