We had a house full of guests and the plumbing in three bathrooms stopped working. Emergency Plumbing saved the day. They arrived at 11.30 pm scoped our system, found and fixed the problem. They stayed until 1.30am  on a Friday night. They truly went the extra mile and had an amazing positive helpful attitude

Had problems with our septic. A very young guy showed up and then left saying he would be back with the proper equipment. He never came back, never called, nothing.

Keith is the best plumber in the business. His motivation is supernatural and knowledge is impeccable . I worked with him and he is honest.

I don't know if this company is trying to shake up some money but this is so irritating. I received an email with an invoice for services rendered last September! When I called today (08/03/21 - 12:32pm) I spoke with Lisa regarding the email and she told me that they did not show my account was paid. Just like that. Very matter of fact in tone. I told Lisa that I have my receipt from when I paid cash and she asked that I email that to her. So I did. You can see screenshots of my correspondence and just like that, my debt was corrected.

But here's the messed up part, I paid cash so what if I didn't have this receipt with me? There would be no way I could prove that I paid for these services and then what? This is not the kind of stuff I need to be worrying about right now.

They returned phone calls promptly and showed up on time to give estimate, which was in the ball park with other firms.  Very helpful in explaining things. We would have loved to  have hired them but needed someone to repair main line leak same day  and unfortunately for us , they were booked .
Would recommend and would use them in the future.

Christmas Eve 8:30 pm,  7 of us get back from a day of outdoor fun. We are dirty, tried and badly in need of showers. What do we see water is running  out if a hole in the yard and flowing like a small river down the street! It was the main water line from the meter. After some digging and some panicking we called Emergency Plumbing. Ali answered the phone and could not have been nicer. An hour later Thomas showed up. He was very knowledgeable and friendly. He got us set up with a temporary water supply. We got showers and toilets for all. They were great!  They get an A+ for service and absolutely filled the Emergency part of their name. Thank you.

Had some major plumbing issues with two backed up showers and both toilets in my home not flushing which I discovered the issues after getting off work. So there was no availability with any regular plumber.

I found Emergency Plumbing on Yelp right away and they were able to come by within an hour's notice in the evening at 7pm. There is an emergency fee but we needed working facilities in our home ASAP, so totally understandable. Glenn, our plumber, was friendly, professional, and thorough in making sure we got the issues fixed in the best way possible by clearing out our sewage line to our home. The fix took about an hour and cost us $250. But now we have peace of mind knowing our home should not have any backed up pipes for a long time.

I could not have had a better experience. During a bathroom remodel gone wrong my contractor hired a plumber that was not familiar with kholer appliances despite initially claiming he was and collecting my money upfront. He re-plumbed my shower multiple times and even caused a leak at one point. I ended up firing him and was left in a potentially emergent situation because of his actions. Despite my contractor's hesitance to rehire a different plumber I immediately called up Emergency Plumbing to have someone qualified come look at my shower and finish other plumbing tasks my first plumber did not complete. I spoke to Lisa on the phone and she had Jerran come out to my house within a few hours. Jerran was professional, knowledgeable, and offered much better prices than I was quoted from other plumbers (Pink Plumbing quoted me double the price knowing that I live in a decent area and that I wanted my job completed urgently).

I appreciate that Emergency Plumbing sends their plumbers out quickly and they arrive when scheduled (the thing I hate most is when you have an appointment and take off from work and they no show or show up hours late).  Also, the fact that this company has qualified, licensed plumbers that will charge you the fairest prices is great. They truly are an honest, trustworthy qualified company; I would recommend Emergency Plumbing to anyone and I will use them in the future if needed.

The guys were amazing! My water heater went out over the weekend and they were out the same day to replace it. Their pricing is very competitive, the workmanship was top notch and they had the new unit up and running in no time. I highly recommend these guys!

Emergency Plumbing arrived this morning on time to clear a stopped up kitchen drain. Jose promptly cleared the drain and cleaned up any water. Took no more than 20 minutes to resolve the problem. Very pleased.

Horrible. Had a service window of 8-12 on a Monday, no one showed. Called to find out when we'd see a plumber, they apologized but they were short staffed. Not a call to let me know I was waiting for nothing. Asked if I could wait until 3, unfortunately I couldn't wait all day. I was told I would see a plumber by 10 the next day. At 2:30 still no plumber. Called and they told me he is on another job and can't give an approximate time. No apology. All I can say is good thing this isn't an emergency. Plumber showed at 3:30. Didn't even look to repair the water softener, instead said he can same-day install a $3,500 new one.  Save yourself the aggravation and lost time and hire someone else.

Such a great experience with emergency plumbing today. The technician arrived in great time, he was very professional, and explained everything. They didn't do any unnecessary work; which happens way to often. Definitely recommend!

I called Emergency Plumbing over the weekend as my kitchen faucet popped off when I turned it on. Randy was the plumber that came out.

He looked at our faucet and informed my husband and I that we would need to buy a new faucet. He metioned it would cost $201.00
for labor as my husband purchased the faucet.

Long story short he installed the kitchen faucet but could not get the cold water to work.  At this time it was about 7:30 or so in the evening.  Said the faucet was faulty and we needed another one. He stepped out to his truck to calculate cost.  What was going to be original price had escalated.

I told him we would not pay what he was asking.  He should never have quoted the original price. He agreed after much going back and forth. He also promised to come back out to our home the following day as my husband gave him a check for the original amount. Randy  gave his word that he would return as the faucet still wasn't working.

Well as much as we reached out to him the following day,  I started to feel he was not going to come back. Our last text to him was around 7:30PM. At which time my husband felt it best to not even rely on him.

I called Belsito Plumbing and had them come out. Felt comfortable with their company as they had been out before and they are a reputable company. Turns out that the faucet put in by the other plumber was completely wrong. Thanks to Belsito plumbing they rectified the problem.

I would not recommend Emergency Plumbing to anyone looking for a plumber. Look elsewhere.

I was impressed with how fast they showed up at my house. I've called other home emergency services before and it takes hours for somebody to show up.
I had a leak in our bathroom vanity and the fee I paid was very reasonable. Thank you Lonnie for the great service! I highly recommend this company.

I had an issue at our church with a leaky water heater. I knew this company was legit, honest and professional. They were my first call. They came out, assessed and remedied the problem quickly!

After calling several plumbers to quote moving my sewer line for installation of a pool, I settled on Emergency Plumbing. They matched the lowest offer I had previously received and their straightforwardness and willingness to complete the work in a short amount of time was very much appreciated.

They couldn't come the day we originally agreed upon (the Bobcat was needed for another job), but I had already told them that the next day (a Saturday) would also be fine. The crew showed up Saturday morning and got to work right away. Due to the depth of the sewer lines in the neighborhood, it was a deeper dig than expected. Despite this, they completed the work on schedule and stuck to the original quote.

The only reason I am not giving a 5 star review is, after a week, they still have not dropped off the two brass clean-out covers I was promised. I will be calling about the status of those tomorrow morning.

I would prefer not to have given them a star.  I was refereed to them under a warranty repair from Home Depot.  First I could not reach them even though they are a 24 hour repair service.  I finally got a man to come out and he looked at what need to be done and said he had problems returning water heater to Home Depot.  He scheduled an appointment for the next day to replace it.  The next day they called and said that the had a BIGGER EMERGENCY to take care of and canceled the appointment and never called back. I was then referred to BSJ Plumbing, 480-325-0886.  The service man Fred arrived early and took care of the replacement  at Home Depot without a problem.  He was a professional and I would call this company any time for plumbing repairs.  First Class Service by BSJ Plumbing.

Dan came out late Friday night, answered all of our questions, and fixed everything while the family watched TV.  Good guy, very friendly.  Smooth sailing.

We had a backup in one sink that over flowed another lower sink. They responded fast and Daniel quickly found the issue and cleared up the problem. He will be coming back Monday to work on another drain issue.

Had to have someone come out to re-light our pilot light on our failing hot water tank.  It was a little later than normal but they were prompt and even ahead of schedule.  I guess any plumber/handyman could do this but because they were quick to respond and provide the required service I feel it needs to be acknowledged.  I would hire them again.

I've used this company twice at two different residences.  They have been great!  

Dan came to my first residence and fixed leaking a leaking toilet within minutes and the price was way less than what I had expected.

Bobby came to my new place tonight and took care of various plumbing issues that were on my inspection report of my new house.  He  fixed it quick, gave me some tips, and was very nice and professional as well.

Will use this company going forward for emergency or regular plumbing since they don't charge extra during regular hours!

Very responsive and professional. Had a clogged sink on Thanksgiving morning. Lonnie was able to make it out within 1 1/2 hours. The clog seemed to have resolved itself so they waived the emergency call fee. Very friendly and courteous. Customer service /dispatch also very professional. Clog reared its ugly head again the following Monday. Bobby was out within an hour to snake our drain and get us flowing again. Very knowledgeable and professional. I highly recommend them. Great outfit that is well run and reliable.

Drains backed up today at 0400, called the reliable and dependable Emergency Plumbing! Fixed it this afternoon and all was well.......or so we thought. Started backing up early evening, and Lonnie responded this time (mind you this is all on a Sunday). It's turns out it's bad news and the line between the house and the city collapsed . Great news is at 9:00 Lonnie arranged to have Blue Stake here 1st thing in the morning and his crew will be here waiting to replace the line!!!! Don't want to pay this bill but sooooo happy they responded so quickly and a fix is tomorrow!!!! Customer for life!

WASTE OF $86 SERVICE FEE.  Called Emergency Plumbing to repair a leaky pipe in the attic.  Explained in detail what the problem was and asked if the repair person would have parts available.  The dispatcher assured me that their technicians carry spare parts and pre-charged me the $86 emergency service fee.  The technician arrives, looks in the attic and tells me they don't work on CPVC for liability reasons but would be happy to quote me a price to re-plum the entire house.  It seems that a CPVC discloser should at least be mentioned prior to taking my money and wasting my time.

I had an emergency leak coming from a dividing wall behind my freezer (the ice making line). Lonnie from the company came out about an hour later, on a early Sunday morning no less.  He was great and was able to locate the leak and fix it asap so we could turn the water back on.  I want to the thank them for the quick response and reasonable cost considering the circumstances.

I don't know who to thank here. My father has dementia and made a huge mess confusing the bathtub with the toilet. I called emergency plumbing and they sent over a saint of a man who fixed the problem with such professionalism. There's absolutely nothing I can do to begin to show the gratitude we feel for your company. Thank you for coming through on such short notice.

Originally called them a few weeks back with what we thought was a plumbing issue but ended up figuring it out ourselves. However because they were so nice and helpful, and have FREE quote/trip out calls, I kept their information just in case something else came up... and I'm glad I did!... we came home to our main line leaking in our front yard (puddled water). Called them and Jerin got to our house within the hour- once again, receptionist Lisa, super friendly and Jerin, the plumber, very nice as well! He took one look at the puddle and agreed it was probably the mainline leaking/break due to where it was located, gave us and approximate quote. Gave him the thumbs up and He dug through some mud and rocks and got to the line, all done and fixed within 2 hrs. Price seemed fair as well (researched online).
Feels so good to find a genuinely great company! I'd recommend them!

Wow- first class organization. From first call to the job being completed was only 1.5 hours on a Sunday night. Lonnie did a fast and effective repair and the price was very reasonable. We'll be calling them for all of our future plumbing needs.

Our water heater started leaking.  Since it is in the middle of our house, we were concerned about a potential flood and damage to the surrounding floors and walls.  Lisa provided terrific customer service when we spoke on the phone and Dan came out on the same day to have a look.  The next day, Dan installed our new water heater and we are very pleased.  The Emergency Plumbing team was prompt, professional, and honest.  We recommend them.

Technician arrived in 20 minutes and fixed the problem with zero fuss and hassle - even though it really wasn't an emergency. I particularly like the fact that they texted me prior to his arrival with a picture of the technician and even a short bio! Nice touch.

Wonderful company to work with! Were here within an hour of calling. They were super nice and funny, and they love what they do and were great at it! I will definitely call them again in the future with any plumbing needs!

We called emergency plumbing  LLC and was given an appointment time of 12:00 (noon).  The technician Mike Davidson arrived on time and was very friendly and out going. He took his time to resove the clogged drain the right way.  During the drain cleaning it made a mess from all the junk that had built up over the years.  Mike cleaned up everything even asked us to dubble check his work to make sure the sinks we're draining right and that he didn't miss anything when he was cleaning up.  We have never had anyone so friendly,  out going and take pride in his work as we did today.

I don't usually take the time to write reviews, but I need to give credit to this company by doing so. I called to set up an appointment for a leak due to some underground plumbing on my pool. The representative was very nice and helpful, set me up with same day service.  The two technicians that came to my house were courteous and professional, made me feel at ease with the problem. They gave me a FREE quote, which was very reasonable for the type of service needed, and even offered other suggestions that would work for a fix. I would definitely recommend this company if you are looking for some quick, affordable plumbing services.

I gave a poor review on 3/22/16 after my wedding ring was stolen. I have now learned that the company was a victim also. the plumber that stole from me also stole tools from the company. The owner of Emergency Plumbing,LLC was very helpful in doing whatever was necessary to help the police recover my ring. I was also issued a full refund for the work that was done.
I feel for the owner and his concern for his companies reputation. I hope back round checks of his employees would be more thorough in the future. The company is good, and the work was good. Too bad a bad apple had to cause such a stink.

I called Emergency Plumbing on Saturday afternoon to get help with my kitchen sink.  I had clogged the sink and jammed my garbage disposal. Water was trickling down but certainly not as quickly as it should. I spoke with Julie and she was amazing. She gave me her cell number so I could text her my information and my problem. Once she was able to she called me back to set up the appointment. The appointment was set for 11 AM Sunday morning..  she was a pleasure to work with. At 11 AM Sunday morning my doorbell rang and Daniel was standing there with a smile on his face and a good morning! He came in and diagnose the problem immediately. He fix the problem within seconds and I was completely thrilled. I would highly recommend Emergency Plumbing! They were amazing!  They treat you like a well respected customer yet they were very friendly and personable. If you have a situation that needs professional help please call Emergency Plumbing! I can't say enough about them. I will definitely be using them again when the situation arises.

Just had an emergency with plumbing backing up into the house ( gross).  Two other companies couldn't come out today so I looked at yelp and found these guys.

They came in an hour and fixed the issue!  Price was reasonable and Walter, the plumber was great!  His apprentice helped them get in and out.

I will definitely use them again. Good to know there are still those that care about customer service.

This is my 3rd time working with this company. They are very professional, knowledgeable and efficient. Their pricing is fair and they warrant their work. I would not hesitate to use them for future needs.

I never write reviews, but this is by far the best service I have ever received.  We had an emergency on Saturday morning at 7:30am, called them and they were at our house in an hour.  They texted me a picture and background for our technician and they emailed an invoice with pictures of the work they completed.  Not to mention how affordable it was for emergency service!  I will be using them for all our plumbing needs moving forward!

On a Saturday at 5pm our shower handle broke and we had water gushing everywhere. We managed to turn off the water to the entire house but then needed emergency plumbing ASAP! We called Emergency Plumbing and Tony came out 1 1/2 hours later. We was courteous and was able to fix the problem! He was great and I would definitely use them again!

After calling all over the Phoenix area and being turned down, I decided to search Yelp and came across this wonderful company. Within an hour of me calling and explaining my issue to them over the phone, two technicians arrived at my door to troubleshoot my problem. It did not take them long to figure out my plumbing issue and get it fixed for me. Well worth the money. I highly recommend.

Wonderful service on the Saturday after Thanksgiving. They responded to our call of a water leak and were here within two hours. They worked well into the evening to identify and fix the problem. Lonnie and Jaron were outstanding. I highly recommend them.

These guys were great. Called them with a water geyser in my back yard! Dan came out, arrived a bit earlier than the dispatcher estimated (bonus!) and fixed the problem. Nice guy, did a great job, problem fixed. A touch pricey, but I got it done quickly and professionally, with no drama. All round a great experience.

I feel completely ripped off by this company and being a new homeowner, didn't know any better at the time.  We called this company to come out since our shower drain malfunctioned and water was dripping downstairs in our son's room.  We didn't know what to do and asked for emergency assistance.  The guy came out then and told us that he could fix it and if there was anything else he could do as a plumber while he was there the next day... we did want new sink faucets, so he said to let him know what kind and he would purchase them for cheaper than we could.   Also that night, after freaking us out about mold - we agreed to have their affiliates come out and dry the 2ftx2ft ceiling area with their machines which cost us another separate $800.  The next day he tells us he could not get the faucets so we would have to purchase, which we did.  He fixed the plumbing issue our shower was having (easy fix, just the piping came loose) and installed the two faucets.  $1300.00!!  I don't understand why it was so expensive and feel that he made up a number to take advantage of us.  I will never do business with this company again.

Company will charge you a 'service fee' even if you cancel your appointment. I was never told that it was not refundable. I cancelled my appt half hr after making it & was still charged even though they weren't due to show up to my house for another two hours!!! (My husband was able to fix the issue) I guess I should have let them waste their time & drive over to my house then cancelled. I called several times to talk to someone about it & of course no one returned my call.

Meh.  I've had better.  Quick response.  High price.

$300 for a less than two hour house call to simply find a leak (not that hard) and put a saddle clamp on galvanized pipe.  Not exactly high tech.  Required a trip to home depot to buy the clamp. (?)

They were quick to recommend a total re-plumb of my galvanized plumbing for $7500, not including drywall and painting.

Had two guys over to the house the night before Thanksgiving for a clogged garbage disposal. They were quick, courteous, and got the job done. Was an expensive fix, but for 11:00pm during the holidays, seemed reasonable.

Bobby and Dan did a fantastic job fixing a faucet water leak and our garbage disposal. They came out right after I called and completed the jobs very quickly. They are true professionals! Highly recommend!

We had these guys come out to fix a broken water line at a job site. Initially, the gentleman showed up on time. That is where the positives end. His first quote was $2000 to fix the pipe (apparently assuming we were desperate and would pay anything). When confronted with the outrageous price, he agreed to fix the pipe for less than $300 (yay!). He proceeded to have my employees dig the hole and turn valves on and off while he supervised and patched the pipe.  

Later that evening, we were informed that a new leak that had sprung up further down the system because of some debris that was sucked into the broken pipe. We called Emergency Plumbing that evening and were told to expect someone around 10 the next morning. Starting at 7am, both I and one of my business partners began calling the office to confirm the appointment. We received no call back. I personally waited at the job site from around 9:30 - 11:00. No call - no show. At this point, we had made no less than a dozen calls that were not returned. I called another plumber, who was on site and had the new leak fixed within 45 minutes.

Fast forward to later that afternoon, we FINALLY get a call back stating that someone had been out to look at the leak at 7am. I'm not sure how this is possible, considering not even I knew where the leak was until later in the day. This is a large commercial building. Anyway, lets take their word for it. Why we weren't called, I have no idea. To top it all off, when we asked if it was the same gentleman who came out to look at the job initially (thinking maybe he looked at the original pipe since that is where the first job was done), we were told that the guy doesn't even work there anymore. WTF?

Anyway, this was an unreliable company in my experience with questionable ethics ($2000 price gouge attempt and the crazy story about the guy going out at 7am to look for a leak without calling anyone).

Edmond was fantastic! Great guy and did a bang up job on our system. Would highly recommend these folks in a pinch!

Had a toilet clogged and they came right on time (a bit early, in fact) and fixed the toilet quick. Keith even did some extra testing to make sure the issue wasn't going to come back, and explained how/why clogs can build up. plus, he was an all-around nice guy, and no mess was left behind. Which is good because no one wants to clean up anything involving a clogged toilet!

I will definitely be using them in the future. Price was comparable, too. I'm surprised they don't have other reviews on Yelp.

Just had a great experience the Emergency Plumbing! I managed to plug up my disposal with celery and gave them a call (of course this happened on not only a Sunday but New Years Eve!). Within thirty minutes Dan was there. In five minutes he had the drain trap cleaned out and was on his way. The bonus is that he didn't even charge me! What a great New Years present. I will definitely use them again.

If I could give 10 stars I would. They came out on a saturday new years weekend  after I broke a waterline. They had it fixed in no time and the cost was so reasonable I was shocked - great service and unbelievable prices- Thank You

Service of replacing garbage disposal was done by Nick S. He was very friendly,  fast and knowledgeable. He explained what he had done, showed me how the new one worked and was sure to say, call if you have any questions,  before leaving.

Edmond was extremely professional and courteous. He explained the situation to us and even gave some pointers on how to prevent further issues.

I have been fighting with the plumbing in my house for almost 2 years I have gone through three different plumbers to help get this horrible smell out of my house.  When Nick came out he was very informative patient and did an amazing job.  Not only was the job a pain in the ass but I added another project and he did not even complain!  He got the approval from the management company right then and there and make sure that both jobs we're done and everyone was satisfied before he left. I will definitely recommend Nick and emergency plumbing to family and friends.

Emergency plumbing to the rescue!  I run a busy restaurant and we had severe plumbing problems on a Saturday night.  Emergency plumbing was here within the hour.  They got us up and running and even checked in on us the next 2 days.  I just called them again for a smaller job and Randy was right on time and fixed the problem immediately in a professional and courtesy manner.  I will definitely be going with Emergency Plumbing with all of my future plumbing needs.

I rarely write any reviews, but felt compelled to write this review because the service was so good.  The valve under our sink broke and water started to flood our bathroom. We had to emergently turn off our water.  All this on the night before I was supposed to host a birthday party. I was frantic as I couldn't do anything without running water, nor could I have a party without any running water! Fortunately, my husband called Emergency Plumbing.  Our plumber, Doug, was here exactly when he said he would be. He was very nice and promptly fixed our problem. He was my hero as he solved my emergency situation! The plumbing fee was also reasonable for an after hours, emergency job.  I can't say enough good things about Emergency Plumbing.  I wish all the services I  have received from other companies were as good!

Keith remodeled 2 of my bathrooms completely.

He didn't do just the plumbing, but designed the bathrooms. They were totally his creation.  From what should be demolished and with what should be replaced, to the tiniest details, like the cool light bulbs he used, the light switches etc.  He chose EVERYTHING, and let me tell you, he has exquisite, good taste.

My husband was kind of giving me a hard time because these 2 projects were nothing but cheap, but at the end, he agreed that if decide to remodel the bathrooms in a house that we have up north in Arizona, he will be the one to do the project.
He went with me to several show rooms, got me the best of the appliances (all of the appliances were changed) and got me very good prices.

He was in charge of the tile, travertine, stalls, EVERYTHING!  Those bathrooms have been the envy of everyone to come to see them.

What he charged was extremely reasonable (my husband compared with other projects and with other plumbers).  This project was $50,000.00 PLUS but because of all the material (the best).  He didn't charge for his ideas, of for all the trips to the show rooms that he had to take, either with me or by himself.

Keith Thompson is not only a plumber, but a designer as well, with a lot of knowledge and, as I said before, with exquisite taste.

I wish everybody could see these bathrooms... They are to die for!

Best experience with a plumbing company I've ever had!  Dana was the best plumber, very thorough & efficient!  He went above & beyond!  Thank you for exceeding my expectations emergency plumbing!  Dana is a huge asset to your company!

Excellent service today... Needed a plumbing repair, Emergency Plumbing was recommended by our home warranty company. They were very quick at setting up an appointment with us, we're within the time frame we were told, performed the work in a timely manner. Dana was our technician , very pleasant , well mannered, and left NO mess!!! I would highly recommend ttjis company... A pleasant surprise!

I really liked the way Walter took care of our shower problem as well as the lady who answered the phone. Everyone was friendly and professional. I've called a few places got a few ballpark figures and they were most reasonable kind of in the middle. This was a much better experience than my past  with another big name plumbing company a few months back. Walter took the time to explain everything in detail, the issue, how they would repair it, the time it would take and a general price. He showed me the work as he through it and showed the parts being replaced and the replacement parts.   The biggest thing for me as a new homeowner trying to save money was the prices seemed reasonable based on three other calls to get pricing.

What seemed to be a dream come true experience has been nothing but a nightmare. We contacted Emergency Plumbing due to the yelp reviews. We had an outside faucet that had started to leak badly and hated wasting water. Emergency had good reviews and was highly responsive when we called. The gentlemen that showed up were friendly and seemed knowledgeable to someone like me (who knows absolutely nothing about plumbing). I trusted that they were going to do the work they stated and agreed to allow them to perform the work they suggested. $500 and two visits later our faucet still leaks and now we have new leaks where the 'fixes' were merged into the existing plumbing. The gentlemen that performed the repairs claim these leaks are a result of our other lines (which weren't leaking before they started working on our faucet and isn't truly possible since the new leaks are where the repaired lines meet the existing plumbing) and sent a technician to attempt to fix it versus coming to see the needed repairs for themselves. When we called again, we didn't even warrant a response. So it seems we have actually paid this team to create more issues for us.

Update to this report: Emergency Plumbing did take the time to reach back out to ask what the previous technician had done to repair my issues. I sincerely appreciated this fact. However, when I attempted to return their call there was no answer. So...I sent an email. Still, no response. In the meantime, my landscaper was growing as frustrated as I was because the leaks were impacting our irrigation system. He continued to ask me if he could fix it, but I was holding hope that Emergency would return communication. NINE DAYS PASSED with no communication, then suddenly a service technician shows up unannounced on my doorstep at 1:20pm on a Sunday afternoon. No call, no email - simply, here I am! I was hosting a large event at my home at 2pm and spending time with their tech was not something I had time to do. I also learned that by this time my landscaper had taken it upon himself to repair the simple fixes and stop the leaks so that we didn't lose our plants. While I do appreciate that they reached back out and attempted to follow up, their timing and lack of communication keeps my rating exactly where it is.

Aside from the lack of communication from the property management company waypoint homes which I would not recommend for anyone to use. Randy from emergency plumbing did a fast and good job. I would use emergency plumbing again.

So, late on a Sunday afternoon, we tried to hang a pull-up bar from our garage ceiling.  We drilled straight into a water line.  Awesome.  We called EP, and they were here in 30 minutes. From our initial phone call to the time they left, EP was efficient, friendly and professional.  These guys are a class act.   On top of that, they were very reasonably priced.  I will call them again, no question, for all my plumbing needs...emergency or not.  Thanks so much for rescuing us, Walter and Benny!

From a service standpoint, Emergency Plumbing is 5 star.  From a cost perspective, a little less so.  As the name suggests, you're going to have to pay for the nature of the call.  That said, I've had plumbers come to my place since the emergency event and they've all suggested I was over-charged for the work.

That being said, my technician JD was very professional  He told me what things would cost prior to performing the work.  Because it was an emergency and the 4 plumbers I tried contacting before I found this one were unavailable, I had no choice.  

I may have paid too much, but I am grateful Emergency Plumbing was able to respond.  Great work, outstanding service, but price is the reason it's not 5-stars.  However if you're in a dire circumstance, these folks are responsive and professional.

I had a fight with my valves for my new washing machine and the valves won. I am a new home owner and family is coming in tomorrow so I called emergency plumbing. They arrived within the hour and noticed another issue at my house. I know what you are thinking, maybe they got over on me right? No. I'm a building engineer so I am knowledgeable. Anyway, the gentleman was very friendly and got all the work done within two hours. There was four valve replacements and work on my main coming into the house and all of it was done for less than 650 dollars! There are some other things I want to do at my house in the future and I will be using them. Highly recommended!

This place is horrible. We woke up at 5:30 am to our septic system backing up and our water filtration system running. They answered there phone and dispatched someone out who arrived around 7:00am, for a $109 fee. He snaked our line and told us that baby wipes were the issue. This cost another $189. Two days later the same thing happened and we hadn't used any wipes since, so I call the gentleman that came out and told him what was happening. His response was It is probably roots. We can come out and put a camera in to see what it is. That will be $250. Not feeling like that is right because our house is only 8 years old, I got a referral from a friend. This new company sent someone out that snaked the line and pulled out a bunch of stuff that was clogging the system, none of which were wipes, and only charged $125. This is a good example of poor technical service and even worse customer service.

I had scheduled for them to come out a fix a wobbly tolet. The appointment was for a Friday between 1 pm and 5 pm. After waiting all afternoon, nobody showed and nobody called.

Monday morning I called them to find out what was going on and the woman in the office had no clue about the missed appointment. After looking up the service call, she verified that nobody showed up and rescheduled me for that morning promising me that there would be someone here by noon.

Walter showed up at about 10 am. He was very friendly and professional. He did a great job at telling me what the problem was and what he did to fix it.

I would recommend this company despite the issues with the appointment. I'm sure that this was all a miscommunication, but they were very quick to resolve it.

I have a one-bathroom house, so when the toilet paper holder mysteriously got flushed, the clogged toilet was a disaster.  I called Emergency Plumbing - I have used them before - and Jalel arrived within minutes.  (In fact, since my son and grandson had been hogging the bathroom all morning getting ready for a baseball game, I was still in my unmatching pajamas, uncombed hair, etc...that was embarrassing!).

He worked very hard and efficiently, and did an excellent job fixing my toilet.   This is the second time they have come through for me - top of the line service!!

Such a great company! Nick came to our house to replace an angry hot water heater in November and was back yesterday to investigate a different leak. Both times he was here within hours of my call, totally saved the day and helped us find folks to clean up the damage. He was friendly, professional, efficient and his work speaks for itself. We are very pleased!

This is in response to Keith's reply to my wife's review. You need to tell these people the truth. The warranty company did not schedule a time, the girl who answered your phone did. Thursday between 8am and 10am is what SHE set up. After I took off of work, no one showed or called, I called back after 10am and because you no showed, I rescheduled for Friday from 8am to 9am, which your girl confirmed AGAIN. After I took another day off of work, no one showed or called AGAIN. When I called back, I was given the run around, after your technician no showed twice. Anyone would be irate after two no shows. Your staff shouldn't make appointments if your techs aren't going to show up. People have jobs. I've never had an experience like this with any other company. You claim your company needed flexibility, but not once was that conveyed to me. Train your staff to not make false promises to customers and please don't make false statements about how the situation went down.

We just had them out to snake our main line and Nick was so great and professional. He took the time to explain everything to us in detail and never seemed rushed. Prices were fair and they are sending us a quote for some follow up work. We would definitely recommend this company to others.

Had issue where NONE of my toilets would flush @9p.m. on a Thursday.  Called Emergency Plumbing, Nick and Jared arrived less than an hour later.  Diagnosed the problem as clogged main sewer line.  They cleared the line, ran a camera down & found a massive amount of Roots had infiltrated the pipe.  Nick and Jared fixed the problem so we could use our plumbing and scheduled the permanent fix for 48 hours later.  Promptly arrived dug up the yard and fixed the line.  Price was fair and Nick and Jared were professional, knowledgeable & courteous.  I would highly recommend Emergency Plumbing, and specifically Nick and Jared for any plumbing needs!!

Lousy service,  have no consideration for people having to take time off of work for them. Was recommended by my home warranty company - after taking the morning off of work to wait for them,  they canceled at the last minute -wanted to schedule for afternoon -so i could lose a Whole day of work.  Went with another company -that actually shows up.

recently we re-remodel a condo in scottsdale. we installed three new sinks in our bathrooms. Two of the three sinks were installed incorrectly by the first plumber we hired. Walter came in and saves the day in less than two hours. we were really nervous because we got conned by the prior company. The first company did not connect a hose properly and it caused $2000 worth of damage to our bathroom vanity and floor.  emergency plumbers came through with a great price and expertise to fix our problems.  I felt bad that they had to fix someone else's mistake as the rear end of fixing things you make less money and have a more difficult job to do. we could not be more thankful for emergency plumbers LLC. We look forward to doing business with them for the many years to come that we live in Arizona. if you want professional service, confident plumbing professionals, and great prices they are the best in the Valley.  walter was able to also get everything done in 1 day

Had a very difficult valve to repair, because of being out of date!  This company went way out of its way to (1).  Find this part. (2).  Repeatedly came back to make sure it was properly installed and not leaking. (3).  Save me a lot of money by not having to open up my bathroom wall to put in a completely new valve.  I would absolutely use them again.  My service man went by the name of Mike P.  - very friendly!  A great plus was the Owners Hands on approach!  Keith!  Great Guy!

Called on a Saturday night and they showed up Sunday to fix my clogged sink. Technician was friendly and did the fix quickly. Prices were competitive with other companies. I would definitely recommend and use again

Keith arrived within 20 minutes of our calling  on a Friday night to our No. Scottsdale condo complex.  The complex had suffered a broken water main more than 2 hours before and the HOA 'approved' plumber had yet to arrive. Keith was not familiar with our complex yet he immediately took the situation in hand and worked hard to solve the problem. During this time the HOA 'approved' plumber showed up. Keith stayed on and they fixed the problem. My condo stood in the path of all this spewing water. I believe if it weren't for Keith's quick work my place would have flooded. As it turns out this did not happen. I deal with many plumbers with my various apartment buildings. This plumber is a winner!

Emergency Plumbing was the third company I called after two other companies (one rated well on Yelp) totally botched and made worse my entire house of plumbing.  The initial plumber came to service our R/O and left us with a leak under the sink and no water pressure.  He also checked the water heater he had installed bc we could not get through 1 shower with hot water and told us it was fine to just turn it up a little.  Previously he had told us that would burn up an element.  We had used him several times and referred a lot of our clients to him and he would not come back out to take a look at the leak or no water pressure when we contacted him later that day.  He totally blew us off then sent us an email with ridiculous quotes on what it would cost to have him come back out.  The second company came out and were here from 9am-4pm.  The first guy came out and called his buddy bc he really wasn't a plumber he had been a maintenance man at an apartment complex which was fine except the dispatcher assured me she would send out her best and that he was from their Commercial Plumbing side.  The buddy then called the boss after they broke my kitchen faucet, didn't fix the R/O, and then took off the L stops on my guest bath sink and rendered it totally useless with the water off and apart after telling me just order a new cartridge and they would install when it came in.  Mind you the faucet worked it just had a small leak around the base of the cold handle.  Now a week before Thanksgiving I had no guest bath, no kitchen sink and...they turned the hot water heater up so hot it would have given my children (or anyone) 3rd degree burns in 10 seconds on hot!  That is when I went back to yelp and read and read reviews and found Emergency Plumbing.  I called and got Linda and explained that my house was disaster zone that two different plumbing companies had come into and made simply jobs a freaking mess.  Oh, the second company flooded my kitchen counter and then used my kitchen towels to mop up.  I found them piled in one of my good cooking pots under the sink, so I dumped the wet mess in my clothes washer only to hear banging as all the dang parts from my sink dumped into the washer!  Lisa listened and was so understanding when I explained all the different problems.  I wanted them to know they were walking into a bad situation.  She said I know just who to send, Dana.  Dana is without a doubt the nicest, most courteous, competent service person of any kind I have ever had the pleasure of hiring.  He had no problem with any of the issues and quickly got to work fixing my sinks!  He turned the water heater down and was even fine when I said I wanted to wait to replace the parts to see if what he did fixed it.  I gave it a couple weeks and we could see that there was definitely an issue so when I called back Lisa remembered us and sent Dana back.  He has been out for us three times now (because of our plumbing issues not their work) and every single time he is a gentleman, fast and leaves my home looking exactly as he entered.  I would never use any other company for plumbing.  This is not just a company for emergencies.  Twice I simply had a set appointment.  I also would always ask for Dana simply because he is excellent and a really nice guy!  I mean when do you look forward to seeing your plumber, and your kids remember him and think he is really nice!  This company has Nordstrom class customer service.  You don't have too look any further.  Don't worry just call them! Ask for Dana, he is awesome!

My boyfriend had a guy Keith from Emergency Plumbing come out and give him a quote to do some stuff in his bathroom. Keith quoted something like $750 which we thought was a good deal since we called several other companies and they wanted to charge more. Well they send Dana out. Who was so respectful, efficient and just all around a nice guy but it only took him a little less than 2 hours from start to finish and we're paying this company $ 750. Don't get me wrong Dana was very knowledgeable and he did a great job, but at $750 that says we're paying this company $425 an hour. We feel that we overpaid since it only took him 2 hours. After calling the office and asking them why, they explained that it was a flat rate. We still feel we overpaid. Dana seemed more knowledgeable than the guy they sent out to give us a quote. We will only use Emergency Plumbing again if they send Dana out to us. If we were only rating Dana we would give him a 5 star but we are rating the company. Thanks Dana for the great job but to be honest we feel that we were overcharged
