This is an updated review. I was always very pleased with the work George did for me over the past 3 years, from hauling and spreading rock to putting in a drip system to planting shrubs. My rating was 5 stars. But I am very disappointed that he has never responded to any of my attempts at contact since he last did a job for me in March. I questioned how effective his pre-emergent spraying of my yard was, as the weeds were back within two weeks. At the very least, I would have expected him to come out and redo it. But instead, it appears I have been dropped as a customer. So my new rating is lower due to no attempt to make this right on his part.

Valleywide is a family owned company. We had a great experience and will be referring this company any chance we get. Very refreshing to do business with somebody who cares and is dependable.

I give Crash of Rhinos Painting  10 stars.    This painting company is very trustworthy, communicative, and stands behind their service .

Crash of Rhinos offers a color consult with 3d renders ( small cost involved) with their expert color consult Kim.   She spent time to listen to my concerns and to help create a color palette for the body of my house, eves, and all the pop outs i have to go with my orange tile roof.   She helped me narrow my color choice down to two different options, then sent me a color rendering to help me decide how to apply the colors to my home.   I saw it before it was painted.   It was fabulous.

There coordinator Megan, is very helpful and responds to emails very quickly and is willing to answer any and all questions.  If she is unsure, she directs you to the individual within the company that can.

 Sharon is the site manager who walks the property with the client and notates every concern and relays the message to the painting supervisor onsite at the job.

They are orgainized, pay attention to detail , and are willing to return to fix any concerns that were missed or just need a little more painting love. Every one of their painters was respectful and cleanup their mess at the end of the day.

 I am grateful to Crash of Rhinos for their all around concern for the client and the pride that they take as a company in their job.

I highly recommend them for your exterior painting needs.  (they only focus on exterior not interior)
My house was a hot mess and they scraped off all the dead wood, filled it in , dry lock was applied where needed.  
The prep work that they did was amazing even before the paint and primer my house felt different.  

I am grateful I found Crash of Rhinos to paint the exterior of my home.

One of the best companies that have done work for me! They replaced my driveway because my old one would flood my house every time that we had a hard rain. They were quick to come out and draw up plans to show me how they were going to accomplish this. It turned out beautiful!!  They were finished in a couple of days and cleaned up everything. i would not hesitate to hire them again. You will not be sorry if you hire them!!

We wanted to spruce up the backyard of our new house, and decided that laying pavers would be the best way to do it. We first thought we could do it ourselves, but quickly realized it would be best to hire a professional. We brought four different contractors out to get quotes, and Gus with EZE Decor Concrete got the contract. He did a great job of explaining the process to us, and was able to answer every question we had. Contrast that to many of the other contractors we spoke to who were  short with us and didn't really confirm with us that we were on the same page.

When they got to work, Gus and co were quick and efficient. We double booked them on accident with some other roofing contractors, and they were able to work around them. There were tons of cuts they had to make on the pavers to go along our pool, and they did an amazing job. We've already sent them along to family members, and if you want a great backyard at a fair price, EZE Decor Concrete is the best choice!

We saw the reviews on here and decided to give these guys a call.  Do yourself a favor and don't follow suit.  We had a front yard project and a backyard project we were looking to have done separately.  We called on a Monday and Falcon agreed to come out and give us an estimate.  Initially when I called the guy answers the phone with just hello, so I had to verify that it was an actual business.  That I can get over pretty easily.  

The gentleman (I don't remember his name) came out on Tuesday and told us that he would have us an estimate by the evening, or by end of business on Wednesday.  By the end of Thursday I still didn't have it, but I understand things happen and people get busy, so I called on Friday afternoon.  Friday when I talked to him the guy said he would need to check back in the office, but would email the quote to me by the end of the day.  Friday and Saturday passed, still no estimate.  By this point I figured this was his way of saying he didn't want our business, so I called one of the other contractors who had come out and signed on with them.  The estimate finally arrived in our email Sunday evening at 8pm, once the other worker had already started.  I did notice however that Falcon's price was about 15% lower than the guy I had signed up with, so like a fool I opted to give them a second chance on the larger and much more expensive job (15% is a lot when we're talking low 5 figures, I can give a second chance for a few thousand bucks!)

I emailed Falcon the following Wednesday and told them I had liked their prices, and wanted to know if they would give us an estimate for the back yard.  At this point 3 weeks later he still hasn't replied to my email.  Fair enough, maybe my email was lost in their spam filter.  I called and left a message for them to call me back, which they never did.  I called again and got ahold of the same guy I'd spoken to the first time.  I explained that we wanted a quote on a larger job.  He then told me that he would be by Either Saturday, or if not Saturday then Monday, I'll call when I'm on the way.

It is now after close of Business Monday, and I haven't heard a peep from them.  This company is now dead to me and will not be getting any of our business.  They wasted my time repeatedly, don't let them waste yours as well.

Poured a new footer and replaced the column in the corner that supports the roof.

Completely dependable, willing to re-evaluate their initial resolution to correct a building poorly constructed (by a different company), A-1 Concrete created the needed remedy.    My job was relatively small, but still they chose to address my problem thoughtfully with attention to the aesthetic side to the repair as well.

American Materials came out and poured two sections for me. Footer for the back yard and front driveway extension. Guy was awesome and worked with us in getting the truck in the back to pour. Was recommended by Rock Solid. Keep in mind this is a mix on site truck and not a ready to pour truck. I guess it makes a difference in consistency for the cement. Either way these fellas did a great job and my finisher nailed it. Thanks fellas.

Scottsdale Concrete did a fantastic job with my concrete project. It was quite complicated and they knocked it out of the park. They are reliable, skilled and kind. Call them now for your concrete needs!

The guy who delivered our concrete was HILARIOUS!!! Good job Rock Solid for hiring this guy!!!  

The Allens

We recently had our backyard patio and basketball court acid stained and they did a fantastic job. The work done on our concrete looks amazing and we love it! The crew was immaculate too. They taped off the entire area where they worked so there was no overspray, and when the job was completed in just a few short days they left the yard spotless. We couldn't be happier with their customer service, the communication, and the results. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking to have their concrete stained or finished.

Tony was punctual and Crew was on time. Brick added to home and did great job. Follow up and contact was  awesome.

Pete and his crew have been doing my yard for over a year to include pavers.  I receive some many compliments on my house.  He also beautified my lemon tree.  Best job a great value.

really james...you set up the appointment for me 2 days ahead of time...i switch my work schedule to meet with you, then i get a call right before appointment saying you wont be there at 9:30 but will be able to meet at 11:30 which i thought ok i can work around this...at 12:25 i get a call saying you will be another 30 minutes???  when i express that you have already started out on the wrong foot you just laugh and said then your not coming at all!   this is just rude!!! no customer service at all???  glad i didnt go with you...who knows how you would have been once you had my money...

please think twice before calling this business!

BEWARE! Do not use this guy! He claimed he knew how to do stamped concrete with color and my patio and walkway looks like awful! He hasn't made it right and actually had the gall to tell me he took my trash when he left. Seriously he left trash at my home along with a mess, color on my walls, gates, footprints in the concrete and the edges aren't even. I gave him 3 weeks to come by and bn look at it and  fix it and no call no showed! See photos below of what I initially wanted and the subsequent photos of how it actually turned out...Now I have to find someone to fix this mess!
