Phoenix Outdoor Living is awesome! Tom Moss, Director of Field Operations, was a pleasure to work with. They just finished my yard work and everything cane out perfect. We contracted with them to extend our property wall out by eight feet along the garage to allow for a door from the garage to the backyard. Additionally, they installed patio pavers to create a pad for my garbage/recycle cans, a walkway from the gate to the driveway, and steps off my the side of my front porch. The work was very professionally done, they cleaned up well, and they were very accommodating to any questions or requests I made. I highly recommend this company and I plan to bring them back on future projects. Thanks Tom & Team!

We had epoxy re-applied to our garage floor.  The Lowes epoxy kit I applied had to be removed to apply the new epoxy. It's beautiful now, it turned out better than I expected. Very professional and a great price!  Very happy!  Pool decking is next.

Backyard:  I had my patio extended/covered with pavers, my eroding cement border replaced and artificial grass installed.  My yard looks incredible now.  Joseph really couldn't have been more helpful.

I was originally looking at artificial grass companies.  I came across Falcon's reviews on Yelp and decided to let Joseph quote the whole yard.  He came back with a very favorable price and we proceeded.  So glad I did.

I don't expect freebies nor do I think anyone should, but Joseph even helped me out with some nagging issues that were causing problems in my front yard.  The water line under my pavered front patio/walkway had sprung a leak.  I couldn't seem to locate a sleeve and thought I would have to pull up my patio/walkway to repair.  Joseph and some of his crew took a few minutes, found the sleeve and fixed the line.  No charge!  Wow, nice service.

Lastly, after the artificial grass was installed, and it is incredible, we had a few pieces of the old grass come through.  I texted Joseph and within minutes he responded.  He came out and took care of the grass within a week or so.  Not only does falcon do great work, but their follow up on any issues is great.

Again, I highly recommend Falcon Landscapes.  I'm hoping to have some work done on my front yard next year and I'll be calling Falcon.

They did a great job leveling a foundation that had a number of anomalies.  Would definitely hire again.

Completely dependable, willing to re-evaluate their initial resolution to correct a building poorly constructed (by a different company), A-1 Concrete created the needed remedy.    My job was relatively small, but still they chose to address my problem thoughtfully with attention to the aesthetic side to the repair as well.

American Materials came out and poured two sections for me. Footer for the back yard and front driveway extension. Guy was awesome and worked with us in getting the truck in the back to pour. Was recommended by Rock Solid. Keep in mind this is a mix on site truck and not a ready to pour truck. I guess it makes a difference in consistency for the cement. Either way these fellas did a great job and my finisher nailed it. Thanks fellas.

I had the opportunity to work with Rock Solid QC Department as a student at Arizona State University. Staff was very supportive and donated many hours to my project. The QC manager was always available for questions and advisement.

We recently had our backyard patio and basketball court acid stained and they did a fantastic job. The work done on our concrete looks amazing and we love it! The crew was immaculate too. They taped off the entire area where they worked so there was no overspray, and when the job was completed in just a few short days they left the yard spotless. We couldn't be happier with their customer service, the communication, and the results. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their concrete stained or finished.

Great company to work with , had a kitchen remodeled and it came out better than I was expecting ! Very professional and everything was done on time .

You will be hard pressed to find as ethical and reliable a contractor as James Belville of Concrete Repairman.  James repaired a crack in my stem wall in 2011.  He told me that the work was guaranteed as long as I lived in the house.  The crack reappeared after several years.  When getting the house ready to put on the market this year (2020), I called James and he came out to the house.  He remembered doing the job, and he agreed to honor his verbal guarantee, even though I did not have it in writing!  He scheduled the job and his crew arrived on the day as expected.  They did a great job.  I'm sure it cost James more to honor the guarantee than I paid for the original job.  I've lived in this house for 21 years and I can count on the fingers of one hand the contractors who've done good, honest work.  James is definitely one of them!
