I am writing this review to praise Mason Pro Services and their Elite Employee Team from Customer Service, Billing, Comfort Consultant to AC/Heat Pump Install Techs and Repair Techs. They were all instrumental in me purchasing a new 3.5 Lennox Heat Pump, getting my 2.0 Heat Pump repaired and both on a Maintenance Contract ensuring future repair or replacement if needed.
I interviewed several representatives from various well named, local companies, before making my decision and selection of Mason Pro Services. Man years ago I remember people talking about Mason Pro Services. These individuals stated that Mason Pro Services were a company of high ethical standards.
Since I am on a limited income, I wrote down numerous questions prior the comfort consultants coming so that I may be well informed to make the best choice available for quality, energy efficiency, brand reputation, duct ventilation, brand warranties, maintenance, possible roof repair, installation costs and financing available.
Hands down, there was no comparison, Mason Pro Services lived up to their reputation. It was a, Win Win in every area for me! Challen, was the perfect , Comfort Consultant, who met with me. He answered every question prior me even asking him the ones I had pre-written. No pressure, told me to think about things and review the comparison list he emailed me. He gave me his business card and said, Call me anytime if you have any questions or concerns. Well, that I did, several times. He was just as professional, kind, understanding, patient, and respectful answering the new questions. Challen, always asked, Do you have any other questions or concerns that I may address? If you can think of anything don't hesitate to call or email me. One other thing I need to mention. I have a flat and required roof repair work once old equipment was removed and the new heat pump package was installed to maintain the roof structural integrity. This was also a concern for me.
Here it was June 2nd, our heat pump was broke and it was about 100 degrees on that side of the house. I signed the papers on Monday, June 6th. Challen, referred me to an exceptional company who he provided written communication including pictures of required work (with my prior approval). I contracted with to do the job. This was a huge help to me minimizing my anxiety level. Also, the, Roofing Consultant, stated, I have had a long standing relationship with Mason Pro Services. The company gave me a discount and 5 year roof work warranty. The new Lennox Unit was installed on Thursday June 9th. During the install, Challen came out, checked things, conversed with Installers and myself making sure everything was going according to plan and time frame discussed. The Installers were great. They answered my questions, removed the old unit, the old evap cooler and brackets that were in existence from the previous 21 year unit and did an excellent job installing new unit. How does a team of men install a heat pump pkg and be as quiet as a mouse? I don't know how they did it but they did. To say the least, when they turned on the AC, I was doing the happy dance. It didn't take long for that side of house to get at 80 degrees.
The next day I called Mason Pro because I noticed something didn't seem right. They responded immediately and sent Dylan out. He checked the unit on the roof and the thermostat. He was definitely a highly skilled professional, quickly diagnosing the problem and resolving it. I was having a difficult day and I remember making a comment to him about something. He smiled, graciously responded in a gentle manner, positive attitude and encouraging word. What phenomenal people skills! If all Employers had Employees like this. It was a learning lesson for me. The following week we had our one week inspection. We were blessed with Dylan again and everything was working marvelously!
Then, I made arrangements for Mason Pro to return to service our smaller and older heat pump pkg. Ryan came out, inspected it, wrote up the needed repairs and quote. He took the time needed to explain each of the concerns and its priority of being fixed. Since it was a 21 year old unit I understood the urgency. I was grateful the heat pump still had some life left in it and didn't need immediate replacement. Mason Pro scheduled Ryan to return within a couple days to complete the annotated list of repairs. He was professional, respectful, kind, good natured, highly skilled & trained with a great attitude and communication skills. Ryan was on that hot roof for hours, did an excellent job, and still had great humor and professionalism!! I couldn't believe the difference his expertise made.
Mason Pro Services made a Difference for me and my family. They excelled my expectations and they are the only HVAC Company I will use from now on!!
