Had an external wood trim damaged and another one lose, called Obet, and he fixed it the next day. Reliable, responsive and fairly priced. Would definitely use this company again for similar repairs.

They have done several projects for us - ceiling fan installation, recessed lighting installation, new outlets added. Always on-time, professional, courteous and very reasonably priced. And always high-quality work. Can't recommend them highly enough!

I spent two months looking for a good electrician, after my last experience with an electrician that overcharged me I was nervous about using the Yellow Pages.  Yelp didn't have any reviews on electricians so I did a ton of research on Google.  This company was not easy to find but once I did I discovered they had a clean ROC record with no complaints and I found some articles about the company's commercial work with favorable reviews.

They charge $65 and hour with a min of 1 1/2 hours for travel.  (Which is pretty competitive most Electricians have a flat fee of $85 - $95)  The Electrician Jonathan was great.  There was quite a bit of troubleshooting but he was able to locate the problem and fix my outlet.  He saved the day!  

I would highly recommend this company.  The price is fair and they were knowledgeable.

I have been looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in my living room. They were very responsive came out quoted me the job and within a week I had the lights installed. Hector was very respectful, honest and a very hard worker. He went above and beyond what needed to be done. I highly recommend thunder electric. I just want to start by saying that Robert went above and beyond. I messaged him on yelp and he returned my iMessage probably and told me that if he wasn't able to repair my electrical issue he wouldn't charge me. When he came over we both thought it would be a simple issue. I had purchased a ceiling fan and the ceiling fan was in working order for some reason the wiring wasn't working. I thought it would be a quick fix. However Robert ended up being at my home for over four hours in what turned out to be an electrical maze. He not only fixed the issue of the wiring in the ceiling fan but also discovered that one of my power switches had been covered up behind drywall. He fixed  the power for my ceiling fan, installed the ceiling fan, opened up the wall and installed a switch panel and also fixed a switch that controls the lights on my staircase. He could've left at any point as it ended up being a monster of a job. He took the job as a challenge and wouldn't leave until it was done and everything was in working order. His price was more than fair and I will definitely call upon him again. I highly recommend Robert!

I'm a single mid twenties woman and am buying an older home by myself. I called Core Electric to get an estimate on a complete rewire and scheduled a consultation. Not only were they exactly on time, the owner himself came out to meet me. He did a very thorough inspection and explained exactly what he saw in terms that I could understand.

He explained why a complete rewire would be unnecessary for what I'm looking to do, saving me $7000-$10,000. He recommended what he would like to do  to implement some safety features (a few hundred). I feel like I've struck gold with this company: reliable, honest, quality work, personable, and trustworthy. Would absolutely recommend.

I noticed a Mr. Electric truck on my street and approached the electrician to ask for a card.  His name was Albert Rehm, and he was polite, professional and friendly.  Later that day, I checked with my neighbor who had Albert out that day for service, and got a great recommendation.  I called the office, and Jennifer helped set up my appointment for Albert to come out to my house to fix a short in one of our ceiling fans that was shutting off the electricity to an entire section of our house.

Jennifer was also super polite, professional and friendly -- a real pleasure to talk to on the phone!  On the day of service, Albert called when he was on his way, arrived on time, fixed the problem we were havingpretty quickly and then checked out our entire house to make certain we won't be having any unwanted surprises down the road.  Albert did a terrific job, and we will be recommending him and Mr. Electric to our neighbors, friends and family.

Had them come out to add two new circuits for attic fans and a pantry freezer. I had some ideas how I wanted it done and they listened and did it perfectly. They were also able to come out next day, showed up on time and cleaned everything up before leaving.

I can drone in about how amazing the service was and how the company responded so quickly it would make your head spin. But you will have to experience this for yourself. Sometimes you have to trust a company to do what they say they are going to do, and wires for life did exactly that.  They were efficient and great pricing. It's rare to find a company that didn't try and take advantage of customer from a price point.  Trust me like i trusted wires for life for your electrical needs. You will thank me later.

Max responded to my request for proposal through Yelp. He was by far the most responsive of all the vendors.
On top of that he pricing was reasonable, he was prompt, friendly, and professional. He is licensed and very knowledgeable. My project required moving three outlets, as well as two data ports plus installing two additional outlets, a switch and replacing the old light fixture in my closet with a brighter LED sensor fixture. He used a tarp so that the workspace was clean and did his best to ensure that there was minimal to no damage to the drywall. He is a good communicator.

Don't use this guy. He took my money and tore up my wall was supposed to fix it but took off and then wouldn't return phone calls. Very substandard.
