This crew did the work as promised on time and without any changes to the budget for the project. Had my entire front drip system replaced plants pulled and replaced and re-rocked the entire front. Valleywide did a great job at our house. We had several large slabs of concrete removed from our backyard. They arrived on time and finished in the early afternoon on the same day. Impressive machinery was surprisingly quiet. Very good communication and customer service.

Ended up getting the dreaded HOA letter saying that I needed to repair our house. I was expecting it because we live on a golf course and have had our fair share of golf balls hitting our house. Plus the paint was really starting to show wear so I wasn't too mad about the HOA. Ended up getting a few quotes and decided on Rhinos. I think the name drew me to them pulse all the great reviews they got.

Mike the owner came over and went over the estimate. He already did his homework and had the Sq footage printed out through websites so he pretty much knew his estimate on the way over. My house was in need of stucco repair too. He ended up quoting me a fair estimate. I ended up going through an outside stucco repair and had Mike do my paint only. He ended up working with me to meet my budget so I hired hi, on the spot.

My house is two stories so it took them nearly 4 days to complete but the work was very well done. Plus it comes with a 7 year warranty. Rhinos uses quality name brand paint and they double coat everything. The quality is very good and I went from being embarrassed on the exterior of my house to be believing that I have one of the nicest homes on the block.

I like local businesses and rhinos is based in Glendale. If you are in the need for a repaint give them a call. You won't be disappointed.

I've now completed a few projects with this crew, one of my favorite being our pathway and spotlight lighting. The lights are very low maintenance, low power, and and they look great; not to mention the auto timer was totally worth it.

Recently one of the LED lights went dark. I was going to see if I could find a replacement, but based on the stamping I was having trouble finding a match. I reached out to Phoenix Outdoor Living by phone to try and find out whether the bulb would have gone so quickly and where to find a replacement.

To my surprise Josh was able to reach out to Paul, their lighting guru. Paul was able to make a same day visit to check out the issue. It turned out we had a bulb from a bad batch and Paul was able to replace the bulb (and check the others) same day.

I dunno about you, but making an on site visit to solve a customer issue on a Friday afternoon within an hour puts you in legendary customer service territory. Thank you Paul!

We removed commercial grade tile and needed the floor grinned down to get ready to put hardwood floor in. EZE decor concrete did a wonderful job grinding and leveling the concrete floor. We were very pleased with how well they worked and treated our home as if it was their own. The guys were all very professional and easy to work with. Came back afterwards and made sure everything was perfect. We would certainly use them again for more/other projects.

THE REST OF THE STORY - I need to amend my one star review of 3/19/2014. A couple of days after I wrote the review I heard from Joe, the business owner. He was most apologetic about his partner failing to call me back and explained there had been a death in the family. To make a long story short, Joe and I had several telephone conversations leading to him coming to my home to give me an estimate for the project. Joe never missed returning my phone calls in a timely fashion and arrived at my home exactly when he said he would. He's a most pleasant man who has a vast knowledge about the work he provides. He suggested several changes from the job as I had planned it and each change was an improvement over my concept. He promised me an estimate within a week  and I have no doubt he'll deliver. No, I haven't hired him yet, and perhaps I'll wind up using someone else, depending on the estimates and my comfort level with the business owners. But one thing for sure, Falcon is a quality business and worthy of serious consideration.

Fantastic service! We had an annoying sidewalk that had sunk and was a tripping hazard. We contacted ACL and Charles was quick to respond. A walk around showed other areas on our garage pad that were a concern - which was also addressed.

We scheduled the service for a time that worked best for us, and the work was completed professionally and with courtesy.

I recommend ACL.

Completely dependable, willing to re-evaluate their initial resolution to correct a building poorly constructed (by a different company), A-1 Concrete created the needed remedy.    My job was relatively small, but still they chose to address my problem thoughtfully with attention to the aesthetic side to the repair as well.

American Materials came out and poured two sections for me. Footer for the back yard and front driveway extension. Guy was awesome and worked with us in getting the truck in the back to pour. Was recommended by Rock Solid. Keep in mind this is a mix on site truck and not a ready to pour truck. I guess it makes a difference in consistency for the cement. Either way these fellas did a great job and my finisher nailed it. Thanks fellas.

Scottsdale Concrete did a fantastic job with my concrete project. It was quite complicated and they knocked it out of the park. They are reliable, skilled and kind. Call them now for your concrete needs!

Super prompt and diligent in responding to my request for a quote and offered to come out right away to assess the space and provide options. Would definitely recommend!

Tony was punctual and Crew was on time. Brick added to home and did great job. Follow up and contact was  awesome.

I should have taken the reviews seriously. This guy came out to take a look at our project, even after I posted that our job wouldn't be the largest and he talked a good talk but never gave us an estimate. I even followed up with him a couple days later by text. Again he said he'd get it to me the following day and nada. If a company can't even follow through with an estimate I've learned not to trust they'd do a good job or be able to communicate with their us about our job. Just don't trust them.

Had them perform a patio extension. Everything seemed great until I discovered a large, uneven void in the middle of the extended patio where water began to pool. Tried many times to contact them for a resolution, they stopped calling me back and responding. That tried charging an extremely high amount originally which I was able to negotiate on the price, but now I still feel as though I overpaid.

The Owner has many family members who work for him & they are rude & unprofessional. They don't care about how shoddy their work is & they are sure to push off work onto non-family staff. Many jobs take longer than they should. The company charges more than other companies. Family is paid better & treated better than their other Employees. Sad to see small businesses run this way. It happens more than anyone is aware! Many people don't take the time to write a review. Please people do your diligent research on any company you want to hire for business. And ask other people you know, if they have heard about a business you could possibly hire! Word of mouth is important!!

They were amazing start to finish. Coming off of a horrible project with another concrete guy, I was looking for someone who knew how to do things right. Right from the start, they were responsive, prompt, very reasonable on price and the sidewalk is amazing. Top quality and exactly what he said he would do. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work!
