I utilized U Save Electric to add a 20 amp circuit to the breaker box.  Jeff responded with a very reasonable quote and he came and did the installation after working all day on another job.  He was very polite and very knowledgeable about what needed to be done.  I will use Jeff on any other electrical jobs at my house in the future.  Highly recommend.

Sergio is great. We had a blown circuit breaker that we didn't know about. I cackled Sergio and he came in less than 10 mins while he was on the way to another appointment. I grew up with electric, even memorized our state's electrical code as a young kid when I helped my dad install electric in a new summer home.  So I tend to do everything by myself.

But over the past 25 years or so I've had to resort to using someone else due to work travel. First two were horrible, I had to fix their poor work. We got lucky with Trinity around 2000 and have used them ever since.

Honest, very knowledgeable throughout the company and they are friendly while being very cost effective.

AJ just left my house and He was excellent! He was punctual, nice, clean, and fast! I had AJ install an outlet in my bathroom. I figured it would be messy and difficult to come off of one outlet to make another one but AJ made it look easy! My wife and ai are super happy with the job that was performed. Kurt was awesome!  We had been wanting to replace our kitchen sink and faucet but multiple plumbing companies declined to do the tough job as they were concerned about the difficulty in removing the cast iron unit which was built in to the cabinetry under a Corian countertop. Kurt wanted a day or two think it over and conceptualize how to do the job.  Sure enough, a few days later he gave us a quote that was within our budget and we schedule the job for the next week.  He was super professional and did an exceptional job with the removal and installation of the new unit.  Thanks for all your help, Kurt, and we look forward to working with you in the future on some other projects around the house.

Fox Valley Electric is always there when I am in a bind. They have great pricing and friendly operators and they get things done quickly. They are my favorite electricians in the area!

Total flakes.  Emailed (not called) 10 minutes before they were supposed to arrive to say they could not be there.  Rescheduled and then did not show/call or email.  AVOID.

I used Harmon Electric to replace four old electric meters and fuse panels on a fourplex that I own.  I invited four vendors to bid:  one failed to bid or follow up, two gave me competitive bids within hours of their visit and Harmon Electric took more than a month to put a bid together.  Despite the fact that they were a bit more expensive and took far longer to prepare a bid, it was apparent that they had carefully evaluated the special circumstances of my property - including contacting both the city and APS engineering beforehand.  They were very thorough.  Despite the fact that they had permitted, pre-aproved and engineered plans, the city inspector came back and made them swap the boxes out to for larger capacity.  It was more expensive for them, but they ate the difference rather than trying to pass on it to me.  There was a scheduling glitch which they also owned and gave me a reasonable credit to accommodate for the miscommunication.  They communicated very well and professionally and were obviously held in high regard by both the city and APS personnel which gave me a great deal of comfort that I wasn't dealing with another fly-by-night tradesman.  Highly recommended.

I needed major repairs on my house after a busted pipe flooded my house. It was awful! New tile, carpet removal, dry wall tear outs, you name it, everything needed repair! After pulling my hair out on previous projects due to unreliable contractors, I knew how important it was to find the right one. Within a few days, I met with Jeramy and he walked me through everything. He was extremely hands on throughout the whole process. He was efficient and responsive to all my questions, handled everything with care and professionalism, and effectively dealt with our insurance claims representatives and adjuster; which was a relief because the insurance representatives could be quite difficult to work with. After the work was done, and I got to walk into my repaired home, I felt like I was on HGTV! All the puzzle pieces were back in place for my family to move back into our home. I called Bleuwave Electrical because one of my recently installed hard-wired smoke detectors was beeping at the top of a 15' vaulted ceiling. Kyle came out and found that the detector was defective. More importantly, he also double-checked to be sure my cracker jack general contrator had installed the the Carbon Monoxide/smoke combo units I requested...nope just smoke detection, and I have a natural gas line running the length of my house through the attic. I have already made an appointment to have Bleuwave Electrical replace all eight detectors next week.
