I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

Great service and very affordable. Scheduled him for 8:30 and he was there well before that time. He fixed the problem with the kitchen sink. He also took a look at the slow drains in the bathroom and quickly fixed that problem without rootering it out so he did not charge us for that. Highly recommend and I will use again.

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

We live in Westbrook Village, 91 Ave & Union Hills Rd. and moved into our home in 1994 when it was new. We have used David Singletary's services from the very beginning and have always been satisfied, both by the work and by the price charged. Yesterday, we called them for the second time in the last two months because of a toilet issue. Two months ago it was a drain issue. This time, we had a number of minor issues, including old Price Pfister faucets that had become stiff and hard to use; PP told me they no longer made parts for them. Jory responded (David has expanded his business) for the second time and we walked him through our half dozen issues. He promptly went from one to the next, fixing items as he went, in our 22 year old home. When it came to the faucets, he surprised me by stating these were common throughout our area and Sun City, as well, and he had replacement cartridges from another vender on his truck. He replaced all of our sink and shower faucet cartridges. The price was very reasonable and it is a pleasure to finally have everything working as new. I can't praise these folks too highly; IMHO they are the BEST in the Valley. I highly recommend them!

david at aqua tech plumbing is a genuine nice guy with over 25 years of experience.  came to him to help with a water softener problem.  he spent almost 2 hours with me and was honest and said that the initial install from the builder was horrible and that a fix was virtually impossible.  honesty goes a long way in my book and david was both kind and courteous even though he could not correct the problem.  next plumbing problem he will be my first call.

Jake from Plumbing Masters came out to help identify natural gas demand from my appliances and how to get gas to a new furnace and tankless water heater. He was very helpful, professional and skilled defining my needs. His recommendations were focused on getting improved gas supply and making it as cost effective as possible. I really appreciate his acknowledgement that I have a budget to get this work done.

Had a very difficult valve to repair, because of being out of date!  This company went way out of its way to (1).  Find this part. (2).  Repeatedly came back to make sure it was properly installed and not leaking. (3).  Save me a lot of money by not having to open up my bathroom wall to put in a completely new valve.  I would absolutely use them again.  My service man went by the name of Mike P.  - very friendly!  A great plus was the Owners Hands on approach!  Keith!  Great Guy!

Roybal installed a septic tank about 2 years ago and dug way under a slab of concrete, enough to crack the slab.  When the septic tank was installed and the dirt was put back half ass, nothing was compacted correctly and the crack became mush worse.  There was now a huge air pocket under the slab.

I figured I got off easily because of all of the bad online reviews about Roybal.  Well I just had the plumbers out because of a backed up drain.  They sent a camera down the sewer line and since the dirt was backfilled so poorly, it created a cavern under the slab and rain water had been eroding around the sewer pipe for 2 years now.  The pipe finally sagged enough to break.

The good news is the slab has to be cut and removed (repaired) to fill it in properly.  The bad news is that this is costing me $5000.  Thanks Roybal!

Called Penguin Air because they had some good reviews.  I told them I wanted an inspection of my A/C unit.  The person I spoke to told me they couldn't answer any of my questions but just to ask the repairman when he came out (that might have saved a trip).  Nathan went up on the roof, did the inspection and told me that everything looked okay but I needed a new capacitor.  But if he put a new one on, there could be problems down the road.  If I didn't put one on, I would definitely have problems down the road.  So I told him to put a new one onto the tune of $381.00.  I later looked on line - you can buy a capacitor for my unit for between $5.00 to $25.00.    That's a lot of labor for a job that took five minutes.  I also see the price for this job from other companies is about half of that amount.  As soon as he came down off the roof he said, you know, you also need a new disconnect.  That would be an additional $400.00 plus.  I passed on that one.  I asked him for an itemized bill and he said he would send one by e-mail.  When I got it, it just said one capacitor replacement with the total.  No breakdown as to labor, parts, whatever else was included.  I e-mailed the company and Jen said they charge a flat rate.  I see in Shannon O's Yelp review that she had exactly the same experience.  Wish I had called around.  I am retired and don't have money to waste.  Feel like I have been taken advantage of.
