George and his guys were great. The beginning process was very simple, George came out gave me an estimate on my yard work, I accepted the job and the pricing was very reasonable. He offered to come out the next day, his guys showed up on time, eliminating all of the unwanted weeds and grass, and cleaned up well. I agreed to continue using them on a monthly basis as they were very professional and showed excellent work. Thank you George!

Valleywide did a great job at our house. We had several large slabs of concrete removed from our backyard. They arrived on time and finished in the early afternoon on the same day. Impressive machinery was surprisingly quiet. Very good communication and customer service.

Asked for an estimate to raise my block wall. A woman came out carrying several samples and I asked if she was at the correct house because I just need gray block added my my fence. She came to the yard and half heartedly measured my back area. She used the measuring device that rolls on the ground as she walks except she didn't walk in a straight line along my fence. She walked in an zig zag along the curbing of my grass in the yard which would add several feet to the measurements. She then skipped an entire wall which had a different length than the one she walked. She was in my yard for only a couple minutes and left. Sent me a message on Yelp that just said your estimate is $3300. No measurements, no description of the job. When I asked what the estimate would be for, they never responded. Very unprofessional.

THE REST OF THE STORY - I need to amend my one star review of 3/19/2014. A couple of days after I wrote the review I heard from Joe, the business owner. He was most apologetic about his partner failing to call me back and explained there had been a death in the family. To make a long story short, Joe and I had several telephone conversations leading to him coming to my home to give me an estimate for the project. Joe never missed returning my phone calls in a timely fashion and arrived at my home exactly when he said he would. He's a most pleasant man who has a vast knowledge about the work he provides. He suggested several changes from the job as I had planned it and each change was an improvement over my concept. He promised me an estimate within a week  and I have no doubt he'll deliver. No, I haven't hired him yet, and perhaps I'll wind up using someone else, depending on the estimates and my comfort level with the business owners. But one thing for sure, Falcon is a quality business and worthy of serious consideration.

Completely dependable, willing to re-evaluate their initial resolution to correct a building poorly constructed (by a different company), A-1 Concrete created the needed remedy.    My job was relatively small, but still they chose to address my problem thoughtfully with attention to the aesthetic side to the repair as well.

American Materials came out and poured two sections for me. Footer for the back yard and front driveway extension. Guy was awesome and worked with us in getting the truck in the back to pour. Was recommended by Rock Solid. Keep in mind this is a mix on site truck and not a ready to pour truck. I guess it makes a difference in consistency for the cement. Either way these fellas did a great job and my finisher nailed it. Thanks fellas.

We had some concrete work done last week and our contractor used Rock Solid Concrete. The driver Vince showed up on time and was very professional and courteous.
Once everything got going, there was a new guy learning concrete and Vince was very outgoing in helping train the new guy and being bilingual was a plus since this played a vital role in helping train the new guy.
Vince also shared his knowledge with me, the home owner, on what was going on, the terms and signals that were being used, just general overall concrete tutoring basically.
Vince is not just typical driver fo xyz company, he legitimately cares that he is professional, outgoing, caring of the job at hand, and wants to make sure the job is done right and that the customer is well take care of.

we had our dog grooming area done this weekend by Your Coatings Guys. They did an excellent job. I am hoping to have them do the rest of our floors very soon. There service was prompt and done in a timely manner. I highly recomment these guys for your flooring needs.

I should have taken the reviews seriously. This guy came out to take a look at our project, even after I posted that our job wouldn't be the largest and he talked a good talk but never gave us an estimate. I even followed up with him a couple days later by text. Again he said he'd get it to me the following day and nada. If a company can't even follow through with an estimate I've learned not to trust they'd do a good job or be able to communicate with their us about our job. Just don't trust them.

My husband and I needed 3 segments of concrete removed from our backyard so we could put in grass. We contacted a few construction/garden companies but had trouble finding a timely company with reasonable prices who could do the job. Mai Ashley from AIO was professional and friendly and fast at contacting us to set up a quote appointment, and the guy that came over showed up quickly and offered us a reasonable price. We were still comparing quotes for a few weeks but Mai followed up several times to see if we had decided. Once we had decided that they were the most professional and affordable of our options, she was quick to send us a contract and get our concrete removal scheduled. The team of guys even came by that day to double check the area to be sure they'd be ready. They accomplished the work 2 days after we signed the contract and did it all in the morning within 5 hours. They left the place looking clean, and they put up a board while they were working to keep dust and debris out of our pool, which we really appreciated. There was a bit of a communication lapse with the arrival of the dumpster the day before, as my husband and I weren't given an ETA and had no time to pull one of our cars out of the garage before the dumpster was deposited sideways in our driveway, but thankfully we didn't need to go anywhere. Mai contacted us about it as soon as she had been informed that the truck was on its way, but at that point they had already arrived. If it weren't for that, we would've given 5 stars. We're satisfied with their work, timeliness, professionalism, cleanliness and respect for our property, no hidden fees, and friendliness. Definitely recommend!

Stained concrete bid came in over 2x higher than other comparable companies.  Shop around peeps!

They were amazing start to finish. Coming off of a horrible project with another concrete guy, I was looking for someone who knew how to do things right. Right from the start, they were responsive, prompt, very reasonable on price and the sidewalk is amazing. Top quality and exactly what he said he would do. I would highly recommend them for any concrete work!
