We needed some stucco repair above our garage. We sent a message through Yelp, and within minutes they responded and we're out the the next day and work is completed. Very fair price and very good work. They showed up early, they got the work done and we're super friendly and nice. My wife was home when he got here and they got straight to work. I'd highly recommend them for stucco work and will be calling them for other home services we may need. Thank you!

I spent two months looking for a good electrician, after my last experience with an electrician that overcharged me I was nervous about using the Yellow Pages.  Yelp didn't have any reviews on electricians so I did a ton of research on Google.  This company was not easy to find but once I did I discovered they had a clean ROC record with no complaints and I found some articles about the company's commercial work with favorable reviews.

They charge $65 and hour with a min of 1 1/2 hours for travel.  (Which is pretty competitive most Electricians have a flat fee of $85 - $95)  The Electrician Jonathan was great.  There was quite a bit of troubleshooting but he was able to locate the problem and fix my outlet.  He saved the day!  

I would highly recommend this company.  The price is fair and they were knowledgeable.

I have been looking for an electrician to install recessed lights in my living room. They were very responsive came out quoted me the job and within a week I had the lights installed. Hector was very respectful, honest and a very hard worker. He went above and beyond what needed to be done. I highly recommend thunder electric. I am a first time home owner and I was frantic because my electricity went out. I was terrified something was wrong that would burn my house down. I looked on google and Yelp to find the highest rated electrician. I called Rick due to his reviews online. He came out same day and had my electric back on. I need an entirely new panel which is a little expensive and didn't have the money to do that at the time. Rick did a temporary fix to hold me over until I can afford the new panel. 5 months later, I have another issue, unrelated to the panel that I called Rick for. He again came same day and made the repairs. I am terrified of anything to do with electricity causing a fire and Rick made certain I was not in any danger. My family and I will use him for any electrical jobs we have. He is honest and trustworthy. He explains things in a way that makes sense. His work ethic is amazing and I am so thankful for everything he has done. I highly recommend Rick's Advanced Electric.

AC Breaker went out ( It's July ). Troy was available same day, was friendly, respectful. Although he didn't think the problem was just the breaker, it turned out the breaker was arcing. Unlike another electrician I spoke with, Inline Electrical Resources did not massively mark up parts. A few hours later, our AC is on, and because of the fair pricing we were able to replace 4 other breakers for the same cost as we were quoted elsewhere for just a single breaker. These were also the same brand / model as the other electrician - so I know they weren't just swapping in cheaper parts.

It seems all the electricians have a pretty standard service charge ( $150-200 ), but it's worth calling a few and asking.

I have some additional work I will send them once the weather cools down. No need to be up in the attic mid july :)

I needed to make some repairs in the home I rent out.  They responded promptly and showed up on time to give me an estimate.  Justin and Greg are a pleasure to work with. They repaired walls  to prepare for painting, helped with a lighting fixture, put in blinds, and a new closet door and flooring for a tiny guest house.  The work was done with care and turned out wonderfully.  Their pricing is reasonable and they patiently answered all of my questions.  I definitely plan on using their services again.

Greg came today to help me with the connection in one of the rooms and was able to fix the wiring, make the fan work and find the problem. Very  reliable and knowledgeable. Would totally recommend

Well I don't know from where to start. I am actually short on words to praise this guy. What a hard working guy this man is! We recently bought a new house and wanted to get 15 downlights installed in different rooms of our house and he did it to more than perfection. After installing every light he cleaned the ceiling and light with wet paper towels to remove his dirty finger prints. He completed some part on day 1 took some money for that day came back next day and never left untill he finished his work. This guy spent at least 6-8 hrs in Attic to get the wiring done and the reason for that is our formal living room had no wiring and very limited Attic access. I am 101% sure if there would have been some other electrician he would have made lot of patches in our dry wall and we would have had no option other than saying yes. But Robert, you were totally amazing. He kept on saying I want you guys to be happy and don't want to make any patches in your dry wall and he wants it to look beautiful for us. I have seen someone has given him 2 star review for the reason he didn't show up next day although the review poster said he did a great job. Readers, I would say give someone a chance he might be stuck at some other work. About the money which is the most important part, HE WAS FAR TOO GENUINE. He is not like other guys who will rip you. First day he came in little late and he said you can take 40$ off my total. This shows that he is not greedy. Infact we were so happy with Rob's work that we paid him 60$ on top of what we agreed upon. I really like guys who work hard for their living rather than ripping you off. I WILL HIGHLY RECOMMEND HIM TO OTHERS AND WILL DEFINITELY CALL HIM AGAIN WITHOUT HESITATION.

I'm a single mid twenties woman and am buying an older home by myself. I called Core Electric to get an estimate on a complete rewire and scheduled a consultation. Not only were they exactly on time, the owner himself came out to meet me. He did a very thorough inspection and explained exactly what he saw in terms that I could understand.

He explained why a complete rewire would be unnecessary for what I'm looking to do, saving me $7000-$10,000. He recommended what he would like to do  to implement some safety features (a few hundred). I feel like I've struck gold with this company: reliable, honest, quality work, personable, and trustworthy. Would absolutely recommend.

I am very pleased with the service and professionalism of Albert Rhem.  He installed 3 fans and returned several weeks later to adjust one that was clicking.  He was very responsive to my email, and it was easy to tell that he is an honest man.

Steve was great even when there was a little hiccup with how he was going to wire up our garage he made a quick change and he got it all done. He even worked over the weekend so I didn't have to miss work.
He added fuses and plugs for the garage and a 30 amp fuse and RV plug outside to make it easier to plug in when it is here.

Top Choice was a great choice for my Tesla charger install.  I contacted several companies and they were the 1st to respond back.
They came out quickly & performed the work professionally.
I found out they did more than just Tesla chargers, so I having them do a few other items that I have been putting off.
Keith was the tech they sent out and he was great.
I would recommend to a friend or family member without hesitation.

My washer stopped working a couple of months ago and after a lot of online searching of BBB and appliance repair reviews I chose North Valley Appliance.  My fridge had been leaking water for a few months but I didn't want to spend the money to have someone come out so  I had Roger take a look at the fridge (since he was here for the washer already) and he said there was a kit to fix the problem so he took care of it.  As far as the washer he determined it would cost more to fix than buy a new one.  

Fast forward two months (after buying a new washer) and my dryer stopped heating.  He came out yesterday and replaced the heating element.

In both cases Roger came during the time frame we agreed upon.  Roger is a quiet man but he was more than happy to answer my appliance related questions.  The price felt reasonable to me for both visits.  I would highly recommend Roger.

We had Wires for Life install an EV charger in our garage. Jeremy was prompt, professional, and provided a reasonable quote. The finished product was great and the final cost was in-line with the quote. We will consider Wires for Life for any future electric or cable (Ethernet) needs.

Was very happy with the service. I was actually trying to reach a previous electrician who had done work for us before. Upon submitting a request to him, I guess I also requested other quotes via Yelp. Max responded within minutes and was at my house later that day. Others tried to schedule a week out for an urgent problem!!! The problem was diagnosed quickly and approved and fixed in the same visit. Very happy and I will defiantly use again. Thx!

I had to install an outside motion detector with lights at a rental condo yesterday.

I called Scottsdale  Electric and Wayne called me back promptly after I left my message.

We set up a time for the next day, and Wayne called me when he was ready to come over to my house.  

When he arrived got promptly to work. He installed the lights quickly and efficiently.  The price was reasonable and we had a very pleasant conversation about music afterwards.

Wayne courteous, professional does a great job, and is pretty darned friendly, as well! I would recommend Scottsdale  Electric to anybody.
