When it was time to repaint our 1950s-built home, I called Rising Phoenix for a quote. Angel was quick to respond and came out to our place to see all that we needed/wanted to do. Angel answered all my questions, gave a competitive bid, and made sure to let me know his team's availability immediately. We contracted with Rising Phoenix and we're so glad we did! His team showed up on time and worked diligently throughout both days it took to complete our project. We had the entire house and our block fence painted and everything looks amazing! We would absolutely hire this company again!

My home's exterior was recently painted by Rising Phoenix Painting. In addition to being outdated, it needed some repairs. I researched and received bids from several companies for this huge project. Once I reached out to Rising Phoenix Painting, Angel contacted me about my project. He was very transparent from the start. When we met for the paint quote, I didn't feel like he was trying to upsell me anything or asking me to upgrade services like some other companies. Throughout the process, Angel kept me updated, and he was very flexible with my schedule. I was very impressed with all of the painters because they were professional and friendly, and they cleaned up each day after they finished. Rising Phoenix Painting recently painted the exterior of our main home and guest house, our doors, and an interior bedroom. Angel and his fantastic team were responsive during the quoting process, they prepped thoroughly, covered our plants and outdoor furniture before spraying, color-matched our existing paint swatches, caulked all over, and even trenched the foundation so it looked as nice as the house. Their price was competitive, but they used must higher quality paint and supplies and had a better warranty on their work than others I had received proposals from. Rising Phoenix showed up when they committed to showing up, the job took the number of days projected, and they left no trace except a phenomenal looking house! My (now-retired) parents owned a painting business in Anchorage for 35 years and they were also very impressed! I've referred Rising Phoenix out to neighbors and friends and thought I owed it to others to post this review as well. I'd hire them again in a heartbeat.

We recently got the inside of our home painted. Walls, doors, ceilings, baseboards. I did a ton of research before taking the leap with this huge project. I am an interior designer and super particular. Rising Phoenix was amazing the entire time. They answered all my questions and were very easy to work with. They responded to my messages super quickly and I never felt like they were trying to rush me or blow me off with my millions of questions. I would work with them again. As well as recommend to clients and friends. Totally impressed with their hard work.

We recently had the exterior of our house, the surrounding walls & all the wrought iron painted by Rising Phoenix.  Angel and his team were amazing.  Due to other work being done on the house, we had to reschedule several times but that was never an issue.  The paint crew was great about moving items from the patio & balconies and covering anything that couldn't be moved.  And, something that seldom happens these days, they cleaned everything up at the end of each work day!  I would highly recommend Rising Phoenix for any painting project you might have.  They are not the least expensive but they are the best!!

The process from start to finish was 100% professional, and the results are gorgeous! I asked for an estimate to repaint the entire interior of my home.

Angel met me at my house, walked the floorplan and eagerly answered all of my many questions, putting my mind at ease. I received the estimate less than 24 hours later, and while
it was not the cheapest estimate I received for the job, I decided to move forward with Rising Phoenix because of the absolutely amazing customer service, promptness and respect I received from Angel.

He was able to get us on the schedule within the same week, and the crew was professional and SUPER QUICK (without any sacrifice to quality).

The house looks BRAND NEW, but Angel did a final walk with us to address any small touch ups needed just in case

There is a reason this company has so many 5 star reviews!  they are awesome.  I had a small job basically just finishing up the vaulted ceiling in my living room and also painting my fireplace.  I heard back from Juan right away  and then a few other companies after a few days.  The other companies didn't follow up at all.  Once I confirmed the job, they scheduled it immediately and did an amazing job.  The crew was so professional and  extremely accommodating, they cleaned up and moved everything back in place. Highly recommended.   I will be using them in the near future for another project.

I highly recommend this company. Out of the 4 companies I contacted Rising Phoenix gave me a quote immediately and Angel came out a day or so later to walk the inside of my house to see what needed to be done. My job was easily scheduled for the following week. They repaired  water leak damages on the ceiling and painted both ceilings and walls in 3 large rooms. The workers were on time every day, very professional, neat and finished all the work in 2.5 days. The ceiling and walls look great and they have very good prices. If I need any further painting they will be my go-to company. BTW..I'm still waiting for the other companies to get back to me!

We worked with Juan, Carlos, and the crew to paint our new home before moving in. Juan was incredibly quick to respond and easy to work with via email, yelp, and phone calls. Even if we missed a call, he would respond quickly or get back to us soon via text or email.

Our experience with Angel and the team from Rising Phoenix Painting was outstanding. Of the 5 bids we got, they were the most responsive and worked to get to a competitive offer without sacrificing quality. They confirmed the dates quickly. Upon arrival for the first day, they showed up early and took the time to walk the property one last time to confirm the color scheme. They kept the property very clean and did immaculate work. There were a few very small items they needed to fix and they came out a few days after I called and took care of everything. I would highly recommend them!

Juan and Angel did such an awesome job with interior painting at our new house! They were extremely easy to work with from scheduling an estimate appointment to performing the actual job. They answered all of my multiple questions and provided valuable advice from start to finish. Best of all they were quick! We thought it would take a couple days but they were done in 1 day and everything looked amazing. Rising Phoenix just completed the exterior painting that I needed for my home.  It included the full house exterior, plus a large amount of stucco fencing around the perimeter of our property.  Juan and Rising Phoenix checked off all the boxes that I was looking for.

- The paint job was excellent
- The crew was careful and cleaned up

I don't expect perfection but I really care about how one resolves issues or problems.  The crew broke a couple of light bulbs on our decorative string lights.  Juan replaced those and helped me restring the lights where needed.  I could not ask for more.

Highly recommend this company for all your painting needs! We just bought our first home and it badly needed a paint job and patching. Juan worked with us and our schedule as we needed to get HOA approval and finish closing on our home before painting could get started. Having worked in customer service myself, Juan goes above and beyond to make his customers happy. Juan's crew came and power washed and patched the first day, then the next two days painted our entire two story home and block fence. Our new home looks great! These guys did a great job. They were very considerate of my plants and various items that needed to be moved. They were exactly on time and got the job done early. I collected multiple quotes, and Rising Phoenix did more for less cost.

I needed to have the whole interior of my new condo painted.  I trusted the reviews on Yelp and called Rising Phoenix Painting.  I am so pleased at how professional the owner and crew were.  Juan was able to book me within a day or so from my initial call.  Crew arrived right on time.  The three guys were 85% done with the  whole 1,200 square foot condo in one day.  And the second day, just a couple of hours.  I really have never seen a paint project go so smoothly, and the quality of the crew's work is incredible.  Very highly recommend.

Rising Phoenix's work was sub-par and very expensive. During the initial walkthrough, Juan portrayed a keen eye for detail and dedication to quality that his crew clearly doesn't share (and, in retrospect, Juan only pays lip service to). There were issues with Rising Phoenix even from the beginning, with Juan not wanting to paint samples of various paints on our walls (he tried to charge me extra for this service that every other painter does for free) and instead providing small painted pieces of canvas (as if that's a reasonable alternative when deciding which paints to use for an entire house). Then, Juan conveniently forgot about agreeing to include certain additional items in the quoted price as part of me giving him the contract (needless to say, if you are unfortunate enough to do business with this company, get everything in writing beforehand). Also, there is a clear disconnect between what Juan tells you he can/will do and what his crew actually does (despite him telling me several times that he met with his crew/walked through with them to get on the same page). As his crew isn't detail oriented and doesn't seem to really care about doing an excellent job (despite Juan's claims to the contrary), they either miss many things or do them poorly. The resulting touch-up work then lead to a patchy paint job (or rather a patchier paint job, as poor use of a sprayer caused streaks and patches in several areas during the initial painting). This sloppiness also manifested in other ways, such as the crew leaving globs of dried drywall mud in river rock on the outside of the house, splattering paint on the river rock, smearing paint on my hardwood floor and bathroom fixtures, etc. Also, they straight-up lied about several things (stating that they would do various things that I asked them to but they didn't and other things) and some of the drywall repair work they did is cracking after three months. When I pointed out various problems, they made it seem like they were doing me a favor by fixing them; at various points Juan even had the temerity to suggest said that he would address the issues if I tipped his crew. Frankly, given the positive reviews (although, in retrospect, it is telling that this company doesn't have that many reviews given how long they've been in business and how busy Juan claims they are), cost, and the attention to detail that Juan portrayed during our initial walk-through, I was really disappointed and upset by the overall poor quality of the work. The one redeeming thing was the person who did a nice job of some minor exterior stucco repair. Avoid at all costs (unless you want to pay a lot for shoddy work and be frustrated by their inability to fix the problems properly despite pointing them out over and over)! There are much better painters out there who will do good work at a much better price, like the one I hired to fix all the issues that Juan's crew caused/left behind.

I had Rising Phoenix repaint my garage & interior garage door. They did a great job & worked fast. The price was reasonable, not expensive but somewhere in the middle.

Almost 3 years ago they painted the interior of our home. We used Dunn Edwards Everest interior paint.  The interior looks as good today as it did when freshly painted.  Juan made sure that any problems were handled and fixed to our satisfaction.  Good job guys

Rising Phoenix did an excellent job of repairing stucco, drywall tape and texture, and painting the exterior of my house.  In the last few years, I have used other painting companies  but Juan, his crew and their skill and professionalism were far superior.  Juan is very knowledgeable and accessible for questions and advice.

It was a pleasure to work with Juan and his crew.  Juan provided a reasonable estimate for interior painting ( ceiling, trim, doors, walls, shutters, etc.)  Quick replies to questions and constant communication on job status was great.  During the final walk-through he spotted touch-up areas that I missed.  He had one of his guys back within an hour to fix them.  Very satisfied with the results.  We will definitely reach out to him again for exterior painting.

Rising Phoenix did a fantastic job on the exterior of our house. Detailed and professional.  They even removed an old satellite dish for me. We feel like we have a brand new house when we drive up to it. The stucco repair was well done and they took the time to ensure that the whole house was washed and any peeling paint was scraped off. I can see the quality difference compared to other houses that have been repainted in our area. We will definitely use Rising Phoenix for any painting job that we need done. Juan was on top of everything.  Quick responses and honest quotes. He even told us that he was probably not the cheapest because his crew ensures quality work. They were worth every dime.

We recently hired Rising Phoenix to paint the exterior of our house, our metal fence, two gates, and stain a door.   First, let me say that it took months for us to actually get approval from our HOA and Juan was extremely patient during the process.  He always stayed in contact, but not too much!   We obtained multiple bids and, while RP wasn't the lowest bid, it was Juan's responsiveness and professionalism that ultimately tipped the scales in his direction.   Throughout the process, Juan and his crew made every appointment and schedule they gave us.   He communicated constantly and we always knew what was happening.   At the end of the job, it took a couple of days for our schedules to mesh so we could do a final walkthrough and, unlike other contractors that we have hired, he wanted to be 100% sure we were happy before we paid the final balance.   Overall, it was a great experience and we would not hesitate to hire Rising Phoenix again.  Highly recommended!

Rising Phoenix painted our house about a year ago and we couldn't be happier with the excellent work they did. Highly recommend.

We obtained 3 bids to paint the new stucco on a room addition and expanded patio and to clean, fill cracks and paint our existing house in Scottsdale, as well as to stain wood trim inside and out.  The three bids were very close in price, but Rising Phoenix was the lowest.  However, it wasn't the quoted price that impressed us the most; it was the professionalism of Juan and his crew.  During our first meeting, Juan listened closely to what we wanted, asked questions, and explained the process and materials they would use to do the job.  He and his crew arrived when they said they would, were meticulous in preparing the site, and were efficient in getting the work done.  When the stain came out much darker than expected on the test area of the outside trim wood, they immediately consulted with us and found a different stain that worked.  When the work was completed, Juan came out to do a walk-around with us to inspect the work, which was excellent.  The site was clean (no drips, spills, or splashes on hardscape or plants) and the stained and painted finishes looked beautiful.  A contractor remarked a few days later that the painting was most professional because of how well it preserved the stucco texture.  We think it looks almost like velvet!  We will certainly call on Rising Phoenix for staining and painting in the future.
