Updating from my previous review, after install, equipment failed and George and his team attempted to repair however couldn't figure out the issue. Unable to connect me with people who could help resolve it and stopped communication with me leaving me with a massive problem without a solution. Worked with another company who diagnosed the issue within minutes and deemed the install as cheap and unsustainable over time. Another company completely redid this company's installation. Would not recommend.

This company was amazing. Very competitive rate, some were twice the cost. Very timely, communicated well, clean up was awesome. You won't regret hiring them.

I brought in 6 highly rated painting companies in November 2016 to provide a bid to paint my 3,529 sqft 2 story home in Goodyear, Az. In the end, Crash of Rhinos had the best price, OUTSTANDING customer service, their crews showed up EXACTLY on time, usually within 1-2 minutes of their scheduled arrival/start time, and they ONLY used Dunne Edwards top shelf paint, probably the best paint for the hard conditions of the Southwest. The crews were hard working, knowledgeable and experienced.  I am a hard person to impress, and throughout the entire process, the Admin. staff with their daily progress emails and the painting crews at Crash of Rhinos impressed me. I've already had neighbors asking me who painted our home and I happily refer them to Crash of Rhinos. I HIGHLY recommend this company for your home painting needs. Phoenix Outdoor Living is awesome! Tom Moss, Director of Field Operations, was a pleasure to work with. They just finished my yard work and everything cane out perfect. We contracted with them to extend our property wall out by eight feet along the garage to allow for a door from the garage to the backyard. Additionally, they installed patio pavers to create a pad for my garbage/recycle cans, a walkway from the gate to the driveway, and steps off my the side of my front porch. The work was very professionally done, they cleaned up well, and they were very accommodating to any questions or requests I made. I highly recommend this company and I plan to bring them back on future projects. Thanks Tom & Team!

Asked for an estimate to raise my block wall. A woman came out carrying several samples and I asked if she was at the correct house because I just need gray block added my my fence. She came to the yard and half heartedly measured my back area. She used the measuring device that rolls on the ground as she walks except she didn't walk in a straight line along my fence. She walked in an zig zag along the curbing of my grass in the yard which would add several feet to the measurements. She then skipped an entire wall which had a different length than the one she walked. She was in my yard for only a couple minutes and left. Sent me a message on Yelp that just said your estimate is $3300. No measurements, no description of the job. When I asked what the estimate would be for, they never responded. Very unprofessional.

We are looking to do some improvements to our front and back yard and Joseph was kind enough to come take a look at our property last week. He gave me some great suggestions including installing artificial turf in the back yard while covering and extending our less-than-desirable cement slab patio with pavers and a firepit. After discussing the plans with my better half we decided that we would prefer using more modern materials than pavers and keeping the grass natural. I sent Joseph an extensive email with some inspiration photos and an illustration of my new vision for the yard and followed up with a voicemail to make sure he received it and hear his thoughts. Joseph has yet to respond a week later, and that leads me to believe he won't be calling anytime soon. Whether he has the resources and ability to do the work on our yard or not, I would have appreciated a reply. I guess my business is going elsewhere...

I'm probably being generous with 2 stars honestly, but I suppose he earned the extra star for meeting with me and proposing the work.

Efficient and professional. The driveway turned out great! Gave some good recommendations after to help maintain the concrete.

Completely dependable, willing to re-evaluate their initial resolution to correct a building poorly constructed (by a different company), A-1 Concrete created the needed remedy.    My job was relatively small, but still they chose to address my problem thoughtfully with attention to the aesthetic side to the repair as well.

American Materials came out and poured two sections for me. Footer for the back yard and front driveway extension. Guy was awesome and worked with us in getting the truck in the back to pour. Was recommended by Rock Solid. Keep in mind this is a mix on site truck and not a ready to pour truck. I guess it makes a difference in consistency for the cement. Either way these fellas did a great job and my finisher nailed it. Thanks fellas.

Scottsdale Concrete did a fantastic job with my concrete project. It was quite complicated and they knocked it out of the park. They are reliable, skilled and kind. Call them now for your concrete needs!

The guy who delivered our concrete was HILARIOUS!!! Good job Rock Solid for hiring this guy!!!

You will be hard pressed to find as ethical and reliable a contractor as James Belville of Concrete Repairman.  James repaired a crack in my stem wall in 2011.  He told me that the work was guaranteed as long as I lived in the house.  The crack reappeared after several years.  When getting the house ready to put on the market this year (2020), I called James and he came out to the house.  He remembered doing the job, and he agreed to honor his verbal guarantee, even though I did not have it in writing!  He scheduled the job and his crew arrived on the day as expected.  They did a great job.  I'm sure it cost James more to honor the guarantee than I paid for the original job.  I've lived in this house for 21 years and I can count on the fingers of one hand the contractors who've done good, honest work.  James is definitely one of them!

Do not recommend this guy.  He does horrible work, horrible communication and ruined the paint job on our house.  He does not stand by his work.
