We really respect One Call Services. Had a major leak in our water heater pressure relief valve and called this company. The support/sales staff were incredibly helpful and were able to get a technician out that day. Matt, the tech, was superb. He was very knowledgeable, credible, and helpful. He offered several options and provided us with stellar service. In addition, he was available the next day to answer extra questions we hadn't thought of when he was there. Highly respect and recommend this company for their amazing staff!

I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

John the owner is so nice and super accommodating. I have used John as the plumber for my work for 10+ years and he always goes above and beyond to fix our plumbing emergencies. I recently had him come to my personal residence and he was so kind, clean and affordable. I feel confident in his work and know he will be honest. Thanks John for fixing my clogged drain.

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

My home owner insurance scheduled a service call with this company on 9/28/2019.  Amigo plumbing NEVER showed up. I called them several times only to get a voice mail each time.  My window was from 11-3.  Did not receive any response from my voice mail.  I do not recommend this company at all!!

Singletary was recommended by a friend when I had a hot water heater problem.   They came out the next day early but overnight the hot water heater just starting working.   He went ahead and looked at it - acknowledged that it was at that age - 15 years that it could die at any time but recommended that since it was working we might as well keep it.  I was impressed that he was not trying a hard sell.  Was professional and personable and knowledgable.   Also answered some questions about my showers...  and did not charge.    I will definitely call back.

david at aqua tech plumbing is a genuine nice guy with over 25 years of experience.  came to him to help with a water softener problem.  he spent almost 2 hours with me and was honest and said that the initial install from the builder was horrible and that a fix was virtually impossible.  honesty goes a long way in my book and david was both kind and courteous even though he could not correct the problem.  next plumbing problem he will be my first call.

Steve was at my house in 30 minutes. He was very fast. Very professional. Described what he was going to do and was on task until he was finished. I would recommend Steve and this company to anybody that has a plumbing issue. Great job Steve and thank you.

These guys were great. Called them with a water geyser in my back yard! Dan came out, arrived a bit earlier than the dispatcher estimated (bonus!) and fixed the problem. Nice guy, did a great job, problem fixed. A touch pricey, but I got it done quickly and professionally, with no drama. All round a great experience.

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

STAY AWAY!!! NIGHTMARE does not even begin to describe working with this company. They screwed up the installation by putting in an ac unit that was too small and that made more noise then an older unit from 20 years ago. Evidence, my unit runs so much that it constantly leaks from all the condensation. So they rigged it with a pump that I now have to service call them on every few months over the summer because the pump can't keep up then shuts down and the unit leaks all over again. To boost the new unit quit on me about 4 years after it was installed, middle of the summer, and it took them 3 days to come and fix and now the pump has quit again for the second time this summer and they scheduled a service visit at 8am this morning only to be called at 8pm this evening to say they can't make it even though I called at 6pm to confirm that they were still coming. I've only stayed with them because they are liable to support the problems they created. Please save yourself the trauma, drama, and poor customer service and take your business somewhere else.
