Astonishing Landscape did a great job removing a tree that came down during storm. I went on Yelp Saturday night and George replied promptly and gave me a quote from pictures I sent. He sent out his crew first thing Monday morning just as he said. Everything was cleaned up and I'm very pleased with the service they did. I would recommend them to anyone.

This company was amazing. Very competitive rate, some were twice the cost. Very timely, communicated well, clean up was awesome. You won't regret hiring them.

Jose, Jesus, JJ and Fernando were amazing! They provided exemplary customer service, answered questions, were conscious of the necessity for detail in certain areas (by the wood beams, by the fire pit, and by the grill, for instance) and truly just all around amazing! They clearly take pride in their work and wish to make the customer pleased with the outcomes. They aim for perfection, and achieved it!!! From the pre-inspection to meticulous clean up and walk thru at the end, we could not be more pleased! Thank you Jose and Team!!! I've now completed a few projects with this crew, one of my favorite being our pathway and spotlight lighting. The lights are very low maintenance, low power, and and they look great; not to mention the auto timer was totally worth it.

Recently one of the LED lights went dark. I was going to see if I could find a replacement, but based on the stamping I was having trouble finding a match. I reached out to Phoenix Outdoor Living by phone to try and find out whether the bulb would have gone so quickly and where to find a replacement.

To my surprise Josh was able to reach out to Paul, their lighting guru. Paul was able to make a same day visit to check out the issue. It turned out we had a bulb from a bad batch and Paul was able to replace the bulb (and check the others) same day.

I dunno about you, but making an on site visit to solve a customer issue on a Friday afternoon within an hour puts you in legendary customer service territory. Thank you Paul!

Gustavo and his team were very professional and did great work resurfacing our concrete counters!

Bad experience with them not showing up for an appointment. I called yesterday to have someone give me an estimate on 750 square feet of pavers. I was asked if Wednesday or Thursday evening would work and I told them no but that I could work with Tuesday evening (anytime after 4pm) or Wednesday or Friday morning at 8:00am. I was told that 8:00 am Wednesday would work and if something changed, he would call me back and come Tuesday evening. No call Tuesday and at 8:25am I call and was told his girl was left a post-it note to call me and reschedule, she must not have made it into the office. Then he wanted to schedule it for Wednesday or Thursday evening, the two nights I already said would not work. Maybe they do great work? I will never know.

Fantastic service! We had an annoying sidewalk that had sunk and was a tripping hazard. We contacted ACL and Charles was quick to respond. A walk around showed other areas on our garage pad that were a concern - which was also addressed.

We scheduled the service for a time that worked best for us, and the work was completed professionally and with courtesy.

Completely dependable, willing to re-evaluate their initial resolution to correct a building poorly constructed (by a different company), A-1 Concrete created the needed remedy.    My job was relatively small, but still they chose to address my problem thoughtfully with attention to the aesthetic side to the repair as well.

American Materials came out and poured two sections for me. Footer for the back yard and front driveway extension. Guy was awesome and worked with us in getting the truck in the back to pour. Was recommended by Rock Solid. Keep in mind this is a mix on site truck and not a ready to pour truck. I guess it makes a difference in consistency for the cement. Either way these fellas did a great job and my finisher nailed it. Thanks fellas.

I had the opportunity to work with Rock Solid QC Department as a student at Arizona State University. Staff was very supportive and donated many hours to my project. The QC manager was always available for questions and advisement.

I never write reviews but this company is HORRIBLE so I felt compelled to write a review. Didn't want others to do business with this company and have the same experience we did. We asked for a quote, which took forever to get. Following the quote we were supposed to get samples to pick a color which we never got - finally they delivered it the day before we were scheduled to have our pool deck done (we had to call and ask for it twice that day). The day we were scheduled, they never showed - just didn't show up. We tried calling to see what happened, no one answered our calls, no one phoned us back. They are horrible. We had an entire renovation of our backyard and this was the last step to be finished prior to our son's 8th birthday party and they just no showed. I will be calling the better business bureau as well. HORRIBLE.

Tony was punctual and Crew was on time. Brick added to home and did great job. Follow up and contact was  awesome.

I should have taken the reviews seriously. This guy came out to take a look at our project, even after I posted that our job wouldn't be the largest and he talked a good talk but never gave us an estimate. I even followed up with him a couple days later by text. Again he said he'd get it to me the following day and nada. If a company can't even follow through with an estimate I've learned not to trust they'd do a good job or be able to communicate with their us about our job. Just don't trust them.

My husband and I needed 3 segments of concrete removed from our backyard so we could put in grass. We contacted a few construction/garden companies but had trouble finding a timely company with reasonable prices who could do the job. Mai Ashley from AIO was professional and friendly and fast at contacting us to set up a quote appointment, and the guy that came over showed up quickly and offered us a reasonable price. We were still comparing quotes for a few weeks but Mai followed up several times to see if we had decided. Once we had decided that they were the most professional and affordable of our options, she was quick to send us a contract and get our concrete removal scheduled. The team of guys even came by that day to double check the area to be sure they'd be ready. They accomplished the work 2 days after we signed the contract and did it all in the morning within 5 hours. They left the place looking clean, and they put up a board while they were working to keep dust and debris out of our pool, which we really appreciated. There was a bit of a communication lapse with the arrival of the dumpster the day before, as my husband and I weren't given an ETA and had no time to pull one of our cars out of the garage before the dumpster was deposited sideways in our driveway, but thankfully we didn't need to go anywhere. Mai contacted us about it as soon as she had been informed that the truck was on its way, but at that point they had already arrived. If it weren't for that, we would've given 5 stars. We're satisfied with their work, timeliness, professionalism, cleanliness and respect for our property, no hidden fees, and friendliness. Definitely recommend!

I had a horizontal crack in a stem wall at the back of my home and some concrete cracking at the base of a garage pillar.  After extensive research on various companies I selected Concrete Repairman LLC to do the repair work.  Concrete Repairman LLC has excellent reviews and an extremely informative website with videos of the type of work they do.

James, the company's owner, came to my home for a concrete repair-evaluation and estimate.  He spent over 90 minutes meticulously examining the outside of my home and thoroughly explained how the foundation, stem wall, and other components were related.  James was very patient and gladly answered my many questions.  He was very detailed in his explanation of the type of repairs he recommended, what material would be used,  and why they should be made.  His wealth of knowledge and many years of experience were easily apparent and provided me with the assurance I needed to make a decision regarding the repairs.

On the day of the scheduled repairs (scheduled for two days), Frank and Frank, the highly skilled technicians, arrived on time and began making preparations to begin work.  It was immediately obvious that they both were highly experienced and professional in every respect.  I asked many questions regarding the repairs and they both were very generous with their time and knowledge and made me extremely confident that the repairs would be made to the highest standards.

When the job was finished both areas were perfectly cleaned and the cracked concrete was repaired and looked absolutely new.

I'm delighted with the quality of the job, the professionalism of the company and the exceptional skill of James, Frank and Frank.

They were amazing start to finish. Coming off of a horrible project with another concrete guy, I was looking for someone who knew how to do things right. Right from the start, they were responsive, prompt, very reasonable on price and the sidewalk is amazing. Top quality and exactly what he said he would do. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work!
