We really respect One Call Services. Had a major leak in our water heater pressure relief valve and called this company. The support/sales staff were incredibly helpful and were able to get a technician out that day. Matt, the tech, was superb. He was very knowledgeable, credible, and helpful. He offered several options and provided us with stellar service. In addition, he was available the next day to answer extra questions we hadn't thought of when he was there. Highly respect and recommend this company for their amazing staff!

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John is very professional and honest. I almost got sucked in with another plumbing company, who told me it would be thousands of dollars, and called a contractor to my house to start a huge insurance claim! They estimated over $8000.00 worth of work to be done! I almost fell for it, until I got up the next day, and decided to call John for a second opinion. Thank God I did! He came and knew how to fix my problem right away. Bottom line? I paid $400.00. That's right. John is the best. I'm so relieved.

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

My kitchen sink became clogged the day before Thanksgiving which is pretty awful timing.  I called this company based on the positive YELP reviews and they were great.  The office said that it was a busy day, but promised to have someone out by early afternoon.  Ignacio arrived about 2 pm, and managed to solve the problem quickly and neatly for only $98, thereby saving Thanksgiving!  Great company & great people!

Amazing company.  Hoping they can be our place for all plumbing needs far into the future.  We would not consider another company after our excellent experience with this Liberty. What best describes them...good old fashioned customer service and integrity.  I could not say enough good things about this business.

Excellent service today... Needed a plumbing repair, Emergency Plumbing was recommended by our home warranty company. They were very quick at setting up an appointment with us, we're within the time frame we were told, performed the work in a timely manner. Dana was our technician , very pleasant , well mannered, and left NO mess!!! I would highly recommend ttjis company... A pleasant surprise!

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

I can not say enough about Penguin Air.  We found them at the home and garden show on the $19 tune up inspection special.  We have a newer unit and it was top of the line so just like someone to come by once a year to check its running great.  I have had Penguin out twice now.  On both occasions I received a report that the system is fine, common things like coil cleaning or small items but nothing that was over their $19 inspection fee.  Absolutely no surprises.  I have referred them to quite a few people due to their honesty and how thorough they were while here.  To us, they are the only company we will have in our home if we ever need anything on our heating, air or plumbing.
A few other points, they were on time, very clean, professional and took time to explain everything.  They also were more along with the technology edge using Ipads to do billing on the spot, provide a comprehensive report of all items he checked and it was completely paperless.  
This company really has it together.  I see from other reviews that it was not just Ralph or the other tech from over a year ago but the whole company culture and level of service exceeds that if what I hear in the marketplace.
