These guys were amazing. We had to install a chandelier along with a junction box in the ceiling.
The job was done neatly and perfectly.
They were right on time and very professional. I have only good words for them.

If I could give 10 stars, I would. Absolutely the best customer service, fast scheduling, extremely personable and professional. Alan and his team moved our surround sound outlet, cable outlet and a plug in preparation for some built-in cabinets. Could not have gone smoother. Look no further, hire these guys.

Home Depot gave Farris Electric as a Pro Referral when we asked if they provide ceiling fan installation. We needed to have a 20+ feet high ceiling fan installed plus 4 other ceiling fans, 3 LED ceiling lights for the garage and laundry room and dimmer switch for dining room chandelier. Alen called us that Saturday evening from Flagstaff. His team arrived Monday and only took 2 hours to install everything. They hauled off the old fans and vacuumed. They showed us how to use the remotes for the fans. Used Zelle to pay. Definitely will use again when we need the other lights replaced.

We were without electricity to our water heater and master bedroom and had a poor experience with a bigger name electric company that was unable to fix the problem in a timely manner.  After contacting numerous other electricians that had either a 2 week wait or did not call me back, I was about to reach Alen the same day and he and his crew came out the next morning.  They were friendly, professional and efficient. We will definitely use again and highly recommend them.

Alen did a great job! Worked us in to his schedule on just a couple hours' notice, arrived promptly, communicated clearly, was very friendly and professional, and was able to quickly diagnose and fix the problem with our bathroom lights. All of this in the middle of a pandemic, and the week after Christmas!  Would definitely recommend, and will call him again myself.

We had a fantastic experience working with Alen (Farris Electric) and his team. We had to upgrade our electrical panel, which was decades old 100Amp panel to a 200Amp, solar ready panel. This involved the identification of mystery wiring throughout the house (a failed DIY by the previous home owner), a new riser, new grounding, and even a new cable running from the main power supplier to box. This was a coordinated effect between Farris Electric, the Phoenix city inspector, and APS. Our experience was that Alen will gave a fair price (he was better priced then other quotes), that the work was impeccably timely, professional, communicative, clean, and that everything was left in perfect order. He and his crew even went the extra mile to correctly wire incomplete electrical work that was left in our attic by the previous home owner, for free. Alen coordinated all the appointments from APS and the Phoenix city inspector without any extra effort from us.

A very successful, well-priced, professional, and expedient job done on a batty old house (built 1922). We will definitely call him for future work.

A week ago I received a ridiculously expensive quote from another company to install two chandeliers (more than $1000). I was frustrated and I knew that I needed to find someone else. So I asked my friends if anyone knew of an honest electrician and that's how I found Farris Electric! Alen and Brian JUST left my house and I couldn't be happier. They're hilarious and more importantly, they're reliable. They installed the chandeliers in about an hour. I 100% recommend this company and I plan on using them again soon! Thank you again, guys!!

We needed an electrician to install a circuit. Allen was very responsive to our phone call and was prompt for his appointment. He was easy to communicate with, did excellent work and his rates are reasonable. We would highly recommend Alen and plan to call upon him again for a few more projects.

This guy and his team is amazing! We had flickering lights, crashing of electricity, and surging power. We had to turn all of our power off. Allen came out first thing sacrificing his Sunday off and really cared to help us out in a time of need. He repaired a couple breaker units and solved a problem that could have been a lot worse which restored power to the house giving us the AC back again. He was easy to work with and cared a lot about helping us in a quick and hassle free way. Definitely recommend for all home electric needs!

I was so surprised at how quickly I got a response. Alen scheduled  me for the following morning. Bryan and Ahmen showed up exactly when they said they'd be here. They installed a ceiling fan, a bathroom light fixture and an outdoor light fixture. They were so fast and professional. They cleaned up their mess and hauled away the old fixtures. I called at 6pm regarding a ceiling fan mount that was breaking and the fan was starting to fall down. They were able to fit me in their schedule the next morning. They were on time, professional, and kept everything clean. The owner even called me after the guys left to follow up and make sure we were satisfied. Great experience and will call them again for any future needs.

Alen and his team showed up today and helped us troubleshoot power in a few different rooms in our home and installed some pendant lights over our kitchen island.  They did a nice job, cleaned up after they were done and the price was very reasonable. Allen and his team are great! I reached out for a quote on a security motion camera as well as a swap on my kitchen light. He texted me back with a very adorable quote and eased my mind on the installation. Two of his team members showed up on time (on a Saturday with masks )and did the installs in about an hour! This company is really awesome. I had a serious issue at my home and they fit me into their busy schedule and took care of my problem quickly and professionally. Alan is very personable , friendly, and knowledgeable. This will be my go to electrician from now on.

Alen is simply awesome! Great communication through the whole process of quote to installation. Always on time and ready to solve whatever electric issue you have. He's super professional- as are the people that work for him. The area is always spotless when they are done! I just can't recommend Farris electric enough- we've used Farris electric twice now and will call them again and again as we complete our home improvement plans!

Alan and crew brought my kitchen lighting forward 40 years!!!  The quality of the work is excellent, and they rapidly completed a long list of electrical issues I was having.  I will use Farris Electric again, and refer my friends and family to also use Farris

Alen was fantastic. He responded to my message immediately. I explained what the issues were with my range. He was very responsive. He told me his price to come check it out and told me he could be there within the hour, and he was. He listened to me and was attentive to what I needed to happen. He got to work and found the issue almost immediately. The circuit breaker needed to be replaced. He fixed it and charged a fair price. He showed me that the issue was resolved and triple checked the range to make sure it worked. He also alerted me to an issue I knew existed but hoped I had more time to fix. He explained what was happening and what could happen in the near future, but did not pressure me to make a decision. He even suggested I get other quotes if I wanted. He quoted me a very good price compared to the estimates I received before. I will be working with Alan again, and will definitely refer his company moving forward.

I had a very good experience with this company. The owner responded and communicated quickly. Brian and another guy, can't remember his name, came to do the work and they were both very polite and explained everything they were doing. They took before and after pictures which I appreciated a lot. I'm definitely happy I choose this company.

I have to say, I wish I had found Farris Electric sooner and that they will now be my go-to source for any future electrical work. Alen is extremely professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He came by and gave us a very competitive estimate of what it would take to get the job done. His team is very professional, well mannered, knowledgeable and hard working. They communicate with you throughout the install process, letting you know what to expect, i.e, no surprises! I've worked with many different contractors during at least 3 major home remodels--and believe me when I say, it doesn't get better than this. They take pride in their work, and most importantly, they respect you and your home. You wouldn't even know that they had worked here after they left! I wouldn't think twice to highly recommend Farris Electric to anyone looking for a trustworthy electrician. These guys are awesome!
