I had a slow drain which caused a huge flood in my kitchen when a faucet malfunctioned.  These guys were quick, very responsive, and cleared my drain of the roots.  The free camera inspection was amazing!  I can't thank these guys enough for their professionalism and expertise.

I told this plumber that I have a leak behind the wall. He came to my house to tell me that he doesn't fix leaks and charged me $55.

I must say Jake was great, we just closed and moved into our  home on Saturday June 30th 2018, and we already had a water leak on Tuesday, OMG, it was our sprinkler system, I got Jake's number from my GPS, I was looking for the closest plumber, It was a blessing because I explained what was happening and sent him a picture and video of the leak, and it was just what he did, backflow,  Jake stopped the leak and cleaned the hard water build up/erosion, he explained to me and my husband what it was and what we needed to do, He is very knowledgeable and a all around good, kind guy.
Jake was a great help to us. Oh, I forgot to mention he was here in 10 minutes, I was so happy.  I will use his service again and again for regular maintenance for our home and emergencies. Thank you Jake.

We had a water main break.  Ryan's customer service was exceptional.  They responded early the next day, prior to the scheduled time, and trenched the area for the water line.  The workers were personable and did a fantastic job.  The price was extremely reasonable.  I can't recommend them enough and plan on using them again for synthetic grass in the back yard!

Jorge was very polite, friendly & a great worker who fixed my problem 100% right & in a timely manner!!  Priscilla was great n very friendly on the phone and worked with me regarding a house call time change. Would HIGHLY recommend Amigo to any n all for plumbing repairs. Dave

I can't say enough good things about this firm. They responded to my service request quickly and diagnosed the problem with two options. I was thinking it was a small repair on the water heater, but it was a big repair or replace. Since I had a home warranty, I wanted to get them involved, so I thanked them and changed directions. After two nightmare days with the insurance company, they finally authorized replacement, but their company couldn't do it for several more days. I went back to Singletary after noon the day before Thanksgiving and they were out the same day and had my renter back in service. They are my heros! Thank you again.

After dealing with another company, we are so glad we found Liberty! Fast, professional service that got us all fixed up with very reasonable rates! Matthew explained his way thru all the upgrades and repairs - a bonus over just being told that one NEEDS the upgrade/repair. This is a great company!

Recommendations will save buying new faucets - new fixtures look great! I just can't say enough good things! Oh, and was the quote correct? A guy that claims to be the owner of the company almost ran me off the road call me and c*nt flipped me off. Hire better employees

This is an updated review as of January 2018. I originally gave them 5 stars and the comment from the business is from my original review.... here goes:
I have been a Plumbing Masters customer and holder of their lifetime membership for more than 5 years. I chose them because they were honored with the BBB award for ethics. This meant a lot to me so when I found myself in crisis with a leak, they were my first call and I've been using them ever since. They always show up when they say they will and this is where my original review starts to deviate.  January 2018- I called them because it appeared I had a leak and I also had an issue with the water heater they installed. They came out promptly and advised my leak was from the automatic pool filler pipe which likely failed. They provided me with an estimate of $2600 to replace approximately 12 feet of pipe (yes, they would have to dig slightly under my pool deck- approximately 1 foot). Are you kidding me? Then I asked if they could just cap it off- they said yeah, but that would be $450. Thank goodness my brother was staying with me for the holidays and came out and asked why they didn't suggest just shutting off that valve- you see, it was dedicated to pool filler. Response: well, we talked about that and we were going to recommend it... really? Sure you were... Now, let's talk about water heater- they did fix that, there was a leak at element and they tightened it. Here's the kicker though, they did that after I said no to their $2600 and $450 fixes and they turned off my water heater, unbeknownst to me.... so, the next morning's shower was freezing!!!! So moral of story, companies can change significantly over time. This one sure did.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I need to give credit to this company by doing so. I called to set up an appointment for a leak due to some underground plumbing on my pool. The representative was very nice and helpful, set me up with same day service.  The two technicians that came to my house were courteous and professional, made me feel at ease with the problem. They gave me a FREE quote, which was very reasonable for the type of service needed, and even offered other suggestions that would work for a fix. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for some quick, affordable plumbing services.

I was in a very tight spot this week, trying to close on a home and needing an emergency septic tank certification. Mike and his team came out and were done with the work within 24 hours of our first conversation. I couldn't ask for better service. Also very friendly team, and the report was delivered later that evening. Many many thanks.

My 4-year-old​ AC started blowing hot air so I​ first called Penguin Air as I​ figured they were reputable with all the marketing money they spend and what not. Their tech SKY told me my unit was shot and I need an​ entire new unit for $9500. I was SHOCKED by this and said im getting a second opinion​. The tech told me to call George Brazil, which I'm glad I​ did. George's amazing Tech, figured out in 10 minutes that my nest thermostat went bad and not the ac unit. SO this $9500 so-called​ repair was actually​ only a couple​ hundred dollars for a new thermostat. UNBELIEVABLE​. I just hope​ nobody else has been taken by Penguin. Stick with George​ Brazil and their honest, knowledgeable​ techs. Maybe penguin should take some of that marketing budget and use it on training the techs a little better?
