Called Tuesday and scheduled for 7:00 - 8:00am Wednesday AM. Right on the dot, Trip (not what the circuit was doing but the electrician) was very friendly, fast, efficient, informative, and did exactly what we asked him to do. Refreshing!

Purchased deal on website, they reached out immediately and discussed my needs. They were very helpful and on time. I had my breaker box rejuvenated (lol) its an old house and the breaker box needed some TLC. Was in and out quickly, very professional and even helped with any questions I had. I was referred this company from the person I bought some LED bulbs from so I didn't bother to ask the cost to install the new LEDs. I had 9 lights converted over to LED and they charged me $550. The person I purchased the LEDs agreed that was too much to pay. The guy installing the lights spoke to me (owner of the business) in a very condescending manner, and seemed to be bothered that he had to install the lights. I feel like I got ripped off and spoken to in a disrespectful manner. I will not use them again. I already let the person who referred me to Desert Mountain Electric, and they will no longer be referring this company as well.
Had them come out for a small electrical job. The company seemed totally uninterested in my business and I had to call them several times to even get them to send me my estimate. Once I finally received it, their price was actually slightly cheaper than the company I went with but picked a company that seemed interested in my business.
Superior customer service from start to finish! We found our electrician and our electric company. Ceiling fan purchased and installed! Wonderful! Five stars more if I could!

I would definitely use Desert Mountain electric again! Called an hour before they arrived to tell me they were on their way. Showed up right when they said they would.
Miguel was courteous and kept the work area clean. He gave me some options when we were discussing what I wanted done and was happy to do what I asked.

Jay Clark owner of Desert Mountain Electric. Was Great We had an Electric Switch under the sink which controls the Garbage Disposiable . The Switch starting burning and sparking we could not turn it off So I had to turn off the hole house electric which meant i had no air conduction Fridge or freezer. I called Jay at Desert Mountain Electric and he came right over replace the switch and told me the builder did not install the switch correctly . We could have had a hole house fire.

Awesome service to start off. I requested a quote via Yelp and the owner Jay responded immediately and came out to my house within an hour to get a visual of what I was trying to accomplish. He gave me a quote, once I moved forward they send out a technician a few days later to knock it out. While going through my electrical panel, the electrician found a few electrical lugs used on my main wires coming into the house. Due to they are a safety hazard and could burn the house down he told me what we need and went to get the parts. It all worked out great in the end, the extra parts made the total go up but I utilized the $150 for $200 deal through Yelp and ended up right at my quote price. Couldn't be happier with the service and the owner personally coming out for the quote(above and beyond).
I had an electrical issue that turned off my A/C on a very hot day, called the company and spoke to 2 people, said they would call me in the morning and let me know when they could come out, but they never called back. Must not need the business. Disappointing.
I bought a house recently and I have had them out several times for a variety of projects. They have sent 3 different electricians and each one was knowledgeable, personable and willing to explain what they were doing and why. I have lived in AZ for a lot of years and never found an Electrician Vendor that I said yes this is the guy until now. THESE are the guys. Good company. Well trained staff. Efficient. No surprises.
Troy of Desert Mountain Electric recently installed a new LED light as well as multiple switches, timers and dimmers throughout our home. He arrived on time, was extremely professional, efficient and was able to answer all of my questions. Even though the work involved cutting through dry wall and pulling wires, he was very neat and swept up the debris after the work was done. He even demonstrated how to install the various switches and dimmers just in case I might need to install one on my own in the future. Prices seemed very fair and reasonable to me. I definitely recommend Desert Mountain Electric. (As a bonus, he was very good with our dogs! )
I was quoted $85 to install a pendant light. It jumped to $240 to put in a $12 adapter to convert from Ceiling light can. i've done this myself and it takes about 15 minutes longer. Their prices are extremely high
