My husband and I were very pleased with George and his great crew, initially. We really liked them a lot.
However, we had saved up a lot of money and had recently put in artificial grass. Shortly thereafter, we had George and his crew do the landscaping again (trimming trees, blowing leaves, trimming bushes, etc.)  I did not know I had to tell them ahead of time to not lay their hot equipment on the artificial grass, as that would surely melt it. I, unfortunately, assumed they knew this.
When I checked the landscaping job the next day, I saw a tell-tale melted spot on my brand new artificial grass. (Tell-tale, as in it was in the shape of a leaf blower.) When I asked George about what had happened, he immediately denied any wrong doing and made up a story about telling his brother ( not the owner of the house, mind you), saying that he saw the marks before he started the work. So, as a landscaper, wouldn't you bring that up to the attention of the owner BEFORE you did any landscaping?  Besides, we have NOTHING that could have caused such damage. We never leave ANYTHING on that artificial grass and our windows have shade screens.
Long story, short... they lied about the damage. They agreed to not receive payment for that days' landscaping. But, here we are with major melted damage to our.artificial grass. They never admitted to their mistake and did not pay for the damage.

Word to the wise: Take photos before and after any work done.

We asked Valleywide to come out and give a quote for quite a bit of demo work in our back and front yards that included haul away, concrete demo, block demo. Initially, Ben was so friendly and promised quite of bit on behalf of his company. His initial consultation with us even gave hope that he could eventually help us do some extensive remodel to the back door/patio of our house and the back wall of our master bedroom. When it came time to estimate the project, Valleywide advised they were equipped to do not only our demo and haul away, but also construct a new block wall, lay a new cement slab and install new gates for us. We were so excited to have found an all-in-one company, so we scheduled our project as soon as they were free.

Once the project started, it was downhill from there. They first advised they'd be a day late, then days late, then over a week late. Once they began, the demo went okay aside from a cracked drip line that we repaired ourselves. The pivot from demo to construction was atrocious. We were told a mason was scheduled to come out to construct our block wall. They didn't show for a week. After some serious questioning from our neighbors and HOA, we pressured Valleywide to get back out ASAP, and they ultimately did show up the following Monday but without a mason. Ben and his partner, who didn't appear to be masons, spent the better part of three days trying to figure out how to properly align our wall. They laid slab over the footings and ultimately created an uneven base for their project. We don't love the end result, but the wall was finally finished after the mason arrived on Thursday that week. In short, it as a sloppy finish that we'll have to sand down before we paint.

Lastly, the real kicker for me is in the details. From the beginning of this project, our biggest concern was installing new gates that properly fit the fence openings, opened and closed with ease (unlike our last RV gate) and did not offer any openings big enough for our small dogs to fit through. Late Friday afternoon, the final day of the project, one guy was left on the job installing the gates. They were installed with a substantial opening at the bottom that our dogs could easily crawl under. The gentleman was nice enough to adjust the height at the end of his shift. When I opened and closed the RV gate, i realized they overlapped slightly and will not close without some force. Worse off, you have to throw your shoulder into the gate to get it to open. And as if that's not frustrating enough, they used the smallest screws to attach the composite slats to the frame that do not go all the way through the slat. In less than 2 weeks, most of those screws popped right off and are completely incapable of holding the fence slats together. When I asked Ben about the construction and size of the frame, his answer was that's as good as we can get it. We'll be in the market soon for a properly fitted gate to replace the complete waste of money this gate ended up being.

If it isn't clear by now. I would not recommend allowing this company to take your money and contract out some truly terrible work. Their demo quality (the namesake of their company) was fine. Do yourself a favor and put in the extra leg work to have other professional companies do the rest of the job.

I loved this team and highly recommend them for your house painting.  This team was well organized from the initial quote thru the final walk thru.  I loved the reports prior to starting and the daily reports during the job.   The onsite crew and leader were amazing.  Professional and asked for my opinion whenever a choice came up.   Everything went exactly as planned and they made an amazing recommendation to replace some rotted wood around some skylights that turned out great.   Highly recommend this team!

We had Phoenix Outdoor Living remove rock and add pavers and artificial turf to our backyard. From the first interaction it was a great experience - Caleb is super responsive, professional, knowledgeable, and honest. The crew was great and we literally can't say enough nice things about them and the experience overall. And our backyard looks AMAZING! Would highly recommend hiring them.

Joseph was instrumental in helping us turn a lagging, back and forth front yard project into a determined plan, along with recommendations for plants to use. The hooked up the irrigation, planted some low water usage aloes, cactus, and rosemary, and added rock. It makes the whole house look much more appealing than the dirt yard that was there from the owners before :/

Joseph was also quick to respond, provide quotes, and had the project (that would have taken us at least two weekends) done in half a day. We're very pleased with everything!

If 6 stars was an option, I would give Advanced Concrete Lifting six stars! We had Charles come to lift our slab and fix numerous cracks throughout our house, and a very, very blown-out stem wall. He did an amazing job for a very reasonable price.
A few weeks later, we noticed some new cracks in a completely new area of the house, right before we were scheduled to have our new floors installed, and he came out last minute and spent the weekend fixing it so that it was taken care of before the installers came. That meant working on the weekend. Not only do we greatly appreciate that he came out to fix the issue, but he did so quickly, on the weekend, and did a fantastic job.
If you have any issues with your concrete, I highly recommend Advanced Concrete Lifting.

Completely dependable, willing to re-evaluate their initial resolution to correct a building poorly constructed (by a different company), A-1 Concrete created the needed remedy.    My job was relatively small, but still they chose to address my problem thoughtfully with attention to the aesthetic side to the repair as well.

American Materials came out and poured two sections for me. Footer for the back yard and front driveway extension. Guy was awesome and worked with us in getting the truck in the back to pour. Was recommended by Rock Solid. Keep in mind this is a mix on site truck and not a ready to pour truck. I guess it makes a difference in consistency for the cement. Either way these fellas did a great job and my finisher nailed it. Thanks fellas.

Scottsdale Concrete did a fantastic job with my concrete project. It was quite complicated and they knocked it out of the park. They are reliable, skilled and kind. Call them now for your concrete needs!

I have not used them personally but my experience with one of their drivers was uncomfortable

They apparently are doing a job here in our community in Buckeye.

Driving up Indian School in the middle of the day / this particular driver switched into my lane without signaling and very abruptly. Had I not of been paying attention and slammed on my breaks / he would have hit me. I hit the horn to get his attention / he started waving his arms around and gesturing at me. I was wondering what in the world made him get over like that. When I looked ahead about a 1/2 a mile the lane was ending but he had plenty of time without cutting me off.

As I passed him / he again gestured and was laughing while looking at me.

This is not a guy I would want representing my company so I wanted it out there. Bullying a woman alone in her car - not great

Hired them for my 500sqft addition which was framing out the room and concrete foundation layout. They were good they were professional and knew how to read the plans provided to them, inspection passed right away thanks guys definitely referring you guys

You will be hard pressed to find as ethical and reliable a contractor as James Belville of Concrete Repairman.  James repaired a crack in my stem wall in 2011.  He told me that the work was guaranteed as long as I lived in the house.  The crack reappeared after several years.  When getting the house ready to put on the market this year (2020), I called James and he came out to the house.  He remembered doing the job, and he agreed to honor his verbal guarantee, even though I did not have it in writing!  He scheduled the job and his crew arrived on the day as expected.  They did a great job.  I'm sure it cost James more to honor the guarantee than I paid for the original job.  I've lived in this house for 21 years and I can count on the fingers of one hand the contractors who've done good, honest work.  James is definitely one of them!

Do not recommend this guy.  He does horrible work, horrible communication and ruined the paint job on our house.  He does not stand by his work.
